Description

The present invention relates to a clip that is locked in a mounting hole of a mounting plate.

When attaching an interior member such as a trim board to a body panel of a vehicle, the trim board is attached to the body panel via a clip.

For example, in Patent Document 1, a pillar portion is suspended from the lower center of the enlarged indentation head, an engaging body is provided outside the pillar portion, and the pillar portion and the engaging body are connected by a thin plate body so as to be integrally molded. Yes. The pillar portion is provided with a locking body, and the engaging body is provided with a protrusion on which the locking body is locked.

When the enlarged indentation head is pressed and the column part is pushed into the engaging body, the locking body is locked to the protrusion. In this state, the engaging body is configured to be pushed outward, and in the state where the engaging body is inserted into the mounting hole, the engaging body is locked to the projecting body, so that the connector is attached to the mounting member. Mounted on.

However, by pushing the column part into the back of the engaging body, the thin plate body is subjected to bending stress along with the amount of movement of the column part over the whole, but the connector is attached to the attachment member. Then, the bending stress is still applied to the thin plate member, and the stress acting on the thin plate member increases with time.
Japanese Patent No. 2796850

In view of the above facts, an object of the present invention is to provide a clip that reduces stress during use.

請求項1に記載の発明は、クリップにおいて、取付板に形成された取付孔の周縁部に当接可能な鍔部と、前記鍔部から垂下した複数の脚部と、前記鍔部の穴から前記脚部と脚部の間へ挿入可能に設けられた挿入部材と、前記挿入部材と前記脚部を連結し、挿入部材を脚部と脚部の間へ挿入するとき折り畳まれ、挿入部材と脚部の間に位置して、前記脚部を外側へ押し出し、該脚部と前記鍔部とで、前記取付板を挟持させるヒンジ部材と、を有する。   According to the first aspect of the present invention, in the clip, from the flange that can contact the peripheral edge of the mounting hole formed in the mounting plate, a plurality of legs that hang from the flange, and the hole of the flange An insertion member provided such that it can be inserted between the legs, the insertion member and the legs are connected, and the insertion member is folded when the insertion member is inserted between the legs. A hinge member that is positioned between the leg portions, pushes the leg portions outward, and clamps the mounting plate between the leg portions and the flange portion;

In the first aspect of the present invention, a flange that can contact the peripheral edge of the mounting hole of the mounting plate is provided, and a plurality of legs are suspended from the flange. Moreover, the insertion member which can be inserted between a leg part from the hole of a collar part is provided, and this insertion member and a leg part are connected with the hinge member.

In this way, the clip can be integrally formed by connecting the insertion member and the leg by the hinge member. Further, since the insertion member and the leg portion are integral, the insertion member will not fall off. Furthermore, by forming the clip by integral molding, the cost can be reduced compared to the case where the insertion member and the leg are molded separately.

Here, the hinge member is folded when the insertion member is inserted into the leg, and is positioned between the insertion member and the leg so as to push the leg outward. With this hinge member, the mounting plate is sandwiched between the leg portion and the flange portion.

In this way, since the hinge member is folded when the insertion member is inserted into the leg portion, the stress does not remain in the entire hinge member, and the stress during use of the clip is reduced. can do.

Further, since the hinge member is folded while the insertion member is inserted into the leg portion, when the insertion member is removed from the leg portion, the folded hinge member must be stretched once, and the hinge member is folded. It is harder to remove the insertion member than it is not.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the clip according to the first aspect, the collar portion is divided for each leg portion.

In the invention according to claim 2, a gap can be provided between the heel part and the heel part by dividing the heel part for each leg part.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the clip according to the first or second aspect, a U-shaped slit is formed in the leg portion, and a locking piece that is pushed outward by the hinge member is provided.

In the invention according to claim 3, by forming a U-shaped slit in the leg portion and providing a locking piece that is pushed out by the hinge member, the pushing amount that pushes the leg portion outward is further increased. A large amount of extrusion can be obtained, and the clamping force to the mounting plate by the leg portion and the flange portion can be increased.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the clip according to any one of the first to third aspects, the hinge member includes two bent portions that bend in opposite directions.

In the invention according to claim 4, the hinge member is folded by the two bent portions that are bent in the opposite directions, so that the restoring force is accumulated in the hinge member via the bent portion in the folded state of the hinge member. Thus, the stress that pushes the leg outward can be maintained.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the clip according to the fourth aspect, when the hinge member pulls out at least the insertion member, the insertion member hits one of the bent portions.

In the invention according to claim 5, when the insertion member is pulled out at least, the insertion member is brought into contact with one bent portion of the hinge member so that the folded hinge member does not extend. It is difficult to remove.

Further, by causing the bent portion to hit the insertion member in a state in which the hinge member is folded, the reaction force from the insertion member against the elastic force acting in the state in which the hinge member is folded in the bent portion. The stress acting on the bent portion can be further reduced. For this reason, it is excellent in the long-term stability of a clip.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the clip according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, the hinge member is provided with a projecting portion against which the leg portion abuts when the insertion member is pulled out.

According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, when the insertion member is pulled out, by providing the hinge member with a protrusion that the leg hits, the movement of the leg to the inside is restricted and the leg does not come out of the mounting hole. Can be.

The invention according to claim 7 is the clip according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the clip is provided in the engaging portion provided in the insertion member and in the flange portion, and the insertion member is attached to the leg. And a locked portion that locks the locking portion when inserted between the portion and the leg portion.

According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, when the insertion member is provided with the locking portion, the hook portion is provided with the locking portion, and when the insertion member is inserted between the leg portions, the locking portion is covered. Locked to the locking portion. As a result, the movement of the insertion member is prevented, and the insertion member is locked. Further, by providing a click feeling when the locking portion is locked to the locked portion, it is possible to objectively know whether or not the locking portion is locked when the insertion member is inserted.

The invention according to claim 8 is the clip according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the clip is provided on the insertion member, and the attachment plate is sandwiched between the leg portion and the flange portion. A removal portion that can be pulled out by hooking the insertion member is recessed.

In the invention according to claim 8, when the removal portion is recessed in the insertion member and the attachment plate is sandwiched between the leg portion and the flange portion, the removal portion is hooked and a force is applied in the direction of removing the insertion member. The clip can be removed from the mounting plate. For this reason, the clip and the mounting plate can be separated, and the clip can be recycled.

According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, in the clip according to any one of the first to eighth aspects, a hinge portion that connects the tip portions of the plurality of leg portions is provided.

In the invention according to claim 9, by providing a hinge portion that connects the tip portions of the plurality of leg portions, the strength of the leg portions can be improved as compared with the state in which the leg portions are independent, and the leg portions and the heel portion It is possible to increase the clamping force on the mounting plate.

Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, stress during use can be reduced.

Next, the clip according to this embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIG. 1, a trim board 12 is attached to a body panel 10 of a vehicle as an interior member, and a clip 14 is used at that time. The clip 14 is inserted into the mounting holes 12A and 10A formed in the trim board 12 and the body panel 10, and the trim board 12 is attached to the body panel 10 by sandwiching the trim board 12 and the body panel 10.

Here, the clip 14 will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the clip 14 is provided with a pair of arc-shaped flanges (ridges) 16, 18, and arc-shaped leg portions 20, 18 from the back surfaces of the flanges 16, 18. Each 22 is drooping. The outer surfaces of the leg portions 20 and 22 have a radius of curvature smaller than the radius of curvature on the outer peripheral side of the flanges 16 and 18, and the leg portions 20 and 22 are provided on substantially concentric circles of the flanges 16 and 18. Yes.

Further, a hinge piece (hinge part) 24 thinner than the leg parts 20 and 22 is provided at the tip part of the leg parts 20 and 22, and the leg part 20 and the leg part 22 are connected to each other. A line connected by the hinge piece 24 and the leg portion 22 is substantially V-shaped when viewed from the front.

At the center in the width direction of the leg portions 20 and 22, substantially U-shaped slits 26 and 28 having openings at the base portions (flange 16 and 18 side) of the leg portions 20 and 22 are formed. , 28 are cantilevered locking pieces 30, 32, which can be elastically deformed.

On the outer surfaces of the locking pieces 30, 32, raised portions 30 </ b> A, 32 </ b> A that protrude from the substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the locking pieces 30, 32 are provided. It is formed over.

As described above, since the flanges 16 and 18 have an arc shape, a space (hole) 34 is provided between the flange 16 and the flange 18. The space 34 extends from the flanges 16 and 18 to the hinge piece 24, and a substantially cylindrical insertion member 36 can be inserted between the leg portion 20 and the leg portion 22.

A tapered portion 52 is provided at a lower end portion (on the hinge piece 24 side) of the insertion member 36, and is inclined in a direction away from the leg portions 20 and 22 toward the distal end. An arcuate recess 54 is formed at the tip of the tip 52 so as to face the hinge piece 24, and the tip of the tip 52 is bifurcated to form tops 56 and 58. Hinge members 60 and 62 extend from the top portions 56 and 58, and the distal ends of the hinge members 60 and 62 are connected to the distal ends of the locking pieces 30 and 32.

That is, the top 56 and the locking piece 30 are connected to each other via the hinge member 60, and the top 58 and the locking piece 32 are connected to each other via the hinge member 62 (described later). In the natural state of the clip 14, the insertion member 36 is disposed at a position protruding from the upper surfaces of the flanges 16 and 18.

Here, arc-shaped notches 38 and 40 are formed in the central portion on the inner peripheral surface side of the flanges 16 and 18 with openings facing each other as openings. Projections (locked portions) 42 are formed along the circumferential direction of the flanges 16 and 18 on the back walls of the notches 38 and 40. Further, at both end portions of the flanges 16 and 18, step portions 44 are provided from the upper surfaces of the flanges 16 and 18 to the inner peripheral surface.

On the other hand, on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion member 36, when the insertion member 36 is pressed toward the hinge piece 24 side (described later), the circumferential direction of the insertion member 36 is at a position where it can face the protrusions 42 of the flanges 16 and 18. A protrusion (locking portion) 46 is provided along the protrusion 46, and the protrusion 46 can be locked to the protrusion 42 of the flanges 16 and 18 (see FIG. 6).

In addition, on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion member 36, the projection 46 of the insertion member 36 is engaged with the projection 42 of the flanges 16 and 18, at a position where it can face the stepped portion 44, in the circumferential direction of the insertion member 36. A removal portion 48 is recessed along the same, and a jig 50 (see FIG. 7) such as a screwdriver can be inserted into the removal portion 48 through the step portion 44.

Next, the hinge member 60 will be described. Since the hinge member 62 has the same shape as the hinge member 60, the description is omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the hinge member 60 includes a bent portion 64 provided on the top portion 56 side and made thin, and a bent portion 66 provided on the leg portion 20 side and made thin. The bent portion 66 and the bent portion 64 are connected by the connecting portion 68. And the bending part 64 and the bending part 66 can be bent in the reverse direction centering | focusing on the connection part 68 (it mentions later).

For this reason, when the insertion member 36 is pressed toward the hinge piece 24 side, as shown in FIG. 5, the bent portions 64 and 66 are bent, and the bent portion 64 is closer to the hinge piece 24 side than the bent portion 66. The hinge member 60 is folded in a state where the hinge member 60 is disposed.

Here, if the upper surface (flange 16, 18 side) of the hinge member 60 is the inner surface 60 </ b> A of the hinge member 60, the bent portion 64 is notched in an arc shape from the inner surface 60 </ b> A side of the hinge member 60 toward the outer surface 60 </ b> B side. When the hinge member 60 is folded, the hinge member 60 is easily folded from the inner surface 60A side toward the outer surface 60B side.

Further, the bent portion 66 is cut out in an arc shape from the outer surface 60B side to the inner surface 60A side of the hinge member 60, and when the hinge member 60 is folded, the hinge member 60 is folded from the outer surface 60B side to the inner surface 60A side. It is easy to fold toward.

A protruding portion 70 that protrudes toward the hinge piece 24 side is provided on the bent portion 64 side of the outer surface of the connecting portion 68 (the outer surface 60B of the hinge member 60). As shown in FIG. 6, the protruding portion 70 is positioned below the bent portion 66 in a state where the hinge member 60 is folded, and can come into contact with the distal end portion of the leg portion 20. The inward movement of the leg portion 20 is restricted by the tip portion of the leg portion 20 coming into contact with the protruding portion 70.

Further, in a state in which the hinge member 60 is folded, the bent portion 66 side of the hinge member 60 can come into contact with the base side of the tapered portion 52 of the insertion member 36, and the hinge member 60 is brought into the tapered portion 52. By the contact, the movement of the hinge member 60 is restricted.

That is, when the leg portion 20 is pressed inward, the tip end portion of the leg portion 20 comes into contact with the protruding portion 70. When the hinge member 60 is pressed through the protruding portion 70, the bent portion 66 side of the hinge member 60 comes into contact with the tapered portion 52. For this reason, the movement to the inner side of the leg part 20 will be controlled.

Next, a method for attaching the trim board will be described.

As shown in FIG. 1, the mounting holes 10A formed in the body panel 10 and the mounting holes 12A formed in the trim board 12 are aligned, and the leg portions 20 and 22 of the clip 14 are inserted into the mounting holes 12A and 10A. To do.

Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the distance between the base portion (flange 16 side) of the outer surface of the leg portion 20 and the base portion (flange 18 side) of the outer surface of the leg portion 22 is made larger than the mounting holes 12A and 10A. When the leg portions 20 and 22 are inserted into the mounting holes 12A and 10A, the hinge piece 24 is elastically deformed to bring the leg portions 20 and 22 close to each other.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the leg portions 20 and 22 are inserted into the mounting holes 12A and 10A, the leg portion 20 and the leg portion 22 are stretched in the mounting holes 12A and 10A by the restoring force of the hinge piece 24. . The flanges 16, 18 are in contact with the edge portions of the mounting holes 10 A of the body panel 10 and the flanges 16, 18 are in contact with the peripheral edges of the mounting holes 12 A of the trim board 12. The trim board 12 and the body panel 10 are disposed between the leg portions 20 and 22.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the insertion member 36 is pressed toward the hinge piece 24 side. As a result, the bent portions 64 and 66 are bent, and the hinge members 60 and 62 are pressed away from each other by the protrusion 70 provided on the outer surface of the connecting portion 68 (the outer surface 60B of the hinge members 60 and 62). Through the hinge members 60 and 62, the locking pieces 30 and 32 of the leg portions 20 and 22 are pushed outward.

When the insertion member 36 is further pressed toward the hinge piece 24 from this state, the bent portion 64 is disposed closer to the hinge piece 24 than the bent portion 66 as shown in FIG. 64 and 66 are further bent, and the hinge members 60 and 62 are folded. In this state, the hinge members 60 and 62 are disposed between the tapered portion 52 of the insertion member 36 and the distal end portions of the locking pieces 30 and 32.

At this time, the projection 46 of the insertion member 36 gets over the projection 42 of the flanges 16 and 18 and is locked. This state is a so-called locked state of the clip 14, and the trim board 12 and the body panel 10 are sandwiched between the flanges 16 and 18 and the legs 20 and 22, and the trim board 12 is attached to the body panel via the clip 14. 10 is fixed.

In this state, as shown in FIG. 7, a jig 50 such as a screwdriver is inserted into the removal portion 48 through the step portions 44 of the flanges 16 and 18, and the tip end portion of the jig 50 is hooked on the removal portion 48. By pulling the insertion member 36 upward, the insertion member 36 can be removed from the flanges 16 and 18.

Next, the operation of the clip according to this embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the clip 14 can be integrally formed by connecting the insertion member 36 and the legs 20 and 22 with hinge members 60 and 62. As described above, the insertion member 36 and the leg portions 20 and 22 are integrated to prevent the insertion member 36 from falling off. Further, by forming the clip 14 by integral molding, the cost can be reduced as compared with the case where the insertion member 36 and the leg portions 20 and 22 are separately molded.

5 and 6, the hinge members 60 and 62 are folded when the insertion member 36 is inserted into the leg portions 20 and 22, and are located between the insertion member 36 and the leg portions 20 and 22. Thus, the leg portions 20 and 22 are pushed outward. The trim members 12 and the body panel 10 are held between the leg portions 20 and 22 and the flanges 16 and 18 by the hinge members 60 and 62, whereby the trim board 12 is fixed to the body panel 10.

Thus, since the hinge members 60 and 62 are folded when the insertion member 36 is inserted into the legs 20 and 22, the hinge members 60 and 62 remain stressed over the entire hinge members 60 and 62. No, the stress when using the clip 14 can be reduced.

Further, since the hinge members 60 and 62 are folded in a state where the insertion member 36 is inserted into the leg portions 20 and 22, when the insertion member 36 is removed from the leg portions 20 and 22, the folded hinge member is folded. 60 and 62 must be extended once, and it is difficult to remove the insertion member 36 as compared with the hinge members 60 and 62 not being folded.

Further, U-shaped slits 26 and 28 having openings on the flanges 16 and 18 side are formed in the leg portions 20 and 22, and locking pieces 30 and 32 are provided. The locking pieces 30 and 32 are connected to the hinge member 60. , 62 can be used to push the legs 20 and 22 themselves to the outside, so that the pushing amount can be larger than the pushing amount that pushes the legs 20 and 22 themselves outward. The trim by the legs 20 and 22 and the flanges 16 and 18 can be obtained. The clamping force to the board 12 and the body panel 10 can be increased. Of course, the legs 20 and 22 themselves may be pushed outward.

Further, the hinge members 60 and 62 can be folded in the opposite directions and the hinge members 60 and 62 are folded in a substantially S shape so that the hinge members 60 and 62 are folded. The resilience is accumulated in. Thereby, the stress which spreads the leg parts 20 and 22 outside can be maintained.

Further, in a state in which the hinge member 60 is folded, the protruding portion 70 of the hinge members 60 and 62 can come into contact with the tip end portion of the leg portion 20, and the bent portion 66 side of the hinge members 60 and 62 is tapered. 52 can be contacted.

When the insertion member 36 is pulled out, the insertion member 36 is brought into contact with the bent portion 66 of the hinge member 60 so that the folded hinge members 60 and 62 are difficult to extend, and the insertion member 36 is difficult to remove. Can be. In addition, when the insertion member 36 is pulled out, the protrusions 70 against which the leg portions 20 and 22 abut are provided on the hinge members 60 and 62, thereby restricting the movement of the leg portions 20 and 22 to the inside of the leg portions 20 and 22. It is possible to prevent 22 from coming off from the mounting holes 10A and 12A.

Note that the bent portion 66 may hit the insertion member 36 in a state where the hinge members 60 and 62 are folded. According to this, in the bent portion 66, a reaction force from the insertion member 36 can be obtained with respect to the elastic force acting in a state where the hinge members 60 and 62 are folded, and the bent portion 66 acts on the bent portion 66. Stress can be further reduced. For this reason, the long-term stability of the clip 14 is excellent.

In this embodiment, the insertion member 36 is provided with a projection 46, and the flanges 16 and 18 are provided with a projection 42. When the insertion member 36 is inserted between the leg portion 20 and the leg portion 22, the protrusion 46 is locked to the protrusion 42.

Thereby, the movement of the insertion member 36 is prevented, and the locked state of the insertion member 36 is maintained. Further, by providing a click feeling when the protrusion 46 is locked to the protrusion 42, it is possible to objectively know whether or not the insertion member 36 is locked.

Here, the protrusion 46 is provided on the insertion member 36 and the protrusion 42 is provided on the flanges 16 and 18. However, the insertion member 36 only needs to be restricted (locked) at a predetermined position. It is not a thing.

For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a groove 47 in which the protrusion 46 can be fitted to the insertion member 36 may be provided on the flanges 16 and 18, and the protrusion 46 may be fitted in the groove 47. In this case, a protrusion may be provided on the flanges 16 and 18 side, and a groove in which the protrusion can be fitted may be provided on the insertion member 36 side.

Further, the removal portion 48 is recessed in the insertion member 36 so that the insertion member 36 can be pulled out while the trim board 12 and the body panel 10 are sandwiched between the leg portions 20 and 22 and the flanges 16 and 18. The clip 14 can be removed from the trim board 12 and the body panel 10. Therefore, the clip 14 and the trim board 12 can be separated, and the clip 14 can be recycled.

Further, by providing the hinge piece 24 that connects the tip portions of the leg portions 20 and 22, the strength of the leg portions 20 and 22 can be improved as compared to the state in which the leg portion 20 is made independent. The clamping force to the trim board 12 and the body panel 10 by the flanges 16 and 18 can be increased.

Here, when the distance between the base portion of the outer surface of the leg portion 20 and the base portion of the outer surface of the leg portion 22 is made larger than that of the mounting holes 12A and 10A, the leg portions 20 and 22 are inserted into the mounting holes 12A and 10A. By making the hinge piece 24 elastically deform, the leg portion 20 and the leg portion 22 can be stretched in the attachment holes 12A and 10A in a state where the leg portions 20 and 22 are inserted into the attachment holes 12A and 10A. The clip 14 can be held on the trim board 12 and the body panel 10.

In the present embodiment, a pair of arc-shaped legs 20 and 22 are provided in accordance with the shapes of the flanges 16 and 18, but depending on the shape of the mounting holes 12 </ b> A and 10 </ b> A formed in the trim board 12 and the body panel 10. The shape of the leg portions 20 and 22 may be changed or may be a flat plate shape.

Further, the shapes of the flanges 16 and 18 may be rectangular instead of arcuate. Furthermore, the leg portions 20 and 22 are not limited to two, and may be three or four. Further, although the arc-shaped flanges 16 and 18 are used, they may be annular flanges or rectangular flanges.

Further, in this embodiment, the trim board 12 and the body panel 10 are clamped by the clip 14 to fix the trim board 12 to the body panel 10.
