By moving along the direction. It has a configuration in which a third engagement member of the first engagement member capable of accommodating the projection provided on tubular before get out of bets.

With this configuration, when the cover is attached to the instrument main body supported by the ceiling, first, the cover is lifted and moved horizontally to accommodate a part of the first engagement member in the slit of the second engagement member. Therefore, the cover can be prevented from falling. Next, when the cover is moved in the longitudinal direction and the cover is positioned at a predetermined position with respect to the instrument body, the protrusion of the first engagement member is engaged with the third engagement before the first engagement member comes out of the slit. Since the cover is inserted into the member, it is possible to prevent the cover from falling and to support the cover so that the protrusion can be a rotation shaft so that the cover can be rotated.

In the present invention, when the cover is attached to the instrument main body supported by the ceiling, first, the cover is lifted and moved horizontally to accommodate a part of the first engagement member in the slit of the second engagement member. Therefore, the cover can be prevented from falling. Next, when the cover is moved in the longitudinal direction and the cover is positioned at a predetermined position with respect to the instrument body, the protrusion of the first engagement member is engaged with the third engagement before the first engagement member comes out of the slit. Because it is inserted into the member, it prevents the cover from falling even if a force that shifts the translucent cover directly above is applied, and supports the cover so that it can rotate with respect to the instrument body using the protrusion as a rotation axis It is possible to provide a lighting apparatus having an effect that it can be performed.

FIG. 4B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 4A, and FIGS. 5A to 5C are perspective views showing a cover mounting procedure.

As shown in FIGS. 1 (A) and 1 (B), this luminaire 10 has a fixture body 20 having a fluorescent lamp 21 as a lamp directly attached to a ceiling 11 and the like, and the front of the fluorescent lamp 21 is transparent as a cover. The light cover 30 is covered with the light cover 30, and the light transmissive cover 30 is removably supported by the attachment means 40 with respect to the instrument body 20. That is, as shown in FIG. 1B, the translucent cover 30 is supported by the first mounting portion 41 provided on one side of the instrument body 20 as the mounting means 40 so as to be opened and closed, and as the mounting means 40. It is fixed in a closed state by a second mounting portion 43 provided on the other side of the instrument body 20.

As shown in FIG. 2, the instrument body 20 has a rectangular flat base plate 22, for example, and a socket 23 for supporting the fluorescent lamp 21 and supplying power is attached to both ends in the longitudinal direction. Both edges along the long side of the base plate 22 are bent vertically downward to form standing walls 22a and 22b, and the tip (lower end) of one of the standing walls 22a is bent outward in the horizontal direction to attach the mounting means. A first engaging member 42 constituting 40 first mounting portions 41 is formed. The tip of the other standing wall 22b facing the one standing wall 22a is bent outward in the horizontal direction to form a second mounting portion 43 that constitutes the mounting means 40. The first engagement member 42 may be formed as a separate member and attached to the standing wall 22a.

On the other hand, the translucent cover 30 has a rectangular frame 31 made of, for example, resin, and a transparent or translucent translucent panel 32 made of, for example, resin attached to the frame 31. Inside the frame 31, a metal second engagement member 44 and a third engagement member 45 constituting the first attachment portion 41 of the attachment means 40 are attached at a predetermined interval (L4 in FIG. 4A). ing. The second engaging member 44 and the third engaging member 45 can be attached to the inside of the frame 31 by insert molding, bolts, or the like. It is desirable to form it integrally with the mounting member 46 and mount it inside the frame 31. Thereby, while being able to hold | maintain the space | interval of the 2nd engagement member 44 and the 3rd engagement member 45 correctly, attachment strength can be ensured.

As shown in FIG. 3, the first engagement member 42 in the first attachment portion 41 is formed of a thin metal plate, and is locked along the longitudinal direction of the instrument main body 20 from the outer end portion of the rectangular main body 42 a. A protrusion 42b is provided to protrude. Further, a screw hole 42c is provided in the central portion of the main body 42a. In addition, when the some 1st engaging member 42 is provided in the standing wall 22a of the baseplate 22, all the directions of the latching protrusion 42b are provided so that it may protrude in one direction.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the second engagement member 44 and the third engagement member 45 in the first attachment portion 41 are formed by bending the standing walls 44 a and 45 a in the thickness direction from the attachment member 46 that is an elongated metal plate. Further, the support portions 44b and 45b are formed by being bent in parallel with the attachment member 46, and the internal spaces 44c and 45c are formed by the standing walls 44a and 45a and the support portions 44b and 45b. The height D of the standing wall 46a is larger than the width B (see FIG. 3B) and the thickness t of the locking projection 42b of the first engaging member 42, and the first engaging member is disposed in the internal spaces 44c and 45c. 42 can be inserted, and the locking projection 42b is rotatable in the internal spaces 44c and 45c. In addition, screw holes 44d and 45d are provided in the central portions of the support portions 44b and 45b, respectively.

In addition, a slit 44e is provided at the end of the second engagement member 44 on the side of the third engagement member 45 so as to cut out part of the standing wall 44a and part of the support part 44b. Is inserted when engaging the second engaging member 44 and the third engaging member 45. Accordingly, the predetermined distance L4 between the second engagement member 44 and the third engagement member 45 is such that the first engagement member 42 is interposed between the second engagement member 44 and the third engagement member 45 via the slit 44e. The length L3 of the first engagement member 42 is greater than the length L1 of the predetermined interval L4 and the length L5 of the slit 44e.

On the other hand, in order for the first engagement member 42 to be rotatable between the second engagement member 44 and the third engagement member 45, the predetermined interval L4 is the length of the main body 42a of the first engagement member 42. It is necessary to set larger than the length L2. Furthermore, in order to prevent the first engagement member 42 from falling off between the second engagement member 44 and the third engagement member 45 when the first engagement member 42 rotates, the length L1 of the first engagement member 42 is set. Needs to be larger than the predetermined interval L4. That is, L1> L4> L2.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the second mounting portion 43 provided on the standing wall 22 b facing the first mounting portion 41 described above in the instrument main body 20 is the first engaging member 42 of the first mounting portion 41. It has the same configuration as That is, it has a main body 43a (shown in parentheses in FIG. 3) and a locking projection 43b, and the main body 43a is provided with a screw hole 43c. As shown in FIG. 2, the direction of the locking projection 43 b is opposite to the direction of the locking projection 42 b of the first engagement member 42.

Next, a procedure for attaching the translucent cover 30 will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 5 (A), the translucent cover 30 is inclined and the slit 44e of the second engagement member 44 is exposed on the side surface. 1 Lift to the side of the engaging member 42.

Next, the translucent cover 30 is moved horizontally (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5A), and as shown in FIG. 5B, a part of the main body 42a of the first engagement member 42 is second engaged. The member 44 is inserted into the internal space 44c from the slit 44e. Even if the translucent cover 30 is rotated downward in this state, the translucent cover 30 does not fall off because the first engagement member 42 is locked in the slit 44e of the second engagement member 44.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5C, the translucent cover 30 is moved in the longitudinal direction (the arrow direction in FIG. 5C), and the first engagement member 42 is slit 44e of the second engagement member 44. To leave. Thereby, since the 1st engagement member 42 becomes rotatable between the 2nd engagement member 44 and the 3rd engagement member 45, the translucent cover 30 can be opened and closed. At this time, the locking protrusion 42 of the first engagement member 42 is accommodated in the internal space 45c of the third engagement member 45 before the first engagement member 42 comes out of the slit 44e. Does not fall even when opened and closed.
Finally, the translucent cover 30 is closed, and the frame 31 is fastened to the screw hole 43c of the second mounting portion 43 with screws.

As described above, according to the lighting fixture 10 described above, when the translucent cover 30 is attached to the fixture body 20 supported by the ceiling 11, first, the translucent cover 30 is lifted and moved horizontally to perform the second engagement. Since a part of the first engagement member 42 is accommodated in the slit 44e of the member 44, the translucent cover 30 can be prevented from falling. Next, when the translucent cover 30 is moved in the longitudinal direction to position the translucent cover 30 at a predetermined position with respect to the instrument main body 20, before the first engaging member 42 comes out of the slit 44e, the first engagement is performed. Since the locking projection 42b of the coupling member 42 is accommodated in the internal space of the third engagement member 45, the translucent cover 30 is prevented from dropping even if a force that causes the translucent cover 30 to shift right above is applied. The translucent cover 30 can be pivotally supported with respect to the instrument body 20 by using the locking projection 42b as a pivot axis.

In addition, the lighting fixture of this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, A suitable deformation | transformation, improvement, etc. are possible.
