Description

The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner, and more particularly to a vacuum cleaner provided with a filter dust removal mechanism that responds to rotation of a dust collecting hose.

In a conventional vacuum cleaner, a pleated filter is often used as a dust separating means for separating dust sucked from a surface to be cleaned through a dust collecting hose from air.

A suction port to which a dust collecting hose is connected is provided on the front surface of the vacuum cleaner main body, and a first dust separating means that employs a method of separating using an inertial force is provided opposite to the suction port. A pleated filter is provided as a second dust separating means vertically installed on the downstream side of the first dust separating means, and the dust attached to the pleated filter is removed by a manual operation unit and the operation unit. There has been proposed a vacuum cleaner that removes dust by a dust removing mechanism including an operation unit (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, the electric vacuum cleaner described in Patent Document 1 has a room for improvement because the dust removed from the pleated filter is not easily dropped by gravity, the structure of the dust removal mechanism is complicated, the dust removal frequency is low, and there is room for improvement.

In addition, the pleat filter as the second dust separation means is arranged in an inclined state to promote the fall of the dust that has been removed, but the pleat filter is rotated by a dust removal mechanism equipped with a motor, An electric vacuum cleaner that removes dust by flipping a pleated filter with a dust removing member has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 2).

However, the vacuum cleaner described in Patent Document 2 has a limit to the inclination angle of the pleat filter due to the space in which the pleat filter is disposed, and is insufficient for dropping the dust by gravity, Also, the structure of the dust removal mechanism is complicated and there is room for improvement.

In order to achieve the above-described object, a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention includes a vacuum cleaner body and a hose connection port that is rotatably provided on the upper surface of the vacuum cleaner body and into which a dust collecting hose is detachably inserted. A hose connection part, a filter that separates dust sucked from the surface to be cleaned through the dust collecting hose from the air and that is perpendicular to the hose attachment / detachment direction of the hose connection port, and a downstream of the filter. A vacuum cleaner provided with an electric blower arranged, and provided with a dust remover that contacts and impacts the filter, and the dust remover or the filter has a structure that rotates according to the rotation of the dust collecting hose. As the dust collecting hose rotates, the dust remover or the filter is rotated through the hose connecting portion, and an impact is applied to the filter by the dust remover. Wherein the dust removal is performed.

The vacuum cleaner according to the present invention can provide a vacuum cleaner that has a simple structure and can reliably remove dust.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the cleaner body 2 includes a main body case 11, and a lid body 12 facing obliquely upward is pivotally mounted on the upper surface of the main body case 11 so as to be freely opened and closed.

A hose connection portion 13 having a hose connection port 13a at the center is rotatably provided on the lid body 12, and the dust collection hose 4 is detachably attached to the hose connection port 13a.

In the state where the connecting pipe portion 4a provided in the dust collecting hose 4 is inserted into the hose connecting port 13a, an engaging portion (not shown) provided in the connecting pipe portion 4a is provided on the inner periphery of the hose connecting port 13a. Engaging with the recess 13b, a current-carrying terminal (not shown) on the hose side is connected to a current-carrying terminal 13c provided in the hose connection port 13a.

As a result, the hose connection portion 13 rotates together with the dust collection hose 4 and energization between the cleaner body 2 and the dust collection hose 4 is possible.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a dust collection unit 15 is detachably accommodated in a dust collection unit chamber 14 provided in the cleaner body 2 through an opening 16 that is appropriately opened and closed by a lid 12.

The dust collection unit 15 is detachably accommodated in the dust collection cup 17, a second dust separation means that is detachably accommodated in the dust collection cup 17 and supported at a predetermined position, and the dust collection cup 17. For example, it comprises first dust separation means 19 using a mesh filter 19a. The first dust separation means is not limited to a mesh filter, and an inertia separation system that separates dust contained in air flowing at high speed by a mass difference may be used.

The pleated filter 18 has a flat conical shape, and has an air passage 18a with one side opened to the hose connection port 13a at the center and the other side opened to the introduction port 30a of the first dust separating means 19. Also, a filter dust removing mechanism 20 used for dust removal of the pleated filter 18 is provided.

Further, below the pleated filter 18, the first dust separating means 19 is arranged with the introduction port 30 a communicating with the air passage 18 a, and the rear part of the cleaner body 2 behind the first dust separating means 19. Is provided with an electric blower 21.

Therefore, the air containing the dust sucked in through the air passage 18a provided in the hose connection port 13a and the pleat filter 18 such as the suction port body 6 and the dust collecting hose 4 is removed by the first dust separating means 19, Furthermore, the main body case is removed from an exhaust port (not shown) provided in the rear portion of the main body case 11 through the ventilation path 22, the guard member 23, and the electric blower 21 after being removed by the pleated filter 18 as the second dust separation means. 11 is discharged outside.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the filter dust removal mechanism 20. As shown in FIG. 5, the filter dust removal mechanism 20 includes a hose connection portion 13 that rotates together with the dust collection hose 4 and the hose connection portion 13. The front end portion is composed of a dust remover 24 that abuts against the peak portion of the pleat filter 18 and gives an impact, and a bearing portion 25 that supports the rotation of the hose connection portion 13.

The outer shape of the hose connecting portion 13 is substantially bowl-shaped, the hose connecting port 13a penetrates through the cylindrical portion 13d that forms a handle, and the outer periphery of the connecting portion 13e that is hollow and is supported by the bearing portion 25. Is done. The bearing portion 25 includes a support member 26 that hermetically supports the lower portion of the connection portion outer periphery 13e and a decorative ring 27 that supports the upper portion.

The support member 26 is integrally attached to the lid body 12 and is provided with a through hole 26a through which the dust remover 24 protrudes and can be rotated.

On the other hand, the decorative ring 27 constitutes a part of the lid 12 and is provided with a ring-shaped bearing portion 27a to support the upper portion of the connection portion outer periphery 13e.

Accordingly, in the dust removing mechanism 20, the hose connecting portion 13 rotates together with the dust collecting hose 4, the hose connecting portion 13 rotates, and the rotation of the hose connecting portion 13 causes the dust remover 24 to come into contact with the peak portion of the pleat filter 18. The impact is applied to remove dust from the pleated filter 18.

As shown in FIG. 6, the first dust separating means 19 is provided with an introduction port 30a, and a top plate 30 that is inclined, and a ventilation opening that is covered with the top plate 30 and includes a mesh filter 19a. A cylindrical dust collecting portion 31 provided with a large number of 31a and a bottom lid 32 for closing the bottom portion 31b of the dust collecting portion 31 as appropriate.

Therefore, the air containing the dust sucked in through the air passage 18a of the pleat filter 18 is removed by the mesh filter 19a, and the dust is collected in the bottom cover 32. If much dust is collected, the dust collecting unit 15 is attached to the main body of the vacuum cleaner. 2, the bottom cover 32 is opened, and the dust is discarded. When the bottom cover 32 is opened, the dust collection part 17 is detachably accommodated so that the dust collection part 31 does not fall.

On the other hand, a large amount of dust is removed by the mesh filter 19a, and the air containing the minute dust rises in the dust collection cup 17, reaches the pleated filter 18, and the minute dust is also removed.

Next, the operation of the dust removal mechanism used in the vacuum cleaner of this embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, air containing dust is sucked into the first dust separating means 19 through the suction port body 6, the dust collecting hose 4, etc., the hose connection port 13a and the air passage 18a. The large dust d is removed by the mesh filter 19a, the dust d is collected in the bottom cover 32, and the air containing minute dust rises in the dust collecting cup 17 and reaches the pleat filter 18, and the minute dust is also removed. Is done.

Air from which minute dust has been removed by the pleated filter 18 is discharged out of the main body case 11 through an air outlet 22, a guard member 23, and an electric blower 21 through an exhaust port provided at the rear of the main body case 11.

By repeating such cleaning, dust accumulates in the first dust separating means 19, so the dust collecting cup 17 is removed from the electric blower 21, the bottom cover 32 is opened, and the dust is discarded.

On the other hand, although minute dust adheres to the pleated filter 18 that removes minute dust, the filter dust removing mechanism 20 is configured by rotation or rotation of the dust collecting hose 4 via the hand operation tube 3 in the cleaning process. The hose connection portion 13 also rotates or rotates, and the dust remover 24 attached to the lower surface of the hose connection portion 13 gives an impact to the pleat filter 18 and drops the minute dust adhering to the pleat filter 18 to ensure that Remove dust. The minute dust removed from the pleat filter 18 is collected in the dust collection cup 17.

Further, since the filter dust removing mechanism 20 rotates the dust remover 24 according to the rotation of the dust collecting hose 4, the structure is simplified without the need for a rotary motor or the like.

Accordingly, the pleated filter 18 is always dust-dropped by the rotation or rotation of the dust collecting hose 4 and the filter performance is maintained.

According to the vacuum cleaner of the first embodiment, a vacuum cleaner that has a simple structure and can reliably remove dust is realized.

Moreover, the vacuum cleaner of 2nd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.

In contrast to the second embodiment, the first embodiment rotates the dust remover of the filter dust removal mechanism and fixes the pleated filter, but conversely to this, the dust remover of the filter dust removal mechanism is fixed and the pleat filter is fixed. Rotate.

For example, as shown in FIG. 8, in the vacuum cleaner of the second embodiment, the cylindrical portion 13d of the hose connecting portion 13 constituting the filter dust removing mechanism 20A extends to the ventilation path 18a of the pleated filter 18, and partly The engagement protrusion 13f that is detachably fitted and protrudes on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 13d and the engagement recess 18b that protrudes on the inner periphery of the air passage 18a engage with each other.

Further, the hose connecting portion 13 supports the outer periphery of the bearing portion 25 and the cylindrical portion 13d, is rotatably supported by a second bearing portion 25A formed on the support member 26, and the pleat filter 18 is connected to the dust collecting cup 17. The third bearing portion 25B provided at the end portion is rotatably supported.

Therefore, the pleat filter 18 rotates together with the hose connecting portion 13 via 13d, and further rotates together with the dust collecting hose 4.

Accordingly, the pleat filter 18 is rotated by the rotation or rotation of the dust collecting hose 4, and the rotating pleat filter 18 is brought into contact with the dust remover 24 of the filter dust removing mechanism 20 </ b> A fixed to the support member 26. Then, an impact is applied to the pleated filter 18, and the attached fine dust is dropped to reliably remove the dust.

Further, since the filter dust removing mechanism 20A rotates the pleated filter 18 in accordance with the rotation of the dust collecting hose 4, the structure is simplified without requiring a rotary motor.

Accordingly, the pleated filter 18 is always dust-dropped by the rotation or rotation of the dust collecting hose 4 and the filter performance is maintained.
