Japanese Patent No. 3773029

Since the container of Patent Document 1 can be opened relatively easily, there is a possibility that when a medicine or the like is stored, a child opens it and mistakenly ingests it as a confectionery.

A first object of the present invention is to provide a container with a safety lid having a child-proof function that a child cannot easily open.

A second object of the present invention is to provide a container with a safety lid that realizes the child proof function with a relatively simple configuration and is easy to use for adults.

The first means is
A container body 2 that erects a mouth tube portion 8 including a pair of left and right parallel side wall portions 16 from the body portion 6;
A safety lid 32 detachably fitted to the outer surface of the mouth tube portion 8,
A guide groove 20 extending in the vertical direction as a whole on one or both of the side wall portions 16 and a slide guided in the guide groove 20 when the safety lid is attached / detached to a corresponding position on the inner surface of the safety lid 32. Forming convex portions 42 respectively;
A part of the guide groove 20 in the longitudinal direction serves as a meandering portion 24 that bends in the front-rear direction, and the lid cannot be opened unless the slide convex portion 42 is moved along the meandering portion.

In this means, a guide groove in the vertical direction and a slide convex portion guided by the guide groove are formed at corresponding positions on the outer surface of the mouth tube portion and the inner surface of the safety lid, and a part of the guide groove in the longitudinal direction is formed. It has been proposed to design a meandering part so that young children cannot easily open it. That is, the safety lid cannot be removed unless it is raised while operating the safety lid back and forth so that the slide convex portion slides along the meandering portion 24.

The “mouth tube portion” has a function of holding the safety lid so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. In order to form a sliding surface with the safety lid, a pair of left and right parallel side walls are provided. In the illustrated example described later, the mouth tube portion is formed in a rectangular cross section, but any shape may be used as long as it has parallel side wall portions.

The “guide groove” has a function of regulating the movement of the safety lid in cooperation with the slide convex portion. In other words, in order to have a child proof function, the safety lid cannot be opened unless the safety lid is moved back and forth and pulled up by movement along the guide groove. A young child cannot understand the structure and cannot open the lid. In the preferred illustrated example described later, the width of each part of the guide groove is formed so as to fit the size of the slide convex part, so that the slide convex part does not move except in a predetermined direction. The number of guide grooves may be one, but it is desirable that they be formed on both of the two side walls.

The “meandering portion” is folded back in the front-rear direction, that is, substantially in a zigzag shape on both sides of the guide groove, and has at least one, preferably two or more turned-up portions. It is formed so that it is difficult to open. The zigzag shape has various shapes, but a shape in which the horizontal portion and the folded portion are alternately repeated as in the illustrated example is preferable. When a young child tries to open the safety lid, he / she simply tries to pull it up vertically, so that the slide convex portion is caught on the horizontal portion and cannot be pulled up. However, it is not necessarily limited to the illustrated structure.

The “sliding convex portion” is fitted in the guide groove, and is formed so that the safety lid cannot be opened unless the meandering portion is slid in the “way”. In a preferred example shown below, the horizontal width of the slide convex portion is set to the horizontal width of the vertical portion of the guide groove (including the folded portion of the meander portion), and the vertical width of the slide convex portion is set to the horizontal portion of the meander portion. It matches the vertical width. This reduces the degree of freedom with which the safety lid can be moved, making it more difficult for the child to open the lid.

The second means includes the first means, and the guide groove 20 has a longitudinal lower end portion 22a having a straight groove shape in the vertical direction, and the meandering portion 24 is continuous with the lower end portion. Form the
When the slide convex part 42 is fitted in the lower end part 22 a of the guide groove 20, the safety cover 32 is configured to fit the lower part of the mouth tube part 8.

In this means, a configuration is proposed in which the lower end portion of the guide groove is formed into a straight groove shape, and when the slide convex portion is fitted in the lower end portion, the safety lid fits to the lower portion of the mouth tube portion. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the safety lid from rattling against the mouth tube portion. The “straight groove shape” means a shape of a straight groove. Further, “the safety lid fits to the lower portion of the mouth tube portion” is sufficient if the safety lid has a shape corresponding to the extent that the mouth tube portion does not rattle.

The third means includes the first means or the second means, and the side wall portion 16 is wider than the front wall portion 18 and the rear wall portion 19 of the mouth tube portion 8, and On one of the front wall portion 18 and the rear wall portion 19, a recess 28 is formed that is recessed inwardly in a stepped manner at least as much as the meandering width d in the front-rear direction of the meandering portion 24,
When the safety lid 32 is pulled up until the lower end of the safety lid 32 is flush with the stepped surface, the slide convex portion 42 meanders through the lower end portion 22a of the guide groove. It is designed to enter the part 24.

In this means, it has been proposed to form a recessed portion that is recessed inwardly in one of the front wall portion and the rear wall portion of the mouth tube portion. For example, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (b), this dent creates a space (movement allowance) for the rear part of the safety lid to move forward when the safety lid is moved forward. It is.

The fourth means has the second means or the third means, and engages the outer surface of the mouth tube portion 8 and the corresponding portion of the inner surface of the safety lid 32 with each other when the lid is closed. Forming engagement means 26, 44 for maintaining the closed state;
The positions of the engaging means 26 and 44 are designed so that the engaging means 26 and 44 are engaged with each other when the slide convex portion 42 enters the guide groove lower end portion 22a from the meandering portion 24. .

In this means, engagement means for holding the closed state is formed on the outer surface of the mouth tube portion and the inner surface of the safety lid. When these engaging means are fitted to each other, it is possible to generate a feel (click feeling) that fits with each other. As a result, the user can know that the safety lid has been securely closed and can use it with peace of mind. In the illustrated example described later, a pair of first engaging means is provided at two opposing positions on the outer surface of the mouth tube portion, and a pair of second engaging means is provided at a corresponding position on the inner surface of the safety lid. Further, in the illustrated example, the engaging means on the side of the mouth tube portion and the engaging means on the side of the safety lid are respectively convex engaging means, but may be a convex engaging means and a concave engaging means.

According to the first aspect of the invention, a part of the guide groove 20 in the longitudinal direction is formed as a meandering portion 24 that bends in the front-rear direction so that the slide convex portion 42 can be opened only by sliding along the meandering portion. Therefore, children can not open easily.

According to the second aspect of the invention, when the slide convex portion 42 is fitted into the straight groove-like lower end portion 22 a of the guide groove 20, the safety lid 32 is fitted to the lower portion of the mouth tube portion 8. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the safety lid 32 from rattling with respect to the mouth tube portion 8.

According to the invention relating to the third means, since the side wall 16 is wider than both the front and rear walls of the mouthpiece 8, a sufficient meandering width d in the front-rear direction of the guide groove 20 is ensured. Can do. Further, since a recess 28 that is recessed inward at least as much as the meandering width d in the front-rear direction of the meandering portion 24 is formed on one of the front and rear wall portions, a safety lid 32 that can fit into the mouth tube portion 8 is formed. Even with this structure, the safety lid can be moved back and forth reliably.

According to the fourth aspect of the invention, since the engaging means 26 and 44 are formed at corresponding portions of the outer surface of the mouth tube portion 8 and the inner surface of the safety lid 32, it is possible to prevent the safety lid from coming out upward.

Hereinafter, a container with a safety lid according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. This container with a safety lid is formed by the container body 2 and the safety lid 32. Each of these members can be formed of a synthetic resin.

The container body 2 has a bottom portion 4 at the lower end of a box-shaped body portion 6 that is long in the front-rear direction suitable for storing granular materials, and has a mouth tube portion 8 standing up from the upper end of the body portion 6. Bottom 4 of the illustrated example, to allow filling of the contents from the bottom, separately from the body portion 6 and the mouth tube part 8 is detachably formed with respect to the body portion 6.

The mouth tube portion 8 is formed by a tube wall 10 having a rectangular cross section and long front and back, and a top wall 12 that is closed except for a part of the upper end surface of the tube wall (the front portion in the illustrated example). And by making a part of upper end surface of a cylinder wall into the opening part 14, it makes it easy to take out an appropriate number of granular materials.

In the left and right side wall portions 16 of the cylindrical wall 10 of the mouth tube portion 8, a guide groove 20 is provided vertically in the middle in the front-rear width direction. As shown in FIG. 4, the guide groove 20 has a lower end portion 22a and an upper end portion 22b formed in a straight groove shape in the vertical direction, and a middle portion in the longitudinal direction is formed in a meandering portion 24 that meanders back and forth in a zigzag shape. ing. The meandering portion shown in the figure repeats a horizontal portion 24a and a substantially vertical folded portion 24b.

A pair of first engaging means 26 is formed on the lower outer surfaces of the front wall portion 18 and the rear wall portion 19 of the tubular wall 10 of the mouth tube portion 8. In the illustrated example, the engaging means is formed on the lateral rib, but it does not necessarily have such a shape. Further, a recessed portion 28 is formed in the rear wall portion 19 of the cylindrical wall above the first engaging means so as to be recessed in a step shape inward of the mouth cylindrical portion. As shown in FIG. 4, the indentation length D of the indentation 28 is formed to be the same as or larger than the width d of the meandering portion meandering left and right. The height of the stepped surface 30 of the recessed portion 28, while fitting the safety cap 32 to the mouth tube part 8 as shown in FIG. 1, the height difference h 1 from the safety cover the lower end until the stepped surface sliding convex below designed so that the same becomes height or less and the height difference h 2 to meander from parts.

The safety lid 32 hangs from the top plate 34 a lid peripheral wall 36 having a rectangular cross section. At least the lower part of the peripheral wall is formed to fit the lower part of the mouth tube part. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, a slide convex portion 42 for insertion into the guide groove is attached to the lower inner surface of the long side equivalent portion 38 of the lid peripheral wall 36. In the illustrated example, the slide convex portion 42 has a horizontally long rib shape, and its vertical width is substantially equal to the vertical width of the horizontal portion of the guide groove. Further, the lateral width of the slide convex portion is substantially equal to the lateral width of the lower end portion 22a and upper end portion 22b of the guide groove 20 and the folded portion 24b. Therefore, it is difficult to open the safety lid 42 unless the slidable convex portion 42 is moved with respect to the guide groove. Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, a pair of convex second engaging means 44 is provided on the inner surface of the lower portion 40 of the cover peripheral wall 36 corresponding to both short sides. It forms so that it can engage with the lower surface of the 1st engaging means 26 by the side of a cylinder part. The engaging means 44 can also be formed in a lateral rib shape. In the illustrated example, the first and second engaging means 26 and 44 are formed in the lower part on the long side of the cylindrical wall of the mouth tube portion 8 and the lid peripheral wall of the safety lid. You may form in the opposing location of the short side of a surrounding wall.

In the above configuration, in the state of FIG. 1, the first and second engaging means 26, 44 are engaged with each other to maintain the closed state of the safety lid. From this state, when the container body 2 is supported with one hand and the safety lid 32 is grasped and lifted with the other hand, the first and second engaging means 26 and 44 are detached as shown in FIG. The slide convex part 42 hits the upper edge of the first horizontal part 24a from the bottom of the meandering part 24 and resists the lifting operation. Therefore, when the user moves the safety lid 32 forward, the slide convex portion 42 advances in the first horizontal portion 24a, and reaches the front edge of the first folded portion 24b from the bottom as shown in FIG. 6B. bump into. Therefore, when the user pulls up the safety lid 32, the slide convex portion 42 ascends the folded portion 24b of the meandering portion and hits the upper edge of the second horizontal portion 24a from the bottom. When the user further retracts the safety lid 32, the user hits the rear edge of the second folded portion 24b from the bottom as shown in FIG. When the operation of moving the safety lid in one of the vertical or horizontal directions and moving to the other is repeated, the slide convex portion 42 passes through the meandering portion and the upper end of the guide groove as shown in FIG. Detach upward from the portion 22b. As a result, the safety lid can be removed. Since it is difficult for a young child who may accidentally take a medicine to perform a complicated operation as described above, it is possible to prevent accidental ingestion due to mischief.

Next, when the safety lid 32 is re-fitted, the container body 2 as shown in FIG. 6 (d) → FIG. 6 (c) → FIG. 6 (b) → FIG. 6 (a) → FIG. The safety lid 32 may be moved with respect to it. At the final stage of this procedure, the second engagement means 44 on the safety lid side gets over the first engagement means 26 on the side of the mouth tube portion and is fitted to the lower surface of the second engagement means 44. It can be understood that the safety lid is completely closed when the user feels the touch when fitting.
