Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a glass unit constituting a glass door disposed on the front side of a gaming machine.
In gaming machines such as pachinko machines, the glass unit of the glass door disposed on the front side of the gaming machine is configured using two glass plates for the purpose of improving the strength and improving the silence. Yes.
For example,
However, as shown in FIGS. 10 to 13, in the
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and it is possible to reliably fix the glass plate to the frame body with a small amount of adhesive, and that the adhesive flows out to the inner peripheral side of the frame body. An object of the present invention is to provide a glass unit in a gaming machine that can be prevented.
The present invention is a glass unit constituting a glass door disposed on the front side of the gaming machine,
The glass unit is held by an adhesive in a state where two glass plates are laminated so as to close the opening with respect to the opening of the frame formed in a frame shape,
The frame includes an edge portion opposed to the entire circumference of the outer edge end surfaces of the two glass plates from the outer peripheral side, and a holding portion provided perpendicular to the inner peripheral side of the edge portion and opposed to the surface of the glass plate. Have
The holding portion includes an outer peripheral side protruding portion that protrudes on both sides in a direction in which the two glass plates face each other, and an inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral side protruding portion in the direction in which the two glass plates face each other. Inner peripheral side protrusions protruding on both sides are formed,
An outer peripheral recess is formed between the edging portion and the outer peripheral protrusion, and an inner peripheral recess is formed between the outer peripheral protrusion and the inner peripheral protrusion,
The two glass plates are in a glass unit in a gaming machine characterized in that the two glass plates are bonded to the frame body with the adhesive applied to the outer peripheral side protruding portion (Claim 1).
The glass unit in the gaming machine of the present invention is a frame formed by forming an edging part and a holding part, and the holding part has an outer peripheral side protruding part and an inner peripheral part protruding on both sides in the direction in which the two glass plates face each other. A side protrusion is formed. Moreover, the outer peripheral side recessed part is formed between the edge part and the outer peripheral side protrusion part, and the inner peripheral side recessed part is formed between the outer peripheral side protrusion part and the inner peripheral side protrusion part. And the two glass plates are adhere | attached on the frame with the adhesive agent constructed in the outer peripheral side protrusion part.
As a result, the adhesive can be applied only to the outer peripheral projection, and the amount of the adhesive applied to the frame is reduced compared to the conventional configuration in which the entire groove is filled with the adhesive. Can do.
Further, by forming the inner peripheral side protruding portion, even when the adhesive applied to the outer peripheral side protruding portion flows out to the inner peripheral side, the adhesive is allowed to flow between the outer peripheral side protruding portion and the inner peripheral side protruding portion. It can accumulate in the inner peripheral side recessed part in between. And it can prevent that an adhesive agent flows out to an inner circumference side rather than an inner circumference side projection part. Thereby, it can prevent that the external appearance of a glass unit is spoiled with the adhesive agent which flowed out to the inner peripheral side of the frame.
In addition, when using an adhesive having a particularly low viscosity, even if the adhesive spreads by applying this adhesive to the outer peripheral side protruding portion, the adhesive can be reliably held on the outer peripheral side protruding portion. it can. Therefore, even when an adhesive having a low viscosity is used, the glass plate can be reliably bonded to the frame body with a small amount of adhesive.
Therefore, according to the glass unit of the gaming machine of the present invention, the glass plate can be securely fixed to the frame body with a small amount of adhesive, and the adhesive is prevented from flowing out to the inner peripheral side of the frame body. be able to.
A preferred embodiment of the present invention described above will be described.
In this invention, the said outer peripheral side protrusion part is made to protrude higher than the said inner peripheral side protrusion part, and a clearance gap can be formed between this inner peripheral side protrusion part and the said glass plate (Claim 2).
In this case, it can prevent that an inner peripheral side protrusion part contacts a glass plate directly without interposing an adhesive agent in between.
Moreover, the protrusion height of the outer peripheral side protrusion part with respect to an outer peripheral side recessed part and an inner peripheral side recessed part, and the protrusion height of the inner peripheral side protrusion part with respect to an inner peripheral side recessed part can be made into the height which does not overflow an adhesive agent.
Moreover, the outer peripheral side protruding portion can be formed to protrude 0.2 to 0.5 mm higher than the inner peripheral side protruding portion, for example. Thereby, even if a glass plate deform | transforms, it can avoid that this glass plate contacts an inner peripheral side protrusion part.
Moreover, the said inner peripheral side protrusion part is made to protrude higher than the said outer peripheral side protrusion part, and a clearance gap can also be formed between this outer peripheral side protrusion part and the said glass plate (Claim 3).
In this case, the inner peripheral protrusion is intentionally brought into contact with the glass plate, and a gap for holding the adhesive is formed at a predetermined interval between the outer peripheral protrusion and the glass plate. Can do.
Further, the inner peripheral side protruding portion can be formed to protrude 0.2 to 0.5 mm higher than the outer peripheral side protruding portion. In this case, even when an adhesive having a low viscosity is used, the adhesive applied to the outer peripheral protruding portion comes into contact with the glass plate, and the glass plate can be reliably bonded to the frame by the adhesive.
In addition, when the height of the inner peripheral side protruding portion with respect to the outer peripheral side protruding portion is lower than 0.2 mm, it is impossible to sufficiently secure the thickness of the adhesive that bonds the glass plate to the frame. On the other hand, when the height of the inner peripheral side protruding portion with respect to the outer peripheral side protruding portion is higher than 0.5 mm, there is a possibility that the adhesion of the glass plate to the frame body becomes uncertain.
Further, when the inner peripheral side protruding portion is higher than the outer peripheral side protruding portion, the adhesive is applied to the outer peripheral side protruding portion of the frame body, and the glass plate is brought into contact with the tip of the inner peripheral side protruding portion. In this state, after the frame body and the glass plate are vibrated, the glass plate can be brought into pressure contact with the frame body and bonded. In this case, even when an adhesive having a low viscosity is not in contact with the glass plate, the adhesive can be sufficiently spread between the outer peripheral side protruding portion of the frame and the glass plate. Bonding to the plate can be performed more reliably.
Moreover, if the formation width of the protruding portion on the outer peripheral side is too large, it is necessary to increase the coating amount of the adhesive, and if it is too small, the adhesive margin due to the adhesive (adhesion allowance) cannot be secured sufficiently, It becomes difficult to sufficiently adhere to the frame. Furthermore, if the formation width of the outer peripheral side protruding portion is too small, stress may concentrate on the periphery of the outer peripheral side protruding portion due to the pressing force during bonding, and the glass plate may be damaged. Therefore, for example, the formation width of the outer peripheral protruding portion can be 1.5 to 3 mm.
Further, chamfering (C surface), corner radius (corner R), or the like can be formed at the corners on both sides of the front end surface of the outer peripheral protruding portion. In this case, it is easy to form the outer peripheral side protruding portion, and the adhesive applied to the outer peripheral side protruding portion can be made difficult to propagate through the surface of the glass plate.
Further, the adhesive is for bonding the glass plate to the frame by curing a liquid resin material, and when heated to a predetermined temperature or more, the adhesive force is reduced and the frame and the frame It can be set as the heat peelable adhesive which has the property to peel from a glass plate. By using the heat-peelable adhesive, the glass plate and the frame can be easily separated. Therefore, a highly recyclable glass unit can be provided.
This heat-peelable adhesive may be one in which a modified epoxy resin is used as a main component of a liquid resin material, and a modified polyamidoamine is used as a curing agent for the liquid resin material.
When the heat-peelable adhesive is cured, it can be cured by adding a curing agent to the liquid main agent, applying it to the frame, and allowing it to stand at room temperature (for example, 20 ° C.) for a predetermined time. At this time, the curing time can be shortened by heating to a temperature of room temperature or higher (however, 50 ° C. or lower). Moreover, the adhesive force for performing the peeling can be reduced by heating the cured heat-peelable adhesive to a temperature of about 90 ° C. or higher. In addition, the upper limit of the temperature to heat can be made into below the heat-resistant temperature of the said frame and the said glass plate. At this time, hot water or the like can be used to reduce the adhesive strength of the heat-peelable adhesive.
The heat-peelable adhesive can be a two-part adhesive using acrylic monomers as a liquid resin material. When curing the heat-peelable adhesive, a liquid resin material is applied to the frame, and the usable time (maximum allowable time that can be used from the mixed state for application mainly in the two-component adhesive) ) Can be cured by placing a glass plate in the frame.
In addition to the above, the heat-peelable adhesive may be other adhesive having the above-described properties.
Moreover, the heat-peelable adhesive generally has a low viscosity and has a property of spreading thinly immediately after application, and it is often difficult to maintain a predetermined thickness. Therefore, for the purpose of recyclability, in the configuration in which the heat-peelable adhesive is applied to the conventional groove, the surface height of the adhesive becomes substantially uniform (not in a mountain shape), and the glass plate and the adhesive However, sufficient adhesive force could not be obtained. In this case, it is conceivable to increase the amount of the adhesive, but the adhesive may overflow from the groove, and it is difficult to achieve both good appearance and adhesive strength.
On the other hand, even when using a heat-peeling adhesive having a low viscosity by adopting a configuration in which the tip of the outer peripheral protrusion is adhered to the glass plate as in the present invention, the heat-peeling adhesive is removed from the frame It becomes possible to secure the adhesive force without overflowing.
The frame body can be formed entirely from metal, and can also be formed by attaching another metal member to the glass adhesive surface of a frame formed from resin.
The metal material constituting the frame can be aluminum, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, stainless steel, or the like. In addition, it is especially preferable to use aluminum as a metal material constituting the frame, and in this case, recyclability, cost, weight reduction, rust prevention, and the like are excellent.
The frame can be formed by either extrusion molding or die casting. When the frame is formed by extrusion molding, the manufacturing cost can be reduced compared to die casting. When the frame body is formed by extrusion molding, the frame body can be processed into a shape constituting the frame body after being linearly extruded. On the other hand, when the frame is formed by die-casting, troubles such as secondary processing and assembly are unnecessary, and workability can be improved.
The glass plate can be made of a transparent ceramic material or the like. More specifically, the glass plate is float glass, tempered glass as its processed glass, semi-tempered glass, heat-treated glass, double-strength glass, chemically tempered glass, laminated glass, colored glass, printing glass, high transmission glass, surface Metal-coated glass can be used. One of the two glass plates can be provided with thin image display means such as liquid crystal or plasma.

As shown in FIG. 2, a

The
Thereby, the
Further, by forming the inner peripheral
Further, when the adhesive 6 having a particularly low viscosity is used, even if the adhesive 6 spreads by applying the adhesive 6 to the outer peripheral
Therefore, according to the
(Example 2)
This example shows an example in which the
As shown in FIG. 6, in order to facilitate the removal of the

This example is an example showing a case where the height relationship between the outer peripheral
As shown in FIG. 8, in the
In the first embodiment, the outer peripheral
On the other hand, in this example, by restricting the position of the
