Description

The present invention relates to a road marking body installed standing on a road for the purpose of centerline marking, lane guidance marking, traffic regulation guidance marking, or the like on a road.

Conventional road marking objects installed on a center line or the like are manufactured and used in various shapes according to the situation and purpose of the installation location, and inventions related to these are also disclosed. .

For example, in Patent Document 1, in a road sign post having a pedestal at the lower end of a main body pipe, the pedestal is divided into an inner pedestal portion formed separately from the main body pipe, and an outer pedestal portion surrounding the inner pedestal portion. The main body pipe insertion portion is formed between the outer peripheral wall of the inner pedestal portion and the inner peripheral wall of the outer pedestal portion, and the main body pipe is inserted into the insertion portion. A road characterized in that a connecting pin is inserted between a pin hole provided, a pin hole provided in a main body pipe, and a pin hole provided in an inner pedestal portion to integrally connect the main body pipe and the inner and outer pedestal portions. A sign post is disclosed.

However, when the main body pipe is attached to the pedestal, the road marking pillar as in Patent Document 1 must match the position of the pin hole provided in the main body pipe with the position of the pin hole provided in the pedestal. Since it has a complicated structure such as being constituted by two members of the outer pedestal portion, there is a problem that work for attaching and detaching the main body pipe becomes complicated.

Therefore, the present invention provides a road marking body in which a columnar body can be easily attached and detached.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows.
That is, the road marking body according to the present invention is a road marking body including a synthetic resin main body portion formed in a cylindrical shape, and a base portion formed separately from the main body portion,
On the side surface of the lower end portion of the main body portion, a groove portion directed in the circumferential direction is provided over the entire circumference,
The upper end surface of the base portion is formed with a recess that allows the lower end portion of the main body portion to be freely inserted and removed,
The distal end portion of the fixture inserted from the outer surface of the base portion protrudes into the concave portion, and is inserted into the groove portion of the main body portion inserted into the concave portion, so that the main body portion is fixed to the base portion. It is a feature.

According to the road marking body according to the present invention, the insertion portion of the fixture provided in the main body is formed in the groove portion extending in the circumferential direction over the entire circumference of the side surface of the main body. By inserting the main body into the recess and aligning the height of the groove and the tip of the fixture, the tip of the fixture is inserted into the main body without being affected by the relative angle between the main body and the base. Therefore, it is possible to easily attach the main body.

In addition, the fixing tool is a bolt, and a through hole and a female threaded portion are provided in the side wall of the base portion, screwed into this, and inserted until the tip of the bolt projects into the concave portion of the base portion, and inserted into the concave portion. If it is inserted into the groove portion of the main body portion, the main body portion can be attached to and detached from the base portion only by rotating the bolt for screwing and unscrewing, and workability is good.

According to the road marking body according to the present invention, the columnar main body can be easily detached and replaced by a simple operation.

It is the front view and top view which show one Embodiment of the road marking body which concerns on this invention. It is a figure which shows the main-body part of the road marking body of FIG. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 2. (A) which shows the base part of the road marking body of FIG. 1 is a front view, (b) is sectional drawing. It is sectional drawing which shows the state which fixed the main-body part of FIG. 3 to the base part of FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows another form of implementation of the base part of the road marking body which concerns on this invention. It is sectional drawing which shows other one Embodiment of the base part of the road marking body which concerns on this invention.

Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
In the drawings, 1 is a main body portion of a road marking body, and 5 is a base portion.
The road marking body according to the present invention is configured by inserting and fixing the lower end of the main body portion 1 in a recess provided in the upper end surface of the base portion 5.
First, the main body 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
The main body portion 1 is formed by fixing a cap portion 3 and a main body base portion 4 so as to close an upper end and a lower end of a column portion 2 formed in a cylindrical hollow columnar body. A reflection sheet 21 having retroreflectivity that reflects outgoing light in parallel to incident light is attached to the outer surface of the column part 2.
The main body portion 1 is formed of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin so that the main body portion 1 is flexible so that it can be restored to its original state after being stepped on by a vehicle or the like. Can be suitably used.

In this embodiment, the cap part 3 is being fixed to the pillar part 2 by fusion | fusion, The material is formed with the same thermoplastic polyurethane resin as a pillar part. The cap part 3 and the column part 2 can be fixed not only by this but also by a method such as adhesion or fitting, and the material can be selected as appropriate.
An air vent hole 31 is formed in the upper end of the cap portion 3 so as to penetrate from the upper surface to the lower surface. By providing the air vent hole 31, the air inside the hollow portion 22 of the column portion 2 of the hollow columnar body is discharged from the air vent hole 31 when the main body portion 1 is stepped on and crushed by a vehicle or the like. Rupture is prevented by an increase in internal air pressure.

The main body base portion 4 is formed in a columnar shape, and an annular protrusion 41 concentric with the main body base portion 4 is formed on the upper surface thereof. The outer peripheral wall of the annular ridge 41 is formed in a shape corresponding to the inner peripheral wall 23 of the column portion 2, and the annular ridge 41 is inserted into the column portion 2 and fused to form the column portion 2 and the main body base portion. 4 is fixed. The fixing of the column portion 2 and the main body base portion 4 is not limited to fusion, and may be performed by an adhesive or the like.
Further, a body groove portion 42 is formed over the entire circumference on the side wall of the circumferential body base portion 4.

4 shows the base part of the road marking body of FIG. 1, (A) is a front view, (B) is a cross-sectional view, and FIG. 5 fixes the main body part of FIG. 3 to the base part of FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows the state which carried out.

The reflector 71 is preferably made of glass beads that have high retroreflectivity that reflects light parallel to the incident light, and that is not easily soiled or deteriorated. You may stick. The material of the base material 72 may be a metal such as steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, but in order to make it easy to embed the reflector 71, a highly elastic synthetic material such as rubber, urethane resin, or elastomer is used. It is preferable to use a resin, and it is more preferable to use a thermoplastic synthetic resin having a certain degree of hardness, such as polyethylene or polypropylene, so that the reflector 71 is difficult to come off.
The belt-like reflecting member 7 is wound around and attached to the base groove portion 52 of the base portion 5. The reflecting member 7 is difficult to come off by being wound around the base groove portion 52, and the reflector 71 can be provided without protruding from the outer surface of the base portion 5 by the amount corresponding to the base groove portion 52. This is preferable because it can prevent displacement. Further, the reflection member 7 may be attached to the outer periphery of the base portion 5 without providing the base groove portion 52. Further, the reflecting member 7 may be attached with a reflecting tape as it is, or may be attached so that a glass reflector is embedded in the outer periphery of the base portion 5 as it is.

In the center of the upper surface of the base portion 5, a recessed portion 51 that is recessed in a shape corresponding to the main body base portion 4 of the main body portion 1 is provided. The concave portion 51 is formed so that the main body base portion 4 can be inserted and removed freely. Yes.

The through hole 53 is formed in a circular cross section, and includes a small diameter portion 53a on the inner wall side of the recess 51, a large diameter portion 53b on the outer surface side of the base portion 5 formed in a circular cross section having a larger diameter, It is comprised from the enlarged diameter part 53c used as the boundary of the small diameter part 53a and the large diameter part 53b.

The small-diameter portion 53 a has a female screw portion 54 formed on the inner wall, and is formed so that a hexagon socket head bolt 6 having a male screw portion 62 can be screwed therein.
Moreover, the large diameter part 53b is formed in the magnitude | size which can accommodate the head 61 of the hex socket head bolt 6. FIG.
By forming the through hole 53 as described above, the hexagon socket head bolt 6 can be inserted into the through hole 53 from the outer surface of the base portion 5, and can be screwed and fastened to the female screw portion 54. Further, if a hexagon socket head bolt 6 having a male threaded portion 62 that is longer than the length from the enlarged diameter portion 53C to the inner wall of the concave portion 51, that is, the length of the small diameter portion 53a, is screwed into the through hole 53 and fastened. Sometimes, the front end of the male screw portion 62 can be fixed in a state of protruding into the recess 51.

The height from the lower end surface of the main body base portion 4 of the main body portion 1 to the main body groove portion 42 is formed to be equal to the height from the bottom surface of the concave portion 51 to the opening portion of the small diameter portion 53 a of the through hole 53.
The main body groove portion 42 is formed in a size that allows the male threaded portion 62 of the hexagon socket head bolt 6 to be inserted.
By forming the main body groove portion 42 as described above, the main body base portion 4 of the main body portion 1 is inserted until it comes into contact with the bottom surface of the concave portion 51 of the base portion 5, and a hexagon having a male screw portion 62 that is longer than the length of the small diameter portion 53a. By inserting and fastening the bolt 6 with the hole into the through hole 53, the tip of the hexagon socket bolt 6 protrudes into the recess 51 and is inserted into the main body groove portion 42 of the main body base portion 4. The male screw part 62 inserted into the main body groove part 42 is used as a fixture to prevent the main body base part 4 from coming off from the recess 51, and the main body part 1 is fixed to the base part 5.

The main body base portion 4 uses a hard material to insert the male screw portion 62 into the main body groove portion 42 and fix the main body portion 1, so that the main body base portion 4 and the main body groove portion 42 are deformed by the deformation of the main body base portion 4 and the main body groove portion 42. It can suppress that the fixation with the part 5 rattles. A hard synthetic resin can be suitably used as the material of the main body pedestal 4. For example, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS resin, ASA resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, etc. can be used. In the embodiment, it is formed using an ABS resin.
Further, a hard synthetic resin can be suitably used for the material of the base portion 5. As an example, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS resin, ASA resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, or the like can be used. In this embodiment, it is formed using an ASA resin having good weather resistance.

The base portion 5 shown in FIG. 4 is configured to apply an adhesive on the bottom surface and adhere and fix it to the road surface. However, as shown in FIG. An anchor bolt 9 having a portion embedded in and fixed to the base portion 5 may be provided, and may be formed by being screwed and fixed to an anchor nut embedded in the road surface.
