Description

The present invention relates to a window shutter frame that surrounds a sash frame that protrudes from an outer wall of a building such as a house and is attached to the outer wall.

In recent years, windproof strength and crime prevention have been improved by making sashes into paired glass, tempered glass and glass with mesh, etc., and there are many houses where window shutters are not attached to windows with sashes attached when completed. On the other hand, window shutters (see, for example, Patent Document 1) may be attached after completion of construction, particularly for windows on the first floor, because of changes in the living environment and ensuring further reliability against crime prevention.

FIG. 12 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a window shutter having a conventional window shutter frame together with a sash, and FIG. 13 is an enlarged view of a main part of FIG.
For example, the window shutter 500 that is retrofitted to the sweeping sash includes a window shutter frame 507 that surrounds the sash 505 in which the frame portion 503 protrudes from the outer wall 501 and is attached to the outer wall 501.

The window shutter frame 507 includes a shutter housing portion 509 attached to the upper outer wall 501a of the frame portion 503, and a pair of guide rails 511 suspended from the left and right of the shutter housing portion 509 and attached to the outer wall 501 with the frame portion 503 interposed therebetween. The lower end of the pair of guide rails 511 is supported by the upper surfaces 513a at both ends, and includes a shutter lower frame 513 fixed to the suspension portion 517 of the base 515 shown in FIG. In the figure, 521 is a pair glass shoji, 523 is a screen door, 525 is a shutter curtain, and 527 is a lower rail frame.

As described above, the window shutter 500 includes the window shutter frame 507 that surrounds the sash 505 and is attached to the building outer wall 501, so that the window shutter 500 can be attached to the sash 505 after completion, thereby further improving crime prevention, wind resistance, and the like. I was able to improve.
JP 2006-241736 A

However, since the conventional window shutter frame 507 is disposed on the outer wall 501 so as to surround the sash 505, the shutter lower frame 513 is disposed below the lower rail frame 527 of the sash frame 503. In general, it interferes with the foundation 515 protruding outward from the outer wall 501, and as a result, the interference portion 529 (see FIG. 13) of the foundation 515 is attached at the site, and the shutter lower frame 513 is attached to the suspension portion 517. I was paying. The protruding dimension P of the sash frame portion 503 from the outer wall 501 is not necessarily uniform depending on the building, and varies from building to building, so that the amount of suspension varies from site to site and forces complicated construction to the site. .

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a window shutter frame that eliminates the basic lifting work and can easily attach the window shutter to the outer wall.

Next, means for solving the above problems will be described with reference to the drawings corresponding to the embodiments.
The window shutter frame according to claim 1 of the present invention is a window shutter frame 100 that is attached to the outer wall 3 so as to surround the sash 7 in which the frame portion 5 protrudes from the outer wall 3.
A shutter accommodating portion 11 attached to the outer wall 3a on the upper side of the frame portion 5;
A pair of guide rails 13 hanging from the left and right of the shutter storage portion 11 and attached to the outer wall 3 with the frame portion 5 interposed therebetween;
A shutter lower frame 15 that holds the lower ends of the pair of guide rails 13 on both upper surfaces 15a and is fixed (attached in a fixed manner) to the front surface 17a of the lower rail frame 17 in the frame portion 5;
It is characterized by comprising.

In this window shutter frame, the shutter lower frame 15 is fixed to the lower side of the lower rail frame 17 of the sash 7, so that it does not interfere with the foundation 25, and as a result, the lifting work of the foundation 25 that has been conventionally required is eliminated. . That is, the shutter lower frame 15 is fixed to the front surface 17 a of the lower rail frame 17, thereby avoiding interference with the foundation 25.

The window shutter frame according to claim 2 is a window shutter frame 100 that is attached to the outer wall 3 so as to surround the sash 7 in which the frame portion 5 protrudes from the outer wall 3.
A shutter accommodating portion 11 attached to the outer wall 3 on the upper side of the frame portion 5;
A pair of guide rails 13 hanging from the left and right of the shutter storage portion 11 and attached to the outer wall 3 with the frame portion 5 interposed therebetween;
A shutter lower frame 15 that holds the lower ends of the pair of guide rails 13 on both upper surfaces 15a and is fixed to the front surface 17a of the lower rail frame 17 in the frame portion 5;
The shutter lower frame 15 has a base member 27 fixed to the front surface 17a of the lower rail frame 17, and a tip adjustment member 29 that can be adjusted and moved in a direction perpendicular to the outer wall surface and fixed to the base member 27. ,
It is characterized by having.

Further, in the structure in which the guide rail 13 is attached to the outer wall 3, the gap generated between the shutter lower frame 15 and the lower rail frame 17 connected to the lower end of the guide rail 13 changes depending on the protruding dimension of the sash frame portion 5 from the outer wall 3. However, the tip adjustment member 29 is adjusted and moved back and forth with respect to the base member 27 fixed to the lower rail frame 17, and this gap is eliminated. Thereby, one type of shutter lower frame 15 can cope with the projecting dimension of the sash frame portion 5 from the outer wall 3 that varies from site to site.

The window shutter frame according to claim 3 is the window shutter frame according to claim 2, wherein end caps 45 covering both ends are attached to both ends of the shutter lower frame 15,
The end cap 45 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the end portion on the end face of the end adjustment member 29 so that both end portions are fixed and the end portion of the end adjustment member 29 is fixed. The end cap 45 is formed extending in the direction of the rear end with respect to the position of
After the base member 27 and the tip adjusting member 29 are adjusted in the direction perpendicular to the outer wall surface 3, the rear end portion of the end cap 45 is cut along the outer wall surface 3 and the length thereof is adjusted. Has been
The end cap 45 closes both ends of the tip adjustment member 29 and the base member 27.

In this window shutter frame, both ends of the shutter lower frame 15 are closed by end caps 45, thereby preventing entry of dust and the like into the internal space of the shutter lower frame 15, and both end surfaces of the shutter lower frame 15 are not exposed. Therefore, it is covered with the end cap 45, the safety against contact and the like can be improved, and the design of the window shutter as a whole is improved.

The window shutter frame according to claim 4, wherein the shutter lower frame 15 is fixed to the front surface 17a of the lower rail frame 17 through a gap,
A support piece 33 that defines the gap extends laterally from the shutter lower frame 15 and projects toward the lower rail frame 17.
The support piece 33 has a drain hole 37 for draining water that has entered the gap 31 to the outside.

In this window shutter frame, the shutter lower frame 15 and the lower rail frame 17 are prevented from being brought into surface contact with each other, and the diffusion and stay of intruding water due to capillary action due to the surface contact are prevented. The water that has entered between the lower rail frames 17 is quickly collected in the gap 31 without entering other parts. That is, the air gap 31 acts as a drainage channel / water stop (an intrusion barrier to the back side).

According to the window shutter frame of the first aspect of the present invention, since the shutter lower frame is fixed to the front surface of the lower rail frame in the frame portion of the sash, the foundation lifting work is eliminated, and the window shutter is easily attached to the outer wall. Can be attached. In addition, the shutter lower frame is attached regardless of the state of the building outer wall. That is, the foundation lifting process is not required on the first floor of the building with the foundation, and the window shutter frame can be constructed above the second floor without being affected by the state of the outer wall under the window.

According to the window shutter frame of claim 2, the shutter lower frame can be adjusted and moved in a direction perpendicular to the outer surface of the base member fixed to the front surface of the lower rail frame, and is fixed to the base member. Because it is composed of a tip adjustment member, it eliminates the lifting work of the foundation, absorbs the protruding size of the sash frame from the outer wall that differs from site to site with one type of shutter lower frame, and makes it easy to move the window shutter to the outer wall Can be attached.

According to the window shutter frame of claim 3, both ends of the shutter lower frame are closed by the end caps, thereby preventing intrusion of dust and the like into the internal space of the shutter lower frame, and both end surfaces of the shutter lower frame are It is not exposed and is covered with an end cap, so that safety against contact and the like can be improved, and the design of the window shutter as a whole is improved.

According to the window shutter frame of claim 4, the shutter lower frame is fixed to the front surface of the lower rail frame through the gap, and the water that has entered the gap is drained to the outside on the support piece that defines the gap. Since the drainage hole is provided, the water that has entered between the shutter lower frame and the lower rail frame can be collected in the gap and quickly discharged from the drainage hole to the outside.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a window shutter frame according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 is a perspective view of a window shutter provided with a window shutter frame according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the window shutter shown in FIG. 1 together with a sash, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a main part of FIG. .
For example, the window shutter 1 retrofitted to the sweep-out sash includes a window shutter frame 100 that is attached to the outer wall 3 so as to surround the sash 7 in which the frame portion 5 protrudes from the outer wall 3.

The window shutter frame 100 includes a shutter housing portion 11 attached to the outer wall 3 a on the upper side of the frame portion 5, and a pair of guide rails 13 suspended from the left and right of the shutter housing portion 11 and attached to the outer wall 3 with the frame portion 5 interposed therebetween. The lower end of the pair of guide rails 13 is supported by the upper surfaces 15 a at both ends, and the shutter lower frame 15 is fixed to the front surface 17 a of the lower rail frame 17 in the frame portion 5. In the figure, 19 is a pair glass shoji, 21 is a screen door (not shown in FIG. 1), 23 is a shutter curtain, and 25 is a foundation.

4 is an enlarged sectional view of the shutter lower frame shown in FIG.
In the present invention, the shutter lower frame 15 can be an integral single member. Even if the shutter lower frame 15 is a single member, the shutter lower frame 15 is fixed to the front surface 17a of the lower rail frame 17, so that it does not interfere with the foundation 25, and as a result, the lifting work of the foundation 25 that has been conventionally required is eliminated. Has a great effect.

By the way, since the projecting dimension P of the sash frame 5 from the outer wall 3 is uneven in different residential buildings, the shutter lower frame 15 is fixed to the lower rail frame 17 and the guide rail 13 is connected to the shutter lower frame 15. Then, a gap is generated between the guide rail 13 and the outer wall 3 or between the shutter accommodating portion 11 and the outer wall 3. This gap varies from site to site. Therefore, in order to make this gap zero or constant with a predetermined size, it is necessary to have several kinds of frame members such as the guide rail 13 and the shutter accommodating portion 11 in accordance with this gap. Therefore, the window shutter 1 according to the present embodiment provides the shutter lower frame 15 with an adjustment function for absorbing the projected dimension.

In other words, the shutter lower frame 15 is fixed to the front surface 17a of the lower rail frame 17 and the base member 27 shown in FIG. 4 and the tip that is adjustable and movable in a direction perpendicular to the outer wall surface and is fixed to the base member 27. And an adjustment member 29. The base member 27 is formed of a long member having a substantially U-shaped cross section in which a lower piece 15b parallel to the upper surface 15a is connected by a vertical piece 15c. An inner space surrounded by the upper surface 15a, the vertical piece 15c, and the lower piece 15b is an accommodation space 15d. The lower piece 15b has a step portion 15e at the center, and the front portion is low and the rear portion is high across the step portion 15e. The step portion 15e also has a draining action.

On the other hand, the tip adjusting member 29 has a front decorative plate 29a and a square tube portion 29b integrally formed at the lower back of the front decorative plate 29a. The tip adjustment member 29 has a square tube portion 29b, thereby increasing the rigidity and load resistance of the tip adjustment member 29 itself and the entire shutter lower frame 15. The rectangular tube portion 29b is inserted into the accommodation space 15d of the base member 27, and the rear end abuts on the step portion 15e. The position in contact with the rear end step portion 15 e is the shortest protruding dimension of the tip adjustment member 29 with respect to the base portion 27. As a result, the tip adjustment member 29 can be adjusted and moved in the direction perpendicular to the outer wall surface (the direction of arrow a in FIG. 4) with respect to the base member 27. Further, at the time of the shortest length of the protruding dimension, it is also a position where the forefront of the upper surface 15a of the base member 27 comes into contact with the back surface of the front decorative plate 29a of the tip adjusting portion. That is, in this embodiment, the distance between the upper surface 15a of the base member 27 and the step portion 15e is formed so as to substantially correspond to the outer length of the rectangular tube portion 29b of the tip adjustment member 29, and the upper surface 15a and the step portion are formed. 15e may be in contact with each other, or one of them may be in contact, and at the contact position, the shortest length in the assembled state of the base member 27 and the tip adjustment member 29 is set. .

The shutter lower frame 15 is fixed to the front surface 17 a of the lower rail frame 17 through the gap 31. On the base member 27 of the shutter lower frame 15, support pieces 33 and 35 that define the air gap 31 extend laterally from the vertical piece 15 c and project toward the lower rail frame 17. The lower support piece 33 has a drain hole 37 for draining water that has entered the gap 31 to the outside. The shutter lower frame 15 and the lower rail frame 17 are prevented from being in surface contact with each other, and the diffusion and retention of intruding water due to capillary action due to the surface contact are prevented, so that the shutter lower frame 15 and the lower rail frame 17 are not in contact with each other. The water that has entered the water is quickly collected in the gap 31 without entering other parts. That is, the air gap 31 acts as a drainage channel / water stop portion, and improves the effect of preventing inundation to the back side (building side).
Moreover, even if the drainage hole of the sash frame portion is formed on the front surface 17a of the lower rail frame 17, it is possible to prevent the drainage hole from being blocked by providing the gap 31. The support pieces 33 and 35 avoid the positions of the drain holes so that the gaps 31 do not block the drain holes of the sash frame with the support pieces 33 and 35 or interfere with the function. It is preferable to be formed as such an arrangement position.

In this way, the shutter lower frame 15 is fixed to the front surface 17a of the lower rail frame 17 through the gap 31, and drains to drain the water that has entered the gap 31 to the support piece 33 that defines the gap 31 to the outside. Since the hole 37 is provided, the water that has entered between the shutter lower frame 15 and the lower rail frame 17 can be collected in the gap 31 and discharged quickly from the drain hole 37 to the outside.
The drain hole 37 provided in the support piece 33 of the base member 27 of the shutter lower frame 15 can be omitted.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged sectional view showing a modified example of the shutter lower frame provided with the reinforcing wall.
The shutter lower frame 15A may have a reinforcing wall 15f that stands from the center of the lower piece 15b and supports the upper surface 15a at the upper end. If the reinforcing wall 15f is provided, the load resistance from the upper part when the shutter lower frame 15A is used for sweeping can be increased.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a shutter lower frame fitted with a cap material.
The base member 27 and the tip adjusting member 29 are fixed through by a tap screw 39 as a fixing means from above. The upper surface 15 a of the base member 27 is formed with a recess 41 that accommodates the head 39 a of the tap screw 39. A cap material 43 that covers the head 39a by closing the recess 41 flatly is fitted into the recess 41 (attached by fitting). The head 39a is accommodated in the recess 41 of the base member 27 and does not interfere with other members (shutter seats) that come into contact with the upper surface 15a of the base member 27. As a result, the tap screw 39 is adjusted with the base member 27 at the tip. The member 29 can be arranged at an optimal fixing position.

According to this fixing structure, the concave portion 41 that accommodates the head portion 39a of the tap screw 39 is formed in the base member 27, and the cap member 43 that covers the concave portion 41 and covers the head portion 39a is fitted into the concave portion 41. The tap screw 39 can be disposed at an optimal fixing position of the base member 27 and the tip adjusting member 29 without causing the head portion 39a to interfere with other members, and the release property of the tap screw 39 can be improved and the maintainability can be improved. That is, cleaning work and the like are facilitated. In addition, although the recessed part 41 may be formed for every predetermined space | interval, it can form in the base member 27 easily by extrusion molding by forming as a continuous concave groove which makes the shape shown in figure a cross-sectional shape. it can.

FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a modified example of the shutter lower frame configured only by stacking plate members.
In the shutter lower frame 15B, the vertical piece 15c, the lower piece 15b, the rectangular tube portion 29b, and the support piece 33 are omitted, and a base member 27A having an inverted L-shaped cross section and a tip adjusting member 29A having an L-shaped cross section are provided. A simple structure with overlapping may be used. Even in such a simple structure, the tip adjusting member 29A can be adjusted and moved in a direction perpendicular to the outer wall surface (direction 9 of arrow a in FIG. 7). Also in this example, when the position of the tip adjustment member 29A is determined, it is fixed by the base member 27A with a tap screw. The simple shutter lower frame 15B can be suitably used for a sash having a small frontage, for example. Further, it is possible to reduce the amount of materials (materials) for forming the shape, and it can be obtained at a low cost, and the weight can be reduced.

FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view of the shutter lower frame end portion to which the end cap is attached.
Resin end caps 45 are attached to both ends of the shutter lower frame 15. The end cap 45 has a shape corresponding to the shape on the tip end side of the end face of the tip adjustment member 29, and the end cap 45 projects from the bottom plate 45a, the side decorative plate 45b, and the bottom plate 45a. It comprises a fitting portion 45c that is integrally fixed to the decorative plate 45b. The end cap 45 is formed such that the length L in the front-rear direction of the shutter lower frame 15 is the longest adjustment length of the shutter lower frame 15, and the end cap 45 is located at the rear end with reference to the position of the front end portion of the front end adjustment member 29. It extends in the direction of the part. That is, after the leading end adjusting member 29 is adjusted and determined, and the leading end adjusting member 29 and the base member 27 are fixed, the bottom plate 45a, which is the rear end portion of the end cap 45, and the side surface are matched to the front and rear dimensions. The rear end portion 45d of the decorative plate 45b is cut out and adjusted in length. Both end caps 45 close both ends of the tip adjustment member 29 and the base member 27.
Thus, both ends of the shutter lower frame 15 are sealed after the end cap 45 is cut and attached in the field. Further, such an end cap 45 is preferably made of a soft resin and has a detachable closing structure, so that the end caps 45 at both ends can be removed to remove dust / dust from the ends. Yes. Further, according to the end cap 45, both ends of the shutter lower frame 15 are closed, thereby preventing dust and the like from entering the internal space of the shutter lower frame 15, and both end surfaces of the shutter lower frame 15 are not exposed. Therefore, it is covered with the end cap 45, so that the safety against contact and the like can be improved, and the design of the window shutter as a whole is also improved.

Next, the installation procedure and operation of the window shutter frame will be described.
FIG. 9 is an assembly explanatory diagram in which the base member is attached to the lower rail frame of the sash frame portion, FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the window shutter frame in which the tip adjustment member is moved forward by a small amount, and FIG. It is principal part sectional drawing of the frame for window shutters moved forward the maximum amount.
To attach the window shutter frame 100 to the outer wall 3 to which the sash 7 is attached, first, as shown in FIG. 9, the support piece 35 of the base member 27 is fixed to the front surface 17 a of the lower rail frame 17 with the tap screw 39. To do.
Next, an unillustrated outer frame (vertical frame) that becomes a base material (pedestal) of the left and right guide rails 13 is fixed to the building outer wall 3.
Next, the shutter accommodating portion 11 shown in FIG. 1 is fixed to the outer wall 3 above the sash 7.

Next, the upper ends of the left and right guide rails are connected to correspond to the shutter curtain entrance / exit of the shutter accommodating portion 11, and the lower ends of the left and right guide rails 13 are placed on the left and right upper surfaces 15 a of the shutter lower frame 15. 13 is fixed to an outer frame (not shown).
Next, the tip adjustment member 29 is inserted into the accommodation space 15 d of the base member 27. At this time, the protruding dimension of the tip adjustment member 29 is adjusted in accordance with the already fixed guide rail 13.
The adjustment of the tip adjusting member 29 is adjusted by the adjustment amounts A1 and A2 (A1 <A2) shown in FIG. 10 according to the protrusion length of the frame portion 5 from the outer wall 3 which varies from site to site.

When the protruding dimension of the tip adjustment member 29 is adjusted, the base member 27 and the rectangular tube portion 29 b of the tip adjustment member 29 are fixed using the tap screw 39 in the recess 41. The bottom plate 45 a of the end cap 45 and the rear end portion 45 d of the side decorative plate 45 b are cut out according to the wall surface and attached to both ends of the shutter lower frame 15. Finally, the periphery of the end cap 45 is sealed to complete the installation of the window shutter frame 100.

Thus, in the window shutter frame 100 described above, the left and right guide rails 13 and the shutter accommodating portion 11 are attached to the outer wall 3 or the building frame in the same manner, but only the shutter lower frame 15 is attached to the front surface 17a of the lower rail frame 17. It will be fixed.

By fixing the shutter lower frame 15 below the lower rail frame 17 of the sash 7, it interferes with the foundation 25, and as a result, the lifting work of the foundation 25 that has been conventionally required is eliminated. In other words, the shutter lower frame 15 is fixed to the front surface 17a of the lower rail frame 17, so that interference with the foundation 25 is avoided. Further, in the structure in which the guide rail 13 is attached to the outer wall 3, a gap generated between the shutter lower frame 15 and the lower rail frame 17 connected to the lower end of the guide rail 13 due to the protruding dimension P of the sash frame portion 5 from the outer wall 3. Although changing, the tip adjustment member 29 is adjusted and moved back and forth with respect to the base member 27 fixed to the lower rail frame 17, so that this gap can be eliminated or constant at a predetermined interval. Thereby, the projection size of the sash frame portion 5 from the outer wall 3 that is different for each site is absorbed by one type of shutter lower frame 15.

According to the window shutter frame 100 described above, the shutter lower frame 15 can be adjusted and moved in a direction perpendicular to the base member 27 fixed to the front surface 17a of the lower rail frame 17 and the outer wall 3 surface. Since the tip adjustment member 29 is fixed to the base plate 25, the lifting work of the foundation 25 is eliminated, and a single type of shutter lower frame 15 absorbs the projecting dimension P of the sash frame portion 5 from the outer wall 3 that varies from site to site. Thus, the window shutter 1 can be easily attached to the outer wall 3.

In the above-described embodiment, the example using the tap screw as the fixing means has been described. However, the fixing means may have other configurations, for example, fixing with other fastening devices such as screws and rivets. It is also possible to replace with fixing by welding or adhesion.
