Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the oil leakage of a bearing device on the fan side in which the pressure within a machine tends to drop during operation of a main motor, and to circulate lubricant. <P>SOLUTION: The lubricant becomes foggy by the rotation of an oil paddling-up disk on the anti-fan side and fills in a splash chamber, and a part of the lubricant passes through the oil reservoir of an auxiliary nose from an oil bank provided in the upper part of the droplet chamber on the anti-fan side, and flows into a bearing on the fan side as lubricant. 図2には油潤滑する軸受構造の一例であり,1は固定子,2は回転子,3は回転子軸,4はファン,5はファン側の油掻揚げ円板,6は反ファン側の油掻揚げ円板,7及び8は飛沫室であり,飛沫室下部の斜線で示す部分は潤滑油である。
軸受への潤滑油の供給は,飛沫室に溜められた潤滑油がそれぞれの軸受の近傍に設けられた油掻揚げ円板の回転により上部へ掻揚げられ,この掻揚げられた潤滑油が軸受箱や油掻揚げ円板の側面を伝って軸受に進入することにより潤滑される。
