Abstract

【課題】鏡に自分の姿を映すことは良くあるが、その際、自分だけを映すので肥満や痩せすぎの自覚が沸かず、自分の体型を相対的に自覚できない。
【解決手段】健康的、理想的体型モデルを防水タイプのステッカーにする。ステッカーを鏡やガラスなど、自分の姿が映るものに貼り、自分の体型を相対的に確認する事によって、肥満やメタボリック又痩せすぎなどを簡単に相対的に確認でき、自分の体型維持の目安と出来る。また、各家庭にある、鏡や窓等にシールを貼ることにより、無駄な出費を省き簡単に体型のチェックが行える。

本発明は、肥満や痩せすぎを簡単に自覚し 理想体型に近づくためのものである
鏡に自分の姿を映すことは良くあるが、その際 自分だけを映すので肥満や痩せすぎの自覚が沸かず 体型維持の努力を怠りがちになる。
解決しようとする問題点は、自分の体型を相対的に自覚できないと言う点である。
本発明は、自分が普段使っている鏡や姿見に理想体型の型抜きステッカーを貼ることによって 肥満やメタボリック又痩せすぎなどを
簡単に相対的に確認できる。
自分の体型を相対的に確認する事によって 体型維持の為の努力をする気持ちを起こさせる。又、自分にとって身体のどの部分に問題があるかを簡単に確認でき 効率的なエクササイズなどに繋がる。

各家庭にある、鏡や窓等にシールを貼ることにより 無駄な出費を省き 簡単に体型のチェックが行える。
図１は女性に理想的な体型をかたどったシールの図面であって、大き目の鏡に張り自分が写るように鏡の前に立ちます。すると、自分の体型と理想体型の違いが瞬時にわかります。
図２は男性に理想的な体型をかたどったシールの図面であって、大き目の鏡に張り自分が写るように鏡の前に立ちます。すると、自分の体型と理想体型の違いが瞬時にわかります。
