Description

The present invention relates to packaging containers such as chicken eggs. Specifically, it consists of a container body made of pulp mold and a lid made of synthetic resin, and in use, the outer peripheral surface of the lid is placed on the outer peripheral surface of the container main body, and a pair of outer peripheral surfaces are placed. It is related with the packaging container which bonds and integrates the parallel edge surface of 2 sides with an adhesive tape.

As containers for packaging eggs such as eggs composed of a container body and a lid, containers formed by molding a synthetic resin sheet and containers made of pulp mold are provided. In any case, the container body and the lid are integrated by making the container body and the lid freely foldable via a hinge portion. As a packaging container molded from a synthetic resin sheet, for example, the packaging container disclosed in JP-A-2002-234520 (Patent Document 1) can be exemplified.

Since the packaging container made of a synthetic resin can be made transparent, it has an advantage that the contents contained therein can be easily visually recognized even when the container is closed, but it also has a drawback of lack of air permeability.
On the other hand, since the packaging container made of pulp mold cannot be made transparent, the contents inside the container cannot be visually confirmed when the container is closed, but on the other hand, since it has air permeability, This is advantageous.
There is a need for packaging containers that combine the advantages of both. That is, there is a demand for packaging containers in which the container body is made of pulp mold and the lid is made of synthetic resin.

When a container main body is comprised with a pulp mold molded object and a cover body is comprised with a synthetic resin molded object, naturally, a container main body and a cover body are manufactured in the completely different process. For this reason, a container main body and a cover body cannot be integrally formed via a hinge part, for example, after covering a cover body on a container main body, both will be integrated with an adhesive tape, a stapler, etc.
There is a demand to automate this integration process.

In order to automate the work of integrating the container body and the lid with an adhesive tape or the like, the lid must be positioned with high precision on the container body.
However, the pulp mold container main body and the synthetic resin lid body are completely different from each other in the molding accuracy, and positioning is difficult.
The present invention automates the work of integrating the two by making it possible to accurately position the synthetic resin lid on the pulp mold container body, thereby making the container body a pulp mold molded body. An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging container in which the lid is formed of a synthetic resin molded body.

Configuration 1 includes a pulp mold container main body 1 formed by forming a plurality of lower receiving recesses 13 in a lattice shape in a substantially rectangular tray surrounded by a horizontal outer peripheral surface 11, and an outer peripheral edge of the container main body 1 And a synthetic resin lid body 2 formed by forming an outer peripheral surface 21 corresponding to the surface 11 and an upper housing recess 23 corresponding to the lower housing recess 13, and a lid body on the outer peripheral surface 11 of the container body 1. The two outer peripheral surfaces 21 are placed on top of each other, and the pair of parallel edge surfaces 11a, 21a, / 11b, 21b in the outer peripheral surfaces 11, 21 are bonded to each other with adhesive tapes 3a, 3b, respectively. A packaging container to be used, wherein the container main body 1 has four adjacent lower receiving recesses 13-1 and 13 so as to form a substantially quadrangular pyramid shape having a through hole 15b in the base surface portion 15a. Lower convexity that is convexly formed at the center position surrounded by -2, 13-3, and 13-4 The lid body 2 corresponds to the lower convex portion 15 of the container body 1 so as to form a substantially quadrangular pyramid shape having a protrusion 25b corresponding to the through hole 15b on the base surface portion 25a. The upper convex portion 25 is formed so as to project at a position where the outer peripheral surface 21 of the lid body 2 is placed on the outer peripheral surface 11 of the container body 1. Since the base surface portion 25a of the upper convex portion 25 is in contact with 15a and the projection portion 25b is fitted into the through hole 15b, the lid body 2 is placed on the container body 1. In this case, positioning can be performed easily and accurately. For example, it is easy to automate bonding using an adhesive tape using a mechanical device. Further, since the container body side portion to which the projection 25b on the lid 2 side is fitted is not the bottomed recess but the through hole 15b, the molding accuracy on the container body 1 side which is a pulp mold molded body is high. Even when there is not, the malfunction that the protrusion part 25b floats from a bottomed recessed part and the outer peripheral surface 21 of the cover body 2 floats from the outer peripheral surface 11 of the container main body 1 does not arise. Moreover, since the through-hole 15b is provided, the drying process of the pulp molding of the container body 1 is quickened, and the deformation in the drying process is also reduced. In addition, since the base surface portion 25a on the lid 2 side contacts the base surface portion 15a on the container body 1 side, the storage space defined by the lower storage concave portion 13 and the upper storage concave portion 23 is defined as the lower convex portion 15 and the upper convex portion 15a. It can support by the convex part 25, and can raise intensity | strength.

Configuration 2 is Configuration 1, in which the container body 1 is positioned at a position near the outer peripheral surface between at least one pair of the lower housing recesses 13-1 and 13-2 adjacent to each other along the outer peripheral surface 11. The outer peripheral surface 11 has an edge protrusion 17 formed so as to be inclined so that the wall surface 17a on the outer peripheral surface 11 side is inclined, and the outer peripheral surface 11 of the container body 1 is provided with the lid 2 on the outer peripheral surface 11. When the outer peripheral surface 21 is placed, the corresponding portion of the inner surface of the wall portion 26 of the lid 2 abuts on the wall surface 17a guided by the wall surface 17a on the outer peripheral surface 11 side of the edge projection portion 17. Therefore, the positioning when placing the lid 2 on the container body 1 can be performed more easily and accurately. For example, the automation of bonding with an adhesive tape using a mechanical device is possible. It becomes easier.
The configuration 3 is a packaging container characterized in that, in the configuration 2, the edge projecting portion 17 is formed so as to project at a position along each side of the outer peripheral surface 11. Positioning when placing the lid 2 on the lid can be performed more easily and accurately, and for example, it is further easier to automate bonding using an adhesive tape using a mechanical device.

In Configuration 4, in Configuration 2 or Configuration 3, the upper end portion 17b of the edge projection 17 of the container body 1 forms a horizontal plane, and the lid 2 is a wall portion at a position corresponding to the edge projection 17 26 is formed in a projecting manner from the inside to define the space between the upper housing recesses 23-1 and 23-2 corresponding to the pair of lower housing recesses 13-1 and 13-2, and the end near the outer peripheral surface 21. When the outer peripheral surface 21 of the lid body 2 is placed on the outer peripheral surface 11 of the container main body 1, the lower end portion 27 b that is a portion has a projecting portion 27 that forms a horizontal surface. Since the portion 27b is a packaging container in which the upper end portion 17b of the edge projection portion 17 abuts, the accommodation space defined by the lower accommodation recess 13 and the upper accommodation recess 23 is defined as the lower projection. 15 and the upper convex portion 25, and can be supported by the edge projection portion 17 and the overhang portion 27, Degree can be further enhanced.
Configuration 5 is a packaging container characterized in that in any one of Configurations 1 to 4, the protruding portion 25b of the upper convex portion 25 of the lid body 2 has a truncated cone shape. Positioning when placing the lid 2 on the lid can be performed more easily and accurately, and for example, it is further easier to automate bonding using an adhesive tape using a mechanical device.

(1) Container body 1
The container main body 1 is a pulp mold molded body. That is, a mold provided with a wire mesh having a shape corresponding to the container body 1 is immersed in a pulp solution in which waste paper is dissolved in water, sucked from behind and attached to the wire mesh, and then taken out and dried. It is a molded product. Since the pulp molding method is well known, details of the manufacturing method are omitted. In this example, the outer surface side of the container body 1 is a side (smooth surface) that is sucked by a wire mesh, and the inner surface side is a side (rough surface) that is exposed to free space.

As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the container body 1 has a substantially rectangular shape (R-rectangular shape with curved corners) in a top view, and has a three-dimensional overall concave portion. It is. In this tray, a plurality (10 in this example) of lower receiving recesses 13 are defined and arranged in a grid of two rows and five. That is, each of the lattice point positions is arranged so that the center of the housing recess 13 is located at each of the lattice point positions. In addition, the accommodation recessed part 13 is for standing an oval-shaped chicken egg and accommodating the substantially lower half.
Further, a horizontal outer peripheral surface 11 is provided on the entire periphery of the tray opening of the container main body 1, and the long side portions 11 a and 11 b in the outer peripheral surface 11 have a total of six pieces of three each. A notch 110 (see FIG. 1C, etc.) is formed.

In addition, the container body 1 has approximately four at each central position surrounded by four adjacent lower receiving recesses 13 (eg, receiving recesses 13-1, 13-2, 13-3, 13-4). It has a lower convex portion 15 that is convexly formed in a truncated pyramid shape. As for this lower convex part 15, the base surface part 15a of the upper end is horizontal, and the through-hole 15b is provided in the center. However, in this example, a total of four lower protrusions 15 are provided, but the through-holes 15b are provided only in the two lower protrusions 15 closer to the center in the longitudinal direction, and 2 at both ends. It is not provided on the lower convex portion. In addition, the four inclined surfaces of each of the lower convex portions 15 having a substantially quadrangular pyramid shape have four lower receiving recesses 13 (e.g., receiving recesses 13-1 and 13) around the lower convex portion 15, respectively. -2, 13-3, and 13-4).

The container body 1 is also located between the two lower receiving recesses 13 and 13 (e.g., receiving recesses 13-1 and 13-2) adjacent to each other along the outer peripheral edge 11 and closer to the outer peripheral edge 11. At the position, an edge projection 17 is formed so as to protrude higher than the outer peripheral surface 11. The edge protrusion 17 is inclined such that a wall surface 17a on the outer peripheral edge 11 side is inclined inwardly upward. In this example, there are four edge projections 17 in total, two subtotals near the outer peripheral surface of the two sides in the long side direction, and two subtotals one each near the outer peripheral surface of the two sides in the short side direction. Is provided.

本例では、厚さ0.3mm程度のPET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)樹脂であり、透明である。
(2) Lid 2
The lid 2 is a molded body formed by molding a synthetic resin (plastic) sheet by a known method. In this example, it is a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin having a thickness of about 0.3 mm and is transparent.
The lid body 2 has a shape corresponding to the container body 1 as shown in FIG. That is, the tray has a substantially rectangular shape (R-rectangular shape with curved corners) when viewed from above, and the overall shape of the tray has a recess in three dimensions. In this tray, upper receiving recesses 23 corresponding to the lower receiving recesses 13 of the container body 1 are defined and arranged in two rows and five grids. That is, each of the lattice point positions is arranged so that the center of the housing recess 23 is located at each of the lattice point positions. The housing recess 23 is for housing substantially the upper half of the oval egg.
Further, a horizontal outer peripheral surface 21 is provided on the entire circumference of the tray opening of the lid 2, as in the case of the container body 1, and the long side portions 21 a and 21 b in the outer peripheral surface 21 are provided on the outer peripheral surface 21. A total of six cutout portions 210 (see FIG. 1 (a) and the like) are formed by three.

In addition, the lid body 2 has an upper convex portion 25 that is formed so as to project in a substantially square frustum shape at a central position surrounded by four adjacent upper accommodating concave portions 23. In the case of the container body 1, the lower convex portion 15 is provided with a total of four, two near the center having the through hole 15 b and two at both ends without the through hole. Then, the upper side convex part 25 is provided only in the position corresponding to the lower side convex part 15 near the center which has the through-hole 15b. That is, two upper convex portions 25, 25 are provided. The four slopes of each upper convex portion 25 having a substantially quadrangular pyramid shape form a part of the inner wall surface of the four upper accommodating concave portions 23 around the upper convex portion 25, respectively. This is the same as the case of the lower convex portion 15 of the container body 1.
The upper convex portion 25 has a horizontal base surface portion 25a at the upper end (lower end when used as a lid), and the center thereof, that is, a through-hole in the base surface portion 15a of the lower convex portion 15 of the container body 1. A frustoconical protrusion 25b is provided at a position corresponding to 15b.

The lid body 2 also has an overhanging portion 27 between two upper accommodation recesses 23, 23 adjacent along the outer peripheral surface 21. The overhang portion 27 is provided at a position corresponding to the edge projection portion 17 of the container body 1. When the outer peripheral surface 21 of the lid body 2 is placed on the outer peripheral surface 11 of the container body 1, the lower end portion 27 b of the overhanging portion 27 comes into contact with the upper end portion 17 b of the corresponding edge protrusion 17. It is formed in a simple shape.

(3) Assembly of container body 1 and lid body 2 When the outer peripheral surface 21 of the lid body 2 is placed so as to overlap the outer circumferential surface 11 of the container body 1, the center of the base surface portion 25a of the upper convex portion 25 of the lid body 2 The protruding portion 25b enters the through hole 15b at the center of the base surface portion 15a of the lower convex portion 15 of the container body 1. Since the projecting portion 25b has a truncated cone shape, the projecting portion 25b is guided by the through-hole 15b and is fitted. At this time, the base surface portion 25a of the upper convex portion 25 is in contact with and supported by the base surface portion 15a of the lower convex portion 15.
At the same time, the inner surface side of the wall portion 26 of the lid body 2 is guided by the outer wall surface 17a of the edge projection portion 17 of the container body 1 so as to cover the wall surface 17a. That is, it abuts. At this time, the lower end portion 27 b of the overhang portion 27 of the lid body 2 is in contact with and supported by the upper end portion 17 b of the edge projection portion 17.

Thus, since the projection 25b and the wall 26 on the lid 2 side are guided by the through-hole 15b on the container body 1 side and the outer wall surface 17a of the edge projection 17, respectively, the lid 2 Is easily and accurately positioned with respect to the container body 1, and the outer peripheral surface 11 of the container body 1 and the outer peripheral surface 21 of the lid 2 overlap each other. For this reason, it becomes easy to use a mechanical apparatus for the bonding operation | work of the parallel edge surfaces 11a * 21a * / 11b * 21b of the adhesive tapes 3a and 3b, and automation can be achieved.

Further, in positioning, the container body 1 side part to which the protrusion 25b on the lid 2 side is fitted is a through-hole 15b instead of a bottomed recess, so that the container body is a pulp mold molded body. Even when the molding accuracy of 1 is not high, the protrusion 25b rises from the bottomed recess, and as a result, the outer peripheral surface 21 of the lid 2 is lifted from the outer peripheral surface 11 of the container body 1 to cause poor bonding. There is no problem.

Moreover, since the through-hole 15b is provided, the drying process at the time of the pulp molding of the container body 1 becomes quick, and as a result, the deformation in the drying process is suppressed and the molding accuracy is improved.
Further, since the base surface portion 25a on the lid body 2 side abuts on the base surface portion 15a on the container main body 1 side, and the lower end portion 27b of the overhang portion 27 contacts with the upper end portion 17b of the edge projection portion 17 on the container main body 1 side. The accommodation space defined by the lower accommodation recess 13 and the upper accommodation recess 23 can be firmly supported by the lower projection 15 and the upper projection 25, and the strength can be increased.

Moreover, in this example, since the outer peripheral surface 11 of the container main body 1 and the outer peripheral surface 21 of the cover body 2 have the notch parts 110 and 210 in each corresponding site | part, the adhesion by the adhesive tape itself is carried out in this site | part. As a result, adhesion between the outer peripheral surfaces 11 and 21 of different materials such as pulp mold and synthetic resin can be strengthened.
