Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lighting fixture that is suspended from a ceiling.
As a general lighting application for home use, for example, there are various lighting fixtures such as a ceiling direct light (ceiling light), a ceiling hanging light (pendant light), a ceiling embedded light (downlight), etc. .
In recent years, lighting fixtures using LEDs have been developed and commercialized due to their improved luminous efficiency. Since the LED is a point light source, a plurality of LEDs can be arranged in an array or combined with a light guide or the like to greatly change the light emission mode, thereby providing variations in design.
Known suspension structures for ceiling hanging lamps include a structure in which a suspension wire and a harness (power cable) are separately provided, and a harness that reinforces the harness itself to eliminate the need for a wire (Patent Literature). 1, 2).
When the wire and the harness are separate, the user can see a plurality of lines, so the aesthetics are not excellent. This is because the wire and the lead-out portion of the harness from the ceiling mounting portion are formed separately, and the number of lines increases or decreases depending on the number of light sources and the weight of the lighting fixture. Especially in lighting fixtures with multiple light sources, such as chandeliers, and multiple transparent decorative members to produce a sense of luxury and transparency, the number of wires and harnesses must be increased. The beauty will be lost.
As a technique for improving this, it is conceivable to reinforce the harness so that wires are not used and the number of apparent wires is reduced.
However, since the load of the lighting fixture is directly applied to the harness portion, the weight limitation of the lighting fixture is provided in order to prevent the disconnection, but the failure due to the disconnection is still a problem. For this reason, it cannot be applied to a heavy luminaire such as the above chandelier.
The present applicant has studied to reduce the number of apparent lines by drawing the wire and the harness from the same site. According to this, since these cables can be bundled and held (bundled) at the lead-out portion of the wire and harness, the aesthetics are very excellent.
However, in this case, the harness is disconnected due to the relatively soft harness such as Cu having high conductivity and the wire formed of the wire having higher strength than the harness rub against each other when swinging during maintenance. I discovered that problems such as end.
As a result of further investigation, it has been found that this phenomenon occurs remarkably in the cable drawing portion from the ceiling mounting portion and the binding portion in the portion where the lighting fixture is suspended and fixed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a ceiling hanging lamp having a hanging structure that bundles wires and harnesses in an attractive manner and improves durability against friction such as rocking.
In order to achieve the above problems, the ceiling hanging lamp of the present invention has the following configuration. That is,
Lighting equipment,
A wire for suspending the luminaire from a ceiling mounting portion attached to the ceiling;
A harness that is pulled out from the ceiling mounting portion along the wire and supplies power to the lighting fixture, and
In addition,
A holding part that is attached to the lighting fixture and / or the ceiling attaching part and binds the wire and the harness at an end thereof;
The holding portion has a hollow cylindrical shape through which the wire is inserted, and a side opening is provided on a side surface thereof.
The harness is bound to the wire by being inserted so as to be pulled out from any one of the opening and the side opening.
According to this invention, since a wire and a harness are pulled out from the same opening part of a holding | maintenance part, it looks good. In addition, since the harness is inserted through the side opening provided in the holding part, it can be arranged so as to be separated from the wire in the hollow of the cylindrical holding part. Can be reduced.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be disclosed by examples.

The light guide has a depression so that the
In order to produce light emission uniformly throughout the entire surface, for example, the groove shape may be finely formed to have a wrinkle shape so as to scatter light. The groove shape may be formed relatively deep so that it is totally reflected inside and radiated toward the light emitting surface. For such a groove shape, a known technique in the light guide related field can be used.
Further, even when there is no light emission, almost the entire portion excluding the suspended portion of the

In this embodiment, a blue light-emitting GaN-based LED chip is used, and white light is emitted using a bullet-shaped LED chip sealed with a sealing material containing a YAG phosphor.
A wiring (not shown) derived from the
(Hanging structure)
Next, a suspension structure using the
The
The
At the time of assembling the
The
When the
Further, in this embodiment, a
By using the holding

The
In the drawing, a locking member is connected in the vicinity of the end portion of the
The
In the present embodiment, the structure in which the
It is also possible to suspend a lighting fixture composed of light guides of different shapes using the
In this embodiment, a side-emitting LED 130 (side-mounted LED, side view) is used as a light source, and is mounted not on the light guide but on the
The light emitting surface of the side-emitting
