Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a weighing apparatus that performs a weighing operation without removing a weighing object placed on a weighing unit and weighing it.
Conventionally, weighing is performed each time in a weighing device in which a plurality of identical articles (for example, cakes, etc.) are sequentially placed on a weighing unit (weighing table) and weighing is continuously determined with a weighed sample placed on the weighing unit. Tare weight is set for each confirmation (for example, completion of topping work of whipped cream on cake) (the weight of the article currently placed on the weighing unit and the weight added in the additional work are set in the tare) There is no problem if the weighing object (article) to be weighed next is placed on the weighing unit at the timing of the operation. However, for example, if the weighing object (article) to be weighed next is placed on the weighing unit and the tare weight is erased by mistake when the work (topping, etc.) has not been completed yet, additional work is required. Since the work for determining the weight per piece cannot be performed using the combined weight of the weight added by the above and the weight of the weighing object as a guide, the continuous weighing work at the corner is interrupted. In addition, there is a problem that the weighing operation cannot be performed again or correct weighing cannot be performed.
In addition, there are measuring devices that can solve the above problems and automatically tare when the measured value is stabilized by continuous weighing of articles (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Since there is no indication of the total weight of the article, the work is temporarily stopped to confirm the progress of the work for a predetermined work amount, and the article that has been weighed (the article placed in the weighing unit) Therefore, the problem that the number is miscounted, the confirmation work act is troublesome, and the flow work is interrupted, so that the work cannot be performed efficiently. In addition, there is a drawback that continuous weighing cannot be performed when the tare is different for each weighing.
In addition, the conventional weighing apparatus capable of continuous weighing is a scale specialized for weighing the article continuously with the article placed on the weighing unit. It was bad, and it was a scale device that could not be used as a “product sales scale (price scale)”. For this reason, it is uneconomical to purchase and prepare a scale device for each application, and the installation space for installing the scale device is also occupied by each scale.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and in a weighing device that continuously performs weighing work without placing the weighing object on the weighing unit, the weighing object can be continuously measured. An object of the present invention is to provide a weighing device that can confirm the number of operations (amount), prevent operation errors and measurement errors, and improve workability.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an economical weighing apparatus that can be used as a continuous weighing scale, a charge scale, and a counting scale with a single weighing apparatus.
In order to achieve the above object, a weighing device of the present invention comprises a weighing unit for weighing a sample, a display unit for displaying the measured content, and an input operation unit for inputting various information. In a weighing device that continuously performs weighing operations without putting down the weighing unit, the weighing range storage means for inputting and storing the weighing range of the weighing item, and the weight of the weighing item placed on the weighing unit Is determined to be within the weighing range set for storage, weighing determination means for determining whether weighing of the weighing object placed on the weighing unit is stable, and the allowance Based on the determination means and the weighing determination means, when it is determined that the weight of the weighing object is within the weighing range and the weighing is stable, zero is displayed on the display unit to prepare for the next weighing. Measurement preparation means to be performed and the number of times of measurement for each measurement A weighing number storage means for counting, and a configuration for displaying the weight of the weighing stored in the display section and the weight of a weighing object placed next on the weighing section based on the preparation of the weighing preparation means. (Claim 1).
The weighing range storage means sets an appropriate weight range of the article (measured item) when weighing a plurality of the same article continuously, and there are two methods for the setting. One is a method of directly inputting and setting the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the appropriate weight, and the other is a method of setting the ratio (%) of the upper limit and the lower limit with respect to the reference weight.
According to the above means, an appropriate weight range of the weighing object is set by the weighing range storage means before weighing. Then, when the weighing object is placed on the weighing unit, it is determined whether the weighing is stable by the weighing determination unit, and when it is determined that the weighing is stable, the determined weighing data is set in the weighing range storage unit. It is determined whether the upper limit determination weight and the lower limit determination weight are within the range. If it is determined that the weight is within the range, the number of weighing items is counted up and stored in the weighing number storage means (RAM), and the total weight of the weighing item currently placed in the weighing unit is The weight value is stored in the weight memory, and the current weight value is subtracted from the total weight memory (displayed as zero), and the next weighing object is prepared for weighing. Then, the number of measurements of the weighing object, the accumulated total weight, and the current measurement value are displayed on the display unit. Therefore, the number of times of measurement, the accumulated total weight, and the current measurement value can be confirmed at a glance, and the amount of work (number of times) and the progress status thereof can be confirmed.
The weighing device may include a tare setting means. The tare setting means includes a first tare setting means for inputting and storing the tare weight of the weighing object, and memorizing the measured value of the weighing object (tare article) placed on the weighing unit as the tare weight. Second tare setting means, and subtracts the tare weight set by the first tare setting means or the tare weight set by the second tare setting means from the weight of the weighing object being measured. Then, the actual weight of the object being weighed is displayed on the display unit.
The numerical value input of the tare weight is input using the numeric keypad of the input operation unit.
According to the above means, it is possible to efficiently perform the addition (addition) work on the semi-finished product. For example, a large number of cream puffs (a semi-finished product) are placed on the weighing unit at once, and all the pouches placed are set in the tare memory as a tare. The work of adding cream (additional work) and the weighing of additive (cream) to be added for each shoe dough (semi-finished product) (displayed on the display unit) can be continuously performed.
Further, the weighing device may include a unit weight setting unit for weighing objects. Specifically, a first unit weight setting means for inputting and storing a unit weight of a weighing object and a second unit for storing the weight of the weighing object placed on the weighing unit as a unit weight. Weight setting means, and is placed on the current weighing section based on the weight of the weighing object placed on the weighing section and the unit weight based on the setting of the first or second unit weight setting means. It is configured to count the quantity of the weighing object being displayed and display it on the display unit.
The method for inputting the unit weight of the weighing object is performed using the numeric keypad of the input operation unit.
According to the above means, the unit weight per product is input as a number (first unit weight setting means), or the weight measured by placing an object on the measuring section (second unit weight setting means). ), It is possible to easily know how many products can be made from the raw materials placed on the weighing unit by placing the raw materials on the weighing unit.
Units per product that are packaged (boxed) and are sold as individual products by breaking the bags or boxes at the time of sale, but you do not want to break the bags or boxes when counting. Since the weight can be entered using the numeric keypad of the input operation unit and set in the unit weight memory, after setting the unit weight, if the weighing object packed in a box (boxed) is placed on the weighing unit as it is Can be counted easily.
Further, the weighing device determines whether or not the weighing object currently being weighed is in the weighing range based on the allowance determination means and the weighing determination means, and determines the weight for each weighing object placed on the weighing unit. Continuous weighing mode to be determined, counting mode for counting the quantity of the weighing object based on the weight and unit weight of the weighing object placed on the weighing part, and the weight and setting of the weighing object placed on the weighing part Based on the unit price per unit weight, there may be provided a switching means for switching between three types of modes, i.e., the weighing sales mode for calculating and displaying the price of the weighing object (claim 4).
According to the above means, by operating the switching means, one weighing device can be used as a continuous weighing scale that can continuously weigh, a fee scale that calculates the price of the weighing object, and a counting balance that counts the quantity of the weighing object. it can. Therefore, there is no need to prepare a weighing device for each application, and it is not necessary to secure a plurality of weighing device installation spaces, so that a large work space can be secured.
With the configuration of the first aspect of the present invention, the weighing device can continuously perform the weighing operation with the article placed on the weighing unit, and confirms the number of times of weighing, the total weight, and the current measured value at a glance. Therefore, it is possible to check the amount of work (the number of times) currently being performed and the progress status while working. Therefore, it is possible to check the work amount and perform the weighing work together.
Further, according to the configuration of the second aspect, in the additional work to add a predetermined amount of the additive to the weighing object which is a semi-finished product to make a finished product, the weighing work of the additive to be added to each weighing object is performed as 1 It is possible to continuously perform the weighing operation without placing the weighing object on the weighing unit without lowering it individually. As a result, even if the size and weight of the semi-finished product placed on the weighing unit are different, each can be set as a tare. Can be easily performed by continuous weighing.
Further, according to the configuration of
Further, according to the configuration of the fourth aspect, one weighing device can be used as a continuous weighing scale, a fee scale, and a counting scale by switching modes. Therefore, it is economical because it is not necessary to prepare a weighing device for each application, and only one installation space is required, so that a wide work space can be secured.

The allowance determining means compares and determines whether or not the weight of the weighing object placed on the weighing unit is within the range between the upper limit weight and the lower limit weight stored and set by the weighing range storage means.
The weighing judgment means judges whether the weighing of the weighing object placed on the weighing unit is stable, stores the weighing data measured at regular intervals, and stores the previous weighing data and the current weighing data. Judge by comparing with the weighing data. If the previous measurement data and the current measurement data are the same, it is determined that the measurement is stable and the measurement data is determined.
The weighing preparation means displays on the display unit when it is determined that the weight of the weighing object is within the weighing range and the weighing is stable based on the allowance judging means and the weighing judging means. The total weight of the weighing object placed in the weighing unit is stored in the current total weight memory (RAM 6), and the current measured weight value is subtracted from the total weight memory to display the measured value as 0 (zero). And prepare for weighing the next sample.
The weighing number storage means measures the weight by placing the weighing object on the weighing unit in continuous weighing, and when the weighing determination means determines that the weighing data is fixed, counts up the weighing number and stores it in the weighing number memory of the

As described above, the weighing device of the present invention is a weighing device that can be used by switching three weighing function modes as a continuous weighing balance, a charge balance, and a counting balance. In general, conventional scale devices used in retail stores that sell prepared foods, lunch boxes, etc., and retail stores that sell Western confectionery, Japanese confectionery, etc., are dedicated single-function scales having the above-mentioned functions, respectively. They are purchased according to their usage, and are installed and used at each usage location. Each scale device registers product data in advance, and appropriately reads the registered product data to operate each function. Therefore, the labor and time for registering the merchandise data has been difficult. Furthermore, when product data is revised, there is a problem that the product is sold at an incorrect price or the like unless it is re-registered.
On the other hand, the weighing device of the present invention described above has mode switching of a continuous weighing scale, a charge scale, and a counting scale without registering product data, and inputs and sets necessary data for each use in each switched mode. (Continuous weighing scale mode, weighing range (upper limit, lower limit), tare weight, etc., tare weight mode, tare weight, unit price, etc., counting scale mode, tare weight, unit weight, etc.) It can be used immediately after purchase without extra effort or time.
As a method of using the weighing device of the present invention, for example, in the continuous weighing mode, when the prepared foods are packed into the lunch box, each of the prepared foods corresponding to the number of lunch boxes to be manufactured is weighed. The charge balance mode measures and sells products (garden) sold at the store for accounting. In the counting scale mode, balls containing cream to be packed into cream puffs are placed on the ball weighing unit, and the number of cream puffs that can be produced with the cream in the balls is counted.
Moreover, in the continuous weighing mode, it is possible to place and weigh the weighing object sequentially without taking the weighing object down from the weighing unit every time one piece is weighed.
