The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is to latch the end of the skin material with a simple structure with better appearance.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, in the latching structure of the skin material end of the first invention, the end of the skin material covering the vehicle seat looks good on the frame of the vehicle seat by a flat hook member that is folded back at one end.
