A sentence generation program characterized by prohibiting generation and editing of the fixed sentence by adding characters or symbols other than the permitted words to the fixed sentence. The user terminal is

Search means for searching for the permitted word from the dictionary recording means based on the one or more characters or symbols displayed in the unconfirmed character display field; and
