Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a screen.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various screens have been proposed that include a flexible sheet-like screen main body and project image light enlarged and projected from a projector or the like onto a projection surface of the screen main body (see, for example, Patent Document 1). .
In the screen described in Patent Document 1, the upper and lower ends of a sheet-like screen film are supported by a cabinet and a screen film holding part, respectively, and a pantograph mechanism is disposed so as to straddle the cabinet and the screen film holding part.
Here, the pantograph mechanism has two pairs of arm portions that are rotatably connected so as to have an X shape, and is connected to each other in the vertical direction so as to be linked to the other pair of arm portions. Yes.
In addition, one of the upper ends of a pair of arms located on the upper side (hereinafter referred to as the upper telescopic mechanism) is attached to the screen film holder so that it can rotate but cannot be moved horizontally ( The fixed end) and the other are pivotable with respect to the screen film holding part, and are attached so as to be horizontally movable along the slide rail of the screen film holding part (moving end).
Further, a pair of lower arm portions (hereinafter referred to as “lower telescopic mechanism”) are also attached in a state in which one of the lower end portions is rotatable with respect to the cabinet and cannot be moved horizontally. (Fixed end), the other is pivotable with respect to the cabinet, and is attached in a state that allows horizontal movement along the slide rail of the cabinet (moving end).
Then, by operating the gas spring connected to the cabinet and the lower extension mechanism, the lower extension mechanism and the upper extension mechanism are extended, the screen film holder is lifted with respect to the cabinet, and the projection surface of the screen film is It is formed.
However, the technique described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that the flatness of the projection surface cannot be satisfactorily maintained in a state where the projection surface of the screen film is formed by extending the pantograph mechanism (hereinafter referred to as a stretched state).
Here, with reference to FIG. 7, the problem of the conventional configuration will be briefly described. FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the upper portion of the

The objective of this invention is providing the screen which can maintain the flatness of a projection surface favorably.
The screen of the present invention has a flexible screen main body on which image light is projected, and a base body that extends along a pair of opposed end portions of the screen main body and supports the pair of end portions, respectively. And an auxiliary support, a pantograph mechanism that is disposed across the base body and the auxiliary support, closes and isolates the base body and the auxiliary support, and a drive device that operates the pantograph mechanism, The pantograph mechanism has a pair of arm portions that are rotatably connected so as to have an X shape, and the first end portion and the second end portion on the base body side of the pair of arm portions are connected to the base body. The first end is connected to the auxiliary support so that the third end and the fourth end on the auxiliary support side of the pair of arm portions are rotatably connected to the auxiliary support. And the third end portion is positioned in the same direction with respect to the second end portion and the fourth end portion, respectively, and the base body and the auxiliary support body include the first end portion and the third end portion, respectively. The first end is moved along the extending direction of the base body by driving the driving device, and the third end is moved along the extending direction of the auxiliary support. Guide portions to be moved are respectively formed, and the auxiliary support member is engaged with the fourth end portion, and the pair of arm portions are not bent and the fourth end portion is positioned from a normal position. An auxiliary guide portion is provided that allows the fourth end portion to move in a direction away from the third end portion along the extending direction of the auxiliary support body.
Here, as the guide part or the auxiliary guide part, a guide hole drilled in the base body or the auxiliary support body may be adopted, or a rail protruding from the base body or the auxiliary support body may be adopted. .
Further, the base body and the auxiliary support body are not limited to the structure that supports the upper and lower end portions of the screen body, and may be configured to support the left and right end portions of the screen body.
Hereinafter, in order to simplify the description, it is assumed that the base body supports the lower end portion of the screen body, and the auxiliary support body supports the upper end portion of the screen body.
In the present invention, in the pantograph mechanism, the first end portion moves along the guide portion of the base body by driving of the driving device, whereby the pair of arm portions rotate and expand and contract. The screen is in a stretched state in which the auxiliary support body is pulled up with respect to the base body by expansion and contraction of the pantograph mechanism, and the auxiliary support body is pulled down and the auxiliary support body is close to the base body and can be carried (hereinafter referred to as the screen). Stored state).
Here, in the pantograph mechanism, the second end portion on the base body side functions as a fixed end that cannot move in the horizontal direction with respect to the base body. On the other hand, the first end portion on the base body side, the third end portion on the auxiliary support body side, and the fourth end portion function as moving ends that can move in the horizontal direction along the respective guide portions and auxiliary guide portions. The auxiliary guide portion is provided so that the fourth end portion can be moved in a direction away from the third end portion from a normal position where the fourth end portion is positioned in a state where the pair of arm portions is not bent.
With the above configuration, when the screen is set in a stretched state, even if the pair of arm portions bend due to the weight of the screen body and the auxiliary support, etc., or the tension applied to the screen body, The flatness of the projection surface can be favorably maintained by moving the third end portion and the fourth end portion functioning as the moving ends as shown below.
That is, the third end portion moves in a direction away from the fourth end portion along the guide portion of the auxiliary support body according to the bending of the arm portion.
On the other hand, similarly, since the auxiliary guide portion is formed as described above, the fourth end portion moves along the auxiliary guide portion in a direction away from the third end portion according to the bending of the arm portion.
That is, the guide part and the auxiliary guide part in the auxiliary support body are provided so as to allow the movement of the third end part and the fourth end part due to the bending of the pair of arm parts in the extended state. For this reason, in the stretched state, the upper end portion that functions as a fixed end due to the bending of the arm portion does not shift the auxiliary support body in the horizontal direction as in the conventional case, that is, the screen body is bent or twisted relative to the base body. The auxiliary support can be positioned at a position where no occurrence occurs. Therefore, it is possible to avoid deformation such as bending and twisting of the screen main body, and to maintain the flatness of the projection surface of the screen main body satisfactorily.
In the screen of the present invention, a plurality of pairs of the arm portions are provided, and the plurality of pairs of arm portions are arranged in a direction in which the base body and the auxiliary support body face each other so as to interlock with the other pair of arm portions. The pair of arms connected to each other and disposed closest to the base body have the first end and the second end, respectively, and are disposed closest to the auxiliary support. Preferably, each of the pair of arm portions has the third end portion and the fourth end portion.
By the way, as a pantograph mechanism, the longer the arm portion, the larger the deflection amount of the arm portion due to the weight of the screen body and the auxiliary support body and the tension applied to the screen body in the extended state. When the amount of bending of the arm portion becomes large in this way, the height position of the auxiliary support body with respect to the base body (the separation position of the auxiliary support body with respect to the base body) in the stretched state is a desired height. It will be positioned at a position lower than the position.
In the present invention, the pantograph mechanism employs a configuration in which a plurality of pairs of arm portions are coupled along the vertical direction (the direction in which the base body and the auxiliary support body face each other) so as to interlock with another pair of arm portions. . Thereby, for example, compared with the case where the pantograph mechanism is configured by a pair of arm portions, the length of the arm portion alone can be shortened by configuring the pantograph mechanism by a plurality of pairs of arm portions. Therefore, in the extended state, the amount of bending of the arm portion can be reduced, and the height position of the auxiliary support body with respect to the base body can be positioned at a desired height position.
In the screen according to the aspect of the invention, the auxiliary support body may include a positioning member that contacts the fourth end portion by moving the fourth end portion in a direction away from the third end portion, and toward the positioning member. Preferably, a biasing member that biases the fourth end portion is provided, and the positioning member is provided so as to be movable along the extending direction of the auxiliary support.
By the way, when the positioning member and the urging member are not provided on the auxiliary support body, the third end portion and the fourth end portion function as moving ends. The position in the extending direction of the support is not mechanically constrained.
Here, for example, if a screen winding part such as a so-called spring roll is employed that automatically winds up the screen body when the pulling force of the screen body is loosened by the urging force of the spring, the base body as shown below The auxiliary support body can be positioned at a desired horizontal position with respect to (the center position of the screen body is positioned at a desired horizontal position with respect to the base body).
That is, in the extended state, the screen body is in a state where tension is applied by the urging force of the screen winding unit. For this reason, the horizontal movement of the auxiliary support is suppressed by the screen body to which tension is applied, and the auxiliary support can be positioned at a desired horizontal position with respect to the base.
However, in the above-described configuration, the horizontal position of the auxiliary support with respect to the base body is not mechanically constrained. Therefore, when the screen is repeatedly used (set to the storage state or the stretched state), the base body is in the stretched state. The auxiliary support may be displaced from the desired horizontal position.
In the present invention, a positioning member and a biasing member are provided on the auxiliary support. Thus, in the extended state, the fourth end can be brought into contact with the positioning member by the biasing force of the biasing member. Further, in this state, if the positioning member that is connected to the auxiliary support body and is in contact with the fourth end portion is moved in the horizontal direction, the fourth end portion or the third end portion is interposed via the auxiliary guide portion or the guide portion. The auxiliary support can be moved in the horizontal direction relative to the part. Therefore, even when the auxiliary support is displaced from the desired horizontal position with respect to the base body in the extended state, the auxiliary support can be positioned at the desired horizontal position with respect to the base body.
In particular, when a plurality of screens are manufactured, the amount of deflection of the pair of arm portions in the stretched state is likely to vary among the individual screens due to manufacturing variations. That is, the horizontal position of the auxiliary support with respect to the base body tends to vary in the stretched state on each screen. Therefore, by providing the positioning member and the biasing member on the auxiliary support body as described above, the auxiliary support body can be finely adjusted in the horizontal direction in all manufactured screens, and the desired horizontal position with respect to the base body can be obtained. An auxiliary support can be positioned.
In addition, once the position of the positioning member is adjusted, the fourth end can always be brought into contact with the positioning member by the biasing force of the biasing member in the expanded state. That is, since the fourth end portion can be brought into contact with the positioning member whose position has been adjusted before, the auxiliary support body can be positioned at a desired horizontal position with respect to the previously set base body.
In the screen according to the aspect of the invention, it is preferable that the base body supports a lower end portion of the screen body, and the auxiliary support body supports an upper end portion of the screen body.
By the way, for example, the base body and the auxiliary support body are configured to support the left and right end portions of the screen body, respectively, and the screen winding unit described above is further employed. Even in such a configuration, depending on the strength of the tension applied to the screen body by the spring roll and the rigidity of the arm portion, the pair of arm portions may bend in the extended state. The same applies to a configuration in which the base body is installed on the ceiling or the like and the screen body is suspended from the ceiling toward the floor surface. However, rather than the case of the above configuration, the support structure of the screen body by the base body and the auxiliary support body as in the present invention, that is, the influence of the weight of the screen such as the screen body is more affected by the pair of arm portions. Are likely to be bent.
Therefore, according to the present invention, the effect of preventing the horizontal movement of the auxiliary support with respect to the base body due to the bending of the pair of arm portions described above and maintaining the flatness of the projection surface of the screen body can be suitably achieved. .

As described above, the horizontal position of the
According to this embodiment described above, the following effects are obtained.
In the present embodiment, in the screen 1, the
With the above configuration, in the stretched state, the upper end portion that functions as a fixed end by the bending of the arm portion does not shift the
The
Further, the
In particular, in the manufactured plurality of screens 1, even when the horizontal position of the
Further, once the position of the positioning
Further, since the
