Description
Claims (21)
- シリンダー内で摺動可能なピストンを備え、その上にツールと係合するストライカ部分を所持し、ピストン及び/又はシリンダーの少なくとも一部分がセラミック被覆を有する、水により動力が供給される衝撃ユニット。
- 前記セラミック被覆が金属酸化物を含有する、請求項1に記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 前記セラミック被覆が酸化アルミニウム−二酸化チタン複合物である、請求項1又は2に記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 前記ピストン及びシリンダーが概略円筒状である、前記請求項いずれかに記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 前記シリンダーの内径と前記ピストンの外径との間の間隙が8〜10マイクロメートルである、請求項4に記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 前記シリンダーの内壁がスリーブで形成された、前記請求項いずれかに記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 充填水を加圧し、加圧した充填水を前記ピストン面に誘導するための圧力ユニットが設けられた、前記請求項いずれかに記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 前記圧力ユニットが60〜70バールの気体5〜10ccで充填された、請求項7に記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 前記シリンダーに出入りする充填水を制御するための弁手段が設けられた、請求項7又は8に記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 前記弁手段が前記シリンダーに対して摺動可能なスプール弁である、請求項9に記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 加圧水が20〜30リットル/分の流量で供給された時に作動するように構成される、前記請求項いずれかに記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 前記水が100〜110バールに加圧された時に作動するように構成される、請求項11に記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 流水量が20リットル/分の時に、衝撃ユニットがツールに約1350打/分で作用する、請求項11又は12に記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 流水量が30リットル/分の時に、衝撃ユニットがツールに約1900打/分で作用する、請求項11又は12に記載の衝撃ユニット。
- ストライカ部分が前記ツールに直接係合する、前記請求項いずれかに記載の衝撃ユニット。
- 前記請求項いずれかに記載の衝撃ユニットを有する、インパクトツール。
- 閉ループ供給元から衝撃ユニットへ水を供給する水供給手段を設けた、請求項15に記載のインパクトツール。
- 前記水供給手段が衝撃ユニットに供給される水を濾過する10マイクロメートルフィルターを備える、請求項16に記載のインパクトツール。
- 前記水供給手段が衝撃ユニットに供給される水を冷却するクーラーを備える、請求項17又は18に記載のインパクトツール。
- インパクトツールがジャックハンマーである、請求項16〜19のいずれかに記載のインパクトツール。
- インパクトツールがロックドリルである、請求項16〜19のいずれかに記載のインパクトツール。
