Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a technology for effectively utilizing general waste plastics and non-infectious medical waste plastics by material recycling.
Currently, general industrial waste plastics are recycled into recycled materials. However, medical waste plastics are almost always disposed of (burned, etc.) regardless of whether they are infectious (attachment of body fluids) or non-infectious.
However, expensive final disposal costs are a significant burden for medical facilities. In addition, each material used in medical waste plastics is a molded product that uses the highest quality grade raw materials as packaging materials for pharmaceuticals. Have an excellent grade. However, it is finally disposed of. There is currently no improvement in this issue in the public gazette and in many other disclosures.
The present invention has been made to solve this problem more efficiently.
Separation (1) of plastics discarded at many medical sites (best separation by specialist doctors), among them non-infectious and medical waste plastics (2) consisting of a single material , Collected by a specially managed waste collection and processing licensed company (3), carried to the company's own plastic manufacturing plant (4), and further sorted, crushed, washed, dried, and melted (160 ° C ~ 300 ° C.) to obtain a single material A recycled raw material (5) in the form of pellets. This single material A recycled material (5) is an extremely high grade recycled material. Next, the single material B obtained by pelletizing a general waste plastic (6) such as PET bottles by separating, crushing, washing, drying and melting at a mixing ratio of 5% to 100%. Recycled raw material (7) is mixed with regular raw material (13) of the same material. Film sheets and plastic bags are formed with an inflation sheet molding machine. Alternatively, in an injection molding machine or blow molding machine, containers, trays, miscellaneous goods, horticultural materials, and industrial materials are formed.
Furthermore, non-infectious medical waste plastics (8) made of composite resin or different resin materials separated at the medical site (1) are made into pelletized mixed resin material C recycled raw materials at the factory by the special licensed company. Set to (9). This mixed resin material C recycled raw material (9) is also a mixed resin obtained by mixing, crushing, washing, drying, melting, and pelletizing general waste mixed plastic (10) that is not for medical use at a mixing rate of 5% to 60%. The material D recycled material (11), the single material A recycled material (5), the regular material (13) of the same material, and the main constituent resin (15) of the mixed resin material C recycled material (5) are mixed. Further, the compatibilizer (12) is mixed at less than 10%, and a mixed resin product such as a container or a tray is formed by an inflation sheet molding machine, an injection molding machine or a blow molding machine.
The present invention is a material recycling product of non-infectious / medical waste plastics having the above-described configuration.

1. Expenditure of expensive medical waste plastics (combustion treatment, etc.) can be reduced, greatly improving the cost burden of medical institutions.
2. Effective use is expected as a high-quality material recycling product in the future.
3. Currently, PET bottles of general waste plastics in Japan are outflowing overseas, and the domestic recycling base is in a critical situation. Greatly contributes to increasing demand.
An object of the present invention is to effectively utilize general waste plastics and non-infectious medical waste plastics by material recycling. Therefore, plastics to be discarded at each medical site are classified as non-infectious waste plastics or infectious waste plastics (1) (the best separation by specialist doctors), and from those single materials The non-infectious / medical waste plastics (2) is collected by a special management waste collection and processing licensed company (3) and carried into the company's own plastic manufacturing factory (4). Furthermore, according to the contents, it is separated, crushed, washed, dried and melted (160 ° C. to 300 ° C.) to obtain a pellet-shaped single material A recycled raw material (5). This single material A recycled material (5) is an extremely high grade recycled material as described above. Next, the single material B obtained by pelletizing a general waste plastic (6) such as PET bottles by separating, crushing, washing, drying and melting at a mixing ratio of 5% to 100%. Recycled raw material (7) is mixed with regular raw material (13) of the same material. And a film sheet, a plastic bag, etc. are formed with an inflation sheet molding machine. Alternatively, it is formed into containers, trays, miscellaneous goods, horticultural materials, and industrial materials with an injection molding machine or blow molding machine.
Furthermore, non-infectious and medical waste plastics (8) made of composite resin and different resin materials, which are separated into non-infectious and infectious at medical sites (1), are pelletized at the factory by the special licensed company. To make a mixed resin material C recycled raw material (9). This mixed resin material C recycled raw material (9) is mixed with non-medical waste plastic (10) at a mixing rate of 5% to 60%, which is separated, crushed, washed, dried, melted, and pelletized The resin material D recycled material (11), the single material A recycled material (5), the regular material (13) of the same material, and the main constituent resin (15) of the mixed resin material C recycled material (9) are mixed. . Furthermore, a compatibilizing agent (12) is mixed at less than 10%, and a mixed resin product such as a container or a tray is formed by an inflation sheet molding machine, an injection molding machine or a blow molding machine.
According to the present invention, as an example of the mixing ratio of the various waste plastics to be molded here, the composite resin of medical waste plastic is 10% to 30%, and the general waste plastic bottle resin is (10% to 60%). In particular, it is important to mix the dehumidifying treatment and the compatibilizer with less than 10%. Most of medical waste plastics are PE (polyethylene) PP (polypropylene), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), and there are ABS, PS, AS, PMMA, PBT, POM, PA, PC, PPO, EVA, and the like. First, the raw material ratio before molding is: medical waste plastic (10% to 50%), waste plastic bottle resin (10% to 60%), unused basic materials (30% to 80%), compatibilizer (5% to 10%) at various mixing ratios to form a material recycling product.
The present invention is configured as described above, and is used and implemented in this way.
