Abstract
Description
The present invention is a system in which basal body temperature data of a measurement subject is automatically transferred to a personal computer in a clinic by agreement with a measurement subject who performs infertility treatment, a doctor who performs treatment, and a counting center.
(B) It is very difficult for a doctor to make some diagnosis only by changing the basal body temperature. In order for the doctor to make some diagnosis for the measurement subject, detailed diagnosis data of the measurement subject is required.
(B) It seems that in most cases, the person to be measured does not feel any abnormalities due to changes in his / her basal body temperature. As an example of a case where the subject feels an abnormality due to a change in the basal body temperature, it seems that it is only when the high temperature period continues (when pregnant). In that case, it is unlikely that a conventional system will be used to receive an expert diagnosis. When the high temperature period continues, high-performance pregnancy test drugs are being sold recently, and it seems that subjects are likely to use this test drug.
(C) With conventional systems, the diagnosis destination is obstetrics and gynecology, and it is difficult to go, so it will be postponed. However, if the measurement target is required in a wide range, the utility value of the conventional system is considered low .
(D) There is a problem that the measurement subject cannot receive a diagnosis from an expert unless he / she gives an instruction to receive advice from a doctor. In this case, even if the doctor feels something abnormal, there is a high possibility that the diagnosis from the doctor will not be transmitted to the measurement subject.
(E) If the measurement subject determines whether or not to receive a doctor's diagnosis, it is the same as the measurement subject diagnosing himself / herself.
(F) The process in which the person to be measured selects a hospital includes the possibility that his / her basic body temperature data (personal information) will be disclosed to multiple hospitals. There is a risk of inviting.
(G) It may be an effective system when diagnosis from multiple specialists is desired, but if multiple specialists make different diagnoses with the same basal body temperature data, the conventional system is a problem. The purpose of being able to receive a diagnosis from an expert without going to the hospital is meaningless to the person being measured, and only causes confusion.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
In addition to changes in basal body temperature, in order to diagnose the doctor's internal examination results, the doctor's internal examination is essential, and the patient is a patient undergoing infertility treatment who is attending the obstetrics and gynecology department. It is essential that the patient sends daily basal body temperature data, etc. to the tally center, and the doctor must input the subject's internal examination data (size, number of follicles, etc.) and report it to the tally center. The data collection center analyzes the input data and automatically predicts the date of ovulation, the contraceptive period, the fertility period, the risk of fertility, etc. automatically every month regardless of the preparation period or production period. Notify by email. An ID associated with a one-to-one relationship between the measurement subject and a doctor (clinic) is issued.
The basic body temperature table automatic transfer system in infertility treatment having the above configuration.
If the patient forgets to bring a basal body temperature table on the day of the visit, there will be no obstacle to the doctor's diagnosis. Physicians can provide patients with more accurate diagnoses and precautions not only based on changes in the patient's basal body temperature, but also based on analysis of accumulated detailed data. Since the necessity of the medical examination is not dependent on the patient's subjective judgment or whims, when the doctor feels something abnormal in the patient, the diagnosis from the doctor is surely communicated to the patient. By issuing IDs that have a one-to-one relationship between a patient and a doctor (clinician), the “bad effects when patients are confused by different diagnostic results from multiple specialists” are automatically resolved. Because it is possible, the purpose of systematization that “is able to receive a diagnosis from a specialist without actually going to the hospital” is restored to its original significance.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
(A) When this system is used, usage IDs are assigned to both the measurement subject and the clinic, and the basal body temperature data is definitely transmitted to the clinic (4) associated therewith.
