Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad constituting body which can partly change a shape or the like in compliance with the physique of a user and is suitable for a vehicle seat. <P>SOLUTION: The pad constituting body 2 of the vehicle seat 1 is provided with a surface material 2b formed by a plurality of surface pieces 3 being combined, and a foamed body 2a formed from a foamed material and covered by the surface material 2b. The surface material 2b has a bilayer part 2b1 in a part of which the surface pieces 3 are stacked in bilayer. The bilayer part 2b1 has an opening 2b2 opened at a position corresponding to a combination line 2b3 combining between the surface pieces 3. Description

  The present invention relates to a pad structure of a vehicle seat including a skin material and a foam covered with the skin material.

A vehicle seat generally has a seat cushion and a seat back. The seat cushion and the seat back each have a frame and a pad structure that is attached to the frame. The pad structure includes a skin material and a foam formed of a foam material and covered with the skin material. Conventionally, various pad structures are known. For example, in order to improve sitting comfort, a pad structure including a foam whose part corresponding to the side part of the seat cushion is harder than the center part is known (see Patent Document 1). Conventionally, there is also known a chair that is not a vehicle seat, but in which the pad structure is attached to the chair frame in a detachable manner (see Patent Document 2).

  However, the seating comfort varies depending on the physique and preference of the user. Therefore, there is a desire to partially change the shape and elasticity of the pad structure in accordance with the physique of the user. On the other hand, the conventional vehicle seat described in Patent Document 1 has not been configured so that the shape or the like can be partially changed in accordance with the physique or the like for each user. Moreover, although the structure of patent document 2 can replace | exchange the whole pad, there exists a possibility that the whole pad may drop | omit. Therefore, it is considered that it is not a preferable form to adapt to a vehicle seat. Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide a pad structure suitable for a vehicle seat which can change a shape etc. partially according to a user's physique.

  In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a pad structure for a vehicle seat having the structure described in each claim. That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle seat pad structure including a skin material formed by combining a plurality of skin pieces, and a foam, and the skin material is formed in a part thereof. The skin piece has a two-layer portion in which two layers are stacked. The two-layer portion has an opening that opens at a position corresponding to a connecting line that connects the skin pieces. And a cushion body is inserted in a two-layer part from an opening so that extraction is possible.

  Therefore, by inserting a desired cushion body into the two-layer portion, the shape or elasticity of the pad structure can be partially changed. Therefore, a suitable sitting comfort can be obtained according to the physique of each user. Moreover, since the pad structure is not replaced as a whole, the shape of the pad structure can be easily adjusted. Moreover, since the cushion body is inserted into the two-layer portion, it is difficult to come off. Therefore, it is suitable for a vehicle seat. The opening is opened at a position corresponding to the connecting line of the skin piece. Therefore, it can be excellent in design and durability. That is, the bond line is generally located at a portion where the sheet shape is three-dimensionally bent. Therefore, the end of the skin piece constituting the opening is stably installed by arranging the opening in that portion. Thus, the end portion of the skin piece becomes difficult to be pulled, and durability is improved.

  According to the second aspect of the present invention, the two-layer portion is disposed on the side support portion that protrudes toward the occupant's side portion on either the left or right side portion of the seat back of the vehicle seat or the seat cushion. Therefore, the position corresponding to the side support portion can be further raised by inserting the cushion body into the two-layer portion. As a result, the side portion of the user having a small physique can be securely held, thereby improving the seating comfort of the seat.

  According to invention of Claim 3, a two-layer part is arrange | positioned in the position corresponding to a user's waist | hip | lumbar part at the lower side part of the center of the left-right direction of the seat back of a vehicle seat. Therefore, with a simple structure, the gap between the user's waist and the seat can be reduced according to the user's physique. This can easily improve the seating comfort of the seat.

  According to the invention described in claim 4, a hook-and-loop fastener that removably engages between the skin pieces is provided in the vicinity of the opening between the skin pieces of the two layers. Accordingly, the opening can be held closed by the hook-and-loop fastener, and thereby the cushion body can be prevented from unexpectedly jumping out of the two-layer portion. Moreover, the hook-and-loop fastener is located in the vicinity of the opening at a position corresponding to the connecting line of the skin piece, and the connecting line is generally disposed at a portion where the sheet shape is three-dimensionally bent. Therefore, the hook-and-loop fastener is disposed at a position where the influence on the sitting comfort is small as compared with the case where the hook-and-loop fastener is disposed on the plane portion.

  An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The seat 1 is a vehicle seat 1 mounted on a vehicle such as a vehicle, and includes a seat cushion 1a, a seat back 1b, and a headrest 1c as shown in FIG. The seat back 1b is connected to the rear portion of the seat cushion 1a via a reclining device so that the angle can be adjusted. The headrest 1c is attached to the upper part of the seat back 1b so that the position can be adjusted in the vertical direction. The seat cushion 1a and the seat back 1b each have a frame (not shown) and a pad structure 2 attached to the frame.

  As shown in FIG. 2, the pad structure 2 has a foam 2a and a skin material 2b that covers the foam 2a. The foam 2a is molded from a foam material, for example, a resin such as polyurethane. The skin material 2b is formed by stitching (bonding) a plurality of skin pieces 3 as shown in FIG. The skin material 2b of the seat cushion 1a is formed by stitching the skin pieces 3f to 3h.

  As shown in FIG. 1, the central piece 3h is disposed in the central portion 1a2 in the left-right direction of the seat cushion 1a. The side piece 3f is sewn to the central piece 3h at a position adjacent to the left and right of the central piece 3h, and is disposed on the side support portion 1a1 of the seat cushion 1a. The side support portion 1a1 protrudes from the central portion 1a2 at the left and right side portions of the seat cushion 1a, and projects toward the side of the user's thigh. The side piece 3g is sewn to the side piece 3f and the central piece 3h at positions adjacent to the left and right of the side piece 3f, and is disposed on the left and right sides of the seat cushion 1a.

  The skin material 2b of the seat back 1b is formed by stitching the skin pieces 3a to 3e as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the central upper piece 3e and the central lower piece 3d are arranged vertically and are sewn together by a connecting line (stitching line) 2b4 extending substantially horizontally. The central upper piece 3e and the central lower piece 3d are respectively disposed on the upper side portion 1b3 and the lower side portion 1b2 at the center in the left-right direction of the seat back 1b.

  The side first piece 3a and the side second piece 3b are overlapped as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and are sewn at the outer peripheral edge excluding the opening 2b2. Thereby, the two-layer part 2b1 is formed by the skin pieces 3a and 3b. As shown in FIG. 1, the two-layer portion 2b1 is disposed at the left and right adjacent positions of the center upper piece 3e and the center lower piece 3d, and is sewn to these. In the opening 2b2, only the side first piece 3a is sewn to the center upper piece 3e and the center lower piece 3d.

  The two-layer portion 2b1 is disposed on the side support portion 1b1 of the seat back 1b as shown in FIG. The side support portion 1b1 protrudes from the central portion at the left and right side portions of the seat back 1b and projects toward the side portion of the user's body. The two-layer portion 2b1 has a bag shape, and is inserted so that the cushion body 4 can be taken out from the opening 2b2.

  As shown in FIG. 1, the opening 2b2 opens at a position corresponding to a connecting line (stitching line) 2b3 between the side first piece 3a and the central upper piece 3e. And it extends up and down along the connecting line 2b3. Accordingly, the cushion body 4 is inserted into the two-layer portion 2b1 from the center side of the seat 1 through the opening 2b2. The length of the opening 2b2 extends over, for example, about two thirds of the upper side of the coupling line 2b3.

  As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, each of the skin pieces 3 has a seam allowance, and the seam allowance is suspended on the foam 2 a side. On the other hand, the side second piece 3b has a recess 3b1 at a portion corresponding to the opening 2b2, as shown in FIG. And the recessed part 3b1 respond | corresponds to the magnitude | size of the seam allowance of the skin piece 3. FIG. Therefore, the opening 2b2 is aligned at a position corresponding to the coupling line 2b3 by the recess 3b1.

  A hook-and-loop fastener 5 for closing the opening 2b2 is provided in the vicinity of the opening 2b2 as shown in FIGS. The surface fastener 5 has a first fastener member 5a sewn on the surface of the side first piece 3a and a second fastener member 5b sewn on the back surface of the side second piece 3b. The first fastener member 5a and the second fastener member 5b are engaged with each other in a detachable manner, and the opening 2b2 is held closed by engaging.

  As shown in FIG. 1, the side piece 3c is stitched to the left and right adjacent positions of the two-layer portion 2b1. The side piece 3c is disposed on the left and right side surfaces of the seat back 1b.

  As shown in FIG. 1, the cushion body (stuffing) 4 includes an elastic body portion 4 a and a covering portion 4 b that covers the elastic body portion 4 a. The elastic body portion 4a is formed of a foam material obtained by foaming a resin such as polyurethane or elastomer. The covering portion 4b is formed of a fabric having a smaller sliding resistance than the skin material 2b. Therefore, the cushion body 4 can be easily inserted into the two-layer portion 2b1 by the covering portion 4b.

  As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cushion body 4 has a substantially triangular cross section, and the portion disposed on the side of the seat 1 is thicker than the portion disposed on the center side. Accordingly, the cushion body 4 is provided on the side support portion 1b1, and thus, the cushion body 4 rises smoothly on the side of the user in cooperation with the side support portion 1b1. The hardness and shape of the cushion body 4 are preferably set according to the physique and preference of the user. It is preferable to prepare a plurality of types of cushion bodies 4 in advance.

  When inserting the cushion body 4 into the two-layer portion 2b1, first, the hook-and-loop fastener 5 is opened, and the opening 2b2 is opened. Then, while the cushion body 4 is elastically deformed, the cushion body 4 is pushed into the two-layer portion 2b1 from the opening 2b2. As a result, the side support portion 1 b 1 of the seat back 1 b is raised by the cushion body 4.

  As described above, the skin material 2b has the two-layer portion 2b1 in which the skin piece 3 is overlapped in two layers as shown in FIG. The two-layer portion 2b1 has an opening 2b2 that opens at a position corresponding to the connecting line 2b3 that connects the skin pieces 3 together. Then, the cushion body 4 is inserted from the opening 2b2 into the two-layer portion 2b1 so as to be removable.

  Therefore, by inserting the desired cushion body 4 into the two-layer portion 2b1, the shape or elasticity of the pad structure 2 can be partially changed. Therefore, a suitable sitting comfort can be obtained according to the physique of each user. Moreover, since the pad structure 2 is not exchanged as a whole, the shape and the like of the pad structure 2 can be easily adjusted. And since the cushion body 4 is inserted in the two-layer part 2b1, it is hard to remove | deviate. Therefore, it has a configuration suitable for the vehicle seat 1. The opening 2b2 opens at a position corresponding to the connecting line 2b3 of the skin piece 3. Therefore, it can be excellent in design and durability. That is, the connecting line 2b3 is generally located at a portion where the sheet shape is three-dimensionally bent. Therefore, by arranging the opening 2b2 at that portion, the end of the skin piece 3 constituting the opening 2b2 is stably installed. Thus, the end portion of the skin piece 3 is hardly pulled, and durability is improved.

  The two-layer portion 2b1 is disposed on the side support portion 1b1 of the seat back 1b of the vehicle seat 1 as shown in FIG. Therefore, the position corresponding to the side support portion 1b1 can be further raised by inserting the cushion body 4 into the two-layer portion 2b1. As a result, the side portion of the user having a small physique can be securely held, thereby improving the seating comfort of the seat.

  A hook-and-loop fastener 5 is provided in the vicinity of the opening 2b2 between the skin pieces 3 of the two-layer portion 2b1 as shown in FIG. Therefore, the opening 2b2 can be held closed by the hook-and-loop fastener 5, thereby preventing the cushion body 4 from unexpectedly popping out from the two-layer portion 2b1. Moreover, the hook-and-loop fastener 5 is located in the vicinity of the opening 2b2 at a position corresponding to the bonding line 2b3 of the skin piece 3, and the bonding line 2b3 is generally disposed at a portion where the sheet shape is three-dimensionally bent. Therefore, the hook-and-loop fastener 5 is disposed at a position where the influence on the sitting comfort is small as compared with the case where the hook-and-loop fastener 5 is disposed on the plane portion.

  The two-layer portion 2b1 is formed by skin pieces 3a and 3b having substantially the same shape as shown in FIGS. The skin pieces 3a and 3b are overlapped and stitched to the other skin pieces 3c to 3e on almost the entire circumference except for the portion corresponding to the opening 2b2 of the skin piece 3b. Therefore, the two-layer portion 2b1 is stitched at substantially the same stitching position as the skin material 2b that does not have the two-layer portion 2b1. Thus, the two-layer part 2b1 can be formed without impairing the design.

(Other embodiments)
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and may be the following form.
(1) The two-layer portion 2b1 of the above embodiment is disposed on the side support portion 1b1 of the seat back 1b. However, the two-layer portion may be disposed at the lower side portion 1b2 in the center in the left-right direction of the seat back 1b and at a position corresponding to the user's waist. Therefore, with a simple structure, the gap between the user's waist and the seat can be reduced according to the user's physique. Thereby, the seating comfort of a sheet | seat can be improved simply.
(2) In the case of the form (1), it is preferable that the opening of the two-layer portion is opened at a position corresponding to the coupling line 2b4 between the central upper piece 3e and the central lower piece 3d. This makes it difficult for the cushion body inserted into the two-layer portion to jump out of the two-layer portion due to gravity.
(3) The two-layer portion 2b1 of the above embodiment is disposed on the side support portion 1b1 of the seat back 1b. However, the two layers may be arranged on the side support portion 1a1 of the seat cushion 1a. Therefore, the position corresponding to the side support portion 1a1 of the seat cushion 1a can be further raised by inserting the cushion body into the two-layer portion. As a result, the side part of the buttocks of the user having a small physique can be securely held, thereby improving the seating comfort of the seat.
(4) The two-layer portion 2b1 of the above embodiment is disposed on the side support portion 1b1 of the seat back 1b. However, the seat back 1b is arranged at a position corresponding to the user's back such as the upper side 1b3 at the center in the left-right direction, or at a position corresponding to the user's thigh or buttocks such as the center 1a2 of the seat cushion 1a. The form etc. which are arrange | positioned may be sufficient.
(5) The cushion body 4 of the above embodiment has the elastic body portion 4a and the covering portion 4b. However, it may have only the elastic body portion without the covering portion. In the case of this form, the elastic body portion may have a surface coating, and the surface friction resistance may be made smaller than that of the skin material or the like by the surface coating.
(6) The plurality of skin pieces 3 of the above embodiment are joined by stitching. However, it may be in the form of being bonded by an adhesive or a binding tool.
(7) The two-layer portion 2b1 of the above embodiment is formed by overlapping two skin pieces 3a and 3b having substantially the same shape. However, it may be a two-layer part formed by overlapping a small skin piece on a large skin piece, or a two-layer part formed by folding a single skin piece.
(8) The opening 2b2 in the above embodiment is provided at a position corresponding to the coupling line 2b3. However, the form provided in the other joint line, for example, the joint line between the skin pieces 3b and 3c may be sufficient.
(9) The hook-and-loop fastener 5 is provided between the skin pieces 3a and 3b of the two-layer portion 2b1 of the above embodiment. However, the form which does not have the hook-and-loop fastener 5 may be sufficient.
