Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for charging a sintered material in steelmaking.
In the operation of a sintering machine in the steel manufacturing industry or the like, a sintering raw material of about 10 mm or less is charged into a pallet of an endless mobile sintering machine from a raw material supply machine through a raw material charging chute. Such sintered raw materials also include solid fuels such as coke powder and ironmaking materials such as lime powder. After the raw material charging is completed, the coke powder contained in the raw material surface layer portion is ignited in the ignition furnace, and the pallet The iron ore is fired from the upper layer toward the lower layer while air is sucked from below by a blower and the coke powder in the raw material layer is burned. For this reason, when charging the sintering raw material, it is important to maintain good air permeability with respect to the raw material layer deposited in the pallet and to ensure uniform air permeability in the pallet plane.
Concerning the particle size distribution of the sintered ore inside the pallet, a coarse raw material is deposited in the lower part of the raw material layer, and a fine raw material is deposited in a layer form so as to have an appropriate particle size distribution in the upper part. Thus, a technique for improving the quality of sintered ore and improving yield and productivity by improving the air permeability of the entire sintered raw material layer in the pallet has been developed. A screen-type raw material charging chute is used as a sintered raw material segregation charging device for controlling and charging the particle size distribution of the sintered raw material in the pallet as described above.
The structure of the screen-type raw material charging chute has a large number of wires or rods (hereinafter referred to as “wires”) arranged in parallel with each other in the width direction of the pallet and at a predetermined interval on a downwardly inclined surface, These wires are supported by a guide member (bracket). Thus, the rod interval of the raw material charging chute formed in a screen shape is set narrower on the upper side, and is set wider toward the lower side. Here, the raw material charging chute is inclined obliquely downward in a direction facing the traveling direction of the pallet. Therefore, the coarse-grained raw material that has passed through the wide screen on the lower side of the raw material charging chute is deposited on the lower layer portion of the raw material inside the pallet, while the fine-grained raw material that has passed through the narrow screen on the upper side of the raw material charging chute is palletized. It is deposited on the upper part of the raw material inside. Thus, the air permeability of the sintered raw material in the pallet can be controlled well.
By the way, the width of the pallet is 3 to 5.5 m, and the support span of the wires extends to 4 to 7 m. Therefore, if there are no guide members (brackets) that support the wires, the wires will bend or vibrate without sufficient rigidity, and the wires will deviate from the position where they should be placed, Degrading classification performance.
For this reason, guide members (brackets) that support the wires are provided in an appropriate amount according to the width of the pallet and the diameter of the wires so that the wires are not bent or displaced.
In the sintering raw material charging apparatus having the above-described structure, it is important to maintain the classification performance by keeping the distance between the wires (screen mesh) uniform, but the following two factors are obstructed. Things exist.
The first factor is due to the presence of the guide member (bracket), and the other factor is due to the adhesion of the raw material powder to the wires. Hereinafter, the problems caused by these factors and how they are currently solved will be described in detail.
<Problems caused by the presence of guide members (brackets)>
The raw material charged due to the presence of the guide member (bracket) generates a raw material flow divided on both sides of the guide member (bracket), and deposition of the raw material corresponding to the portion where the guide member (bracket) is provided. The amount is smaller than other portions where no guide member (bracket) is present, and a groove-like portion is formed in the surface layer portion of the deposition material. This groove-like portion has a certain amount of raw material flowing around it in the formation process. However, since the drop distance is short, there is not a sufficient flow, and this is a deposited layer with a low raw material density. In addition, when a raw material flows from the surroundings, a raw material having a relatively large particle size in principle is deposited.
In the groove-shaped part formed in this way, the ventilation resistance inside the raw material layer is smaller than that of the flat part where the groove-shaped part is not formed. That is, the air flow resistance in the pallet width direction varies within the sintered raw material layer. When the variation in the airflow resistance increases, the suction of air concentrates on the groove-like portion having a relatively small airflow resistance, and the burning rate of the coke powder becomes the groove when the region becomes a combustion zone in the raw material layer. It becomes large in the shape part, and thereby an unburned part is generated in the flat part, and the firing is delayed. Thus, the yield of the sintered ore is reduced, the quality is lowered, the coke intensity is increased, and the productivity of the sintered ore is further reduced.
This is a problem due to the presence of the guide member (bracket).
As a technique for solving such a problem, a scraper having a plurality of V-shaped scrapers is installed between a screen type raw material charging shunt and a cut-off plate. Thus, a technique for making the sintered raw material layer thickness in the pallet constant and reducing the variation in the raw material density has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
As another example, in the screw-type raw material scraping device in the pallet width direction provided on the downstream side of the screen-type raw material charging chute, by attaching a lifting device for the screw blades and a rotation speed changing device thereof In the whole pallet width direction, without applying pressure to the raw material layer cover part, scrape the raw material around the groove part to fill the groove part, further raise the raw material in that part and press only the part In addition, a technique for obtaining a sintered raw material layer having substantially uniform air permeability in the pallet width direction has been proposed (see Patent Document 2).
<Problems caused by adhesion of raw material powder>
The problem of the raw material powder adhesion is a problem that raw material powder such as coal powder and coke powder adheres to the wires and it becomes difficult to maintain the distance between the wires. If the distance between the wires cannot be maintained at a predetermined distance, the charged raw material cannot be properly classified, and an appropriate raw material deposition layer is provided as in the problem due to the presence of the above-described guide member (bracket). Can not be formed, resulting in a decrease in yield of the sinter, a decrease in quality, and an increase in coke intensity, and further a decrease in productivity of the sinter.
Another example has been proposed in which a wire rope forming a chute is moved in the axial direction of the wire rope at a low speed (see Patent Document 4).
As described above, in the sintered raw material charging apparatus, the distance between the wires is kept uniform and the classification performance is prevented from being maintained, that is, due to the presence of the guide member (bracket) and the raw material powder adhesion, respectively. There is a problem to be solved, and a solution is taken for each.
However, the following problems remain in the currently proposed solutions.
<Concerning the presence of guide members (brackets)>
Regarding the formation of the groove-like portion due to the presence of the guide member (bracket), the solutions proposed in
However, when filling the groove-shaped portion once formed, the particle size distribution of the filled groove-shaped portion is not the same as the other portions, and the groove-shaped portion disappears apparently. However, it is not sufficient to solve the problem of variation in ventilation resistance. According to the inventor's knowledge, since coarse particles are accumulated in and around the groove portion, if this is leveled with a scraping device, the groove portion will be filled with coarse particles. The problem that the ventilation resistance of the groove-shaped portion is relatively small cannot be sufficiently solved.
<Thing about adhesion of raw powder>
Regarding the material powder adhering to the wires, the one proposed in
However, it is considered that the wire described in
As described above, the technique of
Moreover, regarding the technique of moving the wire described in
As described above, it effectively solves the two factors that hinder the maintenance of the classification performance by keeping the spacing of the wires uniform, that is, the problems caused by the presence of the guide member (bracket) and the adhesion of the raw material powder. There is no technology that can solve both of these problems.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a technique for maintaining the classification performance by keeping the intervals of the wires uniform in the charging of the sintering raw material of the sintering machine.
In order to solve the above problems, the invention has been studied as follows. FIG. 10 schematically shows a groove-like portion formed in the sintered bed. The effect on the combustion surface when such a groove-shaped part occurred was examined.
As described in the background art section, the formed groove-like portion is conventionally leveled by a screw or a scraper. FIG. 11 is a diagram showing a state where the groove-like portion is leveled. In FIG. 11, A part is a part which is not influenced by the bracket, and B part is a part where the groove-like part generated by the influence of the bracket is smoothed. Looking at the particle size distribution of the A part and the B part, as shown schematically in FIG. 12, in the B part having a groove-like part than the A part not affected by the bracket, the particle size is in a coarse state. . Moreover, since the density of B part is lower than A part, the air permeability is high.
FIG. 13 schematically shows a state in which the combustion surface in a certain cross section of the sintering bed advances from the upper side to the lower side.
As shown in FIG. 13, since the burning speed is high in the B part having the groove-like part, the influence increases as the combustion surface goes downward, and the difference from the A part not affected by the bracket is different. growing. In the vicinity of the bed bottom, there is a difference of ΔF between the A part and the B part. In this way, the difference ΔF in the combustion surface in the vicinity of the bed bottom is the depth of the portion B that has formed the groove-shaped portion, that is, the length in the depth direction of the affected portion of the groove-shaped portion, in this case, It is proportional to the height H of the sintering bed.
As described above, a difference occurs in the burning speed between the portion having the influence of the groove-like portion and the portion having no influence, and the degree of the influence is proportional to the length of the affected portion in the depth direction.
Therefore, the inventor considered reciprocating the bracket along the wire constituting the chute in order to alleviate the influence of the bracket.
FIG. 14 shows a time course of a combustion surface of a cross section in a sintering bed in which raw materials are stacked while moving a bracket along a wire at a predetermined speed. In FIG. 14, a region surrounded by a diagonal line shows a portion B affected by the bracket.
In the state shown in FIG. 14, when the combustion surface passes through the portion B affected by the bracket, the combustion speed becomes faster and the combustion surface proceeds downward than the unaffected portion. Therefore, when the combustion surface moves downward, the position of the combustion surface in the vicinity of the bed bottom is determined by the mode of passing through part B, and in the example shown in FIG. 14, the regions of three modes a ′, b ′ and c ′ are determined. Divided into a ′ is a region that does not pass through B part, and b ′ passes through B part, but the passing distance gradually increases from 0 to h or gradually decreases from h to 0 within the region. C ′ is a region in which the distance passing through part B is constant and the distance is h.
In the region a ′, the combustion surface proceeds at a predetermined speed. In the region b ′, the speed of the combustion surface is different between a portion where the distance passing through part B is long and a portion where the distance is short, and the combustion surface progresses fast in a portion where the distance is long, and progresses slowly in a portion where the distance is short. Therefore, the combustion surface is inclined in the region b ′.
Further, in the region c ′, the speed is increased by a predetermined speed proportional to the distance h passing through the portion B.
As can be seen from FIG. 14, in the region c ′, the maximum length passing through the portion B is h, so the difference from the region a ′ not affected by the bracket is proportional to h, and Δf shown in FIG. It becomes.
Here, comparing FIG. 13 with FIG. 14, a combustion surface difference ΔF is produced in proportion to the sintering bed height H in FIG. 13, and in FIG. 14, the combustion surface is in proportion to the distance h passing through the portion B. There is a difference Δf. As is apparent from FIGS. 13 and 14, h is sufficiently smaller than H, and therefore Δf is sufficiently smaller than ΔF.
As can be seen from the above, the influence of the bracket on the combustion surface can be effectively reduced by moving the bracket.
Next, the inventor further studied and examined the quantitative relationship between the moving speed of the bracket and the combustion surface.
FIG. 15 schematically shows the moving speed of the bracket, the range of influence of the bracket, and the position of the combustion surface in the vicinity of the bottom surface of the sintered bed.
15A shows a state where the bracket is stopped, FIG. 15B shows a state where the bracket moving speed is low, FIG. 15C shows a state where the bracket moving speed is medium, and FIG. 15D shows a bracket moving speed. Indicates the high speed state.
In the case of the bracket stop of FIG. 15A, the combustion surface becomes U-shaped near the bottom surface. In the case of the low speed in FIG. 15B, the shape is an inverted triangle, and the position of the apex of the inverted triangle that is the lowest position on the combustion surface coincides with the bottom of FIG. 15A. In the case of medium speed in FIG. 15C, the shape is inverted trapezoidal, and the position of the upper base of the inverted trapezoid has moved upward from the bottom of FIG. 15A. In the case of the high speed of FIG. 15D, the lowest position of the combustion surface moves further upward than the bottom of FIG. 15A, and is almost the same position.
As can be seen from FIG. 15, as the moving speed of the bracket increases, the influence of the bracket on the combustion surface decreases.
In view of this, an investigation was made as to how much the moving speed of the bracket is, in other words, how much the inclination of the affected portion of the bracket shown in FIG. 15 is effective in mitigating the influence on the combustion surface.
tanθb=vp・tanθp/vb・・・・(1)
FIG. 16 shows a state in which raw materials are supplied from the drum chute 7 to the
FIG. 17 shows the relationship between the loading speed and the loading angle θ p (FIG. 17A), and the relationship between the loading speed and the inclination angle θ b of the bracket affecting part (FIG. 17B). It is explanatory drawing demonstrated. FIG. 17B shows a cross section orthogonal to the pallet traveling direction of the sintered bed. In FIG. 17B, H shows the height of the sintered bed and W b shows the width of the affected part of the bracket. Yes.
When the symbols used are confirmed, the bracket moving speed is v b , the pallet speed is v p , the loading angle when the raw material is charged on the pallet is θ p , and the inclination angle of the bracket affecting part is θ b , the width of the affected part of the bracket is W b , and the height of the sintered bed is H.
The loading speed of the raw material in the H direction is v p · tan θ p (see FIGS. 17A and 17B), while the inclination angle θ b of the bracket influencing portion is determined in relation to the bracket moving speed v b. Is done. As can be seen from FIG. 17B, since v b · tan θ b = v p · tan θ p , if this is arranged for tan θ b , the relationship of the following expression (1) is established.
tan θ b = v p · tan θ p / v b ··· (1)
Wb≦H/tanθb
Here, considering which state shown in FIGS. 15 (a) to 15 (d) can reduce the influence of the bracket, if the moving speed of the bracket exceeds the low speed shown in FIG. 15 (b), the bracket It can be evaluated that the influence of the combustion surface is small compared to the case of the stop state.
In the state of FIG. 15B, since W b = H / tan θ b , if the bracket speed is equal to or higher than the state of FIG.
W b ≦ H / tan θ b (2)
Substituting equation (1) into equation (2) results in W b ≦ H · v b / v p · tan θ p . If this equation is arranged for v b , equation (3) is obtained.
v b ≧ W b · v p · tan θ p / H ··· (3)
vp=2m/min
θp=40°
H=600mm
Wb=200mm
Here, values of v p , θ p , H, and W b in a typical sintering machine are as follows.
v p = 2 m / min
θ p = 40 °
H = 600mm
W b = 200 mm
Substituting these numbers into equation (3) gives v b ≧ 0.56 m / min, and the effect of the present invention can be obtained if the bracket moving speed is about 0.6 m / min.
Next, the inventor examined conditions for further reducing the influence of the bracket.
FIG. 18 is an explanatory diagram used for this study. FIG. 18 (a) is a plan view of the affected part of the bracket when the bracket is reciprocated in the pallet width direction, and FIG. 18 (b) is a view of the sintered bed corresponding to FIG. 18 (a). It is a figure which shows a pallet axial cross section.
In FIG. 18, B shows the lowest part (bottom) of the raw material loading part, and T shows the uppermost part (top) of the loading part. Further, Lb is the length of the projection portion of the pallet surface of the straight line connecting BT, P is movement pitch, P t the bracket indicates the pitch of the pallet advancing direction of the bracket affected zone. θ p is the raw material loading angle, and θ t is the inclination angle of point B or T with respect to the pallet traveling direction orthogonal line. Further, v p represents the moving speed of the pallet, and v b represents the moving speed of the bracket.
In FIG. 18 (a), the numbers surrounded by squares indicate the bracket-affected portions from the upper surface to the lower surface of the sintering bed when the cross section is orthogonal to the pallet traveling direction in the region to which the numbers belong. Shows the number of passes. For example, the region having the number “1” means that the bracket influence portion is passed once from the upper surface to the lower surface of the sintering bed in the cross section of the region, for example, b ′ and c ′ in FIG. Means the area. The region where the number is “0” indicates that the region is not affected by the bracket, and the region where the number is “2” indicates that the region is affected twice in the reciprocating movement of the bracket.
Considering the cross section orthogonal to the pallet traveling direction, the fact that there are regions of the numbers “0” and “1” in this cross section means that there are portions that are affected by the bracket and portions that are not affected in the same cross section. As mentioned above, considering that the influence on the combustion surface is proportional to the length in the depth direction affected by the bracket, if the number of times affected by the bracket is the same in the pallet traveling direction orthogonal cross section, the theory Above, the combustion surface is the same in the vicinity of the bed bottom in the cross section.
For example, as shown in FIG. 19, if the number of times affected by the bracket in the cross section orthogonal to the pallet traveling direction is two times at any position in the pallet traveling direction, the combustion surface in the vicinity of the bed bottom can be made the same. Become. Therefore, the conditions for becoming such were sought.
Pt=2P・tanθt=2P・vp/vb ・・・・(6)
H/tanθp=2P・vp/vb ・・・・(7)
vb=2P・vp・tanθp/H ・・・・(8)
vb=2P・vp/Lb ・・・・(9)
First, it can be seen from FIG. 18 that there is the following relationship as a precondition.
tanθ t = v p / v b (4)
tanθ p = H / L b (5)
Pt = 2P · tan θ t = 2P · v p / v b (6)
In order to make the influence of the bracket in the cross section orthogonal to the pallet travel direction twice at any position in the pallet travel direction, Lb = Pt as shown in FIG. (5) By transforming equation, Lb = H / tanθ p, and the side and the right side of the equation (6) of placing the same right-hand side becomes the following equation.
H / tan θ p = 2P · v p / v b (7)
When formula (7) is arranged for v b , formula (8) is obtained.
v b = 2P · v p · tan θ p / H (8)
Substituting equation (5) into equation (8) yields equation (9).
v b = 2P · v p / Lb (9)
As can be seen from Equations (8) and (9), the influence of the bracket on the combustion surface is minimized by determining the bracket movement speed based on the pallet movement speed and the bracket movement pitch. Can do it.
When the bracket speed is further increased, the number of influences of the bracket becomes non-uniform again as shown in FIG. 20, and it can be seen that the above condition is a special condition.
Although the above has mainly shown the influence on the combustion surface of a bracket and the effect of this invention with respect to it, the same can be said also about the surface shape of a sintering bed.
That is, in the case of the fixed bracket, a groove as shown in FIG. 10 is formed, but when this groove is schematically emphasized, it is as shown in FIG. If the bracket is moved and its speed is changed from low speed to high speed, the groove depth decreases from FIG. 15 (b) to FIG. 15 (d). Incidentally, FIG. 5 (b) shows the state of FIG. 15 (c) in a cross section of the entire width of the sintered bed, and a zigzag shallow groove as shown in FIG. 5 (a) remains in plan view. Microscopically, the zigzag groove depth is proportional to the number of numbers surrounded by a square shown in FIG. Therefore, if the bracket speed is maintained at the bracket speed of the formulas (8) and (9) shown in the measures for the combustion surface, the zigzag groove depth extends over the entire surface of the sintering bed as shown in FIG. It becomes uniform. That is, the surface shape and bed height can be maintained as if there is no bracket.

<Bracket>
The three
The

The above describes the arrangement of the

<ワイヤ>

In the present embodiment, the rod is controlled so that the expansion / contraction speed of the rod is 0.6 m / min or more. By setting the rod expansion / contraction speed to 0.6 m / min or more, the
vb=2P・vp/Lb ・・・・(9)
vb=2P・vp・tanθp/H ・・・・(8)
Further, it is desirable that the
The
v b = 2P · v p / Lb (9)
Further, the
v b = 2P · v p · tan θ p / H (8)
For example, as a value of a typical sintering machine, v p = 2 m / min, θ p = 40 °, H = 600 mm, P = 1200 mm, v b = 6.7 m / min is obtained.
Note that v p is managed in real time as the pallet speed of the sintering machine in a normal sintering machine, and the signal may be used.
Moreover, what is necessary is just to utilize the signal managed similarly about the sintering bed height H. FIG. However, when there is no signal, a level sensor for detecting the height of the sintered bed may be installed to use a signal from the installed level sensor.
Moreover, and stowage length Lb, the even stowage angle theta p, determined by the level sensor and the image processing may be using this signal. However, these values do not change so much, and once measured, the values may be manually input. This also applies to the sintered bed height H.
In place of the
Next, the sintering raw material charging method using the sintering raw
As shown by the arrows in FIG. 1, the
In this state, when the sintered raw material is fed into the wire chute 5 by the drum chute 7, the supplied sintered raw material slides down the inclined surface of the wire chute 5.
Since the gap of the
On the other hand, since the
When the sintering raw material is supplied to the wire chute 5, the
As described above, in the present embodiment, the
Further, in the conventional example in which the bracket does not move, in order to smooth the groove-like portion generated by the bracket (see FIG. 4B, which is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 4A), FIG. The
Further, by constantly moving the
Furthermore, if the
In the present embodiment, the
ZA=H/sinθb
ZB=H
vb=6.7m/min
vp=2m/min
θp=40°
ZA/ZB=1/sinθb=(1+(1/tanθb)2)1/2
As shown in FIG. 6, if the combustion air flows as in the flow A, the velocity v B of the air flowing through the portion B, which is the bracket-affected portion, is the velocity of the air flowing through the portion not affected by the bracket. v since a large v B> v a than a, the effect of the present invention will be smaller.
However, in actuality, the flow path length Z A in the case of the flow direction A is longer than the flow path length Z B in the case of the flow direction B, and the flow path B has a short flow path length and a small pressure loss. It is clear that the effects of the present invention can be sufficiently obtained as described above.
Incidentally, for a typical sintering bed Z A is kept shown below before it becomes how many times the Z B.
First, the flow path length Z A in the case of flow A and the flow path length Z B in the case of flow B are as follows.
Z A = H / sin θ b
Z B = H
In a typical sintering bed, the bracket moving speed v b , the pallet moving speed v p , and the loading angle θ p are as follows.
v b = 6.7 m / min
v p = 2 m / min
θ p = 40 °
Z A / Z B = 1 / sin θ b = (1+ (1 / tan θ b ) 2 ) 1/2
As shown in the above-described equation (1), since there is a relationship of tan θ b = v p · tan θ p / v b , tan θ b ≈2.0.84 / 6.7 = 0.25.
Therefore, Z A / Z B = (1+ (1 / 0.25) 2 ) 1/2 ≈4.1.
The holding of the bracket is not limited to the one that is fixed to the

In the above example, three brackets are installed. However, the number of brackets is not limited to this, and as described above, “the bracket movable distance S is the distance between the
