Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an improvement of a content display sheet adhered to an outer surface of a container in order to display the contents of a container such as a drum can.
Conventionally, in nuclear power plants, etc., it has been stipulated by law to regularly check various equipment and facilities. These periodic inspections generate waste such as flammable materials such as waste and vinyl sheets, non-combustible materials such as replaced pumps and valves. These combustible materials and incombustible materials are stored in a container such as a drum can in which the contents are specified and stored for a certain period. After a certain period of time, combustible materials are incinerated in the power plant, and incombustible materials are sent to an approved processing facility for processing.
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a process of replacing a content display sheet adhered to a drum can containing a conventional combustible material or non-combustible material. As shown in FIG. 4A, a
(S27)。 FIG. 5 is a flowchart for explaining a process of replacing a sheet adhered to a drum can for storing a conventional combustible or non-combustible material. First, it is determined whether the contents are combustible or non-combustible by looking at the sheet adhered to the container (drum can) (S20). If it is a combustible material, the contents are treated (incinerated, etc.) (S21). If it is a non-combustible material in step S20, the contents are treated with non-combustible material (such as concrete filling) (S29). When the container is emptied (S22), the top and side sheets of the container are peeled off (S23). The container is filled with contents (S24), and a sheet on which new contents are written is pasted on the upper and side surfaces of the container (S25). Then, the container is sealed (S26) and stored (S27) until the combustible / incombustible material is treated (YES in S28).
However, the prior art disclosed in
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and the contents are displayed by a mount having a blank for filling in necessary items on the surface, and a plurality of transparent sheets laminated on the surface of the mount so as to be sequentially peelable. By configuring the sheet, it is possible to change the contents to be written on the transparent sheet, not only to save the trouble of replacing the contents display sheet, but also to reduce consumables and reduce management costs An object is to provide a display sheet.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a content display sheet that is adhered to the outer surface of a container and displays the contents of the container, and a mount having a blank for filling in necessary items on the surface, A plurality of peelable transparent sheets that are sequentially adhered to the surface of the mount in a laminated state, and a surface portion of the transparent sheet corresponding to the blank that is visible through the transparent sheet The above-mentioned necessary items can be entered.
In the present invention, in order to save the trouble of replacing the contents display sheet every time the contents of the container are changed, a mount having a blank for filling in necessary items on the surface is adhered to the outer surface of the container, and the surface of the mount is attached. Adheres a plurality of transparent sheets that are sequentially peelable. In this configuration, since the blank for filling in the necessary items can be visually recognized by the transparent sheet, the necessary items can be entered from above the transparent sheet along the blank. When the entry contents are changed, the outermost transparent sheet is peeled off and written on a new transparent sheet. This not only saves the trouble of replacing the content display sheet, but also reduces consumables and management costs.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the transparent sheet is laminated on at least a part of the mount.
The smaller the number of peeled off transparent sheets, the better the workability. That is, if there is a transparent sheet that covers the entire mount, the transparent sheet always covers the blank of the mount. Thereby, the number which peels a transparent sheet decreases and workability | operativity can be improved.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the transparent sheet is laminated in a portion corresponding to a blank of the mount.
A blank for filling in necessary information is printed on the mount. The blank is not always printed on the entire surface of the mount. Therefore, the blank part is the only part that requires a transparent sheet. Therefore, in the present invention, the transparent sheet is laminated only in necessary portions. Thereby, while reducing the material cost of a transparent sheet, the amount of waste can be reduced.
According to the present invention, it is possible to visually recognize a blank for filling in necessary items that can be seen through the transparent sheet, and therefore, necessary items can be entered along the blank from above the transparent sheet. In addition, if the contents of the entry are changed, the transparent sheet on the outermost surface is peeled off and written on a new transparent sheet, so that not only the trouble of replacing the contents display sheet can be saved, but also the management costs can be reduced by reducing consumables. Can be reduced.
In addition, if there is a transparent sheet that covers the entire mount, the transparent sheet always covers the blank of the mount. Therefore, the number of peeled transparent sheets is reduced, and workability can be improved.
Moreover, since a transparent sheet is laminated | stacked only in a required part, while reducing the material cost of a transparent sheet, the amount of waste can be reduced.
