(ヘ)蛍光灯には水銀の蒸気が封入されており、廃棄の際の環境負荷が大きい。

(ハ)表発光用電池収納部(6a)と裏発光用電池収納部(6b)を点灯及び表裏の発光切替用の電源ボタン付スイッチ部(7)と接続し、フレーム(3)の構造体に接合する。
(ニ)表裏発光用の各電池収納部(6a)(6b)に電池(8)を装着する。
(ホ)表面と裏面の各発光部(1)(2)を電池を装着したフレーム(3)の構造体と接合し、スイッチ部(7)の電極に接続し、スイッチカバー(9)で全てを接合する。
本発明は、以上の構成よりなりたっている。
