Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method of jet cleaning the inner surface of a tube connected to a header such as a boiler, and more particularly to a method of jet cleaning the inner surface of a tube connected in a row so as to rise from the header.
In a boiler for thermal power generation and other boilers, a pipe group such as a water pipe and a steam pipe is jet-washed with a water jet. In Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-55588), a barrel portion, a tube plate and a plurality of tube support plates disposed horizontally in the barrel portion in a transverse direction of the barrel portion, and one end extending from the tube plate are disclosed. A plurality of heat transfer tubes extending in a row through each of the tube support plates so as to define a tube lane in the body portion, and the body portion includes In the steam generator in which a hand hole is formed above the tube plate, the scale removing device is inserted from the hand hole and applied to cleaning around the tube plate, and includes a high pressure water hose. A flexible lance that is movable with respect to the tube plate and the heat transfer tube, and a cleaning head that is attached to the tip of the flexible lance, and a fluid passage that communicates with the high-pressure water hose inside the cleaning head; Connected to the fluid passage A chamber for the steam generated dexterity scale removing device comprising a cavitation generating nozzle hole is formed communicating with the chamber is shown.
However, Patent Document 1 describes that the outside of the heat transfer tube group existing in the body is jet-cleaned, but describes that the inner surface of a pipe such as a water pipe or a steam pipe is jet-cleaned by a water jet. Absent. In boilers for thermal power generation and other boilers, chemical cleaning using an acid solution is performed at the time of new installation or periodic inspection, but in order to remove unnecessary solids such as sludge accumulated in the pipe before and after that and residual scale, The inner surface of a pipe such as a water pipe or a steam pipe is jet-washed with a water jet. In the jet cleaning of the inner surface of the pipe, a cleaning nozzle and a flexible hose similar to those used in Patent Document 1 are used.
A general boiler has a structure in which many pipe groups such as water pipes and steam pipes are connected to drums (bodies) such as water drums and steam drums. Therefore, when jet cleaning the inner surface of water pipes, steam pipes, etc. connected to the drum, a person enters the drum and sequentially inserts a flexible hose with a cleaning nozzle into the pipe. Then, a water jet is sprayed to perform the jet cleaning work. However, in the boiler, there is a tube group that does not reach even if a flexible hose with a cleaning nozzle is inserted from the drum, and jet cleaning of the inner surface of the tube existing in such a place is difficult.

In this invention, the pipe | tube used as the object of jet cleaning is a pipe | tube connected to a hedder, and the pipe | tube connected in a row | line | column so that it may stand up from a hedder is suitable as a target. Examples of the pipe connected to such a header include a side wall pipe that constitutes a side wall independently of a pipe group of a boiler body that communicates with a thermal power generation boiler, a drum such as a water drum and a steam drum of other boilers. . As such a side wall tube, those arranged in a row so as to form a side wall by connecting the upper and lower headers arranged perpendicularly to the water drum and the steam drum are suitable as objects to be cleaned. ing.
The hedder has a structure in which pipes such as water supply pipes and water-cooled wall pipes are connected, and in particular, a structure in which the pipes are connected in rows so that the pipes rise from the header is suitable, but the pipes stand upright. It is not limited to this, and a structure that rises in an inclined direction or a curved shape may be used. The header may be on one or both of the top and bottom of the tube connected to it. The header is provided with an opening, and it is particularly preferred that the opening is provided at an end or a side surface in the longitudinal direction. Since the pipe connection part at the time of chemical cleaning and the cylindrical opening part for inspection are provided in the longitudinal direction edge part of a header, this can be utilized. Moreover, since the opening part for an inspection is provided in the side surface of a header, this can be utilized. The number of openings may be singular or plural.
The jet cleaning method of the present invention is configured to jet-clean the inner surfaces of the pipes connected to the header as described above, particularly the pipes connected in a row so as to rise from the header. In this case, the guide tube is inserted into the space inside the hedder from the opening of the header, and the guide tube with a cleaning nozzle inserted into the guide tube with the curved tube portion facing the opening end of the tube connected to the header. A flexible hose is inserted into the pipe from the open end of the pipe, and a water jet is jetted from the washing nozzle to clean the pipe inner surface. After that, the flexible hose with the cleaning nozzle is moved backward to move the guide tube, and with the curved tube portion facing the open end of the next tube, the water hose is jetted while the flexible hose with the cleaning nozzle is advanced to inject the inner surface of the tube. The tube is cleaned by repeating this in sequence.
The guide tube is configured to have a tubular base portion extending along a space in the header and a curved tube portion extending from an end portion of the tubular base portion toward an opening end of a tube connected to the header. As the guide tube, a tube having a rigid tubular base or a flexible tube is used. A guide tube made of a tube having a rigid tubular base is suitable for operation by projecting the base from the opening provided at the longitudinal end of the header, and if necessary, manually from the opening on the side surface of the header. Support and operate while observing. Moreover, the guide tube whose tubular base portion is a flexible tube is suitable for operation by inserting the guide tube through an opening provided on the side surface of the header. In the case where the tubular base portion is a guide tube made of a flexible tube, the tubular base portion can be positioned at the lowermost portion of the header by interposing one or more weight members in the middle portion of the tubular base portion. In this case, the guide tube can be operated by pushing or pulling the guide tube by hand while observing from the opening on the side surface of the header.
The curved tube portion of the guide tube is configured to bend and extend from the end portion of the tubular base portion toward the open end of the tube connected to the header, and the distal end portion of the curved tube portion extends in the direction in which the tube connected to the header is extended, In general, it is preferable to bend so as to be directed upward in a perpendicular direction. The curved tube portion of the guide tube may be formed integrally with the tubular base portion, or may be formed as a separate part and joined to the tubular base portion by a joining member. The guide tube is moved in the guide tube by pushing the guide tube from the opening side of the header or by pulling a wire extending from the curved tube portion, and the distal end portion of the bending tube portion is opposed to the opening end of the tube connected to the header. be able to. In order to couple the wire to the curved tube portion, an annular or hook-shaped coupling portion can be provided on the curved tube portion.
An image display device for moving the inside of the guide tube and providing a scale on the guide tube or displaying an image in the vicinity of the distal end portion of the bending tube portion so that the distal end portion of the bending tube portion is opposed to the opening end of the tube connected to the header. By moving the bending tube portion while viewing the scale or the image, the distal end portion of the bending tube portion can be accurately opposed to the open end of the tube. By providing the scale on the tubular base portion of the guide tube protruding from the longitudinal end portion of the header, the position of the distal end portion of the bending tube portion can be accurately known. As an image display device, by operating an imaging device such as a camera with illumination, a CCD camera, etc., and an image display unit such as a display while operating while observing the distal end portion of the curved tube portion and the open end of the tube, It is possible to accurately know the position of the distal end portion of the bending tube portion.
With the guide tube facing the open end of the tube that connects the curved tube to the hedder, insert a flexible hose with a cleaning nozzle inserted into the guide tube into the tube from the open end of the tube, and spray a water jet from the cleaning nozzle The flexible hose with a cleaning nozzle may be inserted in the guide tube in advance, or may be inserted after the guide tube is inserted into the space in the header. Good. Similarly, the cleaning nozzle may be attached in advance to the flexible hose, or may be attached after insertion of the flexible hose. The cleaning nozzle has an injection port that injects a water jet toward the inner periphery of the tube, preferably obliquely downward, and allows the flexible hose to be inserted into the guide tube so that the cleaning nozzle moves forward and backward over the entire length of the tube. Structure.
As described above, the guide tube is inserted into the space in the header from the opening of the header, and the cleaning nozzle is inserted into the guide tube with the curved tube portion of the guide tube facing the opening end of the tube connected to the header. Insert the flexible hose into the pipe from the open end of the pipe, spray a water jet from the washing nozzle to clean the inner surface of the pipe, then move the guide pipe by moving the flexible hose with the washing nozzle backward to move the curved pipe section next. While facing the open end of the pipe, the water hose is jetted while the flexible hose with a washing nozzle is advanced to wash the inner surface of the pipe. The jet cleaning in the pipe can be performed efficiently.
According to the present invention, a guide tube having a tubular base portion extending along a space portion in the header and a curved tube portion extending from the end portion of the tubular base portion toward the opening end of the tube connected to the header is provided. Insert the flexible hose with a cleaning nozzle inserted into the guide tube into the tube from the open end of the tube, with the curved tube portion of the guide tube facing the open end of the tube connected to the header. Insert the water jet from the cleaning nozzle to clean the inner surface of the tube, and then move the guide tube by moving the flexible hose with the cleaning nozzle backward, with the curved tube facing the open end of the next tube. The inner surface of the pipe connected to the hedder arranged independently from the drum can be simplified by cleaning the inner surface of the pipe by spraying a water jet while moving the flexible hose with the cleaning nozzle forward.
The
The base 20 protruding from the
The
The
In this manner, the
By the above jet cleaning, the solids such as scale and sludge in the
In FIG. 2 and FIG. 3B, the
An
The
At this time, while observing from the
In this manner, the

After the chemical cleaning of the
As in Example 1, jet cleaning was performed by the method shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 (b), the
