上記スピーカ収容部を構成して上記スピーカの放音側が当接し、放音孔を有すると共に、上記基板収容キャビネットの底壁に対して傾斜するスピーカ当接壁部と、
上記基板収容キャビネットに該基板収容キャビネットの底壁と略平行に嵌合され、上記スピーカに電気信号を送る基板側端子が周縁表面に形成された基板と、
上記スピーカに設けられ、上記基板からの電気信号を受け取るスピーカ側端子と、
上記基板側端子に当接する中継金属端子の一端が内面側に露出する平板状の基板側当接部及び該基板側当接部に対して略垂直に連続し、外面側が上記スピーカ当接壁部と略平行となるように傾斜して上記スピーカ側端子に当接する上記中継金属端子の他端が露出するスピーカ側当接部を有し、上記基板周縁と上記スピーカ収容部に収容された上記スピーカとの間に差し込まれる中継端子と、
