前記受信手段を介さずに外部から航法メッセージを取得可能な航法メッセージ取得手段と、
前記判別手段により前記装置本体が静止状態から移動状態に移行したと判別された場合に、前記航法メッセージ取得手段を介して航法メッセージを取得し、この取得した航法メッセージで前記記憶手段に記憶された航法メッセージを更新する航法メッセージ更新手段と、
