Abstract
Description
The present invention is a system for automatically collecting high-speed individual customer ordering information on a public road or in a distribution system for goods and services by circulating on public roads or entering shared spaces such as private roads and apartment houses.
Traditionally, the sales of vegetables carried by full-time farmers, which was the pioneer of non-store patrol sales, had problems in terms of labor and efficiency, and fewer people succeeded. The development of railways and road traffic has encouraged the growth of wholesale and distribution business, and district store sales have become mainstream for decades. With the aim of more corporate organizational efficiency, it can be said that the appearance of large commercial stores by attracting customers using the road traffic network is reasonable. However, the increase in the aging population in the future includes many factors that will end up with efficient mass sales based on attracting customers. It is clear that the declining birthrate will accelerate this rate.
The decline factors of the above large-capacity store sales are listed below.
・ Mobile purchasing power decreases due to aging of buyers. (Difficulty walking, driving, etc.)
・ Decrease in purchase volume. (Increase in elderly households, declining birthrate)
・ Patience precedes willingness to purchase. (Decrease in income due to aging)
In the future distribution, it will be necessary to systematize mainly necessary items and individual distribution. In this respect, efficient ordering and delivery using the computer network (net search, net ordering, individual home delivery) is a very convenient system for the consumer side.
However, even though this advanced system is efficient in the current population structure, it never guarantees an advantage over the next 20 years.
Japan 2030 Late elderly population (above 75 years old) is about 14 million people, and about 13 percent of the total Japanese population cannot be free to act independently (there is also a situation where computers cannot be operated). Naturally, the productive population is equivalent to nursing care. In such an era, the requirements for material distribution to support the elderly population are:
・ Individual and timely delivery / Increase delivery efficiency Cost reduction, labor saving, personal information, privacy protection
It is.
In the future, a fundamental review of the distribution system will be required.
Realize high-speed collection, just-in-time supply and system cost reduction of demand information for goods and services. In addition, the protection of personal information and the security of life at the stage of individual demand discovery will be ensured.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention includes an electronic device, a communication technology, and an information processing system that enable high-speed patrol collection of goods and service demand information.
With this invention, those who have poor network knowledge such as computer operation and the Internet, or those who are unable to operate due to the elderly, can easily order essential goods and various services from outside contractors while staying at home, and can obtain goods and provide services You can receive it promptly.
Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an example of cyclic automatic data collection according to claim 1.
As shown in FIG. 6, an order panel, a wireless communication system, and a wireless communication antenna, which are home systems, are installed in the goods and service contract homes. The basic device of a wireless communication system is a non-contact IC tag system (medium / long distance compatible). Fig. 1 Vehicles, light vehicles, transport wagons, etc. that patrol public streets / shared spaces at high speeds are equipped with a communication system for order information collection and a computer system that enables customer information processing to collect data. FIG. 1 shows an example in which goods and service contract in-house data are collected at high speed at the shortest distance from the left side of a left-hand traffic vehicle or the like.
A patrol management function is included in the system. Fig. 1 Symbol S The block entry point, E is the moving point to the next block. Depending on the service area, the most efficient patrol route can be set in advance. 1-25 is a travel route example. More efficient data collection is possible when antennas and wireless communication devices are mounted on the left and right sides of the vehicle.
