Description

The present invention relates to a bathroom wall panel mounting structure provided at a substantially right angle at a corner of a bathroom.

Conventionally, a structure in which a side end portion of a bathroom wall panel is fitted and attached to a support member is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). At the corner portion of the bathroom, the wall panels are provided at substantially right angles, and joint members are driven between the wall panels, and the wall panels are attached to the support members by the joint members, and hot water is supplied to the back side of the wall panels. Is prevented (see, for example, Patent Document 2). Since there is an advantage that the manufacturing error of the wall panel, the column member and the floor pan can be absorbed, the connection structure of the wall panel via the joint member is generally used particularly in the corner portion.

However, in such a wall panel connection structure via a joint member, since the joint member is press-fitted, there is a concern that the joint member may go deeper than a predetermined position depending on the discretion of the installer. As a result, the joint width is increased, and the design of the wall panel is interrupted. Further, when the joint member slides sideways, the wall panel may bend, and there may be a problem that a gap or a caulking width becomes uneven when an instrument such as a counter is attached.
Japanese Patent No. 2648023 JP-A-6-108560

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problem, and it is characterized in that the joint member does not impair the design, and the joint member can be press-fitted into a predetermined position regardless of the discretion of the installer. The connection structure of the wall panel through the joint member is provided.

According to one aspect of the present invention, a set of wall panels provided at substantially right angles at a bathroom corner is a bathroom wall panel connection structure attached to a column member via a joint member, and the column member is A back surface portion located on the back side of the wall panel in the bathroom corner portion, a pair of side surface portions extending from the back surface portion toward the wall panel side, and a tip of the side surface portion. The wall panel is bent into the opposite side of the surface facing the bathroom, and is formed into a hollow columnar shape having a pair of bent portions facing each other across an opening. Each of the pair of wall panels enters the inside of the column member from the opening between the bent portions of the column member, and the joint between the projections. The projecting part is pushed forward by press-fitting the member. Positioning means for fitting between a joint member and the bent portion and preventing the tip of the joint member from sliding sideways when the joint member is press-fitted into a predetermined position on the back surface portion. A connection structure for a bathroom wall panel is provided.

According to the above configuration, the joint member can be press-fitted into a predetermined position regardless of the discretion of the installer by the positioning means provided on the support member, and the construction quality is stable and reliably. Water stoppage can be ensured. Further, since the joint member does not go too far into the back, the width of the joint member can be made as small as possible to improve the design.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a bathroom wall panel connection structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The bathroom wall panel connection structure according to the embodiment of the present invention is a so-called corner joint part connection structure applied to a pair of wall panels 30a and 30b provided at substantially right angles at the bathroom corner part. The wall panel 30 a and the wall panel 30 b are attached to the column member (corner joiner) 10 via the joint member 20.

The column member 10 has a structure in which, for example, a long steel plate is bent into a hollow column shape. The strut member 10 is a rear surface portion 11 formed in a substantially M shape and spaced apart from both wall panels 30a, 30b on the back side (opposite the bathroom 100) of the wall panels 30a, 30b in the bathroom corner. A pair of side surfaces 12 formed on a substantially L-shape extending from the back surface portion 11 while being bent toward the wall panels 30a and 30b, and side surfaces provided following the tips of the side surfaces 12 It has the bending part 13 bent inside the part 12, and these are formed integrally.

The pair of bent portions 13 oppose each other with an opening 4 leading to the hollow interior of the column member 10. Each bent portion 13 has an inclined portion 14 that enters the support member 10 from the opening 4. The inclined portion 14 is inclined so as to gradually approach the side surface portion 12 as it enters the inside of the column member 10 from the opening 4 side.

The back surface portion 11 has a substantially M-shape, and forms a recess 15 and a recess 15 as positioning means that fits in a state where the tip of the joint member 20 press-fitted from the opening 4 is in contact with it. The side part 16 is made up of.

FIG. 2 is a schematic enlarged cross-sectional view of the joint member 20.

The joint member 20 is made of, for example, a hard resin material, and includes a head portion 21 and a trunk portion 22 that are integrally provided. On both side surfaces substantially parallel to the body portion 22, a knob portion 23 provided integrally with the body portion 22 and a flange portion 24 protruding in a wing shape are provided. The protruding amount of the knob portion 23 to the side is formed smaller than the protruding amount of the head portion 21. The knob portion 23 projects integrally with the trunk portion 22 between the head portion 21 and the base of the collar portion 24, and forms a concave portion 25 that is substantially perpendicular to the head portion 21 and the knob portion 23. The collar portion 24 is made of a soft material that is waterproof and elastically deformable (for example, a rubber material), and spreads in a wing shape so that the distance from each other increases toward the head portion 21. Moreover, the front-end | tip part 26 of the trunk | drum 22 is shape | molded by the wedge shape. Moreover, when the joint member is press-fitted into a predetermined position, the collar portion 24 is formed in such a length that the tip of the collar portion 24 is located in the concave portion between the head portion 21 and the knob portion 23.

The joint member 20 extends in a direction penetrating the paper surface in FIG. 2 in accordance with the length (height) of the column member 10.

The wall panels 30a and 30b have a surface material 31 backed with a backing material 32 such as plaster. The surface material 31 is formed, for example, by adhering a resin layer to a steel plate.

By projecting the side end portion of the surface material 31 into a substantially “J” shape on the side opposite to the surface facing the bathroom 100, a projecting portion 33 having spring properties is configured. The projecting portion 33 includes a side surface portion 34 bent to the opposite side of the bathroom 100 at a substantially right angle with respect to the surface facing the bathroom 100 in the surface material 31, and a back surface portion bent inward from the distal end of the side surface portion 34. 35 and a folded portion 36 that is folded back from the tip of the back surface portion 35 toward the back surface side of the surface material 31.

The wall panels 30 a and 30 b are attached to the support member 10 through the joint member 20.

The column member 10 is erected on the washing floor, the bathtub side floor pan, the bathtub rim, or the like with the opening 4 facing the bathroom 100 at the bathroom corner.

The pair of wall panels 30a and 30b have the surfaces facing the bathroom 10 substantially orthogonal, and the protrusions 33 provided on the side end portions are provided in the inside of the column member 10 from the opening 4 between the bent portions 13 of the column member 10. I'm stuck in.

The side part 34 of the protrusion 33 of each wall panel 30a, 30b is made substantially right-angled inside the column member 10, and the corners 37 of the part continuing from the side part 34 to the bathroom 100 side are separated from each other. Thus, they face each other at a position slightly behind the opening 4. In the pair of wall panels 30a and 30b arranged at the bathroom corner, the space between the corners 37 is the smallest gap.

The body portion 22 of the joint member 20 is press-fitted from the distal end portion 26 toward the inside of the column member 10 from the gap between the corner portions 37, so that the protrusion 33 is bent between the joint member 20 and the column member 10. It is fitted and held between the part 13. The tip portion 26 of the joint member 20 is guided to the side surface 16 of the recess 15 of the support member back surface portion 11 and is stored in a state where the tip is in contact with the recess 15.

When the trunk portion 22 of the joint member 20 is press-fitted into the gap between the corner portions 37, the flange portion 24 that projects in a wing shape from the side surface of the trunk portion 22 faces the side surface on the head 21 side in the trunk portion 22. It is crushed so as to fall down and is in contact with both the corner portion 37 and the body portion 22 and is interposed between them. At this time, the corner portion 37 is in a state of being accommodated in the concave portion 25 between the head portion 21 and the knob portion 23 of the joint member 20 via the collar portion 24. The corner portion 37 is urged away from the body portion 22 of the joint member 20 by the elastic force of the collar portion 24 made of an elastic material, whereby the folded portion 36 of the protrusion 33 is It is pressed against the inner surface of the inclined portion 14 of the bent portion 13, and the back surface of the surface material 31 near the corner portion 37 is pressed against the front end portion of the bent portion 13.

The collar portion 24 is made of a waterproof material, and due to the above-described deformation, a gap between the trunk portion 22 of the joint member 20 and the corner portion 37 that is a portion continuing to the bathroom 100 side in the protrusion 33 is formed. By filling and making elastic contact with both of them, leakage of hot water to the back side of the wall panels 30a, 30b is prevented.

In the conventional wall panel connection structure via the joint member as shown in FIG. 6, when the joint member 20 is press-fitted as described above, the joint member 20 may go too far into the back than the predetermined position. There was a concern that construction quality would be affected at the discretion of the installer. In order to prevent this, the width of the head portion 21 of the joint member 20 is increased, and the continuity of the wall pattern is interrupted at the connection portion of the pair of wall panels 30a and 30b provided at a substantially right angle at the bathroom corner portion. I had lost my sex.

Further, when the joint member 20 is press-fitted into the gap between the corner portions 37 of the pair of wall panels 30a and 30b provided at a substantially right angle at the bathroom corner portion, the fitting of the joint member is regulated inside the hollow of the column member 10. Since there is nothing, the tip 26 of the joint member slides sideways, causing the wall panel to bend, resulting in problems such as non-uniform gaps and coking width when a device such as a counter is attached. there were.

By providing the recess 15 in the column member 10 so that the joint member 20 can be placed in a predetermined position no matter who constructs the joint member 20, the tip 26 is in contact with the recess 15 when the joint member 20 is press-fitted. Fit. By restricting the movement of the distal end portion 26, the pair of wall panels 30 a and 30 b can be attached to the support member 10 at substantially right angles without causing the joint member 20 to slide sideways. Moreover, since it does not go into the back too much, the width | variety of the head 21 of the joint member 20 can be made small, and the improvement of the design property can also be anticipated. In addition, since the concave portion expands toward the near side by making the concave portion into an M shape, the tip of the joint member can be easily inserted into the concave portion, and the back side is formed narrower, which makes it more reliable. The joint member 20 is preferable because it can prevent a side slip.

In the present invention, in addition to the above-described embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 5, various positioning means such as the recess 15 of the column member 10 can be considered, and the above-described form is only one aspect of the present invention. Absent.

FIG. 3 is an example in which the shape of the concave portion 15 of the column member 10 of the above-described embodiment is changed. The side surface 16 forming the concave portion of the positioning means has a wing shape such that the distance from the concave portion 15 toward the opening 4 increases in order to guide the tip 26 to the concave portion when the joint member 20 is press-fitted. A larger opening is preferable because the width that can accommodate the side slip when the joint member tip 26 is displaced and press-fitted is increased.

FIGS. 4 and 5 are examples in which the positioning means is formed by the second support member 50 different from the support member 10. The strut member 50 is made of, for example, a hard resin material. In the example of FIG. 4, the strut member 50 is stretched on the bent portion 13 by the hollow portion of the strut member 10, and is hooked on the inclined portion 14 in the example of FIG. To fix. When the positioning member is provided by the second support member, as described in Patent Document 1, the flange portion that comes into contact with the protruding portion 33 of the wall panel is made of a soft material (for example, waterproof and elastically deformable). If the second support member 50 is provided with a rubber material) or the like, a water stop structure combined with the joint member 20 can be obtained.

In consideration of the number of members, it is needless to say that the positioning means is preferably integrated with the column member 10, but the positioning unit may be separate from the column member 10, and has a positioning unit that can accommodate the tip of the joint member 20. All bathroom wall panel connection structures through joint members are included in the present invention.
