前記読取手段により読み取った画像情報から送信元番号を抽出する抽出手段と、
前記抽出手段により抽出された送信元番号に対応する発信者番号を前記記憶手段から取得する取得手段と、
前記取得手段が前記送信元番号に対応する複数の発信者番号を取得した場合、前記複数の発信者番号を表示する第１の表示手段と、
前記第１の表示手段に表示された複数の発信者番号のいずれか１つを選択するための第１の選択手段と、
