Abstract

Description

  The present invention relates to a rubber gun. More specifically, the present invention relates to a rubber gun that fires by using a rubber band or a ring-shaped rubber wire itself such as a rubber string formed by connecting both ends into a ring. In particular, the present invention relates to a rubber gun configured such that a fired ring-shaped rubber filament rolls on the floor, the ground, and the like and returns to the front.

A ring-shaped rubber wire to be fired is stretched between the target side locking means and the hand side locking release means (hand side = right side in FIG. 1). A first guide 13, a second guide 14, and a third guide 15 protrude from the stock equivalent part 1. Each of these guides 13, 14, and 15 is arranged so as to be biased to one side from a straight line connecting the target side locking pin 3 and the laundry pin mouth 6f. Moreover, the side surface is covered with rubber etc., for example, and it is made hard to slip. The surface may be roughened like sandpaper. Reference numeral 17 denotes a temporary fixing pin.

FIG. 2 shows a state before launching with the rubber band 12 loaded. First, the rubber band 12 is stretched between the target side locking pin 3 and the temporary fixing pin 17. In the figure, it is indicated by a two-dot chain line. This is because the later work is easier.
The stretched rubber band 12 is extended to the proximal side and the lower side, and circulates outside the first guide 13, the second guide 14, and the third guide 15 (FIG. 2). Since the ring is stretched, the rubber band 12 becomes two filaments 18 and 19. Among these, the outer filament 18 is stretched from the inner filament 19. Here, the outer line 18 is a line on the front side of the temporary fixing pin 17 or a line on the target side of the target side locking pin 3.

To give a specific example of the procedure for setting the outer wire 18 to be stretched from the inner wire 19, the temporary pin 17 side is picked with a finger and pulled to the right. The rubber band 12 is not slippery. In addition, the guides 13, 14, and 15 have a structure that prevents slipping as described above. Therefore, even if only the both ends of the rubber band 12 are sent inward, in some cases, the middle portion of the filament 18 may not be sufficiently stretched.
In such a case, after extending the vicinity of the temporary fixing pin 17 and the target side locking pin 3, the first guide 13, the second guide 14 or the third guide 15 is also connected to the line of that portion. For example, the line 18 may be stretched over the entire line by placing the finger on the line 18 and moving it to the left or right. Further, these and stretching at both ends may be repeated.

When one of the filaments 18 is stretched in this way, the portion engaged with the temporary fixing pin 17 of the rubber band 12 is picked and removed by a finger, and is sandwiched in the laundry pin 6f. FIG. 3 shows this state. Now you are ready to launch.
As shown in FIG. 4, the target side locking pin 3 is directed in the target direction as shown in FIG. In this state, the trigger, that is, the handle portion 6e of the other member of the laundry clip is pulled forward. The rubber band 12 held by the mouth 6f of the clothespin is released, and the rubber band 12 is fired toward the target.
The path of the rubber band 12 is bent by the guides 13, 14, and 15. One of the two filaments 18 is strongly stretched. The rubber band 12 that leaves the rubber gun 20 swings as if the portion gripped by the laundry nip 6 is netted downward, and the linear portion 18 that has been stretched along with this is shrunk. The rubber band 12 literally expands like a ring. Then start reverse rotation. In this state, it flies forward while drawing an arc and falls to the floor or the ground 21.
At this time, the rubber band 12 rotates in the reverse direction. Accordingly, the rubber band 12 that has fallen on the floor or the ground 21 by this reverse rotation momentum returns to the near side while rotating.
The first guide 13 has a larger diameter than the second guide 14 and the third guide 14. The reason is not clear, but in this way, the return of the rubber band 12 toward the front was better.

The surfaces of the guides 13, 14, 15 are covered with rubber so that the rubber band 12 is prevented from slipping. In the experiment, the return of the rubber band 12 was better in this way than when the material such as a nail was exposed.
The state in which friction is generated between the rubber band 12 and each of the guides 13, 14, 15 and the state in which the line tension between the inner side 19 and the outer side 18 is different are maintained as they are. For this reason, it is estimated that the reverse rotation of the rubber band 12 is strengthened.

  Even if there is only one guide, for example, the first guide 13, the rubber band 12 has returned. However, for example, the first guide 13 and the second guide 14, and the return is better when the number is two. When the number is three as in the twentieth embodiment (13, 14, 15), the return is even better.
