Description

The present invention relates to a sheet-shaped humidifier for cut flowers and a method for humidifying cut flowers, and more specifically, a sheet-type humidifier for naturally vaporized cut flowers that is used in contact with cut flowers and humidifies the cut flowers by natural evaporation of water. It relates to a humidification method.

Conventionally, as a method of maintaining the freshness of cut flowers alive in a vase, a method of using various cut flower life-extending agents mainly composed of bactericidal active substances in water (for example, Patent Document 1) is known.
In addition, a bouquet of polypropylene wrapping sheets wrapped around bundled cut flowers is covered with a non-woven fabric or sponge soaked in water at the base of the stem so that it does not wither or dwell until it can be used in a vase from a florist. A water retention treatment is carried out to prevent the water from dripping by winding and covering the aluminum foil thereon.

However, the cut flower life-extending agent dissolved in the water in the vase flows the water in which the cut flower life-extending agent is dissolved into the sewer as domestic wastewater after use. Therefore, there was a possibility that the quality of sewage may be reduced.
In addition, as described above, it was necessary to wrap the non-woven fabric or sponge with water in the base of the stem, and to cover the aluminum foil, so it was troublesome to make the bouquet.
JP-A-11-189501

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, can eliminate the deterioration of the quality of sewage caused by dissolving the chemical in the water of the vase, is inexpensive and easy to use, and extends the life of cut flowers. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for humidifying cut flowers and a sheet-like humidifier for cut flowers.

The present invention according to claim 1 comprises a water-absorbent sheet, wherein the first hooking portion is formed at one end portion in the length direction of the water-absorbent sheet, and the first hook portion is formed at the other end portion in the length direction. It is a sheet-like humidifier for cut flowers, characterized in that a second latching portion that engages with one latching portion is formed.

According to this invention of Claim 1, a 1st latching | locking part and a 2nd latching | hooking part are engaged, a water absorbing sheet is assembled to a cylinder, and it is set as the sheet-like humidifier for cut flowers. Then, the upper part of this sheet-like humidifier is exposed outside the vase, and the sheet-like humidifier is inserted into the vase containing water. At this time, cut flowers are inserted into the inner space of the sheet-shaped humidifier, and the petals and leaves of the cut flowers are brought into contact with the sheet-shaped humidifier (particularly, the front portion). Thereby, the petals and leaves of cut flowers are humidified by moisture naturally evaporated from the surface of the water absorbent sheet. As a result, it is possible to eliminate the deterioration of the quality of sewage caused by dissolving the drug in the water in the vase as in the prior art, and it is inexpensive and easy to use, and the life of cut flowers can be extended.

Here, the water-absorbing sheet refers to a sheet capable of continuously pumping water by a capillary phenomenon, and for example, paper, fabric (woven fabric, non-woven fabric, knitted fabric), sponge, and the like can be employed. Specifically, a thick, rigid, calendered, embossed or resin-treated dry nonwoven fabric made of polyester fiber, polyolefin fiber, core-sheath type or side-by-side type thermal adhesive composite fiber, etc. These sheets can be suitably employed. In the water-absorbent sheet, it is desirable to mix an antibacterial fungicide with the non-woven fiber so that no germs or molds are generated even when water is adsorbed. The fiber structure of the sheet is not limited to non-woven fabric, and may be, for example, a water-absorbent sheet obtained by applying resin processing to a woven fabric. In any case, water can be pumped continuously by capillary action. There is no limitation as long as there is.
As the shape of the water absorbent sheet, for example, a rectangular shape, a trapezoidal shape, a fan shape, or the like can be adopted.

Examples of cut flowers include roses, orchids, chrysanthemums, and lilies. The cut flower may be one obtained by cutting leaves from a stem to make only petals, or may leave both leaves and petals on a stem.
The shapes of the first latching portion and the second latching portion are arbitrary. For example, one of the latching portions may be a projecting piece and the other may be a slit. Further, the hooking portions may be hook-shaped hooking pieces having the hooking directions opposite to each other. In addition, the both hooks may be planar fasteners.

The present invention described in claim 2 is a fan-shaped sheet in which the water-absorbent sheet is formed by connecting a plurality of ridge-shaped humidifying elements that gradually become wider toward the tip end by abutting the long sides of adjacent ones. The sheet-shaped humidifier for cut flowers according to claim 1, wherein a slit is formed between the base part and the tip part of each humidifying element.

According to this invention of Claim 2, the slit is formed between the base parts of each humidification element, and between front parts. Therefore, when a sheet-like humidifier is assembled and inserted into a vase containing water, the base of each humidifying element can be expanded radially outward within the bottom of the vase. This increases the stability of the sheet humidifier in the vase. In addition, slits are formed between the front portions of the sheet-shaped humidifiers so that the front portions of the humidifying elements can be expanded radially outward. When contacting the leaves, it is difficult to damage them, and each humidifying element is made into a pseudo leaf of cut flowers, so that the design of the sheet humidifier can be enhanced.

The number of humidifying elements formed is arbitrary as long as it is plural. As for the shape of the front part of each humidifying element, it is preferable that the tip is rounded so that the cut flowers that come into contact are hard to be damaged.
The length of the slit is arbitrary. Further, the lengths of all the slits may be uniform or non-uniform.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the surface of the sheet-shaped humidifier is obtained by including water in a sheet-shaped humidifier made of a water-absorbent sheet and bringing the water-containing sheet-shaped humidifier into contact with cut flowers. A method for humidifying a cut flower, characterized in that the cut flower is humidified by moisture naturally evaporated from

According to invention of Claim 3, water is contained in a sheet-like humidifier and this is made to contact the petal and leaf of the cut flower which comprise a bouquet. Thereby, a cut flower is humidified with the water | moisture content naturally vaporized from the surface of the sheet-like humidifier. As a result, it is possible to eliminate the deterioration of the quality of sewage caused by dissolving the drug in the water in the vase as in the prior art, and it is inexpensive and easy to use, and the life of cut flowers can be extended. In addition, this sheet-shaped humidifier has the effect of preventing the disturbance of the bouquet by adjusting the shape of the bouquet at the same time as extending the life of the flowers.

The present invention described in claim 4 is the humidifying method for cut flowers according to claim 3, wherein the sheet-shaped humidifier is wound around the bouquet of cut flowers by overlapping a plastic film for shape retention on the back side or both sides. .

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, a plastic film for shape retention is placed on the back side or both sides of a sheet-like humidifier soaked with water, and this is wrapped around a bouquet of cut flowers. Since the sheet-like humidifier is supported by the plastic film, even if a thin water-absorbing sheet is adopted for the sheet-like humidifier, the sheet is unlikely to become loose.

Examples of the plastic film material include polyolefin such as polypropylene and polyethylene, and polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate, but are not limited thereto.
As the shape of the plastic film, for example, the same rectangular shape as that of the sheet humidifier can be adopted.

The present invention described in claim 5 is the method for humidifying cut flowers according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the water absorbent sheet is any one of paper, non-woven fabric, and sponge.
The water absorbent sheet may be paper, non-woven fabric, or sponge. Examples of the sponge material include, but are not limited to, foamed polyvinyl chloride, foamed polyethylene, foamed polyurethane, and foamed polystyrene.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the sheet-type humidifier is assembled by engaging the first latching portion and the second latching portion, and this is brought into contact with the cut flower and inserted into the vase. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the deterioration of the quality of sewage water that occurs when a conventional cut flower life-prolonging agent is used, and it is possible to extend the life of cut flowers by simply performing inexpensive and simple assembly. In addition, this sheet-shaped humidifier has the effect of preventing the disturbance of the bouquet by adjusting the shape of the bouquet at the same time as extending the life of the flowers.

According to this invention of Claim 2, it is a fan-shaped thing which formed the slit between the front part of each humidification element, and the front part, and the stability in the vase of the assembled sheet-like humidifier increases. When the sheet humidifier comes into contact with the cut flower, the cut flower is hardly damaged, and the design of the sheet humidifier is improved.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, water is contained in the sheet-shaped humidifier, and this is brought into contact with the petals and leaves of cut flowers, so that the same effect as in the first aspect can be obtained.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the sheet-like humidifier is supported by the plastic film, even when a thin sheet-like humidifier is employed, it is possible to prevent settling when used with water. it can.

Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 1-3, the sheet-like humidifier for cut flowers and the humidification method of cut flowers which concern on the Example of this invention are demonstrated.

In FIG. 1, 10 is a sheet-shaped humidifier for cut flowers (hereinafter, sheet-shaped humidifier) according to Example 1 of the present invention. This sheet-shaped humidifier 10 is exclusively for a cup-shaped vase having a depth of 80 mm and a diameter of 70 mm, and is composed of a water absorbent sheet 11 made of a polyester fiber non-woven fabric having embossed front and back surfaces. At one end portion in the length direction of the water absorbent sheet 11, a hooking protrusion piece (first hooking portion) 12 having a trapezoidal tip is formed by cutting the water absorbent sheet 11. Further, a latching slit (second latching portion) 13 of the latching protrusion 12 is formed at the other end of the water absorbent sheet 11 in the length direction. In addition, as another water-absorbent sheet 11, for example, a lightweight, friction-resistant polyester, or a synthetic resin having water absorbency such as polyolefin fiber or phenol resin may be employed. It is preferable to mix an antibacterial / antifungal agent in the material of the water-absorbent sheet 11 so that germs and molds are not generated even when water is adsorbed.

The water-absorbent sheet 11 has a fan shape in which ten humidifying elements 14 that gradually widen toward the tip end are connected to each other with their long sides abutting each other. Each humidifying element 14 is a paper piece of a bowl shape having a length of 160 mm having an arcuate tip, a maximum width of 30 mm (tip), and a minimum width of 10 mm (base). A slit S having a length of 35 mm is formed between the base portion and the tip portion of each humidifying element 14. Thereby, the base part and the front part of each humidification element 14 are separated from the adjacent humidification elements 14.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 1-3, the humidification method of the cut flower which uses the sheet-like humidifier 10 for cut flowers which concerns on Example 1 of this invention is demonstrated.
First, the water absorbent sheet 11 shown in FIG. 1 is rounded in the width direction of the fan, and in this state, the latching protrusion 12 is latched on the latching slit 13. Thereby, the trumpet-shaped sheet-shaped humidifier 10 whose diameter is gradually increased toward the tip is assembled (FIG. 2). Thereafter, the tip of each humidifying element 14 is bent outward in a petal shape, and the base of the sheet-like humidifier 10 is also bent outward. In this state, the tip of each humidifying element 14 is exposed outside the vase 15 and inserted into the vase 15 filled with water (FIG. 3).

At this time, the cut flower 16 is inserted into the inner space of the sheet-shaped humidifier 10, and the petals and leaves of the cut flower 16 are brought into contact with the tip portion of the sheet-shaped humidifier 10, particularly, the humidifying element 14 that is bent outward. Thereby, the petals and leaves of the cut flower 16 can be humidified by the moisture naturally evaporated from the surface of the water absorbent sheet 11. As a result, it is possible to eliminate the deterioration of the quality of sewage that has been caused by dissolving the drug in the water in the vase as in the prior art. Moreover, the sheet-shaped humidifier 10 can extend the life of the cut flowers 16 while being inexpensive and easy to use.
Actually, the sheet-shaped humidifier 10 of Example 1 was used, and the rose shelf-life test was performed in a room in the middle of March in a room with a temperature of room temperature, a humidity of around 30%, and a dry air. . As a result, when the sheet-like humidifier 10 was not used, the flower began to wilted around the fourth day, and on the sixth day, a considerable amount of wilting became conspicuous throughout the flower. On the other hand, when the sheet-shaped humidifier 10 of the present invention was used, there was no flower wilt on the 6th day, and it hardly changed from the 1st day.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 4-6, the sheet-like humidifier for cut flowers and the humidification method of cut flowers which concern on Example 2 of this invention are demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 4, the sheet-shaped humidifier 10A for cut flowers according to the second embodiment of the present invention comprises a rectangular thin water-absorbing sheet 11A for wrapping a bouquet 17 in which cut flowers 16 are bundled. As the water absorbent sheet 11A, A4 size or colored paper containing water having a length of 210 mm and a width of 300 mm is used. Since the sheet-shaped humidifier 10A is thin paper, it is distributed as a roll-shaped material R placed in a sealed container or a sealed bag (not shown) that prevents drying. It should be noted that what has been cut to a predetermined length in advance may be folded and stored in the sealed bag or the like (wet tissue bag type).

Next, a method for humidifying cut flowers using the sheet-shaped humidifier 10A for cut flowers according to Example 2 of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, first, a sheet-like humidifier 10A containing water is drawn out from a sealed container or a sealed bag for a predetermined length, and this is cut with scissors or the like. Next, this cut product is superimposed on a rectangular plastic film 18 (for example, a polyester film or polypropylene film for wrapping usually used in flowers) (FIG. 5). The obtained two-layered sheet material 18 is wound around the bouquet 17 in a trumpet shape with the diameter gradually expanded toward the front with the sheet-shaped humidifier 10A inside (FIG. 6). Thereby, the sheet-like humidifier 10A containing water contacts the cut flower 16, and the cut flower 16 can be humidified by the water naturally evaporated from the surface of the sheet-like humidifier 10A.

Thus, since the sheet-like humidifier 10A is supported and backed by the plastic film 18, even if the sheet-like humidifier 10A is thin paper, it is difficult for the sheet-like humidifier 10A to be set.
Other configurations, operations, and effects are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.
