Description

The present invention relates to a stopper provided with a pulley for safely and easily attaching a cloth, a name tag or the like.

Conventionally, safety pins have been used to attach cloths and name tags.

As a result, the following problems have arisen.
(A) Since the sharp needle tip was always exposed during the operation of attaching and removing the safety pin, the risk was particularly high for young children.
(B) The safety pin was opened and closed using the force of the coil spring, but it was difficult to attach to the elderly who had weak fingers.
(C) The safety pin applied the force to open and close it at right angles to the axis of the needle, and it was pinched with a finger.
The present invention solves the above problems.

The needle tip was folded back into a U-shape, the whole was made annular so that the needle tip was inside, a pulley with a groove was provided at the other end, and the needle tip was placed in the groove of the pulley. A stopper provided with a pulley having the above structure.

For the removal method, the cloth is slid to the gap between the needle tip (1) and the groove of the pulley (2). If the intermediate bending portion (4) is pushed in the direction of the needle axis so that the cloth (2) is wound while the pulley (2) is rotating, or if the tip bending portion (3) is pulled, it can be easily removed even with a weak force.
As a safety principle, the design is such that the rotational moment is about the rotational axis of the pulley (2) except for the direction and strength of the force that intentionally destroys the stopper.
