（ロ）帽子掛けの場合、ズボンの背中部を掛けたりベルト通しの穴に入れたりする。この場合ズボンの形が崩れたり、ベルト通しの穴が綻んだりした。又、発明者当人は以前、特願２００５−１５３０２１を発明したが、この発明には欠点があることに気付いた。ベルトが硬ければ問題ないが、軟らかいベルトの場合フックをベルトに引っ掛けた時、ズボンの荷重がベルトに掛かるため、ベルトがわかめの様に波打ちベルトが型崩れした。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
（イ）合成樹脂等を主材とし、肩掛け（１ａ）と（１ｂ）を設ける。
（ロ）肩掛け（１ａ）と（１ｂ）の中央部に洗濯ばさみと同じような動きをする蝶番（４）、摘み（５）、バネ（３）を設けて自動的に閉じるようにする。
（ハ）蝶番（４）のところから、吊り（２）を設ける。
（ニ）肩掛け（１ａ）と（１ｂ）の下部に、ベルト（７）の下を挟める位置に挟持片（６）を、それぞれ向かい合うように設ける。
（ホ）肩掛け（１ａ）と（１ｂ）にそれぞれ切り込み（１１）を入れる。
切り込み（１１）を入れる理由は、ベルト（７）が緩やかに曲がる様にである。
（図７）に示すように切込み（１１）がなされてない場合、ズボン（８）を掛けたとき、肩掛け（１ａ）と（１ｂ）がベルト（７）に当たり、ベルト（７）がヘアピンカーブのように曲がってしまう、これを緩和するため（図８）に示すように、切り込み（１１）を入れベルト（７）を押えつけない事で、緩やかに曲がるようにである。（図８）と（図９）は切り込み（１１）を入れ、ベルト（７）が緩やかに曲がるようにした説明図である。
本発明は以上のような構成から成っている。
本発明を使用する時は、（図１０）に示すように、ベルト（７）の付いた状態のズボン（８）の腹部（１２）を折り目に合わせて揃え片手で持ち、もう片手で摘み（５）を摘んで本体（Ａ）を開き、挟持片（６）でベルト（７）の下の胴部（１０）を挟むと（図２）の様になる。
本体（Ａ）の下部が広く開くのでズボン（８）を挟み易くズボンの過重がベルトに掛からないので、ズボン、ベルトとも型崩れせず掛けやすく外し易い。
尚、本発明における挟持片（６）は、必ずしも図１などに示すような横長の棒状一対に限定されるものではなく、例えばその形状については断面を丸や楕円あるいは三角形など多角形の棒状としてもよく、又、その取り付けに当たっても左右の端部に比較的小さな挟持片を各々設け、これを肩掛け（１ａ）（１ｂ）に形成しても良い。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
