頭部と軸部から構成され上記軸部の長手方向に複数の突起を具備した係合ピンと、中央部のフランジを中心として前方側に嵌合部を有し、後方側に係合部が形成された中空筒状のピン固定用ブッシュとを設けると共に、上記ピン固定用ブッシュの上記係合部に内向突起を設け、
上記ピン固定用ブッシュは上記受板部材の上記貫通孔に上記嵌合部を以って嵌合取着され、
上記枠状フレームを上記格納箱の受板部材の前方側に位置決めした状態で、上記係合ピンを上記取付平面の前方側からその挿入孔を介して上記ピン固定用ブッシュ内に上記頭部が上記取付平面に当接するまで挿通し、上記ピン固定用ブッシュの上記内向突起の後端面に上記係合ピンの突起の何れかを係合させることにより、当該係合ピンを上記ピン固定用ブッシュに抜け止め状態で固定し、
