Abstract
【解決手段】被測定者の呼吸ガス中における特定成分の濃度の経時変化に基づく呼吸波形を解析する呼吸波形解析装置であって、前記特定成分の前記濃度を検出するべく配置されたセンサからの出力信号に基づいて濃度信号を生成する呼吸ガス濃度生成部100,210と、前記濃度信号の経時変化に基づいて前記呼吸波形の平坦の程度を示す平坦度を算出する平坦度算出部220と、前記平坦度および前記濃度信号に基づいて前記呼吸波形の信頼度を算出する信頼度算出部230と、を備える。

Claims (11)
- 被測定者の呼吸ガス中における特定成分の濃度の経時変化に基づく呼吸波形を解析する呼吸波形解析装置であって、
前記特定成分の前記濃度を検出するべく配置されたセンサからの出力信号に基づいて濃度信号を生成する呼吸ガス濃度生成部と、
前記濃度信号の経時変化に基づいて前記呼吸波形の平坦の程度を示す平坦度を算出する平坦度算出部と、
前記平坦度および前記濃度信号に基づいて前記呼吸波形の信頼度を算出する信頼度算出部と、
を備えることを特徴とする呼吸波形解析装置。 - 前記平坦度は、前記濃度信号に基づいて、特定の時間間隔における差分の絶対値を複数の前記時間間隔にわたって積算した積算値の関数であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の呼吸波形解析装置。
- 前記信頼度算出部は、所定のタイミングにおいて前記平坦度算出部が算出した前記平坦度と当該タイミングにおける前記濃度信号とに基づいて前記信頼度を算出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の呼吸波形解析装置。
- 予め定められた濃度検出時間内において算出される前記信頼度が最大となるときの前記濃度信号を、当該濃度検出時間内における有効濃度として検出する有効濃度検出部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の呼吸波形解析装置。
- 前記有効濃度検出部は、前記濃度検出時間内における前記信頼度を積算し、その積算値が予め定められた信頼度を上回った場合にのみ、前記有効濃度を検出することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の呼吸波形解析装置。
- 前記濃度検出時間は、呼吸波形の1周期に対応する時間であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の呼吸波形解析装置。
- 複数の前記有効濃度が検出された場合に、それぞれの前記有効濃度を、対応する前記信頼度の積算値の大きさに応じて重み付けして平均化した重み付け平均値を算出する重み付け平均化処理部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の呼吸波形解析装置。
- 前記有効濃度検出部が所定時間内において前記有効濃度を検出した回数、および、前記重み付け平均化処理部が算出した前記重み付け平均値の少なくとも一方を表示する表示部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の呼吸波形解析装置。
- 前記呼吸ガス濃度生成部は、前記センサからのアナログの前記出力信号をディジタルの呼吸ガス信号に変換する呼吸ガス濃度検出部と、当該呼吸ガス濃度検出部からの前記呼吸ガス信号に基づいて呼吸波形信号を生成する呼吸ガス濃度算出部と、を備え、
前記濃度信号は呼吸波形信号であり、前記有効濃度検出部は、前記特定成分の濃度が高いことを示す、前記呼吸ガス信号が所定値以上のとき前記濃度検出時間内において前記有効濃度を検出することを特徴とする請求項4から8のいずれかに記載の呼吸波形解析装置。 - 予め定められた基準値に対する前記呼吸ガス信号の割合に応じて、当該呼吸ガス信号に対応する前記呼吸波形信号を補正する濃度検出値補正部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の呼吸波形解析装置。
- 被測定者の呼吸ガス中における特定成分の濃度の経時変化に基づく呼吸波形を解析する呼吸波形解析装置であって、
前記特定成分の前記濃度を検出するべく配置されたセンサからのアナログの出力信号をディジタルの呼吸ガス信号に変換する呼吸ガス濃度検出部と、
当該呼吸ガス濃度検出部からの前記呼吸ガス信号に基づいて呼吸波形信号を生成する呼吸ガス濃度算出部と、
予め定められた基準値に対する前記呼吸ガス信号の割合に応じて、当該呼吸ガス信号に対応する前記呼吸波形信号を補正する濃度検出値補正部と、
を備えることを特徴とする呼吸波形解析装置。
