Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a water-containing gas holder and a gas pressure adjusting method thereof, and more particularly to a water-containing gas holder and a gas pressure adjusting method thereof for keeping the gas pressure in the holder constant.
For example, in an ironworks, when operating using a coke oven, a blast furnace, a converter, etc., by-product gases, such as coke oven gas (COG), blast furnace gas (BFG), and converter gas (LDG), are generated. These gases can be reused as fuel gas. Thus, the generated gas is temporarily stored in the gas holder, taken out as necessary, mixed with other gases, and used as a fuel gas for appropriate purposes. A gas holder for storing such a gas is disposed on a piping system that connects a gas generation location and a usage location. Such gas holders are generally roughly classified into two types: dry gas holders and water-containing gas holders.
The water-containing gas holder is a gas holder provided with a water seal mechanism between gas tanks in order to seal the gas storage space. Among them, the multi-tank type water-containing gas holder is a gas tank into which a plurality of gas tanks (for example, an inner tank, a middle tank, and an outer tank) forming a gas storage space are stacked in the bottom water tank. Each gas tank has a structure that can be moved up and down in accordance with the inflow and outflow.
In the water-containing gas holder having such a structure, when the gas storage amount in the holder increases, each gas tank rises in the order of the inner tank, the middle tank, and the outer tank, while when the gas storage amount decreases, It descends in the order of tank, middle tank, and inner tank. At this time, since the gas in the holder is subjected to a pressure corresponding to the total mass of the raised gas tank, the gas pressure in the holder fluctuates according to the raising / lowering operation of each gas tank, and the gas tank rises. Every time it grows. That is, when the amount of gas stored in the holder increases, the inner tank first rises, and then the middle tank and the outer tank rise sequentially, but only the inner tank rises (the middle tank and the outer tank are bottomed). Gas pressure becomes a low pressure corresponding to the mass of the inner tank only, while when all of the inner tank, the middle tank and the outer tank are rising, the gas pressure is changed to the inner tank, the middle tank and the outer tank. High pressure corresponding to the total mass of the tank.
Since such a water-containing gas holder is connected to a gas piping system, fluctuations in the gas pressure in the water-containing gas holder can affect the location where the gas is generated and the location where it is used. For this reason, it is desired to minimize the fluctuation of the gas pressure in the holder.
As a technique for preventing such gas pressure fluctuations, for example, in
However, the wet gas holder described in
Further, the gas pressure adjusting structure of the dry gas holder described in Patent Document 2 is not applicable to a water-containing gas holder in which the overall structure and the seal structure of the holder are greatly different.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to keep the gas pressure in the water-containing gas holder constant regardless of the ascending / descending operation of each gas tank. It is an object of the present invention to provide a new and improved water pressure gas holder pressure adjusting device and a water pressure gas holder pressure adjusting method.
In order to solve the above-described problems, according to a certain aspect of the present invention, in a water-containing gas holder including an outer tub and an inner tub arranged so as to freely move up and down according to the inflow and outflow of gas, the outer tub does not settle down. Further, a hydrated gas holder is provided, which is provided with a suspension mechanism that suspends the outer tank from the inner tank.
With this configuration, when the outer tub and the inner tub are not engaged, the outer tub is suspended from the inner tub by the suspension mechanism so that the outer tub is lowered and does not settle down. Thereby, since the mass of an outer tank can always be applied to an inner tank, the gas pressure in a holder can be maintained at the fixed gas pressure according to the total mass of an inner tank and an outer tank.
In addition, the suspension mechanism includes a wire for suspending the outer tub to the inner tub, a winch installed in the inner tub and capable of winding or feeding the wire, and the outer tub descends to a predetermined first height or less. When this is detected, the wire may be wound by the winch, and when it is detected that the outer tub has risen to a predetermined second height or higher, a control device that controls to feed the wire from the winch may be provided. With this configuration, when it is detected that the outer tub has been lowered to a predetermined first height or less, the outer tub can be wound up and suspended from the inner tub by winding the wire with the winch. Further, when it is detected that the outer tank has risen to a predetermined second height or more, the outer tank hung from the inner tank is unwound by sending out a wire by a winch, and the inner tank and the outer tank are Can be separated.
The suspension mechanism further includes a slack detection sensor for detecting the slack of the wire, and the control device stops the wire feed when the slack detection sensor detects the slack of the wire during the wire feed. You may control so. With this configuration, when the outer tub is suspended from the inner tub by the wire and the outer tub is engaged with the inner tub by the seal cup mechanism, the wire is loosened, so that the wire feeding can be stopped. it can.
In order to solve the above-described problem, according to another aspect of the present invention, in a water-containing gas holder including an outer tank, a middle tank, and an inner tank, which are arranged to freely move up and down according to gas inflow and outflow, A first suspension mechanism that suspends the outer tank from the inner tank so that the tank does not bottom, and a second suspension mechanism that suspends the middle tank from the inner tank so that the middle tank does not bottom. A water-containing gas holder is provided.
With this configuration, when the outer tub and the inner tub are not engaged, the outer tub can be suspended from the inner tub by the suspension mechanism so that the outer tub descends and does not settle down. When not engaged, the middle tank can be suspended from the inner tank by the suspension mechanism so that the middle tank descends and does not settle down. Thereby, since the mass of an outer tank and a middle tank can be always applied to an inner tank, the gas pressure in a holder can be maintained at the fixed gas pressure according to the total mass of an inner tank, a middle tank, and an outer tank.
The first suspension mechanism includes a first wire for suspending the outer tub on the inner tub, a first winch installed in the inner tub and capable of winding or feeding the first wire, and the outer tub having a predetermined When it is detected that the descent has fallen to the first height or less, the first wire is wound up by the first winch, and when it is detected that the outer tub has risen to the predetermined second height or more, the first wire is drawn from the first winch. A first control device that controls to send out, and the second suspension mechanism is installed in the inner tank and the second wire for suspending the middle tank to the inner tank, and can wind or send the second wire When it is detected that the second winch and the middle tank are lowered to a predetermined third height or less, the second wire is wound up by the second winch, and the middle tank is raised to a predetermined fourth height or more. When detected, the second wire is sent out from the second winch. A second controller for controlling cormorants, may be provided with a. With such a configuration, when it is detected that the outer tub has been lowered to a predetermined first height or less, the outer tub can be wound up and suspended from the inner tub by winding the first wire with the first winch. . Further, when it is detected that the outer tub has risen to a predetermined second height or higher, the first wire is sent out by the first winch to unwind the outer tub suspended from the inner tub, The outer tank can be separated. Similarly, when it is detected that the middle tank is lowered to a predetermined third height or less, the middle tank can be wound up and suspended from the inner tank by winding the second wire with the second winch. Further, when it is detected that the middle tank has risen to a predetermined fourth height or higher, the second wire is sent out by the second winch to unwind the middle tank hung from the inner tank, The middle tank can be separated. The first height and the third height may be the same height or different heights. Further, the second height and the fourth height may be the same height or different heights.
The first suspension mechanism further includes a first slack detection sensor that detects slack of the first wire, and the first control device uses the first slack detection sensor to send the first wire while the first wire is being fed. When the slack of the first wire is detected, control is performed to stop the feeding of the first wire, and the second suspension mechanism further includes a second slack detecting sensor for detecting slack of the second wire, and the second control device includes: When the second wire slack is detected by the second slack detection sensor while the second wire is being fed, the second wire may be controlled to stop being fed. With such a configuration, when the outer tub is engaged with the inner tub by the seal cup mechanism during the lowering of the outer tub suspended from the inner tub by the first wire, the first wire is loosened. Sending can be stopped. Similarly, when the outer tub is engaged with the inner tub by the seal cup mechanism during the lowering of the middle tub suspended from the inner tub by the second wire, the second wire is loosened. Can be stopped.
Moreover, in order to solve the said subject, according to another viewpoint of this invention, in a water-containing gas holder provided with the outer tank and the inner tank which were arrange | positioned so that raising / lowering was possible according to inflow / outflow of gas, a water-containing gas holder A gas pressure adjusting method for adjusting an internal gas pressure, wherein the outer tank is suspended from the inner tank so that the outer tank does not bottom when the outer tank and the inner tank are not engaged with each other. A gas pressure adjustment method is provided.
In order to solve the above-described problems, according to another aspect of the present invention, in a water-containing gas holder including an outer tank, an intermediate tank, and an inner tank that are arranged so as to freely move up and down according to gas inflow and outflow. A gas pressure adjustment method for adjusting the gas pressure in the water-type gas holder. When the outer tank and the inner tank are not engaged, the outer tank is suspended from the inner tank so that the outer tank does not bottom. A gas pressure adjusting method is provided, wherein the middle tank is suspended from the inner tank so that the middle tank does not bottom when the tank and the inner tank are not engaged.
As described above, according to the present invention, the gas pressure in the water-containing gas holder can be kept constant regardless of the raising / lowering operation of each gas tank.
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, in this specification and drawing, about the component which has the substantially same function structure, duplication description is abbreviate | omitted by attaching | subjecting the same code | symbol.
(1. Basic structure of water-containing gas holder)
Initially, with reference to FIG. 1, the structure of the water-containing gas holder which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a schematic configuration of a water-containing
First, the basic structure of the water-containing
The
The
Further, a water-sealed seal cup mechanism is provided at these connecting portions so as not to leak gas from the gaps between the
When the
A plurality of

In the water-containing
By the way, in the water-containing
Therefore, the inventors of the present application pay attention to the point that the gas pressure fluctuates because the

(2.1 Structure of the first suspension mechanism for the outer tank)
First, the first suspension mechanism will be described. The first suspension mechanism is a mechanism for hanging the
The
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, at least three or
The
The
The operation of the
Here, the structural example of the detection apparatus for detecting the height position of the

Here, the “first height (winding start position)” is a position that is higher by a predetermined height (for example, about 200 mm) than the height position at which the
The winding ON
With this configuration, the
Here, with reference to FIG. 3, the height positional relationship of each
As shown in FIG. 3, for example, a lowering ON
In addition, the height order of each
In the above, the specific example of the detection apparatus which detects the height position of the
On the other hand, when the
The
The

Next, the second suspension mechanism will be described. The second suspension mechanism is a mechanism for hanging the
The second suspension mechanism is different from the first suspension mechanism in that the
The
As shown in FIG. 2, at least three or
The
The
The operation of the

With this configuration, the

On the other hand, when the
In addition, the

First, with reference to FIGS. 4-9, the operation | movement which the gas tanks 13-15 descend | fall in the water-containing
Here, it is assumed that the initial state of the water-containing
First, in the initial state shown in FIG. 1, when the gas in the holder is caused to flow out of the

Thereafter, when the
In this way, the
As described above, when the

In this way, by winding the
As described above, when the

Thereafter, when the gas further flows out, the

(3.2 Gas tank ascending operation)
Next, with reference to FIGS. 10-14, the operation | movement which the gas tanks 13-15 raise in the water-containing
Here, it is assumed that the initial state of the water-containing
First, in the initial state shown in FIG. 8, when gas is introduced into the holder from the
Next, as the
After that, when both the
Similarly, when the
As described above, when the
Similarly, when the lowered
Next, in the state where the lowering operation of the
Further, as a result of the lowering operation, when the
Thereafter, until the
As described above, while the
Thereafter, when gas further flows into the holder, the
When the slack of the
On the other hand, for the
Next, when further gas flows into the holder, as shown in FIG. 12, the

As shown in FIG. 13, after the
11 to 12 and 13, also in the operation from FIG. 1, the power and control
As above, the ascending operation of the
Furthermore, when the

As shown in FIG. 3, in the present embodiment, as a detection device for detecting the height position of the
First, the lowering ON switch position in FIG. As shown in FIG. 15 (a), the lowering ON switch position is a height at which the water in the
In order to “the water in the
In addition, the “dimension for level switch installation” means that both the above-described ON / OFF of the lowering operation of the
Next, the lowering OFF switch position in FIG. 15B will be described. The lowering OFF switch position is set lower than the lowering ON switch position by at least the minimum lowering dimension (for example, about 300 mm). Accordingly, the gap H between the
When the
Next, the winding ON switch position in FIG. 15C will be described. If the lowering OFF switch position and the winding ON switch position are too close, a hoisting operation (hunting) immediately after the
従って、巻上げOFFスイッチ位置にあるときの外槽15の下端15cと底部11との隙間Lは、例えば500mm(Lは、「LL+300mm=500mm」又は「HH−300mm=500mm」のうちの大きい値)以上である。
Next, the winding OFF switch position in FIG. The winding OFF switch position is set higher than the above-described winding ON switch position by a minimum winding dimension (for example, about 300 mm) or more. Moreover, if the winding OFF switch position and the lowering ON switch position are too close, a lowering operation (hunting) immediately after the
When the
Above, with reference to FIG. 15, the lowering ON switch position (second height), the lowering OFF switch position (seventh height), and the winding OFF switch position (fifth height) of the
(5. Effect)
Heretofore, the water-containing
Moreover, the gas pressure adjusting mechanism according to the present embodiment is configured to adjust the mass of the entire gas tank by suspending the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, since it is the structure which installs the suspension mechanism which consists of the
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to such examples. It is obvious that a person having ordinary knowledge in the technical field to which the present invention pertains can come up with various changes or modifications within the scope of the technical idea described in the claims. Of course, it is understood that these also belong to the technical scope of the present invention.
