本発明はユーザアクセス方向が一方向の装置であっても、ユニットを取り外さずにユー
ザアクセス方向から清掃可能にした画像形成装置に関する。

また、本発明は、前記清掃部材は巻き取り手段に接続され、前記操作部材の開放により巻
き戻されるので、ユニットの清掃を簡単に行うことが可能となる。
また、本発明は、前記ユニットはユーザのアクセス方向に対して直交して配置され、前記
清掃部材の操作方向は前記アクセス方向であり、清掃部材が移動する方向はアクセス方向
に直角な方向であるので、ユーザのアクセス方向からユニットを取り外さずに清掃するこ
とが可能となる。
また、本発明は、清掃される前記ユニットは、少なくともコロナ帯電器、露光器、または
除電器のいずか1つ以上のユニットであるので、各ユニットの清掃を簡単に行うことが可
能となる。
また、本発明は、清掃される前記ユニットの各清掃部材は1つの操作部材の操作により移
動するので、各ユニットの清掃を簡単に行うことが可能となる。
