Description

The present invention relates to a heat insulating cover for a cryogen used in a cooling tool. Specifically, the present invention relates to a specific form of a heat insulating cover for a cold insulating agent used for a cooling tool for cooling a human body or the like with a frozen cold insulating agent.

Conventionally, when the heat is generated in the hot body in summer or when a cold occurs, the neck is kept cold by using a frozen refrigerant or a water-containing towel to cool the human body. Since a frozen cryogen (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a frozen cryogen) is too cold as it is, a neck towel with a cryogen wrapped with a towel or the like is used as a cooling tool. Water-containing towels use the latent heat of water evaporation to remove heat, while frozen cryogens cool the body using the low temperature of the cryogen. Frozen and cold-retaining agents are relatively small for use in the human body, and cold-reserving agents frozen at −5 to −30 ° C. are used. An example of such a neck towel is one in which a heat insulating sheet is attached to the inside or outside of the neck towel (Patent Document 1).
In addition, there is a head cooling device in which a cold insulating agent is held on a base body in which a large number of monofilamentous protrusions are arranged in a forested state on a sheet.

However, in the case of a neck towel, there is a problem that the temperature of the cold insulation agent rises quickly during use and the usage time of the neck towel is not satisfactory. Even in the case of the head cooling tool, since the cooling tool cannot be enlarged, there is a problem that the cooling agent to be used has to be reduced, and the usage time of the cooling tool is too short.
The objective of this invention is providing the heat insulation cover which can prolong the use time of a cooling tool, when cooling a target object using a cooling tool.

In view of the above problems, the present inventors have found that, as a result of intensive research, a frozen cryopreservation agent can be achieved by using it in a cooling tool after being put in a heat insulating cover having a specific form. .

The invention of claim 1 is a cylinder or bag formed of a heat insulating sheet so that a cooling agent can be taken in and out, and has an opening for cooling the object on a part of the surface facing the object to be cooled. It is a heat insulation cover for a cryogen used in preparation for.

According to invention of Claim 1, the heat insulation cover which puts a cryoprotectant has the opening part for cooling a target object in a part of surface which goes to a cooling target object (it may only be called a target object hereafter). Therefore, the cold air is likely to diverge only from the opening, and the cold air is not easily emitted from other than the opening, so that the object can be efficiently kept cool and the temperature rise of the cold insulation agent can be suppressed, and the usage time of the cooling tool can be reduced. Can be protracted.
Since the heat insulating cover is a cylinder or a bag, the cold insulation agent can be taken in and out from both or one side, and the cold insulation agent can be replaced.

The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that the cold insulation agent and the heat insulation cover are flat, and wraps around the side portion of the cold insulation agent so as to cool the object while leaving the peripheral edge portion of the side portion of the heat insulation cover. The heat insulation cover for a cold insulation agent according to claim 1, wherein the heat insulation cover is formed.

According to invention of Claim 2, the heat insulation cover which puts a frozen cryopreservation agent has an opening part for cooling a target object in a part of surface which faces a target object, wraps the side part of a cold storage agent, and is heat-insulated. Since the opening is formed leaving the peripheral edge of the side part of the cover, it becomes more difficult for cold air to escape from the side part of the cooling agent, and it becomes difficult for outside air to enter, and the cold air is likely to be emitted only from the opening, Since it is difficult for cold air to come out from other than the opening, the temperature of the cold insulator is unlikely to rise. Therefore, the usage time of the cooling tool is further increased.

The invention according to claim 3 is the heat insulation cover for a cold insulation agent according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the heat insulation sheet includes an aluminum layer.

According to the invention of claim 3, since the heat insulating sheet is formed including the aluminum layer, the heat ray from the outside of the aluminum layer is reflected to prevent the radiant heat from being transmitted to the cooling agent, and from the inside. It is possible to prevent cold air from being transmitted to the outside. Therefore, the heat insulating property of the heat insulating sheet is excellent, the temperature of the cooling agent is hardly increased, and the usage time of the cooling tool can be further prolonged.

Invention of Claim 4 is a sheet | seat in which the said heat insulating sheet laminated | stacked the foam sheet which has elasticity on the aluminum layer, The heat insulation for cold insulating agents of any one of Claims 1-3 characterized by the above-mentioned. It is a cover.

According to the invention of claim 4, since the heat insulating sheet is a laminated sheet of an aluminum layer and an elastic foam sheet, heat rays from the outside of the aluminum layer are reflected to prevent radiant heat from being transmitted to the cold insulation agent. In addition, the elastic foam sheet can prevent heat from the outside from being conducted to the inside and cold air from the inside from being conducted to the outside. Therefore, the heat insulating property of the heat insulating sheet is very excellent, the temperature of the cold insulation agent is hardly increased, and the usage time of the cooling tool can be further prolonged.

The invention of claim 5 is used by placing a large number of projections made of monofilaments on a sheet in a forested state and putting them in a pocket of a head cooling tool made of a base body having a pocket for containing a cooling agent. Item 5. The heat insulating cover for a cold insulator according to any one of Items 1 to 4.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the heat insulating cover in which the temperature of the refrigerated cryogen is unlikely to rise is used, the usage time of the head cooler can be prolonged.

According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, since the heat insulating cover in which the temperature of the refrigerated cryogen is unlikely to rise is used, the usage time of the cooling tool can be prolonged.

The invention according to claim 7 is a cold insulation pillow comprising the heat insulation cover for a cold insulation agent according to any one of claims 1 to 4 containing a cold insulation agent, and cold insulation for a human body of a back, a neck, a waist, a calf, an armpit, and a leg. (1) Since the temperature of the cooling agent is unlikely to rise, the usage time of the cooling tool can be prolonged.
(2) The cooling temperature of the cooling object can be selected by using a heat insulating cover in which the shape, size, number, etc. of the opening for cooling the object are changed.

The expanded sectional view of is shown. The head cooling tool of one Embodiment in this invention is shown, (a) is a side view of a head cooling tool, (b) is the top view seen from the downward | lower direction, (c) is the perspective view seen from the upper part.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. Note that the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments. Various modifications can be made to the following embodiments within the same and equivalent scope as the present invention.

The heat insulation cover of this invention cools a target object in preparation for a cooling tool after putting a frozen cryopreservation agent in it.
The heat insulating cover for heat insulating agent is formed in a cylindrical shape or a bag shape. The shape and size of the cylinder or bag are determined by the application, but are also affected by the shape and size of the cryogen. It is preferable to form the cylinder and the bag in accordance with the shape and size of the cooling agent because there is no gap between the cooling agent and the heat insulating cover, and the object can be efficiently cooled. Usually, since the cold insulating agent has a rectangular shape in plan view, the insulating cover is also preferably rectangular. Here, the rectangular shape means a substantially rectangular shape, and includes those with rounded corners, those with varying widths, such as elliptical shapes. Moreover, although a round shape and a thick thing are used according to a use, a heat insulation cover is formed according to it.

In addition, when the cold insulating agent is flat, it is preferable that the heat insulating cover is also formed flat according to the shape of the cold insulating agent. If it does so, even if it puts a frozen cold preservation agent, there will be no gap between heat insulation covers, and cold object of a cold insulation agent will not stay in an insulation cover, and can cool an object efficiently.
The cylindrical heat insulating cover has openings on both sides or one side of the cylinder, and the cold insulation agent can be taken in and out from the openings. The bag-shaped heat insulating cover can take in and out the cooling agent through one opening. It is sufficient that the size of the opening is a size that allows the cooling agent to be taken in and out. Since there is an opening, the cold-reserving agent whose temperature has risen and the cold-retaining effect has disappeared can be used by replacing it with a new frozen refrigerating agent. It is preferable that the opening for taking out and putting in the cooling agent in the bag is configured to be freely opened and closed with a magic tape (registered trademark of Kuraray Co., Ltd.) or a chuck. In particular, it is preferable that the opening is closed at the time of use because the temperature of the cryogen is unlikely to rise.

The heat insulating cover has an opening for cooling the object on a part of the surface facing the object, and the other part is covered with the heat insulating sheet, so that cold air comes out only from the opening and cools the object. be able to.
The shape of the opening for cooling the object is determined in consideration of the size of the coolant, and examples thereof include a rectangular shape, a circular shape, and an elliptical shape. The number of openings for cooling the object may be one, or a plurality, for example, 2 to 10, may be provided. Preferably it is 2-5. If the number is 2 to 5, the cold insulator is not easily detached from the heat insulating cover and can be used stably. The size of one opening is not particularly limited. Even if there is only one large opening, the upper and lower portions in the middle of the opening may be tied with fibers so that the cold insulating agent does not come out, or a net may be provided in the opening. The total area of the openings for cooling the object is determined in view of the cold insulation temperature and the cold insulation time, but is preferably 5 to 95% of the area toward the object, and more preferably 20 to 80%. When the area of the opening is 5% or more, the cooling rate of the object to be cooled is good, and the usage time of the cooling tool can be prolonged. If it is 95% or less, the object is rarely too cold. The cooling temperature of the object is determined by the area of the opening. That is, the cooling temperature can be selected by using a heat insulating cover having a different opening area. The area of the opening is determined by the shape, size, and number of each opening.

FIG. 1 shows an example (plan view) of an opening for cooling in the heat insulating cover. Here, the heat insulating cover 1 is described in a rectangular shape. The heat insulating cover 1 shown to (a)-(c) is formed with the 1-2 large opening part 2 of a different shape. In the heat insulating cover 1 in (d), an opening 2 is formed in which upper and lower peripheral edge portions 3 are covered and both sides are opened toward the paper surface. A number of small openings 2 are formed in the heat insulating cover 1 of (e). The shape, size, number, and position of the opening are not limited to these.

It is preferable that the cold insulating agent and the heat insulating cover are flat, and an opening for cooling the object is formed so as to wrap the side of the cold insulating agent and leave the peripheral edge of the side of the heat insulating cover. .
Here, the range of the peripheral portion of the side portion is preferably ¼ or more of all the side portions, more preferably half or more, and particularly preferably the entire peripheral portion. The more the amount of the heat insulating sheet that covers the side of the cooling agent, the more difficult it is to raise the temperature of the cooling agent, but the effect is good if it is 1/4 or more. When the side part of the cold insulating agent is covered with the heat insulating sheet, it is difficult for cold air to come out from the part. Since cold air is likely to come out from the side of the cooling agent, particularly the upper side, it is possible to efficiently prevent the escape of cold air by using at least the peripheral edge of the heat insulating cover when using the cooling tool. Further, the temperature increase of the cooling agent can be suppressed, and the usage time of the cooling tool can be further prolonged. The width of the peripheral portion is not limited, but the larger the width, the harder the cold air is, and for example, 1 to 3 cm is preferable.

Using a heat insulating sheet that is larger than the cold insulation agent, and covering the peripheral part so as to cover one side of the cold insulation agent side and both sides facing each other, the sides of both ends are not closed, but the cold insulation agent can be retained Since what was made is also a kind of cylinder and has the opening part for cooling a target object, it shall fall into the range of the heat insulation cover of this invention.

FIG. 2 shows the relationship between the heat insulating cover and the cooling agent. FIGS. 2A and 2B are plan views showing a state in which a cooling agent is put in the heat insulating cover. FIG. 2C shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of the cut surface along the XY axis in FIG. In Fig.2 (a), the opening part 2 of the heat insulation cover 1 is two, and is formed horizontally long in the center part of the single side | surface. The heat insulating cover 1 has a rectangular shape, and the peripheral edge portions 3 on both sides are formed of a heat insulating sheet. A state in which one cold-retaining agent 4 (indicated by a dotted line) having a width larger than the width of the opening is contained. On the left side of the paper, there is an opening 5 (in / out port) for taking in and out the cooling agent.

The heat insulating cover shown in FIG. 2B is also rectangular. Three oval openings 2 of the same size are arranged in parallel at the center of one side. One cold insulating agent 4 having a width wider than the opening 2 is contained therein. FIG. 2C is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the cut surface of the XY axis in FIG. 2B, and shows a state in which the cooling agent 4 enters the heat insulating cover 1. The heat insulating cover 1 has a flat shape, and the peripheral edge portion 3 on the side of the cold insulating agent 4 is covered with a heat insulating sheet, and the space between the cold insulating agent 4 and the heat insulating cover 1 is small. An opening 2 through which cold air is emitted is formed.

The heat insulating sheet used in the present invention may be a sheet having good heat insulating properties, and examples thereof include an aluminum layer and a foam sheet. Preferably, it is a sheet formed including an aluminum layer.
The aluminum layer reflects heat rays entering from the outside through the cooling tool to prevent heat from being transmitted to the cold insulation agent and to prevent the cold air of the cold insulation agent from being released. Therefore, the rise in the temperature of the cooling agent can be suppressed, and the usage time of the cooling tool can be prolonged.

The aluminum layer is not limited as long as it includes an aluminum layer that does not allow air to pass, and examples include an aluminum sheet, an aluminum plate, an aluminum foil, or an aluminum film deposited on plastic. The thickness of the aluminum layer is not particularly limited, but is preferably 1 μm to 3 mm. If it is 1 micrometer or more, the heat insulation effect will be favorable, and if it is 3 mm or less, the usability when set to a cooling tool is favorable.

Moreover, what combined the foam sheet which has elasticity further in the aluminum layer is preferable. A laminated body with an aluminum layer is particularly preferable. The elastic foam sheet has the property of reducing heat conduction, suppresses heat conduction from the outside, and prevents cold air from the cold insulation agent from escaping to the outside. Moreover, since it has elasticity, when this surface is pressed and overlapped with the cold insulation agent, the surface of the foam sheet deforms and follows in accordance with the unevenness of the cold insulation agent. As a result, the foam sheet becomes difficult to move, and the heat insulating sheet does not move from the cooling agent while the cooling tool is in use, and the temperature rise of the cooling agent can be further suppressed and the usage time of the cooling tool can be further prolonged.

Examples of the elastic foam sheet include foam sheets such as polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutylene, vinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl acetate, ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, polyester, polyurethane, and silicon elastomer. The polyolefin type is preferable because it is easily available, and the polypropylene type is more preferable. In addition, a closed cell foam sheet is preferred because it suppresses heat conduction and improves heat insulation. The thickness is preferably 1 to 5 mm, the expansion ratio is preferably 10 to 40 times, and the apparent density is preferably 0.025 to 0.1 g / cm 3 .

As for the laminate of the aluminum layer and the foam sheet, the aluminum layer and the foam sheet are preferably laminated with an adhesive or the like, and the surfaces on both sides of the 1: 1 laminate or foam sheet are aluminum layers. It may be a plurality of laminated bodies that are covered. A 1: 1 laminate is preferable from the viewpoint of usability and cost.

When the heat insulation cover is made of a laminated sheet, the heat insulation effect can be maintained and the use time of the cooling tool can be further prolonged by making the aluminum layer outside and the foam inside. Further, the surface on which the opening is formed may have a different thickness from the surface on the opposite side, or may be formed thinner. Moreover, you may form the surface in which an opening part is formed only with an aluminum layer or a flexible foam sheet.

As the cooling agent, for example, various heat media such as a highly water-absorbing resin, a gel-like material containing a natural gelling substance, an ice pack, Icenon (registered trademark), Hyalon (registered trademark) can be used. Is usually frozen at −5 to −30 ° C., but it freezes and hardens at this temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce or reduce the thickness of the cooling agent. Preferable is a cryogen having flexibility even at the above temperature.

Examples of such a cold-retaining agent include those in which a packaging material is filled with a gel-like material containing a water-insoluble water-absorbing polymer, a water-soluble polymer, water, and a hydrophilic alcohol.
Furthermore, a cold-retaining agent is used in which water-absorbing gel particles, which are surface-coated with a water-insoluble and non-water-absorbing polymer film, are suspended in an aqueous gel containing a water-soluble polymer, water and a hydrophilic alcohol. Is particularly preferred. In this case, water-absorbing gel particles whose surface is coated with a water-insoluble and non-water-absorbing polymer film are used. However, when such a surface film is applied, not only the number of repeated use is increased, but also the cooling capacity is improved, The duration can be further increased.
As such a cold-retaining agent, those described in JP-A-5-320627 and JP-A-6-122871 can be used.

When the above-mentioned flexible cold-retaining agent is used, even if the object is bent or curved, the cold-retaining agent can bend following the bending or bending, so that there is little gap between the cold-reserving agent and the object. The object can be efficiently cooled. Further, the cold air of the cold insulation agent is less likely to escape from the gap, the temperature rise of the cold insulation agent can be suppressed, and the usage time of the cooling tool can be prolonged.

The cryogen in the present invention is a form in which a packing material is filled with a gel-like material. The shape of the packaging member may be any shape such as a bag shape, a box shape, a cylindrical shape, a ball shape, and a spherical shape, but since it is used in combination with a base, a bag shape is preferable. Examples of the bag shape include a rectangular shape, a circular shape, and an elliptical shape. A rectangular shape is preferable in terms of cost. Moreover, although a cold-retaining agent may be used individually by 1 piece, what connected 2 or more may be used.
The cold-reserving agent in the present invention can be used as a cold-retaining material by freezing for 1 to 24 hours under the condition of -30 to -5 ° C, preferably -20 to -15 ° C.

When the cooling tool is a neck towel, there is no limitation as long as it can be used with a cooling agent, and conventionally known ones can be used. The one having a pocket is preferable because it can take in and out the cooling agent.

In addition, this head cooler only has a large number of protrusions 6 (for example, the male part of the hook-and-loop fastener) made of monofilament and is held around the hair and is not firmly fixed. The style is not disturbed.

The protrusion 6 is not particularly limited as long as it is easily entangled with the hair, but in this embodiment, a male part of a hook-and-loop fastener having a hook-like tip is used. In addition, the monofilament can have various shapes such as a shape used with the male portion of the hook-and-loop fastener, for example, a mushroom shape, a shape in which a loop-shaped upper end is cut open.

Table 1 shows the following. The neck towel F, which has a heat insulating cover on a conventional neck towel, has a longer use time than that of a normal neck towel, but it is still insufficient. It was. What used the heat insulation cover was still more favorable, and the usage time of the neck towel became long in order of the heat insulation cover C, A, B, D, E. Thus, the heat insulation cover of this invention was able to lengthen the use time of a cooling tool.

The same laminated sheet as used in Example 2 is cut into 12 cm × 14 cm, folded into two, and the two overlapping short sides are bonded with an adhesive, and both ends have an opening so that the cold insulating agent can be taken in and out. A flat tube was created. Two openings for cooling a 3 cm × 2 cm rectangle were formed in the center of one side of the cylinder. The interval between the two openings was set to 2 cm, and this was used as the heat insulating cover G.
Separately from this, the base body made of nylon and the pocket into which the cold insulation material was put together were heat-sealed, and the head cooling device in which the base body and the pocket were integrated was obtained.
The cryogen was placed in a freezer and left at −20 ° C. for 5 hours, then taken out, put in a heat insulating cover, put in a pocket of a hair cooler, and attached to the head. Frozen refrigeration is soft and fits the head. At the time of attachment, there was a feeling of cooling, and the head cooling device had a feeling of cooling for about 45 minutes. For comparison, the head cooler was put in the pocket of the head cooler without being put in the heat insulating cover and subjected to the same test. The head cooler had a cooling feeling for about 30 minutes. The effect of the insulation cover was recognized. The outside temperature was 24 ° C.
