Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of gloves having finger bags fitting to the fingers, excellent in feeling of wear, and hardly coming off. <P>SOLUTION: The pair of gloves (30) is obtained by knitting a cotton yarn. The cotton yarn is applied with light twist preventing heat set so as to develop twist torque in a condition of bringing into the gloves, and the stitches at least of finger bags are skews (31a-31e). An inclined or twisted stress is applied to the fingers by the skews of the stitches of the finger bags so as to improve fit feeling and make the gloves hardly come off. As for the skews, the stitches skew from the upper left to the lower right in the case of the left glove, and the stitches skew from the upper right to the lower left in the case of the right glove, so the stitches curve along the grasping direction of the fingers and comply with natural motion of the fingers to further improve feeling of wear. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a glove that fits a finger and has good wearing feeling and friction.

Conventionally, knitted gloves using spun yarn have been used. For example, yarn gloves and gloves called work gloves are typical examples of knitted gloves. In these gloves, the friction between the finger bag and the finger is not so high, and the fit of the finger is still not satisfied. Claims 5 to 6 and paragraph 0031 of Patent Document 1 also disclose that the torque due to twisting is reduced.

Furthermore, gloves that use high-strength fibers and have improved protection and cut resistance have also been proposed (Patent Documents 2 to 5). Specifically, Patent Documents 2 to 3 propose protective gloves using high-strength polyethylene fibers. Patent Document 4 proposes a protective glove using an aramid fiber or the like. Patent Document 5 proposes a glove that uses super fiber and polyphenylene sulfide fiber to improve cut resistance and heat retention.

However, the conventional gloves have a problem that the surface is slippery. This is because the fibers themselves are slippery, and there is a risk of slipping and failing to drop or dropping objects when moving. For this reason, resin, rubber, plastisol, or the like is applied in the form of dots or the entire surface is coated. However, when resin, rubber, plastisol, or the like is applied, there is a problem that the delicate sensation of fingers becomes dull and precise work and movement cannot be performed.

In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, the present invention provides a glove in which a finger bag of a glove fits a finger, has a good wearing feeling, and is difficult to take off.

The glove according to the present invention is a glove obtained by knitting spun yarn, and the spun yarn is subjected to a twisting heat set in which twisting torque is expressed in a gloved state, and at least the stitches of the finger bag portion are skewed. It is characterized by that.

The present invention is such that the yarn is subjected to a mild anti-twisting heat set so that twisting torque is manifested in a gloved state, and at least the stitches of the finger bag part are skewed, Can fit the finger, can provide a glove that is comfortable to wear and difficult to take off. In other words, the skewness of the stitches of the finger pouches causes oblique or distorted stress to be applied to the fingers, resulting in a good fit and difficult to take off.

FIG. 1 is a side view of a design twisted yarn used in Example 1 of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a side view of a design twisted yarn used in Example 2 of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a front view of the glove according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a front view of a glove in Example 2 of the present invention.

The spun yarn used in the glove of the present invention has a mild anti-twist heat set so that twisting torque is expressed in the gloved state, and at least the stitches of the finger pouches are skewed. In the above, although it is different depending on the fiber material, the mild anti-twisting heat set means that the temperature is lower or the processing time is shorter than that of the anti-twisting heat set for normally stopping the expression of torque. That is, when knitted into a glove, at least the stitches of the finger pouch are in a state in which skewing due to twisting torque appears. Since the finger bag portion has a small area, skewing due to twisting torque is likely to occur. Although the skew of the stitches may appear on the palm and the back, this area has a large area and the skew is not likely to appear.

Usually, the skew of the stitch due to the expression of the twisting torque is poor in appearance and deteriorates the quality. Therefore, it is common knowledge not to leave the twisting torque in order to avoid this. However, according to the present invention, a glove having a good fit and difficult to take off can be realized by developing the twist torque and skewing the stitches.

In the case of left gloves, it is preferable that the stitches are skewed from the upper left to the lower right, and in the case of the right gloves, the stitches are skewed from the upper right to the lower left. Accordingly, the stitch is bent along the grip direction of the finger, so that the feeling of wearing is further improved following the natural movement of the finger. In order to skew the stitches in this way, in the case of the left glove, an S-twisted spun yarn is manufactured, heat-set while leaving the twisting torque, and knitted with a glove knitting machine from the fingertip. In the case of the right glove, it is obtained by producing a Z-twisted spun yarn, heat-setting it while leaving the twisting torque, and knitting it from a fingertip with a glove knitting machine.

The yarn used in the present invention may be any spun yarn. As the fiber of the spun yarn, any fiber such as natural fibers such as cotton, wool and hemp, recycled fibers such as rayon, synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon and acrylic fibers can be used. As the form of the yarn, a single yarn, a plurality of twisted yarns of two or more yarns and the like can be used. Ordinary spun yarn or design twist yarn may be used. The design twisted yarn can be obtained by placing a floating yarn around the core yarn and winding the presser yarn over the floating yarn. The core yarn and the presser yarn may be yarns containing high-strength synthetic fibers (super fibers) having a strength of 14 cN / deci tex or more. Super fibers are useful for maintaining high strength and durability. The length of the floating yarn is longer than that of the core yarn per fixed length of the design twisted yarn. As a result, the floating yarn is partially arranged linearly around the core yarn, or arranged in a loop so that when the glove is formed, the floating yarn exists on the surface in a hook shape or protruding, Provides anti-slip function. The length of the floating yarn is preferably 1 to 100% longer than the core yarn per fixed length of the design twisted yarn.

The super fiber yarn that can be used in the present invention is selected from aramid fiber, polybenzimidazole fiber, polybenzoxazole fiber, polybenzthiazole fiber, polyarylate fiber, polyketone fiber, high-strength polyethylene fiber, and high-strength polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber. At least one yarn is preferred. All of these fibers are high strength fibers having a strength of 14 cN / deci tex or more. For example, aramid fiber (trade name “Kevlar” manufactured by Toray DuPont, product name “Twaron” manufactured by Teijin Towaron, product name “Technola” manufactured by Teijin Ltd.) has a strength of 19 to 25 cN / deci tex, and an elastic modulus of 380 to 980 cN / deci tex. Polyarylate fibers (trade name “Vectran” manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd.) have a strength of 18 to 22 cN / deci tex and an elastic modulus of 600 to 741 cN / deci tex. Polybenzoxazole fiber (trade name “Zylon” manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd.) has a strength of 37 cN / deci tex and an elastic modulus of 1060 to 2200 cN / deci tex. High-strength polyethylene fibers (trade name “Dyneema SK60” manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd., trade name “Dyneema SK71” manufactured by DMS) have strengths of 26 to 40 cN / deci tex and elastic moduli of 883 to 1413 cN / deci tex. High-strength polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber (trade name “Kuraron-KII” manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd.) has a strength of 14 to 18 cN / deci tex.

The floating yarn is preferably at least one yarn selected from the super fibers, synthetic fibers other than the super fibers, chemical fibers, and natural fibers. For example, cotton or wool may be used.

本発明で使用する紡績糸の繊度は118〜11811dtex(綿番手:0.5〜50番)が好ましい。 The fineness of the spun yarn used in the present invention is preferably 118 to 11811 dtex (cotton count: 0.5 to 50). The preferred number of twists of the spun yarn is in the range of 200 to 700 times / m. The spun yarn can be manufactured on a ring spinning machine. Design twisted yarn can be manufactured with a design twisting machine. In this case, it is preferable that the supply speed of the floating yarn is 1 to 100% faster (overfeed) than the supply speed of the core yarn.

The spun yarn used in the present invention is lightly twisted and heat set. Thereby, when knitted into a glove, the stitches of the finger pouch portion are skewed. The anti-twist heat set is preferably heat-treated at 90 to 110 ° C. for 30 to 60 minutes with dry heat or wet heat. Preferably wet heat is used.

The design twisted yarn thus obtained may be knitted directly into a glove with a glove knitting machine, or may be sewn into a glove after knitting into a knitted fabric such as a flat knitting, a circular knitting or a warp knitting.

In the case of a thin glove, the weight of the present invention can be set to, for example, 28 g for S size, and 32 g for M size. Of course, anything heavier or lighter than this can be freely formed.

Applications include, for example, climbing gloves used for rock climbing, sports gloves for golf, baseball, soccer, skiing, etc., inner gloves when using multiple gloves under cold conditions, general work gloves, protection Also useful as gloves, welding gloves such as arc welding, pre-furnace work gloves such as blast furnaces, heat cooking gloves, fire fighting fire fighting gloves, heat resistant gloves used for work with high heat objects such as engine repair, blade protection gloves, etc. It is.

This will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view of a design twisted yarn 10 of one embodiment used in the present invention. The design twisted yarn 10 includes a core yarn 1, a floating yarn 2, and a presser yarn 3 from above, and the floating yarn 2 forms a loop. The float yarn 2 is an example of a natural fiber such as cotton or wool.

FIG. 2 is a side view of a design twisted yarn 20 used in another embodiment of the present invention. The design twisted yarn 20 includes a core yarn 4, a float yarn 5, and a presser yarn 6 from above, and the float yarn 5 is partially arranged around the core yarn 4 in a straight line shape. The straight portion ranges from 5 to 50 mm. The float 5 is an example using super fiber.

FIG. 3 is a front view of a glove 30 knitted using the design twisted yarn of FIG. The diagonal lines (31a-31e) of each finger bag of the glove 30 indicate a state where the stitches are skewed. As shown in the skewed portions 31a to 31e of the stitch in FIG. 3, in the case of the left hand, when the stitch is skewed from the upper left to the lower right (the reverse is the case for the right hand), the grip direction of the finger is taken. Since the stitch is bent, the feeling of wear is improved following the natural movement of the finger. No skew is seen in the palm. A loop of the floating yarn 2 in FIG. 1 appears like dots on the palm or finger of the glove 30 and protrudes finely on the side of the finger.

FIG. 4 is a front view of a glove 40 knitted using the design twisted yarn of FIG. The diagonal lines (41a-41e) of each finger bag of the glove 40 indicate a state in which the stitches are skewed. As shown in the skewed portions 41a to 41e of the stitch in FIG. 4, in the case of the left hand, when the stitch is skewed from the upper left to the lower right (the reverse is the case for the right hand), the grip direction of the finger is taken. Since the stitch is bent, the feeling of wear is improved following the natural movement of the finger. No skew is seen in the palm. This is because the palm part of the glove 40 and the pattern 42 of the finger part appear to overlap the straight line portions of the floating yarn 5 in FIG.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples.

Example 1
In FIG. 1, a spun yarn 40/2 (meter) made of a meta-aramid fiber [“Conex” manufactured by Teijin Ltd., single fiber fineness 2.2 decitex (2 denier), fiber length 51 mm] as the core yarn 1 and presser yarn 3 Twisted two were used. The twisting condition was S twist 600 times / m, and heat setting was performed at 110 ° C. for 40 minutes with wet heat. As the floating yarn 2, one 1/70 wool spun yarn (use of a single yarn having a metric count of 70) was used. These yarns were supplied to a design twisting machine. At this time, the float yarn 2 was overfeeded 1.7 times (170%) with respect to the core yarn 1 and the presser yarn 3. The number of twists in the design twisting machine was S twist 600 times / m. The mixing ratio was 72 wt% of meta-aramid fibers and 28 wt% of wool. This design twisted yarn 10 was heat-set at 105 ° C. for 30 minutes. The obtained yarn was for the left hand. The right-hand yarn was manufactured by changing the S twist to the Z twist.

A glove 30 shown in FIG. 3 was knitted using a glove knitting machine (10 gauge) manufactured by Shima Seiki Co., Ltd. using the obtained design twisted yarn. The knitted gloves were one pair (both hands), S size was 28 g, and M size was 32 g.

This glove 30 was used for mountain climbing in the European Alps for 30 days. As a result of being used for mountain climbing at altitudes between 3000 and 4800m, including rock climbing and glacier walking, the friction between the finger bag and finger increases due to the skew of the stitch of the finger bag, the finger bag of the glove fits the finger, and the feeling of wear As a result, it was confirmed that it was difficult to remove. In particular, as shown in the skewed portions 31a to 31e of the stitch in FIG. 3, when the stitch is skewed from the upper left to the lower right in the case of the left hand (the opposite is true in the case of the right hand), it follows the grip direction of the finger. Since the stitches are bent, the feeling of wearing is improved following the natural movement of the fingers. In addition, there was no perforation, fraying or breakage, and the protection function of hands and fingers was high. The subtle finger sensation did not drop during rock climbing or ice pickling. From this, it was confirmed that the glove was thin and highly durable and could hold the delicate sensation of fingers. It was also useful as an inner glove when the temperature was cold.

In FIG. 2, a spun yarn 40/2 (meter) made of a meta-aramid fiber [“Conex” manufactured by Teijin Limited, single fiber fineness 2.2 decitex (2 denier), fiber length 51 mm] as the core yarn 4 and the presser yarn 6. Twisted two were used. The twisting conditions were S twist 600 times / m, and heat setting was performed at 110 ° C. for 30 minutes with wet heat. As the float yarn 5, a filament fiber made of polybenzoxazole (trade name “Zylon” manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd.) 278 deci tex was used and heat-set at 100 ° C. for 30 minutes with wet heat. These yarns were supplied to a design twisting machine. At this time, the floating yarn 5 was overfeeded 1.01 times (101%) with respect to the core yarn 4 and the presser yarn 6. The number of twists in the design twisting machine was S twist 600 times / m. The mixing ratio was 68 wt% meta-aramid fiber and 32 wt% polybenzoxazole fiber. This design twisted yarn 20 was heat-set at 110 ° C. for 30 minutes. The obtained yarn was for the left hand. The right-hand yarn was manufactured by changing the S twist to the Z twist.

A glove 40 shown in FIG. 4 was knitted using a glove knitting machine (10 gauge) manufactured by Shima Seiki Co., Ltd. using the obtained design twisted yarn. The knitted gloves were one pair, the S size was 28 g, and the M size was 32 g.

This glove 40 was used for mountain climbing in the European Alps for 30 days. In particular, as shown in the skewed portions 41a to 41e of the stitch in FIG. 4, when the stitch is skewed from the upper left to the lower right in the case of the left hand (the reverse is the case in the case of the right hand), it follows the grip direction of the fingers.
