By the way, the pressing force of the electric razor on the skin is different for each user, and the darkness (number) of the wrinkles is different, so that it may not be used in a suitable operating state depending on the case. For this reason, it is desired that a stable operating state is achieved even when the user's individual usage conditions such as operation and darkness are different, and the shaving performance is stably exhibited.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an electric razor capable of achieving stable operation and stabilizing shaving performance even under different usage conditions. is there.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is inserted into the outer blade by an outer blade into which body hair can be introduced and an inner blade that is reciprocally oscillated based on driving of the inner blade driving means. An electric razor that is provided with an outer blade vibration means for vibrating the outer blade, the detection means for detecting the vibration state of the outer blade, and the detection means The gist is provided with a control means for controlling the operation of at least one of the outer blade vibration means and the inner blade drive means in accordance with the vibration state of the outer blade based on the detection of.

In this invention, the vibration state of the outer blade is detected by the detection means, and at least one operation of the outer blade vibration means and the inner blade drive means is detected by the control means according to the vibration state of the outer blade based on the detection by the detection means. Is controlled. In other words, it is possible to detect the use situation such as the pressing force against the skin of the outer blade and the amount of body hair from the vibration state of the outer blade, and based on the detected pressing force against the skin and the amount of body hair, If the operation (output) of the inner blade driving means is adjusted, the operation becomes stable regardless of the use situation, and the shaving performance can be stabilized.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the electric razor according to the first aspect, the vibration state of the outer blade is detected based on detection of a load current or a rotational speed of an electric motor that is a drive source of the outer blade vibration means. The gist of this is to be done.

In this invention, the vibration state of the outer blade is detected based on the detection of the load current or the rotational speed of the electric motor that is the drive source of the outer blade vibration means. That is, since it is relatively easy to detect the load current and the rotation speed of the motor, the vibration state of the outer blade can be easily detected.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the electric razor according to the first aspect, the detection of the vibration state of the outer blade is performed based on detection of vibration itself generated by the outer blade vibration means. The gist.

In the present invention, the vibration state of the outer blade is detected based on detection of vibration itself generated by the outer blade vibration means. That is, since the vibration is directly detected, accurate detection is possible.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the electric shaver according to any one of the first to third aspects, the control means is configured to reduce the vibration frequency of the outer blade, or the outer blade vibration means or the The gist of the control is to increase the output of the inner blade driving means.

In this invention, the control means controls to increase the output of the outer blade vibration means or the inner blade drive means as the frequency of the outer blade is reduced. That is, the reduction in the frequency of the outer blade leads to a reduction in shaving performance due to a large pressing force on the skin or a large amount of body hair, but the output of the outer blade vibrating means or the inner blade driving means is increased accordingly. This stabilizes the shaving performance.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the electric shaver according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the control means controls only the outer blade vibration means according to a vibration state of the outer blade. Is the gist.

In this invention, a control means controls only an outer blade vibration means according to the vibration state of an outer blade. That is, since there is only one control object, it is possible to cope with simple control.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it can be set as the stable operation | movement even if a use condition differs, and the electric shaver which can aim at stabilization of shaving performance can be provided.

DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, an electric shaver 11 for scissors according to the present embodiment includes a grip portion 12 that can be gripped by a user, and a head portion 13 that is tiltably connected to the upper portion of the grip portion 12. The head portion 13 is provided with blade blocks 15-17. The blade blocks 15 to 17 include a pair of mesh blade blocks 15 and 16 having mesh-like outer blades 15a and 16a, and a slit blade block 17 having a slit-like outer blade 17a disposed therebetween. The blade blocks 15 to 17 are configured as a so-called three-blade electric razor 11 arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction X (shaving direction) above the head portion 13.

Inside the head portion 13, inner blades 15b, 16b provided corresponding to the mesh-like outer blades 15a, 16a and inner blades (not shown) provided corresponding to the slit-shaped outer blades 17a are respectively arranged in the width direction Y. An electric inner blade drive device 21 is provided for reciprocating vibration in the direction orthogonal to the shaving direction. The inner blade driving device 21 is generated by the control circuit 24 based on the power supply from the battery 23 (see FIG. 2) in the gripping portion 12 based on the ON operation of the operation switch 22 provided on the outer surface of the gripping portion 12. The supplied drive power is supplied to operate. When the inner blades 15b, 16b (not shown) vibrate in the inner blade driving device 21, the rods introduced into the outer blades 15a-17a are sandwiched between the vibrating inner blades 15b, 16b (not shown). It is excised.

In addition, an outer blade vibration device 25 that vibrates the outer blade cassettes 18a and 18b holding the mesh-shaped outer blades 15a and 16a in the width direction Y with an opposite phase is provided inside the head portion 13. The outer blade vibration device 25 includes an electric motor 25a as a drive source, and the outer blade cassettes 18a and 18b, that is, the outer blades, are vibrated differently from the inner blades 15b and 16b based on the rotational drive of the motor 25a. 15a and 16a are reciprocally vibrated. As shown in FIG. 2, the outer blade vibration device 25 operates with power supplied from the battery 23 based on control by the control circuit 24. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the control circuit 24 determines the pressing force and wrinkles on the skin of the outer blades 15 a and 16 a from the load current change of the outer blade vibration device 25 (electric motor 25 a) detected by the detection device 26. Is determined, and the operation control of the outer blade vibration device 25 is performed based on the determination.

The load current of the outer blade vibration device 25 (electric motor 25a) increases because the greater the pressing force of the outer blades 15a, 16a against the skin, the greater the frictional resistance of the outer blades 15a, 16a against the skin. To do. Similarly, in the darkness of the soot, the resistance of the vibrating outer blades 15a and 16a increases as the darkness (the number per unit area increases) increases the current value. Based on the detection of the load current value, the control circuit 24 grasps the pressing force of the outer blades 15a, 16a on the skin and the density of wrinkles, and if the pressing force is large or the wrinkles are dark, the outer blades 15a, 16a Since the frequency of vibration is reduced and the rate of introduction of wrinkles into the outer blades 15a, 16a is reduced, the drive current supplied to the outer blade vibration device 25 is suppressed so as to suppress the reduction in the frequency of the outer blades 15a, 16a. Increase is planned.

That is, the reciprocating vibration of the outer blades 15a and 16a is controlled so that the vibration frequency of the outer blades 15a and 16a is stable at a suitable frequency even if the pressing force on the skin and the density of wrinkles change. Stabilization of the rate of introduction of ridges into the blades 15a, 16a is achieved. Therefore, the shaving performance of the electric razor 11 is stabilized. Moreover, since the frequency of the outer blades 15a and 16a is suitable each time, effects such as reduction of damage to the skin and reduction of power consumption can be expected.

Next, characteristic effects of the present embodiment will be described.
(1) In this embodiment, the vibration state of the outer blades 15a and 16a is detected by the detection device 26, and the control circuit 24 detects the vibration state of the outer blades 15a and 16a based on the detection by the detection device 26. The operation of the blade vibration device 25 (electric motor 25a) is controlled. That is, it is possible to detect the use situation such as the pressing force of the outer blades 15a, 16a against the skin and the strength of wrinkles from the vibration state of the outer blades 15a, 16a, and based on the detected pressing force against the skin and the strength of wrinkles. If the operation (output) of the outer blade vibration device 25 is adjusted, the operation becomes stable regardless of the use situation, and the shaving performance can be stabilized. In the present embodiment, the output of the outer blade vibration device 25 is controlled to increase as the frequency of the outer blades 15a and 16a decreases. That is, the reduction in the frequency of the outer blades 15a and 16a is considered to have a large pressing force on the skin or a large amount of wrinkles, leading to a decrease in shaving performance, and the output of the outer blade vibration device 25 is increased accordingly. The shaving performance is stabilized.

(2) In this embodiment, the vibration state of the outer blades 15a and 16a is detected based on the detection of the load current of the electric motor 25a that is the drive source of the outer blade vibration device 25. That is, since it is relatively easy to detect the load current of the motor 25a, the vibration state of the outer blades 15a and 16a can be easily detected.

(3) In this embodiment, the outer blade vibration device 25 is controlled according to the vibration state of the outer blades 15a and 16a. That is, since there is only one control target, it is possible to cope with simple control.

In addition, you may change embodiment of this invention as follows.
In the above embodiment, the vibration (width direction Y) of the outer blade vibration device 25 is controlled based on the detection of the vibration state of the outer blades 15a and 16a, but the inner blade drive device 21 may be the control target. Further, both may be controlled. Moreover, although the outer blade vibration device 25 vibrates the outer blades 15a and 16a in the width direction Y, it may vibrate in the vertical direction Z. Alternatively, the entire head portion 13 may be vibrated to vibrate the outer blades 15a and 16a. In this case, the head portion 13 reciprocally vibrates in the front-rear direction X, the width direction Y, and the up-down direction Z. , Y, Z may be used to vibrate with a turning axis.

-In the said embodiment, although the detection of the vibration state of the outer blades 15a and 16a was performed based on the change of the load current value of the electric motor 25a of the outer blade vibration apparatus 25, it is not limited to this, For example, You may carry out based on the change of the rotation speed of the electric motor 25a.

As shown in FIG. 4, in the case where a vibration motor 25b (motor having an eccentric weight and generating vibration by rotation) is used as the outer blade vibration device 25, the vibrations of the outer blades 15a and 16a are indirectly induced. Therefore, even if the load current change or the rotation speed change of the vibration motor 25b is detected, it is impossible to detect the vibration state of the outer blades 15a and 16a. In such a case, an acceleration sensor or the like is used for the detection device 26, and the vibration generated in the outer blade vibration device 25 is detected. At this time, since the detection device 26 directly detects the vibration, accurate detection is possible.

-Although it applied to the electric razor 11 for wrinkles in the said embodiment, you may apply to the electric razor which cuts off hair other than a wrinkle.

15a,16a… 15a, 16a ... outer blade, 15b, 16b ... inner blade, 21 ... inner blade drive device (inner blade drive means), 24 ... control circuit (control means), 25 ... outer blade vibration device (outer blade vibration means), 25a ...
