In a fuel cell system, a reformed gas containing hydrogen is generated by a reformer, and power is generated using the reformed gas by a fuel cell stack. In such a fuel cell system, when raw fuel such as kerosene is supplied to the reformer, it is necessary to provide a desulfurization device for removing sulfur from the raw fuel in order to prevent deterioration of the reforming catalyst. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
By the way, in such a desulfurization apparatus, in order to promote a desulfurization catalyst reaction, while heating a desulfurization catalyst, it is necessary to pressurize the raw fuel in the desulfurizer which accommodates a desulfurization catalyst. However, even if the temperature of the desulfurization catalyst and the pressure of the raw fuel in the desulfurizer are kept constant, the desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurizer may decrease with the passage of the date.
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the desulfurization apparatus which can suppress the fall of desulfurization efficiency, and a fuel cell system provided with such a desulfurization apparatus.
As a result of diligent research, the present inventor has found that the temperature of the desulfurization catalyst and the pressure of the raw fuel in the desulfurizer required to remove sulfur contained in the raw fuel with a predetermined efficiency increase the degree of deterioration of the desulfurization catalyst. That is, a desulfurization apparatus according to the present invention includes a desulfurizer that contains a desulfurization catalyst that removes sulfur from raw fuel to be supplied to a reformer that generates reformed gas, a heating unit that heats the desulfurization catalyst, Raw fuel introduction means for introducing raw fuel into the desulfurizer, raw fuel deriving means for deriving raw fuel from the desulfurizer, temperature measuring means for measuring the temperature of the desulfurization catalyst, and pressure of the raw fuel in the desulfurizer Pressure measuring means for measuring, a obtaining means for obtaining a numerical value corresponding to the degree of deterioration of the desulfurization catalyst, and a control means for controlling the heating means, the raw fuel introducing means and the raw fuel deriving means, the control means comprising: At least one of the heating means, the raw fuel introduction means, and the raw fuel derivation means so that at least one of the temperature measured by the temperature measurement means and the pressure measured by the pressure measurement means increases in accordance with the increase in the numerical value obtained by the obtaining means. Control one It is characterized in.
In this desulfurization apparatus, the temperature of the desulfurization catalyst and the pressure of the raw fuel in the desulfurizer can be increased according to the increase in the numerical value corresponding to the degree of deterioration of the desulfurization catalyst by the control of the control means. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a decrease in desulfurization efficiency.
In the desulfurization apparatus of the present invention, the numerical value corresponding to the degree of deterioration is preferably the cumulative use time of the desulfurization catalyst. In the desulfurization apparatus of the present invention, the numerical value corresponding to the degree of deterioration is preferably the cumulative amount of raw fuel introduced into the desulfurizer. According to this desulfurization apparatus, a numerical value corresponding to the degree of deterioration of the desulfurization catalyst can be easily obtained as the cumulative amount of raw fuel introduced into the desulfurizer.

(First embodiment)
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a fuel cell system according to the first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, a fuel cell system 1 includes a
The
The

In the fuel cell system 1 configured as described above, the raw fuel is first introduced into the
Next, the
The
Subsequently, the control of the
As the accumulated usage time acquired by the
As described above, in the
In addition, in the
Further, the
(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. The fuel cell system according to the second embodiment has the same configuration as the configuration of the fuel cell system 1 according to the first embodiment. The
In the cumulative introduction amount table T2, as shown in FIG. 4, the set temperature (° C.) and the set pressure (kPa) are associated with the cumulative introduction amount (L). The set temperature and the set pressure indicate the temperature of the
The
As described above, in the
In the
Further, the
Further, the fuel cell system 1 is provided with a flow meter between the
