以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。

（ロ）Ｕ字部３は、楕円部１のらせんで立ち上がり、中をのぞかせて耳たぶ６の導入を助け、そのつけ根に密着する。
（ハ）前部２は、頬に接して風当５のつけ根に密着する。
（ニ）楕円部１は、耳輪４のつけ根に密着する。
（ホ）図１から図４は、右耳用の耳装着具を示している。左耳用は、楕円部１のらせん方向やＵ字部３の立ち上がりが、逆になって対称形になる。
（ヘ）図５は、線材の断面図である。これ以外にも、芯入りにしたり、表面にコーティングをしたりできる。また、薄くすれば耳の付け根にならって変形するから、らせんを限りなく小さくした形、すなわち平板状となるので加工しやすくなる。
（ト）素材は、金属、樹脂、ゴムなどを使用する。

（ヌ）これを耳からはずすには、Ｕ字部３に指をかけ、前部２が風当５からはずれるまで耳たぶ６を抜き、右に回して残りを抜き去り、耳輪４からはずす。
（ル）試作品で試してみると、一見、複雑に見える装着、取り外しが、それぞれなめらかに合成された一動作で一瞬にできたのである。
（ヲ）耳に比べて耳の付け根の形は、個人差が小さいのでサイズの種類を小さくできる。また、素材によっては、耳の付け根に合わせて削り合わせることもできる。
（ワ）耳に装着して使いたいものを列挙すると、イヤフォン、ワイヤレスマイク、音楽プレーヤー、補聴器、トランシーバ、カメラ、携帯電話などがある。
（カ）本願発明は、このまま市販する場合と上記製品のメーカーに提供して、耳装着型製品となる場合がある。したがって、汎用性が強く求められている。

（ツ）全く新しい耳装着法である本願発明の提供は、各メーカーの技術者間の小型化競争を促し、音響アクセサリーのコードレス、ワイヤレス化をはじめとする超小型の耳装着製品の実現に貢献する。
本願発明は、以上の構成よりなっている。
