Description

The present invention relates to a mechanical parking apparatus used outdoors, and more particularly to an antifreezing apparatus for a mechanical parking apparatus in which pallets are arranged in two or more stages.

As a mechanical parking apparatus in which pallets are arranged in two or more stages, a two-stage or three-stage elevating parking apparatus has been proposed. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the three-stage lifting / lowering parking apparatus is configured such that a pallet column 2 that supports three pallets 1 so as to sandwich the pallet 1 is movable up and down between main columns 3. The pallet column 2 of the pallet 1 is moved up and down by a drive unit 4 provided on the main column 3. By operating the operation panel 5 and moving the pallet 1 together with the pallet support 2, the mounted vehicle 6 can be easily discharged from the pit 7.

On the other hand, when the automobile 6 is stored in the lower pallet 1, the lower pallet 1 is raised to the loading / unloading level L together with the pallet column 2, and the automobile 6 is placed at this position. Similarly, when the automobile 6 is stored in the middle pallet 1, each pallet 1 is raised from the inside of the pit 7 together with the pallet column 2 to the storage / loading level L, and the automobile 6 is placed at this position.

Outside the snowy cold region, snow may fall on the upper pallet and step surface of the conventional two-step or three-step lift parking device, making it difficult to enter and exit vehicles and to pass people.
In addition, if ice or dew condensation adheres to the limit switch for detecting the lift position, the fall prevention device for preventing the fall, or the photoelectric tube for safety confirmation, these functions may be hindered, resulting in malfunction or malfunction. It was.

In addition, in order to melt the snow on the pallet and step surface, if a heating wire is attached to the back of the pallet and step, and a rubber plate is attached with an adhesive to cover the heating wire, condensation due to heat from the heating wire may occur. The rubber plate peeled off due to the generated moisture and the heat of direct sunlight, and there was a problem that the heating performance was greatly deteriorated.
In addition, when the heating wire and rubber plate are attached with adhesive, condensation tends to occur on the back of the pallet (the bottom of the rubber plate), and the water generated by the condensation drops and soils the car on the lower pallet. There was a point.

The present invention has been developed to solve the above-described problems. That is, the object of the present invention is to stably prevent snow accumulation and freezing on the mechanical parking device components (pallets, step surfaces, limit switches, fall prevention devices, phototubes) for a long period of time. Moreover, since the elastic heat insulating material covers the entire surface of the heating wire, heating of the support cover by the heating wire can be suppressed, and condensation on the inner surface and the outer surface of the support cover can be prevented.

In particular, the non-functional surface of the component device is the lower surface of the pallet, the upper end is welded to the lower surface, the upper end is welded to the lower surface, and has a plurality of rod-like members (for example, screw rods) extending downward, the metal The made support cover has a through hole at a position corresponding to the rod-shaped member, and is configured to support the entire surface of the elastic heat insulating material in a compressed state by a screw member (for example, a nut) that is screwed with a lower end portion of the rod-shaped member. Therefore, the support cover and the elastic heat insulating material can be detached only by detaching the screw member, so that the maintainability is improved.

Further, by using a waterproof molded small heating element as the heating wire, it is possible to heat the striker or lever of the limit switch, the main body of the fall prevention device, and the case inner surface of the phototube, and the inner surface of the support cover by the elastic heat insulating material. In addition, condensation on the outer surface can be prevented.

Therefore, snow accumulation and freezing on mechanical parking device components (pallets, step surfaces, limit switches, fall prevention devices, phototubes) can be stably prevented for a long period of time, thereby preventing malfunctions and malfunctions for a long time. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of the upper pallet of FIG.
As shown in this figure, the antifreezing device of the present invention includes a heating wire 22, an elastic heat insulating material 24, and a support cover 26.

The heating wire 22 is attached in close contact with a non-functional surface of a component device of the mechanical parking apparatus.
In this example, the component device is the upper pallet 10, and the non-functional surface of the component device is the lower surface of the upper pallet 10. The heating wire 22 is an electric resistance wire covered with an insulating material. The means for attaching the heating wire 22 may be an adhesive tape, attachment with an adhesive, fixing with screws, or embedding with heat conductive cement.

The elastic heat insulating material 24 is a heat insulating material that covers the entire surface of the heating wire 22 and has flexibility and elasticity. The elastic heat insulating material 24 may be a heat insulating material that can be used by being compressed, and may be a cold insulating material such as plastic foam or a heat insulating material. Preferably, for example, Softlon (trademark) having a thickness of 4 mm is used.
Moreover, it is preferable that the elastic heat insulating material 24 is appropriately divided along the surface of the heating wire 22.

The support cover 26 is made of metal, and covers the entire surface of the elastic heat insulating material 24 in a compressed state.
In this example, a plurality of rod-like members 27 (screw rods in this example) are distributed and positioned on the lower surface of the upper pallet 10, and their upper ends are welded to the lower surface of the upper pallet 10 and extend downward.
The metal support cover 26 has a through hole at a position corresponding to the rod-shaped member 27 and is screwed into a lower end portion of the rod-shaped member 27 and is screwed with a screw member 28 (in this example, a nut) to cover the entire surface of the elastic heat insulating material 24. Is supported in a compressed state.
The present invention is not limited to this configuration, and the rod-shaped member 27 may be a rod having a female screw hole at the lower end, and the screw member 28 may be a screw having a male screw.
Moreover, it is preferable that the support cover 26 is appropriately divided along the surface of the elastic heat insulating material 24 in order to facilitate replacement.

The anti-freezing device according to the present invention includes a power supply device (not shown) for passing a current through the heating wire 22 and a temperature control device (not shown). The lower surface is heated to a predetermined temperature range.
In this control, heating is started by a snow detection sensor and a temperature sensor (not shown) based on snow accumulation and a temperature drop, and is stopped when a predetermined temperature (for example, 5 ° C. or higher) is reached.
In addition, the power supply device that supplies current to the heating wire 22 stops supplying the current to the heating wire 22 while the parking device is driven, and the power supply device is heated when the parking device stops driving. It is also possible to perform control such that power is supplied to the power supply 22, and it is possible to suppress an increase in power supply capacity due to basic charges and the simultaneous use of the parking device and the heating wire 22.

Furthermore, it is preferable to provide a similar antifreezing device on the lower surface of step 11.

With the above-described configuration, the heating wire 22 is in close contact with the non-functional surface of the component device (in this example, the lower surface of the upper pallet 10 and the step 11), the entire surface thereof is covered with the elastic heat insulating material 24, and the metal support cover 26 is elastic. Since the entire surface of the heat insulating material 24 is covered in a compressed state, even if the adhesion surface of the heating wire 22 is peeled off due to deterioration or the like, the elasticity of the elastic heat insulating material 24 can maintain the close contact between the heating wire 22 and the non-functional surface. Stable attachment without being affected by the above becomes possible, and the deterioration of the heating performance can be prevented.

In addition, since the elastic heat insulating material 24 covers the entire surface of the heating wire 22, the heating of the support cover 26 by the heating wire 22 can be suppressed, and condensation on the inner surface and the outer surface of the support cover 26 can be prevented.

Furthermore, since the support cover 26 and the elastic heat insulating material 24 can be attached / detached only by attaching / detaching the screw member 28 (nut in this example), the maintainability is improved.

FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of the vicinity of the limit switch (A), the vicinity of the fall prevention device (B), and the vicinity of the phototube (C) in FIG.
3A, 3B, and 3C, the heating wire 22 is a small heating element 22a that is waterproof molded. The small heating element 22a is preferably an electric resistance wire molded with an insulating material, and a lead wire (not shown) for passing an electric current is attached to the electric resistance wire.
