Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket for an electric bulb, which allows an attachment/detachment operation of the electric bulb to be carried out even when operating either of a front-side operation lever or a rear-side reflector without turning down the reflector during replacement of the electric bulb by the operation lever; and to provide a lighting system.
SOLUTION: When the reflector 21 is brought into a turned-down state, a rear-side pin reception holder 12b and a rear-side pin reception fitting 13b can be moved rearward, and an area between both the pin reception holders 12a and 12b is expanded, whereby an electric bulb L can be replaced. When the reflector 21 is brought into an erected state, the pin reception fittings 13a and 13b sandwich a base pin L1 of the electric bulb L. When the operation lever 17 is tilted to the side allowing an electric bulb to be inserted/extracted, the sandwiching of the base pin L1 of the electric bulb L by the pin reception fittings 13a and 13b is brought into a released state, whereby the electric bulb L can be replaced. When the operation lever 17 is tilted to an electric bulb sandwiching side, the pin reception fittings 13a and 13b sandwich the base pin L1 of the electric bulb L. When the operation lever 17 is tilted to the side allowing the electric bulb to be inserted/extracted, the reflector 21 is not allowed to swing into the turned-down state.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a light bulb socket applied to a lighting device such as a spotlight that performs effect lighting in a production space such as a theater stage or a television studio, and a lighting device including the light bulb socket.

Conventionally, in a lighting device for performing stage lighting in stage lighting or television studio lighting, a one-piece bi-post type (two-pole protruding type) halogen bulb is mounted in an exchangeable manner via a bulb socket. Yes.

This type of bulb socket is disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2. The spotlight disclosed in Patent Document 1 is configured to replace the halogen bulb by tilting the reflector backward. The socket for a light bulb disclosed in Patent Document 2 does not interlock the opening and closing of the pin holder with the upright or prone position of the reflector, and is provided on the rear side of the socket case (that is, on the same side as the reflector). The pin receiving holder is opened and closed by swinging the lever, and the halogen light bulb is attached and detached by a pin receiving metal fitting inside the pin receiving holder.

実公昭63−17182号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-17182 特開2003−59600号公報JP 2003-59600 A

Conventionally, as shown in the above-mentioned patent document, the position of the operating means for exchanging (detaching) the halogen bulb is either the front side or the rear side of the socket. For this reason, in Patent Document 3, if the halogen bulb needs to be replaced during illumination while the halogen bulb and the reflecting mirror are positioned near the front of the lamp body of the lighting device, The mirror can be tilted backwards, so there is no problem in replacing the halogen bulb. However, if it is necessary to replace the halogen bulb during lighting with the halogen bulb and the reflector positioned behind the lamp body, the reflector should be tilted backwards at the same position. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the procedure of placing the halogen bulb and the reflector in the front direction and then surfacing the reflector in the rear direction to replace the halogen bulb. In this case, in order to avoid the situation where the illumination light spreads, there is a disadvantage that the procedure of turning on the power after the halogen bulb and the reflecting mirror are correctly positioned behind the original position must be taken.

In Patent Document 2, when it is necessary to replace the halogen bulb while the halogen bulb and the reflecting mirror are positioned at the front position in the lamp body of the lighting device and illumination is performed, the position is kept as it is. The actuating lever provided on the rear side of the socket case (that is, the same side as the reflector) can be swung to open and close the pin holder. The reflector is prone and the halogen bulb can be attached and detached with the pin holder. It can be performed. However, if it is necessary to replace the halogen bulb during lighting with the halogen bulb and the reflector located at the rear position of the lamp body, the operating lever should be swung in that position. Since the halogen bulb and reflector are positioned forward, the operating lever is swung to one side, the reflector is tilted backward, the halogen bulb is replaced, and the operating lever is swung to the other side. In addition, in order to avoid the situation where the illumination light spreads when the reflector is erected, it is necessary to perform the procedure of raising the reflector, and the replacement work is troublesome. There was an inconvenience that it was necessary to follow the procedure of turning on the power after correctly positioning it behind the original position.

Even when the lighting device is used as a front side type or ceiling type, or when used as a suspension type or baton type, it is necessary to be able to perform bulb replacement and maintenance. Adjustment is necessary, and it is not preferable to move the lighting device once fixed.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above circumstances, and the purpose of the present invention is to perform the attaching / detaching operation of the light bulb by either the swing operation of the front operating lever or the prone operation of the rear reflector. It is an object of the present invention to provide a socket for a light bulb and a lighting device in which a reflector does not fall when a light bulb is exchanged with an operation lever.

In order to solve the above-described problems, according to the light bulb socket of the present invention, there is provided a light bulb socket including a pair of pin brackets for sandwiching a cap pin of a light bulb, and a socket case and a front side in the socket case. A front pin receiving holder that is immovably accommodated, a rear pin receiving holder that is accommodated on the rear side of the socket case and can be moved toward and away from the front pin receiving holder, and inside each of the pin receiving holders. A pair of pin receiving metal fittings having an electrode part to which the power supply cord is connected and holding the rear pin receiving holder close to the front pin receiving holder and holding the cap pin of the light bulb; and the rear pin receiving metal fitting A clamping release spring that urges the pin, and an opening / closing operation shaft that is inserted in the front / rear wall of the socket case and both pin receiving holders in the front / rear direction and is rotatable / slidable An end surface cam that extends from the rear end of the opening / closing operation shaft and has a wedge-shaped cam surface at the rear end surface; and an operation lever that is provided at a front end portion of the opening / closing operation shaft and rotates the opening / closing operation shaft. A sandwiching spring interposed between the rear pin receiving holder and the end face cam for urging the rear pin receiving holder forward and urging the opening / closing operation shaft rearward; and a rear side of the end cam An operating lever that is fixed at both ends of a cam shaft provided orthogonal to the shaft extension line of the opening / closing operation shaft and swings between two positions of a standing state and a prone state, and is attached to the operating lever. When the actuating lever is in the standing state, the reflected light axis is positioned corresponding to the bulb, and the reflector that reflects the light beam from the bulb forward is engaged with the wedge-shaped tip of the end face cam fixed to the cam shaft. And a peripheral cam. The first flat portion perpendicular to the axial extension line of the opening / closing operation shaft when the operating lever is in a standing state, and the axial extension line of the opening / closing operation shaft when the operating lever is in a prone state A second flat part perpendicular to the first flat part, a deep groove part provided in a substantially central part of the first flat part in the cam axis direction, and a circumferential part extending over the first flat part and the second flat part. And the end face cam and the peripheral face cam are such that when the operation lever is tilted to one side, the ridge line direction of the wedge-shaped cusp is parallel to the axis of the cam shaft, and the wedge-shaped cusp The portion engages with the deep groove portion, and the urging force of the pinching release spring moves the rear pin receiving holder and the rear pin receiving bracket backward to restrict the forward movement of the opening / closing operation shaft and the operation. Configured to disable swinging of the lever to the prone position, and When the operation lever is tilted to the other side, the ridge line direction of the wedge-shaped pointed end is 90 degrees different from the axis of the cam shaft, the wedge-shaped pointed end engages with the shallow groove of the circumferential cam, and the clamping By urging the spring, the rear pin receiving holder and the rear pin receiving metal fitting are moved forward, and the operating lever can be swung to the prone position.
Moreover, the illuminating device of this invention is characterized by including the said socket for light bulbs.

According to the light bulb socket and the lighting device of the present invention, in use, the operation lever is tilted to the other side (the light bulb clamping side), the reflector is in the standing state, and the operation lever is on the illumination direction side. Yes, the back of the reflector is facing the operator. When replacing the bulb, if it is difficult to change the orientation with the back of the reflector facing the operator, and it is necessary to replace the bulb while it is still in use, the control lever on the side away from the operator should be swung. Since the operation is difficult, change the reflector supported by the operating lever from the standing state to the prone state, open the front, and replace the bulb. When the reflector is in the prone state, the rear pin receiving holder and the rear pin receiving metal fitting can be moved rearward, and the space between both pin receiving holders is opened, so that the bulb is removed. Insert the cap pin of the light bulb to be newly used between both pin holders and both pin holders and raise the reflector supported by the operating lever from the prone state to the rear pin holder and rear pin. The bracket moves forward and both pin brackets clamp the lamp cap pins.
On the other hand, when replacing the light bulb, if the orientation of the operating lever can be changed by 180 degrees from the state of use and the operating lever can be held toward the operator, the operating lever can be easily swung in this way. Change the bulb by operating the control lever in the state. When the control lever is tilted from the other side (bulb holding side) to the other side (light bulb insertion / removal side), the rear pin receiving holder and the rear pin receiving bracket can be moved rearward. The space between the holders is opened, and the clamp pin of the bulb with both pin holders is released. Remove the bulb. Then, insert the cap pin of the light bulb to be newly used between both pin receiving holders and both pin receiving metal fittings, and tilt the operation lever to the other side (the light bulb clamping side). Then, the rear pin receiving holder and the rear pin receiving The bracket moves forward, and both pin brackets clamp the lamp cap pins. When the operating lever is tilted from the other side (bulb clamping side) to the other side (bulb can be inserted and removed), the reflector cannot swing from the standing state to the prone state. Regardless of this, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of a troublesome operation in which the operator stands the reflector that has fallen to the other side.
As described above, the rear pin receiving holder and the rear pin receiving metal fitting are moved in conjunction with both the swinging of the operating lever provided on the front side and the raising and lowering of the operating lever supporting the reflector. Therefore, even if the bulb and reflector are near the front side or the rear side of the lamp body, the bulb and reflector are left in the same position, and the bulb can be attached and detached from the rear side or front side where space is available. It can be performed, and it can be avoided that the reflector on the rear side does not operate when the light bulb is exchanged from the front side, and it is possible to avoid extra time and effort for the set.

The socket for a light bulb according to the present invention is provided in a pair on one side of the wedge-shaped pointed end portion of the end surface cam and one side of the deep groove portion of the peripheral surface cam, and the operation lever is inclined to the one side. It is preferable that the apparatus is provided with forward tilt prevention means that engage with each other when the operating lever is in a standing state.
With this configuration, it is impossible to swing forward beyond the standing state of the operating lever, and the illumination direction can be accurately regulated.

The light bulb socket of the present invention is a light bulb in which the light bulb has a protruding two-pole base pin, and the pair of pin receiving metal fittings corresponds to the base pin of the light bulb, and the width direction of the both pin receiving holders It is preferable that it is distribute | arranged to two places with respect to right and left.

As described above, according to the light bulb socket according to the present invention, the light bulb can be attached and detached by either the swinging operation of the front operation lever or the surfacing operation of the rear reflector. It is possible to provide a socket for a light bulb in which the reflector does not lie down when replacing the light bulb.
Further, according to the lighting device of the present invention, since the present invention has the effect of a socket for a light bulb, the position of the light bulb and the reflector can be adjusted regardless of whether the light bulb and the reflector are near the front side or the rear side in the lamp body. The bulb can be attached / detached from the rear side or front side where space is left as it is, and it can be avoided that the reflector on the rear side does not operate when replacing the bulb from the front side. Therefore, it is possible to provide a lighting device that can avoid extra time.

As can be seen from these drawings, the socket 10 for a light bulb has a socket case 11, a pair of pin receiving holders 12 a and 12 b, a pair of pin receiving fittings 13 a and 13 b, a clamping release spring 14, and an opening / closing operation shaft 15. An end face cam 16, an operation lever 17, a clamping spring 18, an operating lever 20, a reflector 21, and a circumferential cam 22.

The socket case 11 is a frame-shaped molded body having a flange portion on both sides at the upper end and having a rectangular hole opened in the vertical direction. The socket case 11 is placed on a nut runner 4 that is screwed into the feed screw 3 and fixed with a screw.

The front pin receiving holder 12a is housed in a non-movable manner on the front side in the rectangular hole of the socket case 11. The rear pin receiving holder 12b is accommodated on the rear side in the rectangular hole of the socket case 11, and is guided by the guiding means (not shown) so as to be able to approach and separate from the front pin receiving holder 12a.

The pair of pin receiving brackets 13a and 13b is provided inside each of the pin receiving holders 12a and 12b. The pair of pin metal fittings 13a and 13b has a substantially semi-cylindrical shape made of conductive metal, and has electrode portions 13a 'and 13b' to which the power supply cord C is connected at the lower part. The pair of pin receiving brackets 13a and 13b is configured to hold the cap pin L1 of the light bulb L when the rear pin receiving holder 12b is brought close to the front pin receiving holder 12a. Here, the light bulb L is a single post-type bi-post type (bipolar protruding type) halogen light bulb. The socket 10 for light bulbs is provided with two pairs of pin receiving brackets 13a and 13b that sandwich a pair of cap pins L1 in the socket width direction. The light bulb L may be a light bulb from which a two-pole base pin protrudes.

The clamping release spring 14 is a U-shaped plate, one end is fixed to the front pin receiving metal fitting 13a, the other end is fixed to the rear pin receiving metal fitting 13b, and the rear pin receiving metal fitting 13b is urged rearward. When the opening / closing operation shaft 15 moves rearward and the clamping spring 18 loosens, the rear pin receiving bracket 13b is biased to move the rear pin receiving bracket 13b and the rear pin receiving holder 12b rearward. It is comprised so that it may push to.

The opening / closing operation shaft 15 is inserted in the front-rear direction through the front-rear wall of the socket case 11 and both the pin receiving holders 12a, 12b so as to be rotatable and slidable.

The end face cam 16 is extended from the rear end of the opening / closing operation shaft 15, and the rear end face is a wedge-shaped cam face 16 a having a vertex angle of, for example, 60 degrees to 90 degrees.

The operation lever 17 is engaged with the front end portion of the opening / closing operation shaft 15 so as to slide against the opening / closing operation shaft 15 when the opening / closing operation shaft 15 moves in the longitudinal direction. The opening / closing operation shaft 15 can be rotated by swinging like a fan in a vertical plane with respect to the axis of the shaft 15.

In this embodiment, the clamping spring 18 is composed of a coil spring 18a and a corrugated spring 18b, and is configured to share the action. The coil spring 18 a is disposed on the outer periphery of the opening / closing operation shaft 15 and is in contact with the front end face of the end face cam 16. The coil spring 18a is positioned outside the socket case 11 and is in contact with the front corrugated spring 18b. The corrugated spring 18b faces an opening provided in the rear wall of the socket case 11, and the pressing force of the coil spring 18a is evenly distributed right and left so as not to be biased to one side with respect to the rear pin receiving holder 12b. And serve to convey. The displacement between the biased state and the biased released state is mainly caused in the coil spring 18a.
Since the clamping spring 18 is interposed between the rear pin receiving holder 12b of the opening / closing operation shaft 15 and the end face cam 18, the rear pin receiving holder 12b is urged forward and the opening / closing operation shaft 15 is moved. It is configured to urge backward.

The operating lever 20 supports the reflector 21 and is fixed to the cam shaft 19 whose both ends are supported by a bracket 23 fixed to the rear wall of the socket case 11. The cam shaft 19 is provided at the rear of the end face cam 16 and orthogonal to the axis extension line of the opening / closing operation shaft 15. A circumferential cam 22 is fixed in the middle of the cam shaft 19. In this embodiment, the frame that supports the reflector 21 is also included in the operating lever 20, but may be divided.

The actuating lever 20 is configured to pivot about the cam shaft 19 and swing between two positions of a standing state and a prone state. The end face cam 16 and the peripheral face cam 22 are configured to always engage with each other by the biasing spring 18.

The reflector 21 is attached to the actuating lever 20, and when the actuating lever 20 is in the standing state, the reflection optical axis is in a position corresponding to the bulb L and reflects the light beam from the bulb L forward.

The circumferential cam 22 will be described in detail.
The circumferential cam 22 includes a first plane portion 22a having a large distance from the rotation center of the cam shaft 19, a second plane portion 22b having a small distance from the rotation center of the cam shaft 19, and a first plane 22a. The deep groove portion 22c provided in the cam shaft direction in the substantially central portion and the shallow groove portion 22b provided in the circumferential direction across the first plane 22a and the second plane 22b, and the deep groove portion 22c of the circumferential cam 22 A vertical protrusion (pre-tilt prevention means) 22e is formed on one side.
The first flat surface portion 22a is perpendicular to the axial extension line of the opening / closing operation shaft 15 when the operating lever 20 is in the standing state. The second flat surface portion 22b is perpendicular to the axial extension line of the opening / closing operation shaft 15 when the operating lever 20 is in the prone state. The deep groove portion 22c is provided in a substantially central portion of the first plane 22a in the cam axis direction and is triangular as viewed in the cam axis direction. The shallow groove portion 22b is provided in the circumferential direction over the first plane 22a and the second plane 22b. A notch (forward tilt prevention means) 16b is formed on one side of the wedge-shaped point 16a of the end cam 16 (see FIG. 6).

The correlation between the end face cam 16 and the circumferential cam 22 will be described in detail.
FIG. 2A and FIG. 4 show a use state in which the light bulb L is attached. FIG. 2B shows a state in which the light bulb L can be attached and detached by operating the operation lever 17 at the time of replacing the light bulb. 3 and 5 show a state in which the light bulb L can be attached and detached by exchanging the actuating lever 20 when the light bulb is replaced.
When the operation lever 17 is tilted to one side (the side where the light bulb can be inserted and removed), the ridge line direction of the wedge-shaped tip 16a is parallel to the axis of the cam shaft 19, and the cam shaft 19 is moved backward by the urging of the clamping spring 18. And the wedge-shaped pointed portion 16a is configured to engage with the deep groove portion 22c. At this time, the rear-side pin receiving holder 12b and the rear-side pin receiving metal fitting 13b are configured to move rearward by the urging of the clamping release spring 14. Accordingly, the pin receiving brackets 13a and 13b are opened, and the cap pin L1 of the light bulb L can be freely inserted and removed (see FIG. 2B).
In a state where the rear pin receiving holder 12b and the rear pin receiving metal fitting 13b are moved rearward, the allowable stroke in the forward direction of the opening / closing operation shaft 15 is limited by the compression dimension of the coil spring 18a, and this allowable stroke is a wedge-shaped tip. The portion 16a is set to be smaller than the stroke necessary for escape from the deep groove portion 22c. Thus, since the forward movement of the opening / closing operation shaft 15 is limited, even if the operating lever 20 is swung in the prone direction, the wedge-shaped pointed portion 16a cannot move so as to escape from the deep groove portion 22c. When the lever 17 is tilted to one side (the side where the light bulb can be inserted and removed), the actuation lever 20 is configured not to swing to the prone position (see FIG. 2B).
In a state in which the wedge-shaped pointed portion 16a is engaged with the deep groove portion 22c, a notch (forward tilt prevention means) 16b formed on one side of the wedge-shaped pointed end portion 16a of the end surface cam 16 and the deep groove portion 22c of the peripheral surface cam 22 are formed. Since the vertical protrusion (pre-tilt prevention means) 22e formed on one side is engaged and the operation lever 20 cannot be tilted forward from the standing state, the illumination direction can be accurately regulated. .

When the operating lever 17 is tilted from one side (the side where the bulb can be inserted and removed) to the other side (the bulb holding side), the wedge-shaped pointed end 16a of the end face cam 16 moves the opening / closing operating shaft 15 forward to the deep groove portion. It is configured to be able to escape from the deep groove portion 22c caused by the wedge action with the 22c.

When the operation lever 17 is tilted to the other side (light bulb clamping side), the ridge line direction of the wedge-shaped tip 16a is 90 degrees different from the axis of the cam shaft 19, and the wedge-shaped peak 16a is in the circumferential cam 22. It is configured to engage with the shallow groove portion 22d. When the operation lever 17 is tilted from one side (the side where the bulb can be inserted and removed) to the other side (the bulb holding side), the distance from the center of rotation of the first flat portion 22a is large, so the opening / closing operation shaft 15 is moved forward. Therefore, the end cam 16 pushes the clamping spring 18 (coil spring 18a and corrugated spring 18b) forward in a compressed state, and the rear pin receiving holder is energized by the bias of the coil spring 18a. 12b and the rear side pin support 13b are moved forward. Accordingly, the pin receiving brackets 13a and 13b supported by the opposing pin receiving holders 12a and 12b can hold the cap pin L1 of the light bulb L, and the electric power is supplied from the power supply cord C to the light bulb L. (Refer FIG. 2 (a) and FIG. 4).

Then, when the operation lever 17 is tilted to the other side (the light bulb clamping side) and the wedge-shaped pointed portion 16a of the end surface cam 16 is engaged with the shallow groove portion 22d located on the first flat surface portion 22a of the circumferential cam 22, Although the opening / closing operation shaft 15 is moving forward and the coil spring 18a is compressed, the opening / closing operation shaft 15 is pushed further forward by the circumferential cam 22 when the operating lever 20 is swung in the prone direction from the standing state. Thus, the coil spring 18a is compressed. When the wedge-shaped pointed portion 16a of the end surface cam 16 is engaged with the shallow groove portion 22d of the peripheral surface cam 22, the coil reaches the corners of the first flat surface portion 22a and the second flat surface portion 22b of the peripheral surface cam 22. Since the compression of the spring 18a is set to almost reach the limit, when the operation lever 17 is tilted to the other side (the light bulb holding side), the actuating lever 20 may swing from the standing state to the prone state. It is configured to be possible (see FIGS. 2 (a) and 3 (b)).
This relationship relates to the dimensions in the figure, and the relationship of a1>a2>a3>a4> a5 is set so that the compression of the coil spring 18a becomes a limit at the stage of a2, so that the operation lever 17 is moved to the other side. In the state tilted to the side (bulb clamping side), it is possible to swing the operating lever 20 from the standing state to the prone state, and from the state in which the operation lever 17 is tilted to one side (the side where the bulb can be inserted and removed), When swinging to the other side (bulb clamping side), the transition is made from a2 to a1, so swinging is limited.

(About operation of the socket 10 for a light bulb)
In the use state, the operation lever 17 is inclined to the other side (the bulb holding side) and the reflector 21 is in the standing state, and the operation lever 17 is on the illumination direction side, and the reflector 21 is on the operator side. The back of is facing. When replacing the light bulb L, when it is necessary to replace the light bulb L while it is difficult to correct the orientation with the back surface of the reflector 21 facing the operator, and the light bulb L needs to be replaced, the operating lever on the side away from the operator Since the swinging operation 17 is difficult to perform, the reflector 21 supported by the operating lever 20 is changed from the standing state to the prone state, the front is opened, and the light bulb L is replaced. When the reflector 21 is in the prone state, the rear pin receiving holder 12b and the rear pin receiving metal fitting 13b can be moved rearward, and the space between the pin receiving holders 12a and 12b is opened. When the cap pin L1 of the light bulb L to be newly used is inserted between both the pin receiving holders 12a and 12b and both the pin receiving brackets 13a and 13b, and the reflector 21 supported by the operating lever 20 is raised from the prone state. The rear pin receiving holder 12b and the rear pin receiving metal fitting 13b move forward, and both the pin receiving metal fittings 13a and 13b pinch the cap pin L1 of the light bulb L.

When replacing the light bulb L, if the direction of the operation lever 17 can be changed by 180 degrees from the use state and the operation lever 17 can be held toward the operator, the operation lever 17 is swung in this way. The light bulb L is exchanged by operating the operation lever 17 in an easy state. When the operating lever 17 is inclined from the other side (the bulb holding side) to the one side (the bulb can be inserted and removed), the rear pin receiving holder 12b and the rear pin receiving metal fitting 13b can be moved rearward. The pin holders 12a and 12b are opened, and the pin L1 of the bulb L by the pin holders 13a and 13b is released, so that the bulb L is removed. Then, when the cap pin L1 of the light bulb L to be newly used is inserted between both the pin receiving holders 12a and 12b and both the pin receiving brackets 13a and 13b, and the operation lever 17 is inclined to the other side (the light bulb holding side), The side pin receiving holder 12b and the rear pin receiving metal fitting 13b move forward, and both the pin receiving metal fittings 13a and 13b hold the cap pin L1 of the light bulb L. When the operation lever 17 is tilted from the state tilted to the other side (the bulb holding side) to the one side (the side where the bulb can be inserted and removed), the reflector 21 cannot swing from the standing state to the prone state. Occurrence of a troublesome operation in which the operator stands up the reflector 21 that has fallen to the other side regardless of the operation is avoided.
