Description

In the present invention, the object to be applied is easily damaged, and the application part needs to be smooth, and the virginity can be secured by sealing in order to deal with problems such as sanitary or deterioration of liquid or fluid contents. The present invention relates to a cosmetic, a pharmaceutical, a quasi-drug, and an applicator belonging to a general application container using a necessary container.

Conventionally, a liquid cosmetic applicator provided with a silicon application part at the tip of a shaft has been proposed (Utility Model Registration No. 3109917: Patent Document 1).

In addition, regarding a resin ampoule, there has been proposed one in which a cut portion is provided at a boundary portion between a shoulder portion and a neck portion so that the neck portion can be easily folded (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-37442).

As in the prior art document 2, a container has been proposed in which the contents discharge hole is simply deleted at the time of use, and in the old days, it was actually used as a container for pharmaceuticals such as an ampule of a glass bottle.

A container that holds contents such as liquid, and the application part with discharge holes and the sealing part to ensure virgin sealability are integrally formed in a resin molded product, and the discharge holes are blocked when used for the first time. It is conceivable that the sealing portion can be easily broken and removed by hand to open a discharge hole for use.

In particular, in the pharmaceutical field and the like due to sanitary problems, many containers with a virgin seal function have been proposed in which the content discharge hole is closed with an unnecessary part with a resin part and the unnecessary part is manually removed during use. It has been put to practical use in eye drops and ointments for the purpose of use only once.

However, because of the hardness of the resin and the difficulty of resin flow at the time of molding, the burrs around the discharge holes after removal of unnecessary parts are large and hard. It was difficult to apply uniformly. That is, in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs (skins, especially lips, etc.) and generally application containers, the application part with burrs should be applied to the condition of the surface to be applied, for example, the skin or the soft and easily damaged surface. In some cases, it was difficult to use.

実用新案登録第3109917号Utility model registration No. 3109917 特開2000−37442号JP 2000-37442 A

In view of the above-described circumstances, the present invention is a container in which a user can easily remove an unnecessary part of an application part while ensuring virgin sealing performance, and the occurrence of a burr is not inconvenient while being used. An applicator having an applicator having such softness is provided.

The present invention has an application portion that allows the content to be applied by discharging the content from the discharge hole onto the application surface, and in the applicator using a flexible resin material for the application portion,
The application portion is a solid seal portion that closes the discharge hole, and is integrally formed with the application portion with the bottom surface of the seal portion facing the discharge hole,
The outer diameter of the side end continuous to the application part of the seal part is formed larger than the inner diameter of the open end part when the seal part of the discharge hole is removed, and the gap between the application part and the seal part is formed. Continued through a thin connection portion formed by the difference between the outer diameter of the seal part and the inner diameter of the discharge hole, and the application part and the seal part are integrally molded,
An applicator characterized by having an applicator part that is capable of being applied by breaking the connecting part during use to remove the seal part from the applicator part and opening the discharge hole.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the application part and the seal part are configured by injection molding a two-component type silicone rubber.

In the present invention, the seal portion has an injection-molded gate, and the connection portion between the application portion and the seal portion is a thin film portion that is easily broken when the seal portion is removed from the application portion. Is preferred.

According to the applicator of the present invention, the applicator has an applicator that allows the content to be applied by discharging the content onto the application surface from the discharge hole, and the applicator has a flexible resin material (for example, silicon or elastomer). In the applicator using), the applicator portion is formed by integrally forming a solid seal portion that closes the discharge hole in the applicator portion with the bottom surface of the seal portion facing the discharge hole. An outer diameter of a side end continuous to the application part of the seal part is formed larger than an inner diameter of the open end part when the seal part of the hole is removed, and the seal part is formed between the application part and the seal part The coating portion and the seal portion are integrally formed through a thin connecting portion formed by the difference between the outer diameter of the nozzle and the inner diameter of the discharge hole. With this structure, when the connecting portion is broken during use, the seal portion is removed from the application portion, and when the discharge hole is opened to allow application, the outer diameter of the seal portion is between the application portion and the seal portion. Since the thin connection portion formed by the difference between the discharge hole and the inner diameter of the discharge hole is formed, the user can easily tear and remove the connection portion with a small force.

In addition, the burrs that can be formed at the periphery of the discharge hole of the application part when the connection part is broken are thin connection parts as described above, and since a flexible resin material is used for the application part, Soft touch and no inconvenience during use.
In addition, since the seal portion is solid, no inner diameter hole is provided, and the bottom surface of the seal portion is formed to stop facing the discharge hole. Yes. Therefore, the connection part of the thin film does not extend at the time of cutting, and the burrs can be formed very minutely.

Therefore, the burr is used because the ease of use that can be used by removing the seal part during use while ensuring virginity is the same as the conventional method, and it is a flexible coating material quality with less burr generation Cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs and the like (skin, especially lips, etc.) that can be applied without concern at times and general application containers can be provided.

In the present invention, the coating portion and the seal portion are formed by injection molding of a two-component type silicone rubber, so that the thickness of the seal portion can be further reduced and the molding is uniformly performed around the discharge hole. Since a film can be formed and complete sealing performance can be obtained, a sufficient function as a virgin seal can be achieved. Compared to PP (polypropylene) and PE (polyethylene), which are conventional materials, even if directly applied to the skin and lips as cosmetics, it is applied to the skin and soft and easily damaged surfaces without worrying about burrs. There is no inconvenience to use it. In addition, as for the hardness of a silicone rubber, the rubber hardness 10-70 in durometer type A measurement is desirable.

Further, the seal part has an injection molding gate, and the connection part between the application part and the seal part is a thin film part that can be easily broken when the seal part is removed from the application part. In addition, it is possible to achieve excellent effects such as suppressing the occurrence of burrs and preventing inconvenience during use even if burrs are generated.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1-12 is explanatory drawing of the applicator which concerns on each embodiment of this invention, or its application part.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 2, in the applicator according to the first embodiment, a flexible resin material is used for the application portion 12 provided at the tip end portion of the shaft body 10, and the inside of the shaft body 10 is inside. The content 14a is supplied to the application surface 12a by discharging the content 14a stored in the storage part 14 from the discharge hole 16 to the application surface 12a by an extrusion structure to be described later. It can be adapted for use on the target surface.

In this applicator, the solid seal portion 18 that closes the open end 16a at the tip of the discharge hole 16 in the application portion 12 is applied to the application portion 12 with the bottom surface of the seal portion 18 facing the discharge hole 16. It is an integral molding.

As shown in detail in FIG. 2, the application portion 12 is continuous with the application portion 12 in the seal portion 18 rather than the inner diameter R1 of the open end portion 16a when the seal portion 18 of the discharge hole 16 is removed. The outer diameter R2 of the side end portion 18a is formed large, and the coating portion 12 and the seal portion 18 are continuously connected via a thin connection portion 20 formed by the difference between the outer diameter of the seal portion 18 and the inner diameter of the discharge hole 16. The application portion 12 and the seal portion 18 are integrally formed.

The application part 12 of Embodiment 1 has a substantially solid cylindrical shape in which the tip part is slightly narrower than the rear part and the application surface 12a of the front end surface is formed on an inclined surface inclined with respect to the central axis.

The application part 12 and the seal part 18 are preferably configured by injection molding a two-component type silicone rubber.

The seal portion 12 has an injection-molded gate, and the connection portion 20 between the application portion 12 and the seal portion 18 is a thin film portion that is easily broken when the seal portion 18 is removed from the application portion 12. It is a thing. In addition, the seal | sticker part 18 of Embodiment 1 is formed in the shape of a substantially solid cone in the shape which becomes so thin that it leaves | separates from the application part 12 and goes ahead.

The specific dimension of the connecting portion 20 is preferably 0.02 to 0.2 (mm), preferably 0.02 to 0.1 (mm), or 0.05 (mm).

When the applicator is used, the user removes the seal portion 18 from the applicator portion 12 by breaking the connecting portion 20 and opens the discharge holes 16 to enable application.

With the above structure, when the seal portion 18 is removed from the application portion 12 by breaking the connection portion 20 in use and the discharge hole 16 is opened to enable application, the outer diameter of the seal portion 18 is larger than that of the seal portion 18. Since the connection portion 20 is a thin film having a much thinner thickness, the user can easily tear and remove the connection portion 20 with a small force.

Further, the burr formed on the peripheral edge of the open end 16a of the discharge hole 16 of the application part 12 when the connection part 20 is broken is from the connection part 20 formed by the difference between the outer diameter of the seal part 18 and the inner diameter of the discharge hole 16. Since it is thin and flexible, the application part 12 uses a flexible resin material, so that the application part is softly touched and the object surface such as skin does not become inconvenient during use.
Further, since the seal portion 18 is solid, the inner diameter hole is not provided at all, and the bottom surface of the seal portion 18 is formed to stop facing the discharge hole 16, so that the strength is low at the thin connection portion 20 and before and after that. It ’s big. Therefore, the connecting portion 20 of the thin film does not extend at the time of cutting, and the burrs can be formed very minutely.

Therefore, the ease of use that can be used by easily removing the seal portion 18 during use while ensuring virginity is the same as in the prior art, and because the material of the flexible application portion 12 is reduced with less burrs. It is possible to provide cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs and the like (skin, particularly lips, etc.) that can be applied without worrying about burrs during use, and general application containers.

Here, in the applicator according to the first embodiment, as the structure for extruding the contents (such as cosmetic liquid) 14a accommodated in the accommodating portion 14 of the cylindrical shaft body 10, it moves toward the front in the accommodating portion 14. And the pressing part 22 which consists of a piston body which presses the content 14a, and the rear end part of the shaft main body 10 are relatively rotatable, and the rear end provided with the movement in the axial direction being regulated is closed. A male screw thread 26a is formed on the crown 24, a cam-like shape having a notch in a cross-sectional view and an arc-shaped outer periphery other than the notch, and a pressing portion 22 is rotatably fitted at the tip. The threaded rod 26 and the threaded rod 26 are fixed in the rotational direction with respect to the threaded rod 26 and the crown 24 in a state where the threaded rod 26 is inserted into the inner circumferential cam-shaped hole 28a corresponding to the circumferential cam. The relative rotational movement of the shaft relative to the shaft body 10 is transmitted to the screw rod 26. A generally cylindrical feeding body 28 and a female thread 30a that is screwed into a male thread 26a on the outer periphery of the screw rod 26 are formed on the inner periphery, and are fixed in the axial direction and the rotational direction with respect to the shaft body 10. And are provided.

In addition, the cap 32 which covers the application part 12 at the front-end | tip part at the shaft main body 10 when not using an applicator can be detachably fitted.

Further, the application portion 12 has grooves formed in the inner and outer surface portions of the discharge hole 16 at the rear portion thereof, and the inner surface of the front shaft 34 and the joint 36 are fitted with the cylindrical inner surface of the front shaft 34 and the annular convex portion of the outer surface of the joint 36 fitted. In a state where the application part 12 is sandwiched by the outer surface, the tip shaft 34 is fitted into the tip part 10 a of the shaft main body 10, and the application part 12 is prevented from being detached from the shaft main body 10.

Further, the discharge hole 16 of the application part 12 communicates from the outlet side of the accommodating part 14 (through the hollow of the joint 36).

In the applicator according to Embodiment 1 having the above structure, the relative rotational motion of the crown 24 with respect to the shaft main body 10 is transmitted to the screw rod 26 by the feeding body 28, and the screw rod 26 and the screw body 30 are rotated relative to each other. The screw rod 26 is screwed and fed out by a male screw (male screw thread 26a) and a female screw (female screw thread 30a). 14a is sent out toward the application portion 12 of the tip end portion 10a of the shaft body 10.

In the applicator according to the first embodiment, as an example of a structure for pushing out the contents 14a accommodated in the accommodating portion 14 of the cylindrical shaft body 10, the pressing portion 22, the crown 24, the screw rod 26, as described above, Since the feeding body 28 and the screw body 30 are employed, the user rotates the screw rod 26 via the crown 24 so that the content 14a of the discharge amount corresponding to the rotation angle can be accurately and reliably obtained. The application unit 12 can be fed out to the application surface 12a.

Next, the applicator according to Embodiment 2 will be described with reference to FIGS.

The applicator according to the second embodiment has a tube structure in which the shaft main body 10A itself can be deformed as a structure for pushing out the contents 14a accommodated in the accommodating portion 14 of the cylindrical shaft main body 10. The shaft main body 10A has a so-called laminate structure in which a resin or metal layer is laminated, and the user presses the shaft main body 10A directly with a finger and deforms it to increase the internal pressure of the accommodating portion 14 in the shaft main body 10A. The object 14a is sent out to the application body. The structure of the tip shaft 34 and the joint 36 is the same as that shown in FIG. The cap 32 can also be detachably fitted.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, the application part 12 has a hollow hemispherical or dome-like tip shape, and from the inner side of the housing part 14 (through the hollow of the joint 36) from its inner space to the tip part. A solid seal portion 18 is integrally formed with the discharge hole 16 connected via a connection portion 20. The discharge hole 16 and the seal part 18 are formed on the axial center of the application part 12 with the bottom surface of the seal part 18 facing the discharge hole 16. The same (b) shows a state in which the connecting portion 20 of the seal portion 18 is broken and removed.

In the applicator according to the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3B, after removing the seal portion 18, the protrusion 32a of the cap 32 is inserted into the opened discharge hole 16 as shown in FIG. Thus, leakage of the contents 14a can be reliably prevented.

In addition, the contents 14a can be easily supplied to the application unit 12 with a simple structure from the shaft body 10 having the laminate structure.
The other configuration such as the structure of the seal portion 18 is the same as that of the first embodiment.

Next, the applicator according to Embodiment 3 will be described with reference to FIG.

In the applicator according to the third embodiment, the structure for pushing out the contents 14a accommodated in the accommodating portion 14 of the cylindrical shaft body 10 can adopt the same structure as that of the applicator according to the first or second embodiment.

In the applicator of the third embodiment, unlike the applicator of the applicator of the first and second embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the applicator 12 has a flat spatula shape with a thickness that decreases toward the tip. 16 has a shape in which the distal end portion of the application portion 12 extends farther than the open end portion 16a. The solid seal portion 18 provided on the open end portion 16a via the connection portion 20 is tapered and extends perpendicularly to the spatula-shaped plane of the application portion 12.

A flange portion is formed at the rear portion of the application portion 12, and the flange portion is sandwiched between a step in which the diameter of the front shaft expands and the joint front end surface, and is fixed to the tip end portion 10 a of the shaft body 10.

In the applicator according to the third embodiment, the seal portion 18 extends substantially perpendicularly from the flat portion of the applicator portion 12, and the seal tip portion does not protrude beyond the tip of the applicator portion and from the inner diameter of the cap. Easy to store.

Further, a dividing line 38 (parting line) 38 at the time of injection molding is arranged so as to come out to the application side surface side of the application part 12.

Next, an applicator according to Embodiment 4 will be described with reference to FIG.

In the applicator of the fourth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the applicator 12 has a flat spatula shape with a thickness that decreases toward the tip, and the tip of the applicator 12 extends farther than the open end 16 a of the discharge hole 16. The configuration of the shaft main body 10, the accommodating portion 14, and the like is the same as that of the applicator according to the third embodiment in that the portion has an extended shape.

The application part 12 is also similar in the shape of a spatula, except that the solid seal part 18 is formed thicker. The thick seal part 18 allows the user to easily pick and remove the seal part 18 and is easy to use. The dividing line 38 at the time of injection molding comes out to the application surface 12a side.

Next, an applicator according to Embodiment 5 will be described with reference to FIGS.

(R3>R1)。   Unlike the applicator according to the first embodiment, the applicator according to the fifth embodiment has a solid seal portion 18 formed thicker on the applicator 12 via the connecting portion 20 as shown in FIGS. The point is different. Specifically, the discharge hole 16 has an inner diameter of 1.3 mm, and a seal portion tip is formed with an outer diameter of 2.2 mm. Of course, the inner diameter R1 of the open end portion 16a when the seal portion 18 of the discharge hole 16 is removed is made equal to or smaller than the outer diameter R2 of the side end portion 18a continuous with the application portion 12 in the seal portion 18 ( R1 ≦ R2), the outer diameter R3 of the tip 18b of the seal portion 18 is formed larger than the inner diameter (R3> R1).

Next, modified examples 1 and 2 of the applicator according to the fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, in the first and second modifications, a spherical and circular knob 18c is provided on the tip 18b of the solid seal 18 provided on the application part 12 via the connecting part 20. The seal portion 18 has a larger diameter than the main body. Thereby, it is easy to pick and seal part 18 is easy to remove.

Next, an applicator according to Embodiment 6 will be described with reference to FIGS. The applicator according to the sixth embodiment is obtained by providing the applicator according to the second embodiment (see FIGS. 3 and 4) with the seal portion 18 (see FIGS. 7 and 8) according to the fifth embodiment. Other configurations are the same as those of the applicator of the second embodiment.
