空ボトル回収後は、古い栓構造を外して、ボトル(1)を水洗するだけで新鮮水を充填でき、ボトルに対する消毒作業は不要である。
既存のサーバ(7)に対しては、栓体(4)をキャップ内筒壁(32)から外れない様に突上げできる様に短くし、且つ筒軸(6)の先端を開口させるだけ、即ち、筒軸(6)を交換するだけで済み、大掛りな改造は不要である。
