Description

The present invention relates to a packaging box that accommodates a product having a substantially columnar shape, such as daily necessities, cosmetics, and stationery, and more particularly to a packaging box that has a rotation prevention and cushioning effect for the product having the substantially columnar shape.

Conventionally, daily necessities, cosmetics, stationery, etc. are cylindrical or prismatic, or the size of the container body and cap are different, but as a whole, they are contained in a substantially columnar container, or the product itself is generally columnar. Many products are sold, and they are often sold in individual boxes. For example, shampoos, rinses, lotions, emulsions, mascaras, lipsticks, sticky glues, magic pens, etc. may be sold individually as individual products. These products will be sold in individual boxes (hereinafter referred to as “packaging boxes”). In other words, there is an effect of giving the product itself a high-class feeling or making it difficult to tamper with.

When a product is stored in such a packaging box and sold, there is a way to increase the attractiveness of the product by printing the product name, catchphrase and design on the packaging box itself, but the packaging box is transparent or translucent. Show the product itself, the shape and color of the product, and even if the inside cannot be seen through due to the design and material of the packaging box, make a hole or make it partially transparent A window is also provided so that the product inside can be checked.

In order to correctly show the product stored in the packaging box to the consumer, it is necessary to arrange the product in the direction in which the product is desired to be displayed when the product is stored in the packaging box. However, even if the product is stored in the correct direction, the product rotates in the packaging box due to vibration during distribution to the dealer, etc., and the direction is different from the intended direction. There was a point.

In order to cope with these problems, an attempt has been made to hold a product in a pinched state by providing a packaging box and a pedestal and using each elastic characteristic (Patent Document 1). However, in this method, there is a case where the shape of the packaging box is limited and the product does not match the brand feeling. In addition, it is necessary to design the packaging box and pedestal according to the product. In this case, the cost for manufacturing the pedestal will be high, and the work of storing the product in the packaging box will be separate. Occurs.

On the other hand, a technique of covering the packaging box with cloth or paper (felt cloth, flocked paper, etc.) in which short fibers are flocked is often used. Usually, the hair is planted on the outside of the packaging box, but when the lid is opened, there is a concern about the exposure of the undecorated inner surface, and a brushed paper is attached to the inner surface to emphasize the decorativeness. (Patent Document 2) The purpose is to protect the product by providing a separate pedestal part for fixing the product in the packaging box and attaching and fixing a felt cloth or a raised cloth on the surface of the pedestal (Patent Document 3). ) Has been done. However, the former merely expects decorativeness when the lid is opened, and makes no mention of the relationship with the product to be accommodated. In the latter case, felt cloth or brushed cloth is attached to prevent scratches caused by rubbing against the pedestal for fixing the product, and the design and cost for preparing the pedestal for fixing the product are reduced. This is necessary, and it takes time and labor to accommodate the pedestal as a separate body in the packaging box.

Registered Utility Model Publication No. 3013101

In the above circumstances, a packaging box for storing an article, which can easily realize that the stored article is rotated by vibration caused by physical distribution or handling, without man-hours and costs, and exhibits the packaging box. In this case, there is a need to increase the possibility that the contained article maintains the intended direction.

As a result of intensive studies in view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have found that these problems can be solved by implanting short fibers inside the packaging box, and have completed the present invention. That is, the present invention is a packaging box for storing an article, and short fibers are planted on the bottom surface inside the packaging box, so that the inside of the packaging box can be confirmed even in a closed state. It is in the packaging box which has an internal confirmation part.

According to the present invention, the packaging box in which the short fibers are flocked can accommodate the product by the same operation as before, and is accommodated by the flocked portion of the short fibers provided on the inner bottom surface of the packaging box. Since resistance is generated between the product and the product is less likely to rotate due to vibrations caused by physical distribution or handling, the product to be stored in the packaging box can be stored in the intended direction in advance. . The effect is high when the internal confirmation part provided in the packaging box is partially provided.

The perspective view which shows embodiment of this invention The perspective view which shows another embodiment Sectional drawing which shows the state which has planted the short fiber in the packaging box Layout diagram of short fibers implanted on the bottom of the packaging box Development view of a packaging box with short fibers decoratively planted inside the packaging box The perspective view which shows the form which has an article urging | biasing part in the top | upper surface side of the packaging box FIG. 5 is a developed view of the packaging box.

Although the embodiment of the packaging box of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, it is not limited to this content. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of the packaging box of the present invention. A packaging box 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 has a short fiber 2a planted on the bottom portion thereof to form a planted portion 2. In FIG. 1, since the material of the packaging box uses a transparent material (for example, PET: polyethylene terephthalate), the side surface and the upper surface of the packaging box correspond to the internal confirmation site. An article 10 is accommodated in the packaging box 1.

The article 10 accommodated in the packaging box 1 of the present invention is not particularly concerned with its shape, but when there is no protrusion or the like and the shape can be rotated once in the horizontal direction within the packaging box, the effect of the present invention is achieved. Easy to benefit from. For example, the article 10 having a substantially columnar shape can be used. Here, the substantially columnar shape may be a columnar shape such as a lipstick or sticky paste or a polygonal columnar shape, and the bottom surface may be an elliptical shape or a bowl shape. It also includes bottles having different container body portion and cap portion outer sizes. In addition, from the intention of the present invention, the substantially columnar article 10 that is housed in a standing state is likely to benefit from the effects of the present invention. Here, the standing state means that the article 10 is not laid down and accommodated, and does not encompass that the article 10 can stand on its own. For example, article 10
Even if the bottom surface of the material has a gently curved surface and cannot stand on its own, it can benefit from the present invention even when it is housed in that state.

Usually, the packaging box 1 for storing the article 10 is made slightly larger than the article 10 to be stored. For this reason, a gap is generated between the packaging box 1 and the article 10, and rotation occurs due to vibrations such as physical distribution and handling. In the packaging box 1 of the present invention, since the short fibers 2a are flocked to form the flocked part 2, the resistance between the article 10 and the flocked part 2 is increased, and the space between the packaging box 1 and the article 10 is increased. Even if there is a gap, the rotation of the article is suppressed. Therefore, the packaging box 1 of the present invention is more effective when there is a gap in which the accommodated article 10 can rotate in the horizontal direction within the packaging box 1. The rotatable gap means a case where the horizontal width of the packaging box 1 is larger than the horizontal width of the article. However, as in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-186958), even when the article is held in a pinched state by the elasticity of the packaging box, rotation of the article accommodated by other pressing means is prevented. It goes without saying that even if the packaging box is provided with means, it is beneficial to make it a strong anti-rotation means due to the synergistic effect of those effects and the effect of the present invention.

The material of the packaging box 1 of the present invention is not particularly limited, and any material can be used as long as it is normally used as a packaging box. Specifically, it may be a synthetic resin such as PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PP (polypropylene), PS (polystyrene) or a copolymer thereof, or a laminate thereof, or a biodegradable material, cardboard, Various papers such as high-quality paper and Japanese paper are also applicable.

The packaging box material 1a used for the packaging box 1 may be transparent, translucent, or opaque. However, since the present invention has an effect of suppressing the horizontal rotation of the article 10 to be accommodated, it is necessary to be able to visually recognize the inside without opening the packaging box 1 in order to make this effect beneficial. For this purpose, the packaging box 1 of the present invention is provided with an internal confirmation site, and one example of the internal confirmation site is that the material of the packaging box 1 is transparent or translucent. When the material of the packaging box 1 is transparent or translucent, the contained article 10 can be confirmed, and the characters printed on the article and the appealing part can be directed in the intended direction, and the effect of the present invention is remarkable. It is.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, even if the packaging box material 1a itself is opaque, a window portion 3 is provided to form a perforated window portion 3, or a window portion 3 that is partially transparent or translucent. The same effect can be obtained by providing an internal confirmation site such as installing the.

In addition, as a necessary condition for the internal confirmation part here, a paper with 26-point black letters on white paper is put in the packaging box 1 of the present invention, and is pasted so that the letters face the internal confirmation part. When the character can be visually confirmed from the outside of the packaging box 1 through the internal confirmation site. There is no problem when the opened window 3 is provided, but when a translucent packaging box or a translucent window 3 is provided, the determination is made based on this criterion.

As the material of the short fiber 2a of the present invention, rayon, nylon, polyester, acrylic, glass fiber, cotton, or the like can be used, but rayon or nylon is preferable in terms of feeling, workability, and effects of the present invention. The length of the short fiber 2a is 0.1 to 1.5 mm, preferably 0.4 to 1.0 mm, and the thickness of the short fiber 2a is 0.8 to 2.5 denier, preferably 1.0 to 2. 0.0 denier is sufficient. The short fibers 2a are implanted into the adhesive 2b applied to the packaging box 1 by using an electrical method or a mechanical method so that each of the short fibers 2a is in an upright state.

As the adhesive 2b used in the present invention, urethane resin, nylon resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin, polyamide resin, vinyl acetate resin or ethylene vinyl acetate resin can be used, and these can be used alone. Or can be used in combination.

As a method of flocking the short fibers 2a in the packaging box 1, there are a method of flocking by an electric method (electrostatic flocking) or a mechanical method, but electrostatic flocking is preferable from the viewpoint of cost and production efficiency.

In order to perform electrostatic flocking, first, the adhesive 2b is applied to the part of the packaging box 1 where flocking is performed. Then, the short fibers 2a are sprayed at a high density on the adhesive 2b. The short fibers 2a are sprayed on the packaging box 1 by placing the packaging box 1 on the electrolytic surface and utilizing electrostatic force, so that the individual short fibers 2a do not come into contact with each other upright. You can do flocking as you do. Thereafter, when the adhesive 2b is dried, it is possible to form the flocked portion 2 having a uniform, high density and good touch on the surface of the packaging box 1.

Moreover, when flocking to the packaging box 1, there is a method of directly flocking to the packaging box 1 by the above-described electrical method or mechanical method. However, as described in JP-A-2005-163219, another method is used. There is also a method of temporarily flocking the base material and transferring the temporarily flocked to the packaging box 1. According to this method, it is possible to plant a fine part, and to perform decorative hair transplantation, which is an effective means for obtaining these decorative properties. In the present invention, it may be implanted by any method. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which short fibers 2a are planted in the packaging box material 1a.

For the purpose of the present invention, the site where the short fibers 2a are planted in the packaging box 1 of the present invention is implemented on the bottom surface portion of the packaging box 1 where the article 10 to be accommodated and the packaging box 1 are in contact. Furthermore, even if flocked on the side surface and the top surface, or flocked on the entire inner surface, when the article 10 comes into contact with those faces, it naturally has the effect of preventing rotation and protects the article. It is also preferable from the viewpoint of cushioning properties, and is also preferable from the viewpoint of decorativeness such as imparting a high-class feeling.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, when the short fibers 2a are planted on the bottom surface of the packaging box 1, in order to prevent the article 10 from rotating in the horizontal direction, it is arranged in a circumferential direction of a concentric circle whose center is the bottom surface. When flocking in a discontinuous manner, there is a possibility that the edge effect of the flocked part 2 will also work, and it also has a design effect.

Further, when the short fibers 2a in the packaging box 1 are planted, it is possible to aim at a design effect by drawing letters, designs, symbols, etc., by a portion to be implanted and a portion not to be implanted as shown in FIG. is there. Thereby, the effect which provides the high-class feeling as goods of article 10 is also produced.

In the packaging box 1 of the present invention, since it is an object to easily realize that the contained article rotates without man-hours and costs, an article separate from the packaging box 1 is provided. It is preferable not to use a member to be fixed. Thereby, it is possible to save the cost and man-hours for creating the article fixing tool, and the increase in the man-hours for temporarily storing the article in the article fixing tool and further storing it in the packaging box 1. The article fixing tool referred to here is not particularly illustrated, but a vacuum-formed product having an article-shaped recess as shown in FIG. 18 of Patent Document 1 described above, a pedestal disclosed in JP-A-2001-270517, Or even if it does not form the concave portion of the shape of the article, it includes those having the same effect as fixing by filling the gap between the packaging box and the article with cardboard or molding resin.

Further, in order to increase the effect of stopping the rotation of the article in the packaging box 1, a portion (article urging portion) for urging the article toward the bottom surface is provided on the top surface side facing the bottom surface where the short fibers 2a are implanted. It is preferable. In the example shown in FIG. 6, one side of the side flap 4 on the top side of the packaging box 1 is made longer than the width of the packaging box, a folding line 5 is provided in the center, and the apex is directed to the inside of the box. Although it is bent in a triangular shape and the article 10 is urged toward the bottom, it is not limited to this example, and the article 10 can be urged toward the bottom in the same member as the packaging box 1. I just need it. In addition,
FIG. 7 is a development view of FIG.

Regarding the flocking of the short fibers 2a, in the present invention, it is intended to suppress the relative rotation between the article 10 to be accommodated and the packaging box 1 by being carried out inside the packaging box 1. By planting the short fibers 2a on the outer bottom surface, it is preferable to prevent movement and rotation of the packaging box 1 itself at the storefront, and also has an effect of preventing slipping down when installed on a product shelf or the like. It is preferable that flocking is performed in addition to the outer bottom surface of the packaging box 1 because the design of the packaging box 1 itself is improved and buffering properties are also provided.

In order to confirm the effect of the present invention, a friction coefficient measurement, an anti-rotation effect experiment, and a container surface damage confirmation experiment by shaking were performed under the following conditions.

(Friction coefficient measurement)
As a sample, a short fiber (length: 0.6 mm, thickness: 1.2 denier, material: nylon) on a base material of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) with a thickness of 0.25 mm is made of an acrylic resin adhesive and a polyester-based material. Example material 1 planted using an adhesive mixed with resin adhesive 1: 1, Comparative material 1 which is a PET substrate itself having a thickness of 0.25 mm, coated ball (weighing: 310 g / m 2) ) Of each of the comparative example materials 2 was measured with a velocity fluctuation friction measuring device (Tribo-master [Type: TL-201-Sa]) (standard load: P = 100 gf, Contact: a predetermined balance bar having a metal friction element, contact area: 14 mm × 46 mm, contact moving speed: 30 mm / min, contact moving distance: 10 mm, measurement time: 10 to 15 sec) and an average value MIU (average friction coefficient) was obtained. It shows that friction resistance is so large that the numerical value of MIU is large. The results are shown in Table 1.

(Anti-rotation effect experiment)
A packaging box having a width of 53 mm, a depth of 53 mm and a height of 105 mm made of the material of Example Material 1 and Comparative Example Materials 1 and 2 is manufactured according to the specifications shown in Table 2, and the cross-sectional shape is 52 mm in the packaging box. A cosmetic container (container material: PET) having a height of 100 mm and a weight of 170 g is accommodated, and the longitudinal and depth directions are biaxial, the longitudinal amplitude is 250 mm, the depth amplitude is 250 mm, and each direction has 180 rotations / After vibrating for 10 seconds per minute, the degree of rotation of the skin toner container was confirmed according to the following criteria (evaluated three times, and the most rotated one was used as an evaluation value). The results are shown in Table 2.
◎: Rotation less than 15 ° left and right ○: Rotation less than 15 ° left and right and less than 30 ° left and right △: Rotation more than 30 ° left and right and less than 90 ° left and right

(Container surface damage confirmation experiment by shaking)
Using the same packaging box and lotion container as in the above (anti-rotation effect experiment), after continuously shaking for 30 minutes with a one-way shaking tester (160 times / min, amplitude 66 mm), the shaking direction is 90 °. Invert and shake for an additional 30 minutes. After the shaking was completed, the lotion container was taken out of the packaging box and the occurrence of surface damage was confirmed (n = 5). The results are shown in Table 2.
○: No scratches were observed △: Small scratches were observed ×: Significant scratches were observed

* The bias by the top side flaps was adjusted so that the gap between the top of the packaging box containing the lotion container and the top of the lotion container was zero.

From the above results, the results according to the examples obtained good results in the rotation stopping effect experiment and the container surface damage confirmation experiment by shaking. Moreover, about Example 3 with the urging | biasing by a top | upper surface side flap, even if compared with another Example, the rotation stop effect was exceptionally good. About the comparative example which does not have a hair transplant part in a bottom face, it became a result worse than an Example in the rotation stopper effect experiment and the container surface flaw confirmation experiment by shaking.
