Description

The present invention relates to an oil adsorbing material, and more specifically, affixing / adsorbing / removing oil spilled into the sea, rivers, lakes, etc., and other types of wastewater. The present invention relates to an oil adsorbent used for adhering / removing oil floating on or in water due to inflow or other causes.

Conventionally, in order to prevent oil diffusion, it has been widely practiced to surround an oil outflow area with an oil fence or the like and then adsorb and remove the oil accumulated in the enclosed area using an oil adsorbent. .

As a specific method, an oil adsorbing sheet made of synthetic fibers and / or natural fibers having an oil adsorbing material is put into an oil-contaminated site one by one as it is to adsorb the oil to the oil adsorbing sheet, and then the oil A method of manually picking up the suction sheets one by one from the water area and collecting them, or putting a large number of oil adsorption sheets on a rope or the like in the form of a national flag into an oil-contaminated site to adsorb the oil, and then the rope after adsorption A method of collecting and collecting a plurality of oil adsorbing sheets by a machine or manually, and an oil adsorbing material in which a plurality of oil adsorbing sheets are overlapped, and a pocket portion is formed between the overlapped oil adsorbing sheets, and these are joined up and down. There is known a connected type oil adsorbent comprising such an oil adsorbent as a unit, and a plurality of units attached to one or more linear bodies along the length direction thereof. And that (Patent Document 1).

However, it is inexpensive when used as a single oil adsorbing sheet, but its oil adsorbing capacity is not sufficient. Therefore, when a large amount of oil flows into the water area, the oil cannot be sufficiently adsorbed and recovered. Moreover, since the oil adsorbing sheet that adsorbs oil is considerably heavy, there is a problem in its functionality such as oil content leaking out due to gravity when collecting each one, and labor is required. There was a defect such as.
In addition, the national flag-like oil adsorbent has a drawback that the oil adsorbing sheet is wound around a rope and is not smoothly and evenly distributed in a place where the oil is floating.
Furthermore, the oil adsorbent of Patent Document 1 is extremely difficult to manufacture because it must be attached in a state where the pocket portion is formed when attaching the linear body in order to form the pocket portion between the oil adsorbing sheets, In addition, there is a drawback that oil leaks when it is recovered after adsorbing oil.
Therefore, the present inventor has completed the present invention as a result of various researches on an oil adsorbent that can be manufactured very easily, has a high oil adsorbing capacity, and does not leak oil from the oil adsorbent during recovery after oil adsorption. It came to do.

That is, according to the present invention, an oil adsorbing material in which a pocket portion is formed by folding an oil adsorbing sheet and a shape holding body for holding the shape on the folded oil adsorbing sheet is completed.

Since the oil adsorbing material of the present invention is composed of a single oil adsorbing sheet, the oil adsorbing speed is fast, and since there is a pocket portion, a high concentration of oil is attached while the oil adsorbing sheets are stacked and laminated. Oil can be retained. In addition, when the oil adsorbent is pulled up after the oil is adsorbed, there is very little oil leakage because there are pockets. Further, oil can be prevented from flowing out from the oil spill area, and the amount of oil adsorbed by the oil adsorbent can be improved as compared with the prior art.

Next, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following description.
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a single oil adsorbing sheet is folded into a laminated shape. At this time, it is preferable that at least one pocket portion is formed on each of the front and rear sides of the oil-absorbing sheet that is laminated. FIG. 2 is a side view seen from the direction A in FIG. A shape holding body 2 such as a cloth tape shown in FIG. 3 is placed on the oil adsorbing sheet 1 in a folded state as shown in FIG. An oil adsorbing material is formed by integrating these shape holding bodies 2 with an oil adsorbing sheet folded by, for example, sewing after being provided so as to be approximately 90 ° with respect to the broken line portion 3 of the adsorbing sheet. . In this case, when sewing the shape holding bodies 2 provided on the front and back surfaces, it is preferable to provide at least one communicating portion 4 through which a rope or the like is passed through the shape holding body 2 as shown in FIG.
When using the oil adsorbent thus manufactured, for example, a large number of oil adsorbents can be used in a rosary shape through a rope through the communication portion 4.

Moreover, as another aspect which provides the shape holding body 2, the both edge part vicinity of the folded oil adsorption sheet can also be provided in parallel with the broken line part 3 of an oil adsorption material.

Further, if the shape holding body 2 is a stapler, an adhesive, or the like, it is possible to fix an arbitrary portion at random and hold the oil adsorbing sheet in a folded state. Further, it can be sandwiched between clamps 5 as shown in FIG. 5, and the tip of the clamp 5 can be held and fixed by a ring. At this time, the clamp 5 can be fixed by inserting a necessary number of rings or the like for inserting a rope or the like into the clamp 5 as appropriate. And if a rope etc. are passed through this ring, an oil adsorption material can be continued in a bead shape. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 6, the insertion part 4 may be integrally provided in the clamp 5 beforehand.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the oil adsorbing material of the present invention can be pulled up to collect the oil adsorbing material that has adsorbed oil since the pocket portion 6 can be divided into a plurality of portions by providing the shape holding body 2 at a plurality of locations. In this case, oil leakage can be further prevented. Moreover, the shape holding body 2 can also be provided in the zigzag shape on the oil adsorption sheet folded up as shown in FIG. This pocket part is a volume part into which oil is contained, and is stored regardless of the density of oil, and has a characteristic that oil is attached and held by friction of a gap.
In this way, when the pocket portion 6 is divided into a plurality of portions, it is not necessary to divide the portion into a completely sealed state. For example, it is partially fixed by stapler, adhesive, sewing, welding, etc. There may be a gap in the part.

The oil adsorbent of the present invention can also be used as another method of use, for example, as shown in FIG. In this case, the oil adsorbing materials may be connected to each other, but a space may be provided between the oil adsorbing materials. It is preferable to fix using an appropriate fixing means such as stapler, adhesive, sewing, or welding so that the oil adsorbent does not shift in the net.

In addition, as a method for connecting the oil adsorbing material, the oil adsorbing material can be connected using a long shape holding body 2 as described in Patent Document 1.

The thickness of the oil adsorbing sheet used in the oil adsorbing material of the present invention is not particularly limited, and can be adjusted according to the purpose and mode of use of the oil adsorbing material. In general, when the thickness of one oil adsorbing sheet is about 2 to 50 mm, there are advantages in the ease of manufacture and handling of the oil adsorbing material. The shape of the oil adsorbing sheet can be a square, a circle, an ellipse, etc., but using a square oil adsorbing sheet is easy from the viewpoint of manufacturing oil adsorbing material and oil adsorbing capacity. preferable. When using a square oil-absorbing sheet, it may be square or rectangular, and generally the length of one side is in the range of about 30 cm to 130 cm. From the viewpoints of the properties, the handleability of the resulting oil adsorbent, and the like.

Representative examples of the oil-adsorbing sheet of the present invention include polyolefin fibers such as polypropylene and other oil-adsorbing synthetic fibers, natural fibers such as cotton and pulp, and non-woven fabric formed using mixed fibers thereof. Examples thereof include a sheet made of a knitted fabric cotton sheet, a paper-like material, etc., or an oil adsorbing sheet obtained by treating these sheets with a lipophilic surfactant or other lipophilic improver. In the present invention, particularly when an oil adsorbing sheet made of polypropylene fibers (for example, Chisso Polypropylene) is used, when fixed by a shape holder, the gap between the pocket portions 6 is fixed to the oil adsorbing material by the repulsive force of the material. The part can be easily formed.
