Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a foot care practice device and a foot care practice method used for foot care practice. More specifically, the present invention provides a foot care practice device and a foot care practice method that contribute to improving foot care technology without using an actual human body.
Recently, the number of diabetic patients is increasing. Diabetic patients are prone to complications such as diabetic neuropathy and cannot detect abnormalities such as “pain”, “itchiness”, and “hotness” that are usually felt by humans. Since abnormalities cannot be detected, for example, even with wound nails and ingrown nails, walking may continue without notice, resulting in severe inflammation and suppuration.
Therefore, it is necessary to cut such nails. However, curly nails are difficult to cut on their own, and if left untreated, they will suppurate or hit the shoes, causing pain. As a treatment method for wound nails, after cleaning both sides of the nail, hang the wire processed according to the nail from the nail groove and pull it with another wire "VHO Spange method (German technology)", on the surface of the nail, There are the “shape memory alloy plate method” that attaches an alloy plate that remembers the straight shape, and the “super elastic wire method” that makes a hole at the end of an extended nail and hangs a resilient wire.
Also, if you take a deep nail, the corner of the nail hits and hurts. To escape from the pain, the nail may be cut too deep and the deep nail may be advanced. Even if you're going to cut your nails deeply, in many cases, the nail helicopter is left uncut, and as this part grows, it becomes like the tip of a heel, piercing the skin and creating a wound is there. If this is repeated, in a diabetic patient, a bacterial infection may be caused from the wound, and it may worsen to gangrene and the leg may be cut (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).
Diabetic patients should also be aware of ringworm, urchin (chicken eyes), and octopus (spider and atheroma). Here, ringworm is caused by infection with a fungus (a type of mold) called “dermatophyte”. Wonome is a cornified keratinized when pressure or friction is repeatedly applied to the same part, and the keratin thickening gradually increases to a bean grain size. The thickened horny layer forms a hard horn plug with a well-defined boundary and grows and protrudes conically into the dermis. Therefore, I feel strong pain when pressed. Although there are no blood vessels in the horn plug, blood vessels outside the border can be damaged and bleed under the stratum corneum, and if left unclean in this state, bacterial infection is likely to occur (for example, Non-patent document 1).
In the case of a foot, an octopus is a keratinous thickening caused by pressure or friction on the heel, outer edge, or metatarsal bone head of the sole of the foot under pressure or friction with shoes or the like. In the case of an octopus, the pain due to compression is relatively light, and there is no blood vessel in the square plate, but it may cause bleeding under the stratum corneum. The treatment is carefully carved from the surface by a nurse with a cone cutter or scalpel, but it is dangerous and requires practice.
Therefore, it is desirable to treat at a specialized clinic for foot care, which is a method for treating the toenails and skin. However, it requires careful attention as described above, so it is necessary to master it through practice. In other words, it is desirable to be performed by a person who has acquired care techniques.
The acquisition of conventional foot care techniques has been carried out through observation of actual foot care at facilities where foot care is performed, and practice where the trainees experience foot care alternately using each other's feet. Therefore, there is almost no opportunity to learn foot care technology with the above-mentioned ingrown nail, ingrown nail, deep nail, etc., even if the foot care technology for the normal model is improved, the ingrown nail, ingrown nail, It is difficult to improve foot care technology for deep nails. Practice is also required for ringworm, wolves, and octopus. Furthermore, because the subject's model has different foot conditions, it was difficult to teach at the same level, and there were problems such as being unable to practice repeatedly. Furthermore, in order to practice using the feet of the subject model, a space for placing a dedicated bed / chair is required. On the other hand, there was a problem that the actual human body lacks specimens.
An object of the present invention is to solve these problems and provide a foot care practice device and a foot care practice method that contribute to improving foot care technology without using an actual human body.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors made an artificial human foot model, and as a result of earnestly examining the structure for facilitating the practice and acquisition of foot care technology using the foot model. The present invention has been completed.
(1) having at least one toe model, a pseudo-foot body model to which the toe model is detachable, and a skin lesion model part that is detachable to the pseudo-toe body model or the toe model. Feature foot care practice device.
The foot care practice device according to (1) is characterized in that at least one toe model is detachable from the pseudo-foot model, and the pseudo-foot model simulates the shape of a foot. For example, a simple rectangular parallelepiped shape may be used. This is because in the foot care practice for a lesioned nail, it is only necessary that the toe model to which the lesioned nail model is attached is fixed, and it is not always necessary to be a body model imitating the foot shape.
The same applies to the lesion model part of the skin, and the attachment of the lesion model part is not limited to the model imitating the shape of the foot, but may be a pseudo model of the foot body.
(2) A foot main body model formed by a foot rear surface, a foot bottom surface, and a heel surface, and a plurality of foot foot models, wherein at least one of the foot foot models is detachable from the foot body model. Foot care practice device characterized by that.
According to the foot care practice device described in (2), the foot body model and the plurality of toe models formed by the back of the foot, the bottom of the foot, and the heel surface, and at least one toe model is attached and detached. Since it has a possible structure, when practicing a lesion related to a toe, it can be practiced repeatedly while exchanging a toe model of the same lesion. The back of the foot, the bottom of the foot, and the heel surface are preferably curved surfaces from the viewpoint of the impression of those who practice foot care, but are not limited thereto. According to such a foot care practice device, it is possible to practice foot care without using a footpad with an actual human body lesion. In addition, there is an effect that a large number of people can be provided with the same level of education.
The foot body model and the toe model are prepared by pouring resin into a mold, and the material is preferably a soft vinyl chloride resin. The creation of the foot main body model and the toe model is generally performed by pouring resin into the mold, but is not limited to this. Further, the material used may be silicon rubber, urethane resin or the like, and is not limited to soft vinyl chloride resin.
(3) The foot care practice device according to (1) or (2), wherein the footpad model further includes a removable nail model.
According to the foot care practice device described in (3), since the footpad model further includes a removable lesion nail model for exercise, the practice of cutting the lesion nail occupying the core of the foot care technology is performed. You can practice repeatedly by replacing parts.
The lesioned nail model includes a spoonful nail, a claw nail, a club nail, a square flute nail, an ingrown nail, a nail spine disorder, and a nail that is thickened and hardened by ringworm. By replacing the prepared footpad model, it is possible to practice nail clipping methods corresponding to various lesions.
As the material for the lesion nail model, polyester that can provide physical properties such as hardness similar to that of an actual nail is desirable because it involves a nail cutting operation. In addition, vinyl chloride resin, ABS resin, polycarbonate, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate and the like may be used, and are not limited to polyester.
(4) A skin lesion comprising a foot main body model formed of a back surface of the foot, a bottom surface of the foot, and a heel surface, and a plurality of toe models, and detachable on the foot main body model or the plurality of toe models. A foot care practice device characterized by having a model portion.
According to the foot care practice device described in (4), since there is a detachable skin lesion model part in a part of the foot main body model or a plurality of toe models, practice repeatedly by replacing the lesion model part. Can do. The lesion model part of the skin for practice is preferably a women and an octopus caused by thickening of the skin, but may be other lesion parts. The most common site for urchin and octopus is the sole of the foot, but it can also be formed at the tip of the toes, between the toes, and the outer edge of the foot, and in any case by adopting a structure with a lesion model part in these corresponding parts It is possible to provide a foot care practice device that is also suitable for.
(5) The foot care practice device according to (1) or (4), wherein the lesion model portion can be excised.
(5) Wonome or octopus of the horny thickened portion described in the above is practiced to excise with a cone cutter or a scalpel in foot care practice. Therefore, it is necessary not only to have a lesion model part but also to excise and practice, and by adopting a structure that allows excision practice, practical foot care practice can be performed.
Since the keratinous thickened lesion model part that is practiced to cut with a cone cutter or scalpel has a hardness close to the actual hardness, it is desirable to use a hard vinyl chloride resin as the material. In addition, you may create using ABS resin, silicon rubber, etc.
(6) The foot care practice device according to (4) or (5), wherein the lesion model part can be attached and detached within a range having a normal part surrounding the lesion model part.
According to the foot care practice device described in (6), since the removable replacement part includes a normal part surrounding the lesion model part, when practicing excision of the lesion model part of the woome or octopus Even if the normal model portion is cut out, the foot body model is not damaged as long as it is within the range of the removable replacement portion. Therefore, even beginners can practice with confidence.
(7) A foot body model formed by a foot rear surface, a foot bottom surface, and a heel surface, and a plurality of foot heel models, and a detachable intercostal lesion model portion on the foot body model and the foot heel model portion A foot care practice device characterized by comprising:
According to the foot care practice device described in (7), since it has an intercostal lesion model part for practicing skin that can be detached from the foot body model to the toe model part, it can be repeated by replacing the lesion model part. I can practice. The intercostal lesion of the skin is desirably intercostal ringworm, but may be other intercostal lesions.
(8) The foot according to (1) to (7), wherein the pseudo foot main body model or the foot main body model further includes a connecting portion that can be attached to the practice base at an arbitrary angle and direction. Care practice device.
According to the foot care practice device described in (8), since the angle and direction of the foot body model can be freely set, it is possible to practice foot care with the angle and direction of the actual foot care according to each lesion. .
As a specific connecting means, a foot body model is connected to a free arm and fixed to a practice table. In addition, you may connect via a universal joint. Furthermore, as a structure provided with a shaft for attachment to the foot main body model, means for fixing at a free position with a sand clip may be used.
(9) A foot care practice method using the foot care practice device according to any one of (1) to (8).
The invention described in (9) is a method of performing foot care practice using the foot care practice device described above, and can practice repeatedly while exchanging the lesion model part, so that the foot care technology that requires proficiency is short-term. Can be learned.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it has an effect which can practice foot care repeatedly, exchanging a lesion model part by the foot care practice apparatus which has a removable exchange part corresponding to various lesion models. Accordingly, since a large number of people can practice as needed in a limited space, there is an effect that the foot care technique can be efficiently learned.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. This is merely an example, and the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to this.
<First embodiment>
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a foot care practice device according to the present invention, and illustrates a state in which a first toe model is detachable. FIG. 2 is an example of various removable nail models. FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are views showing the detachment form of the lesion nail model in the first footpad model. FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining a lesioned part of the skin.
A foot
In the foot
An example of the
Various lesion nail models can be attached to the
An example of a structure for fixing the toe model and the nail model is shown in FIG. FIG. 3A shows a claw model structure including a structure for attaching the
FIG. 4 shows a structure for mounting the square
The attachment structure of the various lesion nail models to the toe model is not limited to the structure shown in FIG. 3 or 4, and may be an attachment structure adapted to the nail shape due to the lesion.
Next, the skin
A characteristic of foot care for woome is that practice of excising the woome portion is required. In practice of excision, not only the lesion model part but also the normal part around the lesion model part may be excised. For this reason, as described above, it is necessary to prevent the foot
In the above-described examples of lesions related to the skin, the woome has been described. However, an octopus may be used, and any other lesion that requires foot care with excision is applicable. According to this embodiment, even if the lesion model part is excised during practice, the main body will not be damaged and can be practiced repeatedly.

<Second Embodiment>
6 and 7 show a foot
The
<Third embodiment>
The foot
The toe model that can be attached and detached and replaced is not limited to the
<Fourth embodiment>
As a fourth embodiment, a foot
The foot care for intercostal ringworm mainly applies medicines and sandwiches gauze so that the footpads do not touch each other. For this reason, the practice of applying the medicine to the intercostal ringworm model part and sandwiching the gauze is repeated, but prepare several exchanges and practice while exchanging. Drugs applied to the intercostal ringworm model can be removed later and reused. With this practice method, you can practice foot care repeatedly.
<Fifth embodiment>
As an embodiment of the present invention, the practice of fixing the toes or attaching the skin lesion model is not limited to the shape imitating the shape of the foot, and at least one toe model is simulated. It can be attached to and detached from a typical foot body model, and can be attached to a simple rectangular parallelepiped shape, for example. This is because in the foot care practice for a lesioned nail, it is only necessary that the toe model to which the lesioned nail model is attached is fixed, and it is not always necessary to be a body model imitating the foot shape.
As mentioned above, although demonstrated using embodiment of this invention, the technical scope of this invention is not limited to the range as described in the said embodiment. Various modifications or improvements can be added to the above embodiment. It is apparent from the scope of the claims that the embodiments added with such changes or improvements can be included in the technical scope of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the plastic material has been described. However, for example, a material obtained from a natural plant or animal may be used.
