Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a conveyor that includes a driving pulley and a driven pulley that are provided to face each other via a frame, and an endless belt that can be rotated while being stretched by these pulleys. Further, the present invention relates to a conveyor that can avoid at least dropping of the driven pulley from the frame even when the belt is removed. The present invention also relates to a weighing device provided with the transport conveyor as a weighing table for articles to be weighed.
As an example of a conveyor, a frame including a drive pulley connected to a rotational drive source and driven to rotate the belt, and a driven pulley driven as the belt rotates, and each pulley is rotatably attached to both ends. The thing of the structure provided with is known. In the transport conveyor having such a configuration, the frame functions as a belt rotation support member that supports the wound belt in the rotation direction, and also functions as an interval holding member that holds an interval between the pulleys.
In the maintenance of the conveyor belt, it is necessary to remove at least the belt from the pulley and the frame, and depending on the application, it may be necessary to remove the pulley from the frame. In order to facilitate such maintenance, various techniques for simplifying attachment / detachment of belts and pulleys have been proposed.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique of providing a detachable plate that can be slid in an inner direction of a belt conveyor device. According to this technology, there is provided a belt conveyor that can be easily attached / detached with a belt conveyor having a simple configuration, and that can easily adjust the tension of the belt, and a weighing device that measures the mass of an article using the belt conveyor. It is said that it is possible.
Further, Patent Document 2 includes first to fourth arms that are erected on a gantry and have roller bearing portions at their upper ends, and among these, third and fourth arms that are erected on both left and right ends of the gantry. Discloses a carrier roller support device for a belt conveyor in which the roller bearings are movable in a direction away from the endless transport belt. In this technique, by providing the above configuration, each carrier roller can be replaced without lifting the transport surface of the belt conveyor, so that the replacement work can be easily performed by one person. .
Further, Patent Document 3 discloses a belt conveyance unit used in a document feeding device of a copying machine, in which one side of the belt conveyance unit is pivotally supported by a document rapid-feeding device main body and the other side via a lock device. A configuration in which the main body of the document feeder is detachably mounted is disclosed. In this technique, since the belt can be removed by a very simple operation by providing the above-described configuration, the belt can be easily cleaned and replaced by an operator.
Here, in the conventional conveyor, the pulley can be easily removed from the frame by removing the belt (see, for example, Patent Document 2). This is because in maintenance and the like, it is often necessary to remove the pulley together with the belt, and therefore it is preferable that the pulley can be easily detached from the frame when the belt is removed. In other words, the configuration in which the pulley can be easily removed is a configuration in which the belt also serves as the pulley mounting member.
However, the configuration in which the pulley can be easily removed from the frame is also a configuration in which the pulley easily drops from the frame. In particular, if the application requires frequent maintenance such as washing, such as food, the frequency of removing the belt increases, so the probability of accidentally dropping the pulley increases. The pulley is not limited to driving or driven, but is an important component for properly rotating the belt. For this reason, there is a risk of generating extra vibration during rotation due to slight deformation caused by dropping. Such extra vibrations not only prevent proper rotation of the belt, but also reduce the life of the bearing to load the bearing.
Furthermore, when a conveyor is used for applications such as a weight sorter, the deformation of the pulley leads to a deterioration in measurement accuracy. For example, in a weighing conveyor and a weighing apparatus exemplified in Patent Document 4, a weighing sensor is connected to a transfer conveyor to measure an article (an article to be weighed or an article to be inspected) transferred on the transfer conveyor. become. Here, although the vibration due to the rotation of the conveyor conveys the measurement by the weighing sensor, it is a regular vibration and can be removed by filtering processing. However, vibration caused by pulley deformation becomes irregular and difficult to remove by processing such as filtering. Accordingly, the pulley deformation has a great influence on the measurement accuracy.
Therefore, depending on the use of the conveyor, a high level of caution is required regarding the handling of the pulley. Therefore, it is required to avoid human error as much as possible so that the pulley does not fall even if the belt is removed. However, in order to prevent the pulley from falling even if the belt is removed, the pulley is strictly attached to the frame with a special attachment member, that is, independent so that the belt does not function as a pulley attachment member. It is necessary to have a configuration in which the pulley mounting member is provided separately. In this case, if the pulley is to be removed at the time of maintenance, an operation such as disassembling the pulley mounting member is required, so that the pulley cannot be easily removed, and the efficiency of the maintenance operation is reduced. Therefore, it has been difficult in the past to achieve both the prevention of the pulley from falling and the easy removal of the pulley.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and can effectively prevent the pulley from dropping from the frame even when the belt is removed, and the pulley can be easily detached from the frame, resulting in maintenance. It is an object of the present invention to provide a transport conveyor that can further improve work efficiency.
In order to solve the above problems, the conveyor according to the present invention has a drive pulley, a driven pulley, and a shape extending in a predetermined direction, and the drive pulley and the driven pulley can be rotated at both ends. An endless belt that is wound around the drive pulley and the driven pulley and is driven to rotate by the drive pulley, and the extending direction of the rotation shaft of the driven pulley at the driven pulley side end of the frame And a pair of bearing members that support the rotating shaft of the driven pulley, and at least one of the pair of bearing members opens in the extending direction of the rotating shaft of the driven pulley. This is a bearing member, and the driven pulley can be detached from the frame by opening the open bearing member.
According to the above configuration, since at least one is an open bearing member that opens in the extending direction of the rotation shaft of the driven pulley, when it is desired to remove the driven pulley, the bearing members are opened by opening the open bearing member. The interval can be increased. Therefore, as long as the open bearing member is not opened, even if the belt is removed, the driven pulley can be held so as not to fall, and it can be easily driven by opening the open bearing member as necessary. The pulley can be removed. As a result, the deformation of the pulley can be avoided more effectively, so that the shortening of the bearing life can be suppressed, and the deterioration of the measuring accuracy can be suppressed when used for measuring purposes. The efficiency of the maintenance work of the conveyor can be further improved.
In the conveyor, the open bearing member is provided on the frame in a state of extending outward in the predetermined direction, and the driven pulley is rotated or inclined outward in the extending direction of the rotation shaft of the driven pulley. Is preferably configured to be removable.
Further, in the transport conveyor, a pulley mounting portion is provided at an end of the frame on the driven pulley side so as to extend toward the outside of the frame, and the open bearing member includes the pulley mounting portion. On the other hand, it is preferable that the pulley mounting portion is mounted so as to be able to rotate or tilt while receiving a repulsive force on the outer side in the extending direction of the rotating shaft of the driven pulley.
In the transport conveyor, the pulley mounting portion is provided with a biasing member that biases the open bearing member in a direction opposite to the rotation or inclination of the rotation axis of the driven pulley outward in the extending direction. Preferably it is.
In the transport conveyor, the driven pulley is rotatably attached to the pulley mounting portion by the pair of bearing members, and is perpendicular to the extending direction of the rotating shaft of the driven pulley and in the predetermined direction. It is preferable that a movable portion that can rotate and move the pulley mounting portion in a direction that intersects is preferably provided.
Further, in the transport conveyor, the pulley mounting portion is configured such that the position of the rotation shaft of the driven pulley supported by the pair of bearing members can be pushed or retracted along the predetermined direction. It is preferable that a belt tension adjusting unit for adjusting the belt tension state is further provided.
Further, in the transport conveyor, at the end of the rotation shaft of the driven pulley, a part thereof is cut out and opposed to each other, and a parallel surface parallel to the axis is formed. It is preferable that the bearing member is formed with a long hole-like shaft insertion hole having a width corresponding to the parallel surface, and the driven pulley is rotatably provided in the pair of bearing members.
Further, in the transport conveyor, a pair of bearing members that support the rotation shaft of the drive pulley so as to oppose each other in the extending direction of the rotation shaft of the drive pulley to the drive pulley side end of the frame, The bearing member is provided with a bearing groove that receives the rotation shaft of the drive pulley, and is formed to protrude from the groove inner surface so as to narrow the width of the bearing groove. It is preferable that a return portion for preventing the shaft from dropping off is provided.
Furthermore, the present invention includes a weighing device provided with the transport conveyor having the above-described configuration as a weighing table for the articles to be weighed. A typical example of the weighing device is a weight sorter that sorts and sorts articles to be weighed according to weight.
As described above, the conveyor according to the present invention can effectively prevent the pulley from falling from the frame even when the belt is removed, and can easily remove the pulley from the frame. This can be further improved.

Furthermore, in the present invention, at least one of the pair of driven
The shape of the pair of driven
FIG. 3A is a plan view of a main part showing a state before the driven
As shown in FIGS. 3A, 3 </ b> B, and 4, the driven
Here, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the driven
That is, the driven
As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, the rotating
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the driven
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the driven
[Configuration of fixing member and biasing member]
The specific configuration of the fixing
Further, if the fixing
In the present invention, the specific configuration of the urging member is not limited to the
[Belt tension adjustment part]
In the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B and FIG. 4, a screw shape as a belt tension adjusting portion that adjusts the tension state of the
The driving
Although the specific configuration of the belt tension adjusting portion is not particularly limited, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B and FIG. 4, it is integrated with the driven
The tip end side of the
Here, the
The screw-
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a part of the
[Configuration for bending the vicinity of the driven pulley]
It is more preferable that the conveyor according to the present invention further includes a configuration that facilitates attachment / detachment of the
In this embodiment, as described above, by providing the fixed
According to this configuration, with the driven
In particular, in the present embodiment, the
Further, as described above, the fixing
Moreover, even when the driven
Further, the
In such a situation, when the
In the present embodiment, the movable portion (toggle portion 57) is configured to be able to bend or rotate the driven
[Configuration to prevent the drive pulley from dropping]
In addition, it is more preferable that the conveyor according to the present invention has a configuration that prevents the
For example, as shown in FIG. 6A, in the present embodiment, the drive pulley side end of the
The bearing
In the configuration shown in FIG. 6A, a hole is formed by hitting the groove inner surface side of the lower arm of the pair of arms forming the bearing
The

[Embodiment 2]
The transport conveyor according to the present invention can be used in various fields. As a particularly preferable field, a weighing device including the transport conveyor according to the present invention as a weighing table for an article to be weighed can be cited. As a more specific example, it can be suitably used as a weighing conveyor device provided in a weight sorter that sorts and sorts articles by weight. The weighing conveyor device measures the weight of the article to be weighed while conveying the article to be weighed at a constant speed. As a typical example, the article is placed on the surface of the belt and is weighed by the belt. The structure provided with the weighing | measuring conveyor part which conveys articles | goods, and the weighing | measuring sensor part which detects the load of a to-be-measured article with the said weighing conveyor part is mentioned.
FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a schematic configuration of a main part of a weighing conveyor device including the transport conveyor according to the present embodiment as a weighing conveyor unit and a weight sorter including the weighing conveyor device. The weighing
衛生管理基準の代表例としては、食品衛生管理システムの国際標準であるHACCP(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, ハサップ又はハセップ)が挙げられる。
In the above weight sorter, for example, when the article to be weighed 10 is food, the weighing
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5, in the conveyor according to the present embodiment, the
[Modifications of the present invention]
As described above, the present invention is preferably a driven pulley in a transport conveyor in which a drive pulley and a driven pulley are attached to a frame of a transport conveyor, a belt is wound around these, and the belt is stretched by a belt tensioning mechanism. The driven pulley mounting member opens to the outside of the frame after a spring is put on the fulcrum of a driven pulley mounting member (in this embodiment, a pair of driven pulley bearing portions 15) that attaches to the frame. With this structure, the driven pulley can be stably attached without falling even if the belt is removed, and the driven pulley can be easily removed. In addition, if the driven pulley mounting member can be bent, the force applied during bending can be made constant by inserting a spring, so the belt tensioning mechanism can be adjusted when disassembling and assembling the conveyor. There is no need to do it. Further, in the above conveyor, a drive pulley mounting member (a pair of drive
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the pair of driven
Further, the
Furthermore, the
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the description of the above-described embodiment, and various modifications are possible within the scope shown in the claims, and are disclosed in different embodiments and a plurality of modifications, respectively. Embodiments obtained by appropriately combining technical means are also included in the technical scope of the present invention.
As described above, the present invention is useful as a mechanism for preventing a pulley from coming off a conveyor. Therefore, the present invention can be widely used in the field of transfer conveyors, and further, in fields where the reduction in the reproducibility of the transfer state of the transfer conveyor due to deformation of pulleys is affected, for example, weighing of weight sorters It can also be effectively used in the field of conveyor devices and the like.
