For this reason, it is widely used in various industrial fields.
Japanese Patent Application No. 2007-198542 None

Many of the temperature indication labels using the conventional heat melting action can grasp the temperature distribution in a certain area with a wide area just by displaying whether the pasted temperature has exceeded the preset temperature or not. It was not suitable for.

Thermographic devices are widely used in various industrial fields to grasp the temperature distribution in a certain area with a wide area, but this is a precise and expensive electronic device that can be used in terms of cost. Was naturally limited. In addition, it is not an irreversible detection means, it requires expert knowledge to analyze the results, and since it detects from a remote location without contact, it cannot be detected due to its characteristics in a narrow place or closed place. There was also a problem that said there was.

The present inventor has conducted research to realize a simple temperature detector that can grasp the temperature distribution in a certain region with a wide area, which is highly requested in various industrial fields. The present inventors have succeeded in developing a temperature distribution detector that realizes this by using it, and propose it here as the present invention.

Disperse in a solvent a powdery heat-melting material obtained by pulverizing a heat-melting material that becomes transparent when melted at an arbitrary preset temperature, a powdered coloring material having an arbitrary color, and a thickening agent. The above-mentioned problem was solved by using a temperature indicating agent and repeatedly forming a plurality of temperature indicating portions that develop different colors at different temperatures on a substrate in a spot-like manner adjacent to each other.
In addition, several kinds of different set temperatures are prepared by dispersing a powdery heat-melting substance obtained by melting a transparent heat-melting substance at an arbitrary preset temperature and a thickener in a solvent. Each of the coloring agents is coated on the upper surface of several colored portions of different colors, which are repeatedly formed in the form of spots in a desired pattern repeatedly with a narrow spacing adjacent to each other on the substrate. The above-mentioned problems were solved by applying the color of the part and the set temperature so as to repeatedly form several temperature indicating parts that develop different colors at different temperatures on the substrate.

If this temperature distribution detector is installed in a place where the temperature distribution is to be detected, each temperature indicating portion develops a different color depending on the set temperature, and a color pattern is formed on the substrate.
Therefore, the temperature distribution on the substrate can be detected two-dimensionally in a surface area by viewing these color patterns. Since this color pattern is irreversibly formed, it will not disappear even if the temperature drops after the set temperature is exceeded.
In this way, the temperature distribution in a certain region can be accurately and easily known, and it has extremely high practicality.

The greatest feature lies in that several types of temperature indicating portions that are colored in different colors at different temperatures are formed on the substrate in a spot shape repeatedly adjacent to each other at narrow intervals.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of Embodiment 1 of a temperature distribution detector according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged plan view of a main part thereof.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a sheet-like substrate made of paper, a plastic plate or the like, and an adhesive layer is formed on the back surface thereof. Then, by applying a temperature indicating agent on the surface of the substrate 1, several types of temperature indicating portions 2a, 2b, 2c that develop colors in different colors at different temperatures are repeatedly formed adjacent to each other at narrow intervals in a spot shape. ing.
In order to perform highly accurate detection, the size of the temperature indicating portions 2a, 2b, and 2c is made as small as possible, and the space between the temperature indicating portions 2a, 2b, and 2c is made as narrow as possible to increase the arrangement density. It is important.

In Example 1, the temperature indicating portion 2a is set to 70 ° C., the temperature indicating portion 2b is set to 75 ° C., and the temperature indicating portion 2c is set to 80 ° C., respectively. 2 is not necessarily limited to three types, and may be two types or four or more types, and it is needless to say that the colors used for color development need not be limited to red, blue, and green.

In addition, the formation pattern is not only arranged in a triangular shape as shown in FIG. 2, but may be repeated in series as shown in FIG. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated one.

The temperature indicating agents constituting the temperature indicating portions 2a, 2b, and 2c are a powdered heat-melting material obtained by pulverizing a heat-melting material that is melted and transparent at an arbitrary preset temperature, and a powder having an arbitrary color. In the present invention, the present coloring matter and a thickener are dispersed in a solvent, which the applicant of the present application has already proposed as Japanese Patent Application No. 2007-198542, and the temperature-indicating agent itself has color developability. The size of the temperature indicating portions 2a, 2b and 2c formed on the substrate 1 can be reduced and the arrangement density thereof can be increased.
In addition, as the heat melting substance used in this case, petroleum wax is most preferable from the viewpoint of water resistance and food safety.

Example 1 has the configuration as described above. If this temperature distribution detector is installed in a place where temperature detection is to be performed, for example, in a portion where the temperature has risen to 80 ° C. or higher, When the temperature indicating portions 2a, 2b, and 2c are 75 ° C. or higher and lower than 80 ° C., the temperature indicating portions 2a and 2b are colored, and when the temperature is 70 ° C. or higher and lower than 75 ° C., only the temperature indicating portion 2a is colored. Green and a mixed color thereof are formed on the substrate 1 as a color pattern.

Therefore, the temperature distribution on the substrate 1 can be detected two-dimensionally with a surface spread by viewing these color patterns. Since this color pattern is irreversibly formed, it will not disappear even if the temperature drops after the set temperature is exceeded.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged plan view of an essential part showing a state in the middle of manufacturing of the temperature distribution detector according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged plan view of an essential part in the completed state.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a sheet-like substrate made of paper, a plastic plate or the like, and an adhesive layer is formed on the back surface thereof as in the first embodiment. Then, by applying paint on the surface of the substrate 1, as shown in FIG. 4, several colored portions 3a, 3b, 3c of different colors are repeatedly adjacent to each other at a narrow interval in a spot shape. Is formed.
In order to perform highly accurate detection, the size of the colored portions 3a, 3b, and 3c is made as small as possible, and the space between the colored portions 3a, 3b, and 3c is made as narrow as possible to increase the arrangement density. Therefore, it is possible to form finely on the substrate 1 by using various printing techniques.
And on the upper surface of these colored parts 3a, 3b, 3c, a powdery heat-melting substance obtained by pulverizing a heat-melting substance that melts and becomes transparent at an arbitrary preset temperature so as to cover it. Several temperature indicating agents having different set temperatures dispersed in a solvent are applied so that the set temperatures coincide with the colored portions 3a, 3b, 3c, as shown in FIG. On the substrate 1, several temperature indicating portions 2a ′, 2b ′, 2c ′ that develop different colors at different temperatures are repeatedly formed.
The temperature indicating agents constituting the temperature indicating portions 2a ′, 2b ′ and 2c ′ have been proposed by the present applicant in Japanese Patent Application No. 2004-208311, and are heat that becomes melted and transparent at an arbitrary preset temperature. A powdery hot-melting material obtained by pulverizing a melting material into a powder and a thickener are dispersed in a solvent, and it is clouded and opaque before melting.
Further, as the heat melting substance used in this case, as in Example 1, petroleum wax is most preferable from the viewpoint of water resistance and food safety.

In Example 2, the colored portion 3a is red, the colored portion 3b is blue, and the colored portion 3c is green, and the melting temperatures are set to 70 ° C., 75 ° C., and 80 ° C., respectively. Although the temperature indicating agent is applied thereon, the color of the colored portion 3 is not necessarily limited to three, and may be two or four or more, and the colors are limited to red, blue, and green. Of course it is not necessary.

Also, the formation pattern is not only arranged in a triangular shape as shown in FIG. 5, but may be repeated in series as shown in FIG. Of course, the pattern is not limited to that shown in the figure.

Similarly to Example 1, in Example 2, when it is installed in a place where temperature detection is to be performed, when the set temperature is exceeded, the opaque temperature indicating agent that has become cloudy until then melts and becomes transparent. Thus, for example, all the temperature indicating portions 2a ′, 2b ′, 2c ′ are at the portion where the temperature has risen to 80 ° C. or higher, and the temperature indicating portions 2a ′ and 2b ′ are at 70 ° C. or higher at 75 ° C. Only the temperature indicating portion 2a ′ develops color at a temperature lower than 0 ° C., and red, blue, green, and a mixed color thereof are formed as a color pattern on the substrate 1 accordingly.

In Example 2, since the colored portion 3 is directly formed on the substrate 1, it is possible to finely form a large number of colored portions 3 having a very small area by using various printing techniques. Many temperature indicating portions 2 'can be provided to further improve the measurement accuracy of the temperature distribution. In addition, since the temperature sensitive agent is applied to the upper surface of the colored portion 3, it has an excellent feature that the color development at the time of temperature detection is vivid.

It can be used in various industrial fields including food processing and semiconductor manufacturing.
